Fantastic experience: I’m a petite rider, and after several years off the road, I decided to take a refresher lesson to rebuild my confidence. I chose RiderNow based on their location, great reviews, and availability. Before the lesson, I appreciated the thoughtful communication. I was advised on how to prepare, including dressing appropriately, staying hydrated, and ensuring I had the right protective gear, including a properly sized helmet. Jorge also made sure I was matched with a practice motorcycle suited to my height, which made a huge difference. On the day of the lesson, we spent several hours going over the basics, and I had an absolute blast. Jorge was fantastic at observing small details that were tripping me up and offered helpful tips to adjust my technique. He had me practice until I started forming better habits, which really boosted my confidence. The one-on-one format made the experience even more impactful and I definitely felt like I progressed much faster than I would have in a group setting. At the end of the lesson, Jorge even took the time to snap some photos and videos of me riding for me and gave me great recommendations on bikes and gear. Overall, the entire experience was incredibly valuable. I walked away feeling more confident and excited to get back on the road. Fantastic experience: Great instructor with clear communication and patience for brand new riders. I went from never riding a bike to becoming very comfortable behind one in a matter of days. Space is great for training with ample space and obstacles for maneuvering, emergency stops, speeding up, etc.

Fantastic experience: Jorge is the best. Highly recommend you take a lesson with Jorge if you do not have any experience on a bike before taking the CMSP course. The CMSP instructor will not spend much time or effort to get you familiarize with the bike.

Fantastic experience: Jorge is a phenomenal instructor! I didn't know what to expect as someone with no riding experience. Upon arrival, Jorge spent a few minutes explaining the goals for the day and he explained the structure of the class. Then, we went over the motorcycle controls and safety rules. After moving into the lessons, I really liked his skill-boosting incremental approach. Instead of throwing you a bunch motorcycling facts at once, he showed me a few essential steps first, followed by hands-on practice with the motorcycle off. Then, he spiced up the challenge by adding a few more more steps and practicing again but now with the motorcycle on. He kept encouraging me all the time, and motivating to give my best. By the middle of the class, I was riding the motorcycle with confidence without realizing it! I even felt like pushing a bit more. By the end of the class, I was already shifting gears, improving turning and stopping while downshifting. I never imagined I could accomplish that on just a few hours. Hats off to Jorge for the encouragement, patience, and excellence teaching. Best thing he is bilingual so I could get a personalized experience in Spanish. Thanks again Jorge.

Fantastic experience: Just finished my very first lesson with Jorge this morning and it was a great experience as previous reviewers have said. I wanted to get some first hand experience first on a motorcycle before signing up to an MSF course. Jorge did a great job explaining the functions of the vehicle and going thru dry run drills before actually turning on the motorcycle. He goes thru a step by step process to get you going while adding one more step each time he felt you got comfortable with the current drill. By the end of the session, I was able to to go thru a straight while shifting up to 3rd gear, downshift to second to do a U turn and weave thru cones while controlling my speed with just clutch control. It was an enjoyable learning experience and I'm now more determined to get my M1 license.

Fantastic experience: My riding session with Jorge was the first time I actually got to get my feet up on a motorcycle while riding. I had previously taken the MSF course which went way to quickly for people who are complete beginners. And after not being able to keep up with the class, I had to leave feeling like I wasn’t capable of riding like everyone else. But after taking this riding lesson, I realized I just needed more seat time with someone who was patient, knowledgeable, incredibly kind and who genuinely cared to help those who were just starting. I am extremely appreciative of the work he’s doing and highly recommend Jorge for others looking to start their journey too!

Fantastic experience: Jorge is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! Extremely patient, super friendly, very insightful and so so sooooo encouraging. I am a slow learner and really was on the verge of giving up when I came to Jorge's class and in no time, I was more confident, composed and comfortable on the motorcycle than I had ever been before. Jorge also helped me with shifting gears smoothly - something that I thought I was just not meant to do. He is very attentive to minor details and can pin point exactly the adjustments you need to do. The techniques he teaches you are also very practical and easy to follow on the road. I wish all the teachers are like Jorge and take a genuine interest in the development of their students and aren't just there to fill time and take our money. Fantastic experience: Before this, I already took MSF course and had a M1 license, and even had my first bike for 3 weeks. MSF course would teach you how to ride but it won't make you feel confident simply because you don't get to have enough practice sessions when 10+ people are taking together. In my experience, entering a plaza parking lot was scary; You would have to make a tight turn including u-turn and there are probably dips and bumps here and there. Slow maneuvers are the scariest when you first ride a motorcycle. After the lesson with Jorge, I became very comfortable with slow maneuvers. And, i was able to make U-turn or slow speed maneuvers with my bike immediately. I highly recommend especially if you don't feel confident making a tight u-turn.

I went in very anxious and overwhelmed due to a bad experience in an MSF course where the instructor was condescending and made me feel incompetent. Before the session I had no experience but as the class progressed I was more comfortable and my handling of the bike provided improved and I was able to learn the necessary steps to drive a motorcycle. Fantastic experience: Had a great lesson with Jorge yesterday. It was very well structured, starting from the basics and increasing in complexity. I had no motorbike experience, but by the end of the lesson I was able to ride pretty comfortably (including shifting/downshifting, turning at different arcs, figure 8's, making tight U-turns). The one-on-one nature of this course allowed me to learn comfortably at my own pace. Also Jorge is super patient and answers all your questions. I would highly recommend this course.

Fantastic experience: Fun class with Jorge today. He is a great motocycle instructor. He takes you step by step to learn the basics of riding. I never rode a motorbike before and i was able to do a few figure 8 at the end of the class. A one-on-one instruction with Jorge is the perfect start to established a solid foundation in riding!

Instead, Jorge helped refine my skills and I left much more confident in my abilities than coming in. I'd fully recommend Jorge to anyone, whether you've been on a bike before or not.

Fantastic experience: Best learning experience I ever had. For a first timer, I felt confident with Jorge instantly and the rest fell in line. All the techniques and progression of lessons made so much sense when we did the obstacle course simulation finally. Definitely the best choice for anyone who wants to get a DL 389

Fantastic experience: Class was scheduled for 9/5/21 @ 9:30am, be sure to arrive 10 mins early Even though I am experienced in riding fixed geared bikes (splitting lanes between cars) and have once used an ATV before (to practice changing speeds w/o having to balance), riding a motorcycle is still quite challenging considering the there are more instructions since it is different. Jorge was such a great teacher; he explained how to be safe before moving on to a new lesson, was very positive, & best part of all made the whole experience worth the money after being told I did a little more than what is expected of in the DMV test. I did not receive a waiver but I was told my skills were more than enough to get a pass on the DMV test after being shown what to expect, plus he also recommended to practice on their test sites before working the confidence to officially sign up. 10/10 would recommend to anybody who is not afraid of taking a fall or two (was a lil sore for an hour but nothing bruised), just be sure not to be a stiff person when practicing turning maneuvers & also be quick to placing you’re feet down firmly or you will fall haha. After taking a class with RiderNow, I feel much more comfortable riding, controlling the bike, and shifting gears. Fantastic experience: George is very patient and he knows how to make you feel comfortable and confident on the bike. I passed the MTC and got my M1 license but needed a little more practice on parking lot before hitting the street and actual traffic so this class was perfect for me. At the end of class I was able to control the bike at very slow speeds on first gear as well as shifting up to higher gears speeds at higher speeds. Thank you George! Nicely done!

Fantastic experience: My wife is deathly afraid of motorcycles, after taking the class with George, she had so much fun and learned everything that she needed to pass the DMV test. George is patient, caring, and punctual. He respects that new riders want to learn and even with a language barrier he was able to help my wife learn to ride. Fantastic experience: Had my first lesson with Jorge today. Nothing but great things to say. Went into the class nervous and unsure but wanting to experience it and finished with me riding confidently. Jorge was patient and really encouraging very helpful with little details and suggestions that made me feel like I could ask the dumbest questions without feeling awkward. He even went over the DMV test procedures and gave a bunch of helpful pointer. Would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in learning how to ride.
