Fantastic experience: This was an awesome experience! All of the rider coaches we met were extremely knowledgeable and great instructors. I only had dirtbiking experience previously and took a class with two other people. I was super nervous that I wouldn’t be able to pick up the skills. But with a small class we could practice each skill for a solid amount of time and gain confidence. We took our class with Josh and left with some great skills and a new perspective on riding. I really appreciated the emphasis on safety and riding with a cautious confidence. Thank you Josh & the whole Mindshift crew!

Fantastic experience: I started off with no driving experience but had passenger experience. I knew how to shift gears from growing up on 4wheelers, but I was still kinda worried. I got lucky and had a group of 3 people, so through each exercise we got about 15-20min per one. It made all of us feel more confident going into the next exercise and keep building up our skills that we were learning. On the second day we got caught in a thunderstorm and tried to wait it out but knew we were losing time and needed to get back out there. We all felt confident enough doing that because of how much time we had to practice. Besides being nervous on the second day, I had an amazing time and experience and walked out with my license. I hope whoever chooses to take this has the same great experience. I very highly recommend this course, these people and Josh who was my instructor!

Fantastic experience: Just finished the class over this weekend with Milton as the instructor. Milton was an amazing instructor with such real world experience. Class was enjoyable, safe, and full of information…just a little hot! If you’re thinking of getting your motorcycle license, take this class. And if Milton is your instructor, be prepared to have a great time while learning these necessary skills!

Fantastic experience: Mindshift was a great value to me getting my motorcycle license. I had not been on a motorized bike since I used to ride a Ruckus back when I was a young teenager. So with basically no prior experience I took the course, and instructor Kyle was patient with getting me up to speed. He even gave me great advice on what sort of motorcycle I might be interested in purchasing, as I had not yet purchased one.

Fantastic experience: If you wanna learn how to ride motorcycles this IS the place. If you have no experience about riding motorcycles like myself to a point of not knowing where is the clutch or how to even shift a gear and etc. this place will TEACH you all of it and more. I had an fantastic experience and I had an amazing coach, Isaac where I got to learn from him, how to ride a motorcycle. I would highly recommend it and many many thanks to coach Isaac for his absolute best coaching technics and skills

Fantastic experience: What makes a great business? A solid foundation and excellent customer service!! And that is exactly what you fill find at Mindshift Motorcycle Training! This class ran SO smoothly and efficiently. You could tell that they have been doing this for a long time. There was an excellent selection of motorcycles to choose from. The staff are complete rockstars and went above and beyond for all of their students. At the end of the two days, Isaac made sure that EVERYONE was successful and left with a motorcycle license! I have previously been licensed and taken a basic rider’s course about 10 years ago in another state, so this was a refresher for me…And I definitely learned things in this class that wasn’t taught in the other class. So, even if you have taken a riding course before they are not all the same! I highly recommend taking this class. It’s also a nice way to meet some like-minded motorcycle people! One of my favorite parts of the class was driving over obstacles and practicing my hard stops Thank you so much to the kickass staff at Mindshift Motorcycle Training! What a great experience. I’m back on the streets with a new surge of self-confidence! Stay safe guys and have fun

Fantastic experience: I had an awesome experience at RIM! I took the IME & BRC with Isaac Coley and he was absolutely fantastic!! I went with zero riding experience and was able to walk away with my license. I learned so much and am excited to start riding. RIM prioritizes safety and is a great place to learn to ride.

Isaac is a great instructor and brings a lot of experience and knowledge to the course that is both helpful for the course at hand and the road. Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience with this class and the instructor Mike. The classroom portion wasn't boring. He made sure we totally understood everything in the training book and kept it very interactive. The course portion was well thought out and he ensured everyone understood the lesson and made sure we all felt comfortable and ready to execute the moves. Even when I was getting frustrated and didn't think I was doing well, he encouraged me and gave me great tips to get through my frustration. The moves can be hard and it's stressful but he understood that and worked with me AND I passed

Fantastic experience: Kim was our instructor. She was amazing because she was thorough in her explanations of everything, demonstrated each part of the program, and was very encouraging to everyone the whole time. She also shared part of her life and listened when we shared part of ours. By the end of the three days, we all kind of felt like family. The online course is exactly what it needs to be, and the road course was scaffolds perfectly. I'm thankful for choosing Riders in Motion.

Negative experience: Just took this corse and ended up quitting because I’ve never ridden before yesterday. Personally the instructor(Mike) was very pushy and at times rude. Was yelling a lot and made not only me but the others in the class nervous. He pushed through the exercises it says not to rush and go your own pace but that was certainly not the case. I didn’t have the turns down and stated that I needed extra time and help but he moved on anyways. I will say I reached out to the school and they were awesome about understanding the concerns I had. They worked with me in making it right! I will try the course again at a later date. I really appreciated the compassion the owners have for their school.

Negative experience: April 28th. My wife and I showed up for intro class .. the instructors however did not show up. Will never do business with them again.

Fantastic experience: I took the Basic Rider's Course through Rider's in Motion and have nothing but positive things to say. Andrew was excellent! Very attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. His love for riding definitely shows in his teaching methods. Andrew made sure to build my confidence while guiding me to be a better ride. Couldn’t have asked for a better coach! Excited to hit the road and join the bike world!

Fantastic experience: I chose Riders in Motion because of the availability of winter classes. They were the closest school to me that I could find with winter classes. Our instructor (Andrew) was excellent both in the class room and during the riding portion of the course. I'm glad I went there. It was time and money well invested.

They are tough but they strive to keep your safety in mind at all times.I can’t say enough about Kyle and the other instructors I had but can only Thank them for teaching me about all aspects about riding today. Their concern really sets them above other schools and their experience in riding puts them above the rest. Riders In Motion is the class you want to take a beginners class or advanced class or just want to get you license. They will get you there. I highly recommend them and their instructors

Fantastic experience: I recently took the Basic Rider Course from Riders In Motion. I had ridden motorcycles previously, but the last time was about 15 years ago. I didn't really have any expectations for the course or rider coach except for the other Google reviews. All I can say is that Andrew is an amazing coach and that this course is definitely worth the money. I gained more knowledge in two days than I could have ever hoped for. I highly recommend Riders In Motion.

Negative experience: I was given the wrong location. After I realized it was the wrong location I tried to call both instructors which took about 20 minutes just to get a hold of them. Once I finally get the new location which is 20 minutes away from the other location. they called me and said that I would be too late To attend class. They then told me I was unable to reschedule or get a refund. Then the lady offers me a joke of an offer with 50% off to reschedule. that’s the fastest way I’ve ever lost $ 350. What do they think this is a charity. Honestly just save your time and your money and go do the motorcycle course at Blue Ridge community college. Or just anywhere besides this please.

Fantastic experience: I signed up for this course as soon as I bought my first bike. THIS CLASS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU ARE A BEGINNER. Take advantage of using the online class manual to help you study. The instructor was very knowledgeable and takes his time to make sure you understand what you are doing and that you are comfortable with the exercises. Being my first bike, my knowledge on riding was very novice other than side roads and practice. After completing the class, I have found the way I handle my bike and ride has become tremendously better and I am even more comfortable and confident on how I ride. Thank you again for holding this class.

I was way wrong Kyle was my instructor and he was very knowledgeable and gave great feedback. We had 100% passing rate and I am a more confident rider coming out of this course.
