Positive experience: the course didn't need to have a time minimum set. The course did not take much more than 1/2 the time stated to take it. But the minimum of 8 hours for the course meant going back and reviewing sections. That wasn't necessary. It was a waste of my time.

Fantastic experience: Improv Defensive Driving Is The Way To Go For A Mundane Tedious Course That Is So Long Of A Written Project. Learning Can And Should Contain Some Humor.

Fantastic experience: I took the online defensive driving course to get a break on my insurance. This course saved me money within a day and the discount lasts 3 years. It was easy to use and was the shortest 6 hour course approved by my major insurance carrier.

Fantastic experience: The course website is really easy to navigate. User friendly. I learned a lot and after that I believe every driver should have the opportunity to learn all of that. That way our roads will be more secure.

Negative experience: The course was fine but the constant and obnoxious marketing emails are a killer. Especially when AFTER you complete the course you keep getting email reminders to finish it.

Positive experience: I would give the school 5 stars but apparently the IMPROV doesn't honor the Tickets from the course

The straightforwardness and humorousnessness (‍♂️) made it all the more worthwhile. I hope to be around in 3 years to give it another go!
