Fantastic experience: Art and Shy were awesome! Before this class, it had been nearly two decades since I even rode a bicycle let alone a motorbike, so I was a little nervous about my capabilities heading in. Art and Shy were welcoming, knowledgeable, and within minutes had me feeling comfortable and confident! I learned so much from this class and would highly recommend it to any aspiring riders. Thanks to their help and instruction, the permit test felt easy, and I am looking forward to the intermediate class to get that endorsement! Fantastic experience: Was a great experience taking the test. The tests on the internet are just examples. Not even close to the real thing. Study the manual. Art did a great job teaching the class. Also teaching the motorcycle course good job.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place to learn to ride or to freshen up your skills if you haven’t ridden in a long time. Art & Shane are excellent instructors!!! They were super patient with the newer riders and were more than willing to go over anything until you felt comfortable with it. 5 out of 5 stars!! I would recommend this place and definitely recommend Art and Shane as your instructors if you can get in their class!!!!

Fantastic experience: Such a fun and easy experience. Went to watch my brother pass his endorsement test. Took a grand total of 30 mins to complete and pass. The staff are very knowledgeable and safety oriented. Class sizes are small and allow you to get a lot of personal coaching. I did my test at lone wolf but would recommend anyone that needs it more in the area to head up to CWMT. I enjoyed watching and my brother enjoyed participating. Such a great group of individuals! Thank you CWMT!!!

Fantastic experience: We made a appointment x3 riders. We took the tests passed x3 We did the rides psssed x3. We appreciate the help and expertise of the instructors. Taught us all a lot which gave us all preparation for our own rides. Each of us bought Harleys.

Fantastic experience: Instructors are very good and have a great deal of knowledge to impart to beginners, so if you pay attention and have patience you will learn something and walk away a better beginning rider

Fantastic experience: DJ, Kelley, (their young daughter helped too!) and Art were very helpful. I was very hard on myself, especially during the final skill test (permit only, with counsel, it was recommended my friend and I hold off on the offered intermediate testing, which we agreed with). I dropped the bike on the first day. Had I taken a local Seattle course, I probably would have been scolded or yelled at (based on reviews). But not here, in fact, my friend and I chose this location due to the glowing testimonials (5 stars vs 3.5 or 4 for nearby schools). Art reassured me everyone drops the bike at somepoint, and that really made me feel better. DJ was a great help too, firm when needed, but never berating or angry, and always relaxed the mood with a great joke. Will definitely come back after we practice on our own some more. They offer a pre-basic course too (cannot get permit though). I recommend this course if you get testing anxiety like me, as I believe this was my biggest personal hurdle. Learning the bike was more muscle memory and patience, my second day was a fast improvement (better shifting/clutch, fewer stalls). I recommend reading the latest WA state guide on motorcycle riding, as well as watching YouTube videos on how to use the clutch. Most people in our class actually had prior experience on a motorcycle, my friend and I, and one other person I think did not. It's still tailored for newbies, but something to consider! It's a challenge, but just keep thinking positively, and don't get too frustrated. You can do it if you believe you can!

Fantastic experience: I took the Basic Rider Course and it was very good. The instructors were great and genuinely concerned that everyone learn to be safe and have fun. The hardest part of the course were the slow speed exercises. I am very happy with this course and I recommend it. The class was 2 weeks ago and I definitely see an improvement in my skills.

Fantastic experience: The basic rider course rocks! Art the instructor was easy to understand and coaches well to help you grasp the concepts and greatly improve the skills you're learning. Can't wait to get a dual sport bike and take their adventure riding course. By the way if you're a taller individual they can provide 250cc dual sports that taller folks will appreciate, especially if you've ridden dirt bikes before it makes the transition to street skills and riding more approachable. Overall two thumbs up!

Fantastic experience: The training course was very informative with emphasis on safety and developing proper riding skills. Art, our instructor, was fun, engaging and patient. My riding skills have greatly improved after taking the beginner rider course. I will definitely return for the next level class! I highly recommend CWMT.
