Negative experience: WOULD NOT RECOMMEND they are VERY money hungry and don’t really care about their students

Negative experience: While driving on Linden a person driving one of this company’s vehicles dangerously cut across two lanes to get to the service lane. No signal. Illegal maneuver.

Negative experience: Unprofessional! They make appointments and then don't show up on time or at all. I should've seen the reviews and followed my mind & went elsewhere. They hardly answer the phones, and when they do, they will recite your information while giving lessons in front of other students. What happened to privacy? Horrible.

Fantastic experience: This driving was a great experience for me. It was an easy process because they handled all the paper work scheduling and everything. They have professional drivers. They did a great job in teaching me.

Negative experience: They have no respect for other people’s time always late for picking up on three occasions no one showed up….. this school has potential but it’s poorly managed

Fantastic experience: I personally would recommend this driving school to all my friends. I was honestly scared at first to get on the road and my driving instructor basically told me it’s ok and that we could wait till I was ready we literally sat there for 10 minutes while I let my anxiety exit my body. I say this to say that throughout my whole experience I never felt rushed and I learned a lot. I was so nervous for my test but I had a great down to earth teacher that was patient with me and I ended up passing my test I’m now a licensed driver thanks to this driving school 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Lynn Driving School is in my opinion, the best. The instructors are very professional , respectful and patient. I will recommend Lynn's Driving Scool to anyone because they teach you everything you need to know to pass the road test as it appears in the book. You just have to listen attentively to the instructions given by the instructor and put it into use and you'll be okay. I want to thank Mr. LYNN and his brother for all the kind words of encouragement that they gave to me even when I was doubting myself. I am proud to say, that I am a student of Lynn's Driving School , who now has her license. Last but not least, the staff are very respectful and helpful in answering all your questions. Very professional. Thank you all. I recommend Lynn Driving School .

Negative experience: For some ungodly reason this “school” even though I have repeatedly have asked, the I instructors continue telling their students to stand in my driveway - and block it. In fact now they are so rude and disrespectful, they do this while I am sitting on my steps!!!! They literally pull up and “park” in MY DRIVEWAY!!! So they are teaching their students not only to disobey and disregard the law (no blocking/no standing but pull into peoples active driveways while “teaching” them when NYC law is private driveways are picking up and dropping off passengers - that’s it) No wonder this “school” has such poor reviews- they don’t listen.

Fantastic experience: Very knowledgeable people on the whole road testing process literally from what type of instructors were where, and when they worked, as well as the environment you will deal with while testing for each site literally, their receptionist “raven” is very communicative as well as polite as well as “imani”, raven guided me through my process even though I didn’t attend their driving school I just rented a car for my road test which was only $95 in comparison to others at $140,$165, etc they were very affordable, forward, and punctual, and the cars were all nice cars no beaters or old models, I was on time for my road test and was escorted to and from my testing site by the polite receptionist as well i honestly needed to take my test twice and when I returned they were sad and looked and reacted as if they wanted to just let me use their car again for free she told me just pay In the morning when we get ready to go that second time, I still paid again not wanting to burden any one else and i passed on my second go round thanks “raven” and lynn driving school for exceptional service!!!I think a cab from Uber would’ve been twice as much I give this company 5stars and I see the low reviews but those are probably the worst type of people, you are appreciated!!!

Negative experience: My experience was not that great, had to run them down for lessons, good instructors but very unorganized and unprofessional

Negative experience: Paid ~$300 for 5 driving lessons and a 7hr class. Only did 3 lessons, have yet to hear back from the school. The days of the 3 lessons my instructor was either extremely late, or never came and I had to call in order to reschedule. The day of my 4th lesson was months ago, no one ever showed up or called at the time of the lesson, and I’ve yet to be able to get a hold of anyone. Save your coin.

Negative experience: if you want the worst experience of your life go to them , this man lost my certificate after I paid 50 to get and now he is telling me to go do the class again and paid and extra 45 after he lost it …he is not organized basically everything overall is horrible wish you guys luck …….. Never again

Fantastic experience: So I have noticed numerous of people gave them a very low score on star whatever that’s their experience I can speak from mine and others that I’ve introduced me to this driving school especially a specific instructor by the name of Junior. He was very communicative it was always on time and if he’s going to run late or had an emergency driving test to do it you would always call you in advance their cars are great up-to-date let’s not even talk about the price is real Reasonable. Negative experience: This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. They are never on time for driving lessons and very unorganized and unprofessional I had my road test at 3:30 pm and scheduled a driving lesson before so I could be prepared I was waiting outside for 55 minutes then when I called to ask what was going on Oliver the owner said to me “I forgot to call you we can’t do the lesson anymore the instructor is stuck at the site and I have paper work to do “which I paid for the lesson and still haven’t gotten a refund this driving school is in it for the money and to watch young girls please don’t waste your money or time with this place !

Negative experience: Please do not waste your time calling this place. They do not respect other people or their time. I called them and booked an appointment even after reading negative reviews on Google. I recalled their office twice to confirm we are in line. The driver never showed up. I called their driver three times. He said he will call me back because he is busy somewhere(at the time he was supposed to picking me up). He never called me back. This is the height of being unprofessional.

Negative experience: This school is very unprofessional and a waste of time, I’m so disappointed. I attempted to schedule a lesson twice. My first appointment was at 2pm and they basically pulled a no call no show. They are very disorganized, if you don’t call to remind them in regards to your lesson they won’t show up. I actually had to remind them that I had an appointment at 2:00pm today, and they finally picked me up around 2:30 and another student was in the car in the middle of their own lesson. when it was finally my turn, I didn’t start until 3:00pm. I just don’t understand their business concept and work ethic. I would not recommend them at all just stay away from them period.

Negative experience: I wish I could give zero stars. I rented a car here because I had a road test appointment. The person at the head of the room said be on the course at 3 o'clock and I was there at 3 o'clock. Nobody came. They didn't turn my phones on. I paid 80 dollars . They told me that the appointment was canceled because you were drunk. I wasn't drunk . They didn't even see me. They officially STOLE my money and didn't give it back. Most importantly, they spent my time. The next appointment is in 1 month later. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I really liked Lynn Driving School, they helped me passed my road test a few years ago. You won’t regret going there. I had a good experience and it was affordable.

Negative experience: ZERO STARS!!. I made an appointment with the driver, and he never showed never called . I called the school and the phone number was out of service. Stay away!!

Positive experience: I may start by saying I loved this driving school in I got my license at the first try they try hard to make u get ur license they be hard on u I may say Octavia in Terrence is great teachers I will suggest ur to go there if u want ur license very well school they be a little late but they get the job done thanks Lynn driving school in oliver is a great in very nice man

Negative experience: I made an appointment with Lynn driving school for 4pm at 11am. They waited until 4:08 after I contacted them twice to tell me the instructor is tired and doesn’t feel like doing another lesson. Why hire old tired people or lazy young people? Why book me and not properly communicate? Hire the appropriate staff before your business continue to go down hill. Unacceptable! smh.

Negative experience: I want to start off by saying the prices are not bad at all but you literally get what you pay for. One of the driving instructors in my own opinion can not drive and he is rude about commenting on your drving skills. He would get on the phone and not pay attention to where you were going or what you would do and then get off the phone and rudely tell you all the mistakes you made. The owner Mr. Oliver is very nice and helpful with his words while giving you directions. However, he is forgetful and had told me on multiple occasions that he would get back to me by the end of the day on scheduling my road test and never did. After three weeks I finally decided I am done with the back and forth. It is very unorganized, unproffessional, and it seems as though after all the money you spend it is a waste of time. I had to get my 5 hour class certificate from them after hounding them down between two locations JUST so I can pay another drving school to schedule my road teast in the end. Mr. Oliver was the best and it is a shame because he cannot do it alone but he has the worst team behind him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Positive experience: The instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Junior. I passed my test! Bonus: the training cars are very clean and new.

Negative experience: Horrible 2nd time they stood me up when an appointment was made! very unprofessional .. and the worst part they didn’t even call to say they couldn’t make it or that they will be late .. a waste of MY time , a lady called me at 1:43 pm when I had a 11:00AM appointment.. whew child the ghetto avoid going here too many driving schools to just settle for this one .. THE WORST DONT EVEN DESERVE MY ONE STAR

Negative experience: HORRIBLE DO NOT !!! I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY WITH THIS PLACE .. I made a appointment for my daughter TWICE THe first time she waited the driver never came she had to call him and then he said in a hour time the driver will be there the appointment was for 11:00 am so that means now She had to wait until 12:20pm ... driver was very unprofessional. The second time same thing no Call no show .. I contacted the school the same old man that always pics up the phone the same one that makes the appointments he was no help he told me he’s gonna contact the driver and call me back in 5 min he never call ... NEVER AGAIN.

Negative experience: They are cons. only in it for the money. They couldn't care less if you pass or fail; they just want to know they get paid. Service terrible!

Fantastic experience: Great driving school their learning vehicles are very up to date I personally love that they use a Kia vs the standard Toyota really helps beginner drivers grasp control quicker in my opinion, communication with the instructor is easy I personally schedule my lesson right after each lesson and that works perfectly, the evening instructor is very detailed he doesn’t rush you and he’ll go over problem areas until you confidently understand.

Negative experience: Worst driving school ever they're not up-to-date i had to remind them to pick me up the old man is the owner worst experience ever i keep calling them to schedule my next pickup no body answer ,,if i don't call for my lesson they will not show up ,,they don't schedule the road test if you don't remind them to i want my money back
