Fantastic experience: Tiffany, Dustin, and Madison were fantastic. They are experienced and patient with struggling riders and are great coaches. This program really sets you up for success and they do a great job at assisting with equipment, and are fantastic at teaching in a personalized way.

Fantastic experience: Great class and instructors.

Fantastic experience: Overall had a great experience. Chill instructors and lots of good advice to follow after completing each exercise. Would recommend this training center to my family members if they make the decision to ride. Make sure to get plenty of sleep before going.

Fantastic experience: Our Son has been asking us to learn to ride motorcycles. We found Tiffany and Her crew through some of the High Plains raceway instructors. We reached or to Tiffany and spoke about training for a while. She is nothing but amazing and very knowledgeable in her teachings. Tiffany and Her crew of instructors were super patient, knowledgeable and open to help. They took our Son and trained him in the BASICS of motorcycle riding. Super please and happy with them and will be back for advanced skills and more. Highly recommend this course to anyone looking.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my basic course over the weekend, to re-start riding after more than 20 years. The course was extremely useful. Madison and Chris were our awesome instructors, which gave us precious clear instructions and precious feedback to improve our riding skill and safety approach. Top notch experience. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I completed my level 1 course over the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Madison and Chris were excellent instructors. They did a great job of clearly explaining the objectives while still keeping things light and fun. I'm looking forward to visiting them on a future training weekend, though I might choose a route that avoids 6th until I have a few more hours under my belt.

Fantastic experience: This MRTC course for basic riders was awesome! The owner Tiffany and the instructors I got to work with were absolutely amazing. Dustin, Madison, Matt, were fantastic! I actually did not successfully complete the first time. I reached out to Tiffany the owner and she explained where my skill testing was lacking. I came back after a weekend off and took the entire course again (my choice). The second time I passed the course with 2 points!(Lower is better). I am going to come back after a few months of riding and take all available intermediate and advanced courses. Thank you!! -Anthony Martinez.

Fantastic experience: I had a great time during my Beginner Rider Course, and really learned a lot. I highly recommend taking a rider course and I really recommend MRTC

Fantastic experience: I took the BRC class with 0 prior experience, and by the end of the weekend I got my card to get my motorcycle endorsement! Tiffany and Dustin were great, they provided lots of encouragement and constructive criticism in a way that didn't make me feel overwhelmed or frustrated. I will definitely be returning for the Advanced Rider Class in the future!

Fantastic experience: I had Tiffany and Dustin as instructors and the amount of patience, encouragement towards others, ability to communicate criticism in a positive manner, positive attitudes and did I mention PATIENCE is phenomenal. I had no experience going into this class riding a motorcycle and felt the progression of the class was wonderful. If you have little to no experience and need to take a basic riding course I can ensure you there is no better place than here.

Fantastic experience: Great group of instructors who are really hands-on, patient, and willing to help you, regardless of your skill level. They always make the safety the priority. If it is a bit too much too soon for you, they are willing to work with you on an alternative plan because they want to see you be successful. Class very well organized and good scheduling with timing of breaks. The way they lead exercises also forces you to develop a lot of good habits for your motorcycle journey.

Positive experience: My husband and I took the basic safety course for our motorcycle license endorsement. We took our lessons in 95 degree heat, and our group really struggled. We failed our first test and I felt very demoralized. Our coaches were very supportive, and Tiffany generously encouraged us to return on another weekend for a some practice and a free re-take. Our second weekend was much cooler in temp, and our group was great. The test went great, and the extra practice really paid off! We are very thankful for the learning opportunities and hope to do more classes in the future.

Fantastic experience: What a weekend!! I took the beginner course here (as a 100% newbie) with Dustin, Madison, & André as our main instructors - they are INCREDIBLE people who know the ins & outs of the “book knowledge” aspect of this course, but also knew how to answer my questions in ways that made it easier for me to apply on a bike. I was not a super quick learner & instead of discouraging me, I felt like all of my instructors really just wanted me to succeed and be safe on a bike. Overall a very challenging but very rewarding experience, & I came away feeling like I had a very comprehensive education on motorcycles. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Did the BRC with Jared and Jordan who were both AMAZING! So helpful when learning the new skills and personable to each person to help them succeed. Would 1000/10 recommend for new drivers.

Fantastic experience: Spent a Sunday working on my riding skills with MRTC and I am so happy I did. I felt supported by the instructors, Justin & Evan; they were kind- humble- helpful and knowledgeable. Truly the nicest guys. AND this is a woman owned, small business! I feel more empowered and safer after taking this class. I would recommend this training center to any rider, new or experienced- since they offer a range of classes for different experience levels. <3

Fantastic experience: I originally took the basic riders class here in 2017 so I could get my motorcycle license. It was an amazing class with great instructors. The best instructor, Tiffany, now owns the school which is amazing . I just completed the advanced rider course, which, even after all of my years of riding experience, I found incredibly valuable and gave me such a good handle on my motorcycle. Tiffany and Jared are great teachers and I would highly recommend taking classes here.

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience! Took the basic course two weeks ago, and did not pass the riding test at the end of the second day. My fault completely; I was nervous and unsteady as heck. Tiffany got me back in class quickly, and this time I not only passed, but passed with a perfect score. Doug and Evan were my primary instructors this time and they were absolutely fantastic, and kept everyone laughing and in good spirits. If you are wondering who to go to for your training, MRTC should be your first choice. I will definitely use them for more the advanced training courses. They have a great location that's easy to get to, and a huge training area.

Negative experience: Nice instructors, that's where the good ends. Very unprofessional, doesn't return phone calls or emails. Complete lack of communication, once they have your money that's it radio silence after that. Edit: While I understand that it was only 13 days since last I took my exam. The lack of communication was extremely unprofessional. Yes I did call you several times in a day because I could not get in touch with you otherwise. I understand you don't have many other instructors but how hard is it to reply to an email? I do find it funny however that you responded to this review very quickly but over 13 days couldn't write an email

Motorcycle Rider Training Center

I’m sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with your experience. I want to clarify that after you took your course and did not pass, we discussed your opportunity to retake a portion of the course at no additional cost. We also addressed the timing for your return, explaining that our schedule is fully booked through the end of July and that we would notify you on short notice if an opening became available due to a no-show. While you expressed willingness to accept a last-minute notification, it’s important to allow us the necessary time to identify any such opportunities. Calling us 8 times a day will not expedite this process. Additionally, requesting to attend on days when the range is not rented is not feasible. We are bound to completing your retest within 30 days, but we need more than the 13 days you have given us to accommodate this.

Fantastic experience: I took the Ultimate Bike Bonding course. Christy, Jared, and Buck were fantastic instructors and the exercises helped me at handling my bike at slow speeds. Thanks to MRTC and the instructors. I'll definitely take more courses with MRTC.

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad I got my training through MRTC, they are a top notch riding center! I’ve taken three courses with them at this point: the Basic Rider Training Class to get my endorsement, and later on the Advanced Rider and Ultimate Bike Bonding courses. Every single instructor has been really great - knowledgeable, supportive and patient, positive and fun. The classes are well-structured, they walk you through the skills step by step and there’s lots of time to practice them on the bike. They also focus on defensive driving and on-road scenarios. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Coaches make the difference!! I took the advanced riders course and have gone to a couple of fun practice days. The practice area is super safe meaning that random cars and pedestrians don't wonder through. The the area is mostly unblemished with just a few cracks but serve as a good addition to training. But the coaches are outstanding. They take their time with each rider and have a ton of knowledge. I've been riding for years and years but there's always something to learn. After watching my husband go through a very serious motorcycle accident with a lengthy hospital stay my confidence went out the window. I went through their advanced riders course and got a nice refresher on some of the defensive skills needed to ride in this increasingly dangerous traffic in the metro area. I'm looking forward to taking the bike bonding class they offer here. 5 star absolutely deserved!

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience! Amazing coaches with an amazing skill set. Thanks for making safer riders! Shout out to Tiffany and Jared!

Keith Potter 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about this place!!! Tiffany and Jared as well as the two other coaches really go out of there way to make sure that everyone leaves with more skills than they had before taking the course. Honestly I was trying to find just a drive test only. But I’m so glad I took the e2 course before the drive test, because the drive test is challenging. Everyone is use to riding at speed, but the drive test is mostly super slow maneuvering, and I mean tight tight turning radius, and stopping skills. I would definitely recommend this coarse, it’s fantastic! And nobody will make fun of your small trail bike ;)

Positive experience: I'll start by saying Tiffany and her staff were incredible teachers and cheerleaders throughout the weekend. The program itself is designed very well and got a never before been on a motorcycle person comfortable with riding over the 2 days. However, the time management of the staff as a whole is left wanting. Day 1 was a snow storm, so the day was reworked a bit to accommodate that, understandably. But Day 2 went +3 hours over. Instead of 7am we all got there at 6am. And instead of leaving at 1:30pm we left at 3:40pm. The sense of urgency on the staffs part after we completed the riding portion of the weekend was non-existent. No apologies or consideration for going 2 hours later in the day. I have to believe this was an unusual weekend for them (double booked classes), but I think the "soft" side of the business could tighten up a bit. I will still recommend this program because it works, but I would encourage Tiffany to look at this part of her business a bit and put some effort into streamlining the written exams, reviews and card processing.

Fantastic experience: Wow, what can I say....They've been in business since the 70's and for good reason. The staff was professional throughout and I could really sense their passion. I just completed the course today. Things to note: The Mandatory Ecourse is lengthy, so plan ahead. It must be completed before the hands on. The hands on was excellent. Logan and Brian were Excellent instructors. You can tell he coaches Football haha! I will be returning for future courses!

Fantastic experience: I took my course a few weeks ago, and have since gotten my license and riding confidently and safely! They really know what they’re doing and the rider coaches were phenomenal. Would recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn to ride a motorcycle. The ex marine and football coach where a dynamic duo

Fantastic experience: I went to the 3/16 BRC course, drove 4 hours to attend and I’m glad I did. Instructors have a ton of experience, really care about teaching, and want you to succeed safely. It can feel overwhelming if you have never ridden before but you’re in a safe controlled environment and instructor feedback relationship is incredible. Instructors - A lot of knowledge with all instructors on the ranges. They are very personable, and set up a good instructor/student relationship. They really care and will answer any questions you have. Equipment - Bikes are well maintained, and they will ensure you fit comfortably for the course. If there is ever an issue it’s addressed immediately and fixed. Helmets are available and they will help you fit one. Chairs are available for breaks. Facilities - Ranges are well maintained. You don’t have to question where you are going. Bathrooms are plenty and very clean even after inclement weather. Overall - Worth the course and everyone is very accommodating. I will be attending future skills courses with this facility.

Fantastic experience: This is the second MSF course I took. A big thank you to Dustin and Jared they where both knowledgeable and welling to help. Also a big thank to Tiffany (the owner), she not only gave me a seat last minute but also walked me through the steps on what need to be one. In all if your looking to take the course this would be a great option, and they also provide alot of side courses from MRTC and the employees there are connected to other groups/courses as well.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of taking a class with MRTC Lakewood and would highly recommend them for basic and advanced riders! They are committed to a safe training environment with realistic goals. Each block of instruction is explained, demonstrated, and well taught. The instructors bring a variety of backgrounds to the training and great perspective. They are serious but fun and make learning enjoyable. Because of the environment that Tiffany has set for her company, and the great instruction I received from Chris I will definitely be taking more courses and improving my skills with them.

Fantastic experience: The Basic RiderCourse at Motorcycle Rider Training Center was a great learning experience. Tiffany Maestas, the owner and instructor, is an expert and enthusiastic motorcycle coach. She taught me the essential skills and strategies to ride a motorcycle safely and confidently. She was clear, effective, and supportive in her teaching. She also gave me helpful feedback and tips to improve my riding. I learned a lot from this course and I feel more comfortable and confident on a motorcycle. I highly recommend Motorcycle Rider Training Center to anyone who wants to learn or improve their motorcycle riding. Tiffany Maestas and her staff are professional, friendly, and dedicated to motorcycle safety. They made the learning fun and rewarding.

Fantastic experience: Tiffany and Dustin are dedicated and went above and beyond to train our class , they take training seriously and put major effort in for you to succeed ( your success is important to them ) . I highly recommend this class if you have little experience or even never ridden a motorcycle before ( they are very patient ). Even if you have riding experience you will get good pointers to make you a better rider ( they are very experienced ). My only other advice would be to understand it is outdoors so dress for the weather as much as possible and be on time.

Fantastic experience: I took the basic rider course this weekend and enjoyed every minute of it! The coaches are very patient, explain very well and class is going in comfort pace even for people like me who has zero experience. Tiffany and Dustin are amazing! I can say this course helps you to come from zero to hero and I would reccomend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Tiffany and her team are amazing and you can tell they really care about you becoming a safe, skilled rider!!

Fantastic experience: I had one of the more enjoyable and rewarding weekends doing the basic rider skills course. The coaches are amazing! They obviously love what they are doing and take it serious. They are patient with everyone from every skill level. They work very hard to make sure you have the techniques down and the confidence to pass the riding tests. I highly recommend this class for anyone wanting to experience the feeling of riding a motorcycle. Even if you don't plan to buy a motorcycle, the experience alone is worth it. Thank you team!

Eric Wilks 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: I took the basic riding class in October 2023. My class was taught by Chris and Evan. Both were knowledgeable about motorcycle riding, and both communicated well. The drills were very helpful and were more difficult than was the test itself. Safety is heavily preached, as it should be. I think this is a great course for anyone who wants to learn how to ride safely.

Matthew Zercher 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: Doug and RoKo were amazing. Patient, informative and fun. They created a nonthreatening but challenging environment for our entire class. It was amazing to see so many people who had never touched a motorcycle go zero to confident so quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and blame the instructors for making it so much fun!

Corbin 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: The class covers damn near all basics you’ll need to stay safe and mange risk offset. Not only that the instructors are more than supportive they want your best but they never made me feel inadequate during my mistakes instead they share their knowledge so I can then be better.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 would recommend. My cousin recommended MRTC to me a few months back. I have almost no riding experience except 1 month on teeny automatic moped in Vietnam. I was amazed at how efficient and effective their training was. From having 0 experience on a 350 lb manual bike to being able to ride it and go through the testing next day is truly remarkable. The instructors were very calm, experienced and gave useful feedback and seemed to really enjoy the teaching process. The owner was very nice as well and does a fantastic job at hiring and running this business. If you are in the Denver area and have experience riding motorcycles or none at all. This is a great place to get your motorcycle certification and or additional training!

Chad Pippin 2 years ago

Fantastic experience: Took the ARC and learned and relearned so much. Any training no matter what it is only works if you are willing to commit and put In the time. That being said while some of the class was going over what I have learned in the past, there were more than enough new ideas to make it well worth your time. Doug and Jared we great facilitators and know how to give feedback and not criticize.

Ryan Lee 2 years ago

Negative experience: Don't bother with this center, their instructors aren't good. You have to basically already know how to write a motorcycle otherwise they'll assume you already know everything. Other than that they are just a bunch of old folks that spend their weekend wasting your time and money. They go around telling people instructions and their opinions pretending to know their stuff where in reality they just like having a little power over people that can't leave since they've already paid.

Motorcycle Rider Training Center

Ryan, I looked in our past student records and found no record of a Ryan for the last 3 weekends. Are you sure you took your course with Motorcycle Rider Training Center?

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this course highly enough. I took the advanced rider course and had an absolute blast, learned a ton of new skills, and feel more confident than ever in my riding. My instructors, Doug and Seth, were phenomenal: very knowledgable, provided solid feedback, and were excellent riders themselves which made for a great learning experience. The track was clean and in good condition so I wasn’t afraid of slipping on dirt or debris. The course was well organized and had a good balance or riding skills and education. Great way to spend a Saturday!

Fantastic experience: Lots of knowledge from all the riding coaches. I have more than four decades of riding experience, tens of thousands of miles on two wheels, and they taught me some things I didn't know as well as correcting some bad habits I've developed. Super happy with the experienced rider course and cannot wait to take another class!

Fantastic experience: Great instructors! All skill levels will benefit from and be welcome at a the beginner class!

Ronny Escamilla 2 years ago

Negative experience: This class was a basic beginners class, these people gave me a defective bike to train on. The bike's switch was bad. (If your motorcycle is having a hard time shifting gears, it could be due to a dragging clutch. This means that the clutch disk drags and fails to disengage when you press the clutch pedal.) This bike would not shift gears at times and get stuck in one gear. I brought this to the attention of the trainers they disregarded my complaint. I was not offered another bike to train on. The instructor was having us test on getting the bike moving about 20 to 30 miles an hour within a forty feet stretch and having us attempt to stop on a dime. One girl crashed and the staff did not even get her medical to see if she had broken any bones, she hit the ground hard. This procedure seemed like a lesson that maybe taught in a advanced class. The pavement had four to five inch wide cracks that had about five foot lengths in many places on the training lot. I brought this to the instructors attention that it maybe dangerous if the front wheel of a bike got stuck in a crack and it seemed she got angry at me for mentioning it. According to Colorado Office of Transportation, "it is a classroom requirement that the driving range is paved and free of potholes and other hazards and motorcycles used for training must be maintained in safe operating condition by the program vendor." Because the bike that I was tested on was defective I want a full refund for the class or I will continue legal action.

Fantastic experience: I took this class this past weekend and had a great time, learned a ton and feel like I have made the first steps to being a great motorcyclist. Prior to this weekend I had ZERO experience. Both instructors, Tiffany and Seth were amazing instructors for my skill level. They have two different teaching styles, which I found extremely helpful. If one person's advice wasn't working, the other's would. They answered every question I had, which was a lot, and were just all around really patient people.

Fantastic experience: I have riding experience so I was not sure if I should go for the advanced course or the basic. I ended up going with the basic since it was working the best with my schedule, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made! The instructors have a great way of explaining fundamental concepts that are essential for being a great driver and help ensure that you are doing everything you can do to stay safe. The motorcycles are well maintained and fun to ride for all levels of experience. I would definitely recommend this for people who are thinking of getting on a motorcycle for the first time, as well as experienced riders who want to take their skills, abilities, and perception to the next level, for being the best driver they can be anytime they’re on their vehicle. The skills that this course teaches are definitely transferable to when you might be riding your car as well!

M K 3 years ago

Fantastic experience: Have waited a few months before posting a review here. I took this course as a complete and utter beginner my wife, who has been riding for over 10 years, took it with me and we both got a lot out of it. The instruction is fantastic. The instructors are very knowledgeable and give you a lot of individual attention. I learned a lot about the seriousness of riding - which has helped me immensely on the road. I’ve been having a blast riding bikes since - started out on a little Honda Grom and have just graduated myself to a Yamaha MT 07. Really made me a well informed rider - taught me the right ways to be cautious and really hammered in the basics. It even made me a better car driver and bicyclist as well. My wife and I are definitely coming back for their more advanced courses!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Bill and Bailey this past weekend. I am 47 years old and have never thrown my leg over a motorcycle. The 2 day beginner class was exceptionally well done. I learned a lot and the pace and content of the session was exceptionally well thought out and executed. Great balance of education and bike time!

Katie Pitts 3 years ago

Fantastic experience: Tiffany, Steve, and Bill absolutely set the foundation I need to be a safe and good rider. They were patient and thorough, and I went from terrified to confident in 2 days. They were tough when they needed to be, but had great bedside manners with it. They are really invested in putting safe motorcyclists on the road, so listen and trust their feedback! I can't wait to take the next class, or even the bike bonding class when I finally buy one! I cannot rave about this course and these instructors enough.

Sean Wood 3 years ago

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the Motorcycle Rider Training Center and had a great experience with them today! I loved motorcycling before our kids starting arriving and took an intentional sabbatical away from the risks of motorcycling until they were launched. I wanted to be smart about reentry to cycling after a 20+ year hiatus and decided to take the Experienced Rider Course and that was a great decision. The instructors were fantastic and were clearly passionate about cycling and helping others become safer and more skilled on the road. The training was very valuable and relevant and it helped me to realize that while 20+ years had passed my love of motorcycling and my biking skills were still there, waiting for me to call them back. We had a great group of students as well and it was a really fun day and well worth the tuition and time.

Jeremy Woodard 3 years ago

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed this course. Bernie and Bailey was/is very informative and extremely helpful on all aspects of the class. I would highly recommend on going to this course if you have no experience, some experience, or a lot.

Waffle 3 years ago

Negative experience: Instructor was unnecessarily abrasive and discouraging. Instead of encouraging me for what I was doing right, it was hammered into me what I was doing wrong. This just made me more nervous and led to me making more mistakes. Was told that coming back for day 2 would be a "waste of my time." If you have zero riding experience, I would recommend going elsewhere. If you already have experience, this place is probably fine. Iron Buffalo in Commerce City is much better for true beginners. I passed the test no problem through Iron Buffalo. Iron Buffalo has better instructors, a better range, more exercises, more direct class time, and WAY nicer bikes to learn on. MRTC falls short in all areas in comparison.

J Mac 3 years ago

Fantastic experience: This course was amazing! As a new rider there was an intimidation factor when jumping on the bike for the first time. My instructors (Chris and Mike) were amazing at explaining, simulating the task for each session and providing individual coaching for each person in the class. The sessions lasted long enough for everyone to feel comfortable with the skill being taught. The teaching process was very thorough both in "classroom" and "riding" sessions. No one in my group felt like they were being left behind or not having their questions answered. Chris and Mike did an amazing job in preparing us for the final book and rider exam. There were no surprises at all and they were just great guys! I'll be taking additional classes with MRTC in the future and suggest you do too!

Fantastic experience: I took the weekend Basic Rider Course here and had a great experience! I had no prior experience on a motorcycle but by the end, I passed my tests. The drills progress gradually with explanations, demonstrations, and then practice, and give you a lot of repetitions so you can get better and more comfortable. They split you up into smaller groups (2 groups of 8 for my class) and even then, you’re often divided into two smaller groups within that, with instructors waiting at the end of the drill to give you individual feedback or encouragement. I was nervous at the beginning but glad I went here. Doug and Tiffany specifically were great instructors!

Fantastic experience: This course was tremendously beneficial! The absolute best place to train and learn from great instructors.

Fantastic experience: Amazing coaches! Much more knowledgeable than other motorcycle training courses. They also pick up on things really well, working with each and every student personally to give them the best possible education. I will definitely be going back for more advanced training courses!

Fantastic experience: While the instructors were tough, they need to be. Lives are at stake. Humility and modesty were the main principles emphasized from the emotional standpoint. The instructors communicate heavily how concerned they are for us in the real world since we are only experienced in riding in parking lots essentially. For someone who has never ridden a motorcycle before the class I struggled in a few area's but the instructors give you exercises to work on when you get home. They teach from wisdom and not just knowledge which helps a newby like me gain quick experience. Chris was an excellent instructor, want's people to enjoy the motorcycle and the open road, and that starts with discipline which is where the word disciple comes from, and they pound that into you right from the beginning - what to do and what not to do. Nothing goes unnoticed and you don't get away with anything - either you did it right, or you do it over again until you get it right. Practice doesn't make perfect, 'perfect practice' makes perfect! I wish all motorcycle riders were required to take this from time to time, the roads would be so much safer.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I went in with little to no experience (for me). I was nervous to start the process but the instructors were extremely helpful, patient but also firm in their expectations. There was a point I thought I would quit but pushed through it with their help, encouragement and guidance. My confidence level increased tremendously. I highly recommend this course. Don’t be afraid to stop and ask questions or for help!

Fantastic experience: Bill, Bailey, Tiffany and Steve are great rider coaches! The class was fun and informative and I felt a great way (and value) to get my license endorsement. If you want to spend some time on a bike in a structured environment on a private range, this is a great class and a fun way to spend a weekend.

Fantastic experience: High quality training from knowledgeable, friendly instructors. I attended the Basic Rider Course to get familiar with the basics and obtain the endorsement on my driver’s license. Had a fantastic time and learned a ton at the same time. Highly recommend this business. Thank you, Bill! Hope to be back next year for the Experienced Rider Course.

Negative experience: They will take your money then talk to you like a child. They don't care.

Brendan Vesey 4 years ago

Fantastic experience: I started the class with absolutely zero knowledge on how to ride a motorcycle. I learned all the basics I need to know in two days. I left there having more confidence then I expected to have in knowing how to ride and maneuver the bike confidently. I was taught good safety advice and tips, and good riding habits. I would absolutely recommend them for training.

Fantastic experience: Great time, very informative. I was really happy that they let me ride the BMW

Fantastic experience: I’ve been riding for about 5 months prior to taking this class. That said, the high majority was review for me... The class overall was great, they did what was needed for you to pass the test and get your license. You can tell quite quickly that they truly care about you and your safety, from the contents of the handouts we were given at the end to the emphasis on safety and industry recommendations, bill (owner and my instructor) is best described as the caring relative you never talk to because they are so busy. But when you do talk to this person, instantly pick up on their reassurance and expertise.

Fantastic experience: Big shout out to the rider coaches at Motorcycle Rider Training Center for their excellent Basic Rider Course. As somebody who had never ridden a motorcycle before this weekend, I was very nervous. They were so informative and constructive in their feedback. Happy to say I passed and now have my endorsement. Now, the practicing really begins.

Fantastic experience: The session I had at MRTC was very professional. The instructors did a great job making me comfortable on the motorcycle! I highly recommend taking this class if you are new to riding!

Noel Cajigas 4 years ago

Fantastic experience: MRTC is awesome!! Wife and I just completed this 2 day weekend course (today). Wife and I are 50 & 52, both have very limited riding experience (wife has been on dirt bikes as a kid a few times, while I have only been on a bike once). Call it a mid-life crises, but we decided we both wanted to start riding as a hobby. The instructors were great - you can easily tell that they were very experienced riders - had a strong command in demonstrating how to perform the maneuvers and more importantly, they knew how to teach novice riders. I especially like that as they watched us do the exercises, they would make time to give the individual riders some coaching - identifying our needs/weaknesses and provide specific tweaks to help us improve - HUGE difference maker there!! We also liked that it was a course built specific for motorcycle riding and not just some parking lot. The class was pretty diverse - both young and older - a good mix of men and women - not at all intimidating. Thanks Bill & Tiffany (& Jenna) for your patience and constant encouragement. Highly Recommend this motorcycle clinic!! Now the bike shopping fun begins!!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend taking courses from Motorcycle Riding Training Center. I had very limited experience with motorcycles and signed up for the basic rider course. All of the instructors were friendly, professional, and, most importantly, had the safety of all students in mind. After taking this course, I feel like I have a solid foundation. It is clear throughout the course, that learning the skills needed to safely ride is the the motivation behind the course. This is not a guarantee to get your license, as they set high expectations (based on state test requirements and overall safety). However, they do everything they can to help all students succeed. I look forward to now owning a bike and taking future classes form them to future develop my skills as a rider. Thanks for a great course!

Fantastic experience: Excellent basic motorcycle course for beginners to those that just need a refresher to break bad habits. The range is in great condition and instruction from the coaches is wonderful. Welcome to the ride!

Fantastic experience: Great class. Good instruction. They’re willing to work with the lowest skill level, and generally keep a really good attitude (even in 100 degree wildfire weather). Multiple instructors stayed after the class and even let me ride a brand new luxury roadster they had on loan. Very cool.

Fantastic experience: Great instructors with a wealth of different experience and perspectives that they're more than willing to share with the class. Did my training during the winter, minimal snow and ice that was on the training course was quickly melted away. Benefit of winter training, small class size, 12 folks in our class with 3 attentive coaches. Will be back for additional advanced trainings after getting some more practice/riding in!

Fantastic experience: Best place to get it done. The man writes the book, literally! I cant say enough about this place

Yash T 5 years ago

Negative experience: If you are interested in riding a motorcycle, this is a good place to start. BUT, Make sure you try and pass on your first time. If you fail, you will never get a hold of them or a call back to reschedule another test. They're going to take your money and keep it the first time.

Fantastic experience: These guys are fantastic. It's formal, thorough and serious but also really fun. I had not ridden a motorcycle before and they do an incredible job of teaching noobs the fundamentals (as well as getting vet riders out of bad habits). They're very flexible and communicative and really know their s*&^. Tiff is even a competitive racer. They were also very patient: a few new riders laid their bikes down and they were calm, safe and helped the rider learn from their mistake (I didn't see anyone do it twice). Can't recommend enough. Even if you've been riding for years this course will make you a better, safer rider.

Patrick Soch 5 years ago

Fantastic experience: Bill and his team do an amazing job getting beginning riders the basic information and skills they need to start riding. They offer a great introduction to riding, and the class is structured in a way that gives you a great deal of helpful safety concepts, helps put you in a mindset to take responsibility for your own safety out on the roads, and then gives two full days of time on a motorcycle learning basic skills and maneuvers you will need in order to ride successfully. This is a first rate operation. Really appreciated this. Great value for the price. Can't wait to take the intermediate class in the spring.

Barbara Durbin 5 years ago

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I took this class together one weekend. The riding tips and practice we learned was so valuable. The instructors were great. They taught by the book, visually and by practicing. Made it very simple for all types of learners. We are grateful to have taken the class with such wonderful instructors. Thank you! We highly recommend MRTC to anyone interested in learning to ride and those who already do.

Fantastic experience: Great training and classroom instruction! Bill and Doug made this first time rider feel comfortable on the road :)

Trevor Blum 5 years ago

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic program and selection of trainers. I will say that I come from a classroom training background for what it is worth. I know that does not entirely translate, but I still want to give credit where credit is due. Are they perfect? No, but it sure is hard to please everyone these days. To highlight things, I was able to interact a bit with all four trainers for my weekend class. Bill N., Tiffany, Bill S., and Wendy are all clearly knowledgeable about riding and teaching new riders. With the little experience I had, they have taken me to a level where I feel comfortable and knowledgeable. Do I feel like I am ready to go up I-70 today? No, because they did a great job of showing me to make safe and educated decision about when and where to ride. I also know, that as I practice, the habits they helped me build, allow me to critic my own mistakes at a beginner level. Once I have more experience I will absolutely be going back for the "experienced rider" course to hone my skills and remind myself of where I may be vulnerable. Great work on all accounts, I can't wait to bring my new bike by to show you all!

Lou Baroni 6 years ago

Negative experience: A bizarre experience. I thought long and hard before posting because I know that business ownership is tough and I commend those who try it. Communication was lacking to begin with. Wendy the instructor appeared to be using intimidation as a form of teaching and behaved condescendingly. Not good for someone who has not been on a bike. Doug was great though. He was cool, calm, and supportive. I touched based via email and phone with the owner to ask questions and there was no follow up from him. Something is off here. There are other more positive and better options out there. This was simply no fun and it was draining. They need to rethink customer service and I cannot recommend them.
