Fantastic experience: Ask for Jamie she’s the best!!! Very kind and patient! She is very good at her job! Very positive person even if you fail and even gives pointers on what you can do better on for practice to retake the test if needed.

Fantastic experience: I rook my test with Cheryl and it went amazing!! i definitely recommend you go here as she made me feel extremely comfortable on the road. As someone who is always nervous for tests like this I felt that she was a huge help.

Negative experience: If you accept only cash, why don’t you say while make an appointment? I’ve road test at 9am, came 10minutes early but she came at 9am and ask to pay 60by cash, I don’t have cash and I’ve to go atm but she cannot wait 5min. She re-schedule Nov 1st I’ve to wait another 15days, I understand you have continues schedule but I’ve an appointment so you have the time for the road test it’s not a walk-in, I booked 15 days ago. If you say when I came, I have time to go atm and bring the cash instead of waiting over there. the way she talks so rude, Why can’t you keep atm machine inside.

Fantastic experience: Took my road test today with Cheryl. (8-6-2024) This was my 2nd go trying to pass my test and I ended up passing today and finally got my license. Cheryl both times was very friendly and understanding and down to earth. And everyone else at the place was also very friendly. I would most definitely recommend this place for other people trying to do their road test. Pretty good experience.

Negative experience: I am disappointed at the level of service I received this time around. I took my older child here and loved it, but trying to make contact was much harder this time around. No one seems to answer, even during business hours. The one time someone answered, they asked me to call back since I didn't have the segment two info with me, which I did later that day. I tried several more times before trying somewhere else. No, I didn't leave repeated voicemails because that shouldn't be necessary; they knew who I was when I called. I understand being busy, but if that's the case hire someone or use an efficient online system.

Fantastic experience: best place ever!! I just took my test today and passed 1st try I was so nervous but sheryl makes everything so much better, she helps direct you and she’s very understanding!! If I could I would give this place more than 5 starts. I would totally recommend!!

Fantastic experience: My son had Jamie as an instructor and she was amazing at making him not feel so nervous. I will highly recommend Rockford third party driving test to anybody looking to take a road test.

Negative experience: Overly strict. Just go somewhere else and save your time and money.

Fantastic experience: I left a message on a Friday afternoon and was called Monday morning to schedule a test. Surprisingly, we were able to get tested within a week and that was during what I felt would be a busy time, 3 weeks before school starts. The tester, Annette was patient and kind. She gave clear instructions and ample time to execute those instructions to my son during the test. She gave suggestions of what to do better at the end when reviewing how he did. I will definitely be using this company again when needed for my next child.

Negative experience: This place came as a recommendation from a friend, but unable to get through. Nobody picks up the phone to schedule appointments. I've left several messages over the past couple weeks and not one has been returned. Disappointing!

Fantastic experience: I have been here for my son's motorcycle test and my daughter's auto test and had Jamie both times. 100% will be back for the next tests. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Annette made everything so easy. Provided clear instructions on what to bring for verification and proper testing. Was kind in her greeting. Once we went on to the road part of the test provided clear instructions to our daughter for when/where to turn or what skill to demonstrate such has lane changes such as when safe to do so move one lane to your right. Was a very comfortable experience highly recommend

Negative experience: Awful experience the tester made me feel rushed and scared i was on my nerves the whole time and my tester got angry with me when i failed i felt terrible never again

Negative experience: They never answer the phone or return calls. Impossible to schedule an appointment with them!

Negative experience: I've been trying to get a hold of them for two weeks now and it just goes straight to voicemail claiming they return calls within 24 hours. Didn't get a call back once.

Fantastic experience: My son and I forgot his permit, Jamie was so kind, she rescheduled his appointment on a Saturday for us. Thank you, Jamie. My son had some bad experiences at other places, I read the reviews of Rockford’s road test, I would recommend Jamie and the business to everyone!!!

Fantastic experience: Annette made me feel so good. I had to give my test in mids of my duty hours and she totally understood how the working schedule was putting pressure on me. She helped me calm down and assured me I would do really good on the test. She was so helpful and didn’t get mad at me for a minute. I passed the test with flying colors and I really wanted to let everyone know how amazing this place is!

Fantastic experience: I read many reviews for road testing in the area and chose Rockford Third Party testing based on these reviews for my daughter who was very anxious about taking her road test. Our experience was just as everyone else has described. These women are very friendly and professional. My daughter's tester, Cheryl was calming, encouraging and kind. Highly recommend. Thank you!.

Fantastic experience: My son took and passed his road test today with Cheryl at 3rd Party Testing. I chose this location based on reviews and was not disappointed. All staff at this agency were so nice and completely put us at ease. Kelly and Jamie were super friendly while I was waiting for my son to complete his test. My son said Cheryl was “exactly the type of person” he had hoped he would get for testing. She was professional, calm, and encouraging. I will definitely be recommending this agency to all my friends whose kids still have to take their road tests. Thank you Cheryl, Kelly and Jamie!

Fantastic experience: Extremely nice and very professional and helpful. The ladies that run Rockford third party testing are organized and they know their stuff. They make you feel at ease and comfortable when taking your test. Like someone else mentioned on here we had an issue with my daughters permit, it has to be the original permit NO COPIES. Which is completely understandable they have to follow the rules. Just a note for people going there in the future. They worked so well with us and actually scheduled us back the very next day !! This is the place you want to go to take your drivers test for you license. You will be very happy. Recommend this place to everyone!!!

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new testing place for my youngest son because I have had mixed experience in other places and I thought I should give a try for the last driver in my family! I have excellent experience with them. First day we went without a required document but they were nice enough to reschedule for the next day. My son passed the test in his first try and Ms. Lennette was very nice to him and she handled all the situations in a very professional manner. She was very specific and clear in her direction!! I am very happy to go there and I will refer others to go.

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate they made space in their schedule this morning for my daughter! We opted to retake the test here and this was a much better experience; not just because she passed, but because Jamie made her feel at ease and she was far more comfortable on the road. Fantastic experience: Just know that they are closed on Saturday. Just called to make an appointment and answering machine said Monday thru Friday 9 til 2 . Leave a message and they do call back.

Fantastic experience: Think its the right place. At the bus garage Jamie older women and made my daughter very calm and relax. She missed somethings still but Jamie even said she was ready for her next step in driving. We talked private about how she did. Jamie is where my last 2 kids will go for there road test. Down to earth no rushing. I asked on facebook where to go they said her. They were right thanks
