Fantastic experience: Outstanding experience with buying my 2024 Kawasaki SV900!! Extremely knowledgeable sales staff and went the extra mile in helping. My salesman gave me his cell# in case my credit union needed to contact him on Monday (which they are closed) Went over every feature of my bike and even helped me load and secure on my trailer. I traveled a couple hundred miles to purchase. One of the biggest reasons I like this dealership is it’s been around for around 50 years and they are very customer oriented. Not like your huge dealerships that could care less. I will definitely buy there again!!!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience. I got my first bike with them. I came a month or so prior to just look around and they patiently explained the differenced and gave recommendations. I came back to get the bike they recommended and they were patient and understanding with a few complications on my part. After paper work was taken care of I was given lots of helpful tips and instructions. Would absolutely recommend them and hope to go there for my next bike.

Fantastic experience: I love Texas Motorsports. I took the MSF class here (twice because the first time I failed) and the instructors were very helpful and knowledgeable! Fantastic experience: Went in to install a part on my motorcycle that I was unsure about installing myself, called other places and they quoted me insane prices for the work. After asking an employee at the front desk about the installation, he got it installed in under 10 minutes and even brought me through the process!

Fantastic experience: Came in to buy a motorcycle. I’m not sure if Patrick works in sales but he was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t push me into a sale so I like this guy a lot. Ask for Patrick if you stop by and you won’t be disappointed! Pretty sure Jimmy and his service crew are magicians. Found a gem and brought it in to get serviced, inspected and new tires. Felt like I rode away in a whole new bike.

Fantastic experience: Brian, Debra, and Pat made my 1st experience getting a bike the most welcoming and comfortable experience I’ve had compared to other surrounding dealerships. This crew at Texas Motor Sports in Harker Heights made sure I knew everything there is to know about the steps I need to take and how to go about getting my 1st bike. Pat is very knowledgeable about motor gear and gave me all the ins and outs on helmets and protective wear. Brian and Debra were going to make sure I left with my first bike no matter what. Negative experience: I submitted a credit application online for a bike at 11am got the email saying someone would be contacting me shortly. I had to call them at 3:00pm to speak with someone and they said it would be 10 minutes to submit and 45 minutes to hear back. I still haven't heard back from them. I guess they don't want my money.

Hi David, Sorry about the miscommunication between you and our sales manager. When I brought your issue to him, he assured me that he did receive your application for credit. However, when he ran it through our available lenders, we were unable to find someone who would finance your loan. The reply by text was sent to you the next morning, Aug 8 at 8:26 am, before ours doors opened, letting you know that “you will need to try to get financing through your personal bank or credit union for the amount of $$." I was able to verify this text by the screenshot sent to me by my sales manager, which I'd be more than happy to send to you again or show to you in person. I apologize that the text was not sent within the time that you were expecting it, but from what I understood he spent time during the 7th, between other customers, unsuccessfully trying to get you financed for your chosen machine. I'm not sure what happened to the text that our sales manager sent you, but I can assure you that it was sent to the number listed on the credit application that you submitted. Fantastic experience: Just took my msf course this past weekend and it was a great experience! We started with 5 people and ended up with 4 because 1 guy realized it wasnt really for him but the rest of us passed!! Joel made everything easy to understand and helped when I had questions or made a mistake i couldnt realized what i was doing wrong!! Being the only female in the class made me a bit nervous but i was actually voted to lead all the exercises and the skills evaluation which boosted up my confidence and let me know what joel was teaching i was comprehending and doing it perfectly when i listened and he did it all by himself while ensuring our safety! Overall 10/10 experience!!

Negative experience: I came in today looking at the r1 they have and nobody helped me I constantly asked for help and nobody helped felt a bit profiled honestly . I ended up just leaving unsatisfied because I really wanted to buy that r1. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone going but to each their own!

Negative experience: Don't recommend; just go to a big dealership For a business, I understand that they need to make money, but I can say that a bike that is $5699 MSRP shouldn't be jumped up to $7329 OTD ; that is more than $1600. Not to mention, no type of deals, nothing. Not even hey, if you buy now we will remove this fee of ($XXX.xx) I am new to the bike scene, and have an idea of what I like; yet I didn't get any help from staff to explain different aspects and features of different bikes of the same style, **** please understand, that the salesman helping me was injured and physically couldn't assist me with the back and forth of different styles and etc. which was no fault of his own, and this negative review has nothing to do with him**** This is the first time that I have ever been to a dealership that says "you have no offers for financing to go to NavyFed" which is very weird seeing that my credit isn't bad, it is not great by all means, but it is not bad like how some people with low 500s get approved. Just crazy how I am there more than a hour and even did a application yet no options for purchasing a bike, I even had the chance to buy it out right : right then and there but felt "shooed out"

Cameron, My apologies for not getting back to you more promptly. I'm not sure how to begin to reply to your review; as there are so many aspects. But I will try. For a $5699 bike, which is MSRP, there is added freight and prep charges, along with titling fees, doc fees, and of course, tax. All of our freight and prep charged to the customer, is what is charged to us by the manufacturer. FYI, the big box stores have been known to double and triple those amounts, we do not. As for not being assisted with info about different bikes. Unfortunately I cannot answer to that, as I was not there. However, generally our sales staff is very knowledgeable about all of the machines in our store, and can answer any questions that you may put upon them , even if the question is that you are new to riding, and need help choosing a bike for you. If this was not done, I apologize. Obtaining a loan, is another matter. We utilize a number of lenders in our dealership, that we feel will be beneficial to our customers and that we have had lots of success with. But, because we sell things that are NOT necessary in life, such as a car, we are considered a 'Toy' store, and because of that, lien holders tend to not approve loans for scores under high 600's; some even require scores of 700's. Lien holders, understandably, are reluctant to lend money to those with lower scores; as they are looking for those with positive payment history. Navy Fed is a definite option for most of our military, and that’s why we tend to send our soldiers to them. We have found that they tend to approve many of the loans that we are unable to, and the interest rates are usually better as well. Texas Motor Sports has been doing business with Killeen and Fort Hood (now Cavazos) for over 51 years with the same owner. Our founder was a WWII paratrooper, who jumped on D-Day and spent 8 months in a German prison. He is gone now, but when he opened Texas Motor Sports, he set his standards high for how his military customers are treated, and we have done our best to maintain these standards over the years. Giving a price, and then saying 'if you do this, then we will give you XXX" is not how we do business. We try to give our best price up front and NOT add the extras that will be used as a bargaining tool in the end. To us, that is not good business. To close, I did a bit of secret shopping for this bike at the 'big stores' in Austin. The least amount that I was given was $300 over our price, with the others being higher. If you found a better deal than what we gave you, we are truly happy for you. The best deal for a quality machine is a good thing; and staying safe on the road is also important; so enjoy your new bike. Thank you, Debra - Texas Motor Sports

Negative experience: Actually came here to purchase an H2 April 16th 2024 approximately 4:40 pm. No one came to the desk no one seem to be there period except for one person busy with another couple so I waited 12 minutes and left. I guess my money is better at another place of business

Negative experience: Nice bikes, but customer service could use some work. Sales rep stated they’re not doing test rides at all. That’s unheard of… who buys a bike without test riding it first? Not sure how these guys plan to stay in business. Upon walking in they were very un-engaging as well no welcome in or anything.

Willie, Sorry for the late reply. We have had some changes to our website programs and this has caused some delays. Google replies were one. We apologize for any issues with our customer service. We are a small dealership, and we do our best to greet our customers and inquire as to what they might be looking for as they enter the door. During the time frame that you were in here we were shorthanded, and that, I'm sure, exacerbated the issue that you experienced. Test rides can be available, but only on certain used bikes and new bike demos, should we have any. As you may have noticed when looking around, the new bikes are not serviced, so they cannot be test ridden. Our insurance requires that certain sport bikes may not be test ridden, and any that ARE allowed must be done so with an escort. The best practice is to call and request to schedule a test ride, that way details may be discussed prior to you coming in to the dealership. Negative experience: By far the worst place to shop, I ordered a gas tank over a month ago and I still haven’t received it and the staff couldn’t even be bothered to call, they refuse to compensate me for my trouble… never again.update..it’s been days since I’ve spoken to a member of management now they’ve promised me to have the part shipped overnight but here I am 2 days later with no part no refund and a bunch of unfulfilled promises… worst dealer ever…

Wayne, My apologies for the delayed response. We have gone through some changes in some of our programs and it has put us behind in many things; Google replies being one. I have made inquiries to our all of our department heads, looking for the name of Wayne Boisvert and any order made for a gas tank, and we have no record of you doing business with us at all; including having ordered a gas tank; whether it be one for a Kawasaki, Yamaha or a CFMOTO motorcycle; which are the only brands that we carry. I also asked our managers if they have spoken to anyone with the issue that you described, and they said that they do not remember doing so. There are a number of motorcycle dealerships in Texas with a similar name, Tejas Motorsports in Houston is one, and Texas Powersports in Arlington is another. Possibly you were working with one of them on this order, or another with a Texas in the name? Since you mentioned ‘compensation’ and a ‘refund’ in your review, we are assuming that you have paid for the tank in advance. If you will bring the receipt from Texas Motor Sports for the pre-paid order to our dealership at 899 West Central Texas Expwy in Harker Heights, Texas, we would be happy to work with you on this issue. Fantastic experience: I took the BRC course through Texas Motor Sports. I signed up a month or so after talking to Mrs. Debra and Mr. Perk in July. I loved talking with them. I was very frank about the fact that I had no motorcycle experience (which it is what the course is geared to: the beginner rider) and very limited experience with manual transmission. Mrs. Debra let me know that it wasn’t going to be easy, but it’s possible, to pass the course on the first try. So I signed up for the 9/9-9/10 class a few weeks later after wrapping up some life things. Boy, it was not easy, I did indeed struggle, but I felt much better during the second day and happy to say I passed. Ms. Gina at the BRC course was extremely patient with me and encouraging, giving me tips and tricks. Always saying “ride faster Gaby!!”. I got very used to the range signal for speed up lol. I did gain confidence as a rider through the course. Looking forward to getting a bike soon and working on my skills before taking it to the streets.

Negative experience: The customer service provided by Texas MotorSports was unsatisfactory. After placing an order for the motorcycle tire, it is expected that they would follow through with their promised services, including mounting and balancing. However, They fell short in this regard. With ZERO communication and having to go through the hassle of making several visits to their store I ultimately had to pick up the tire and find another service center to complete the job.

Mr. Harris, Please forgive my delay in getting back to you on this review. I wanted to discuss this issue with our Parts Manager before replying to you. Basically, the series of events as you wrote them, and as unacceptable as they were, is exactly what happened; and for this, we apologize profusely. In speaking to our Parts Manager, he said that "the tire the customer ordered came in in a timely manner, but while waiting for the tire, the tire balancing machine broke down. It seems that from that point on, things went down-hill. Everything that was promised to the customer was not done." The Parts Manager took complete responsibility for this; saying that he had no other excuse except that he forgot. Mr. Harris, we are so sorry that this happened, and although we cannot undo what was done, we hope that we can some day earn back your trust. Again, we offer our sincere apologies. Fantastic experience: I'm giving a 5-star review for their sales and customer service. Brian and Patrick took great care of me when I bought my bike from them and helmet too. They are always very personable and helpful. However, I wish I could rate their Basic Riders Course separately from the store front. I don't see any options to do that. If I could rate their Basic Riders Course separately their course would get a 2-star review. I feel it is important that I warn anyone interested in taking the Basic Riders Course through Texas Motor Sports that you should not waste your time and money unless you already know how to ride, and you have been practicing for the maneuvers covered in the Basic Riders Course. The Basic Riders Course is a two-day course. On the first day of the course there were six trainees in the class with me. Within the first hour of training two of the trainees had already been sent home by the instructors. This kind of struck me as a bit alarming because I had not seen the two trainees that were sent home commit any safety violations nor drop their bikes. Then at the end of the day they told the only remaining female in the class that she was being removed from the course and to not return for the second day. Thus, by the end of the first day half of the class had already been told they were now going to be allowed to finish the course. At this point it was starting to feel like Survivor Island. I was able to survive for the first three hours of day two. At that point we were working on the figure 8 maneuver. I couldn't keep the bike between the painted boundaries for this maneuver. The instructors let me attempt the figure 8 multiple times, five or six attempts, before they told me that it wasn't safe to let me continue the training. I had not dropped the bike or done anything unsafe. I simply could not keep within the boundaries of the figure 8 maneuver. This maneuver is the hardest part of the course, and I don't know how they could expect someone who has never driven a motorcycle before to be able to do it and keep within the boundaries. As a result, three hours into day two I was the next trainee kicked off Survivor Island. At this point only two trainees remained. Both trainees successfully completed the course. However, it should be noted that both remaining drivers had prior experience riding, and that worked in their favor. I would not recommend anyone without experience riding to attempt this course through Texas Motor Sports. The environment may have been a factor though. When I took the course a few weeks ago the summer heat had just begun to really scorch. It was 17-18 June 2023. I believe the extreme heat had something to do with how things turned out. The instructors simply didn't have the patience to let you learn how to ride. You either got it right away or you had to go away. I can see how the extreme heat may have impacted their lack of patience. However, when only two out of six trainees are allowed to complete the course that doesn't look good on the trainers, and they need to do some self-reflection. This is an expensive course. If you aren't going to commit yourself to providing quality training, then maybe you need to find something else to do. If the issue was the weather, then maybe reschedule training, but don't waste people's time and money. That is not the right way to treat people.

Unfortunately, we do not have control over the weather; although if we did, it would always be cool and sunny! Along with the high temperatures, this class just happened to have a majority of non-riders registered, which is actually not unusual for our classes, since this is the Beginner Class. Even so, a great percentage of our beginners do have success with the BRCU. The TMS BRCU is a two day course, created for the beginning rider. As with a large percentage of the course sponsors in Texas, we use the curriculum set out by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF). Within this curriculum, there are specific guidelines for what needs to be learned and how much time should be dedicated for each lesson. Although, such with your redoing the figure 8 multiple times, when a student is struggling with a skill, the instructors generally will allow a few extra attempts for the student to hopefully show success. If the student does not show that he/she has control of the skill/bike after multiple attempts, the student, per MSF curriculum rules, cannot advance to the next exercise. Since we usually keep our class count low, at 6 students, we are only required to have one instructor (6/1 ratio). In the case of your class of 6, you had 2 instructors. The combined years of experience for this husband and wife team are more than 40 years; with the wife having more than 30 all by herself. Along with teaching Texas Motor Sport’s new riders when she began her career with us in 1992, for the last 20 years she was actually a Trainer of Instructors for the state of Texas. When a student is also concentrating on learning to ride he/she does not generally see his/her fellow learners make a ‘mistake’, the trained eye of these instructors do. In the promotion of a safe environment for our students, it is the responsibility of the instructors to release a student before they have a ‘crash’, especially if they do not have established clutch control. Should a student not be successful with the course, we do have a discounted rate for a retake. If you are interested in price checking courses, you will find that, with TMS, you can take a course and repeat, if necessary, for about the same cost as other sponsors charge for the initial course. Please be aware that all of our instructors take teaching these classes very seriously. Their goal and the goal of the course is to train students to ride, yes, but also to make sure that they learn how to ride safely. This is quite long, with a lot of info and explanations, but we wanted you to be aware that, although this is the Texas Motor Sports BRCU, the curriculum we use is not one that TMS created. llo Mr. Bretzke, We are sorry that you and our sales team didn't connect. I asked our sales manager about this and he did check his email to see if he responded to your inquiry. Unfortunately, he realized by rereading your initial email that he misread it the first time, and instead of responding with an email, he called you. That mistake is definitely on us. Anyway, the machine that you wanted to sell was not one that we would have been interested in for purchase, and that is what our sales manager was wanting to inform you, should he have been able to reach you. You stated, you had already spoken to another dealer about trading/selling this 2006 machine, and they informed you that it was too old to accept in trade/or purchase. . Although we do not purchase anything older than 10 years old, we do accept some older machines on trade. A machine that old, even in great condition as you said yours was, is very hard to resell. Fantastic experience: Butch and the staff at Texas Motor Sports were great to deal with. My 9 year old and I went in to scope out a dirtbike for him. It was his first dirtbike and the staff did such a great job working with him. Somthing that really stuck out to me was even though it was me paying for the bike the focus was on him, when they explained everything about the bike they spoke to him and focused on him, they asked him if he had any questions. This showed him that the ownership was his and it was up to him to take responsibility for the bike. Will definitely be returning here for the next bike. Thanks guys!!!

Since the COVID shut downs, the manufacturers are working hard to play catch-up and get product completed and delivered to their dealers. Fantastic experience: I recently had an issue with an item (battery) from a repair about 4 moths ago. I called and talked to Patrick, he recommended I take the battery back to Batteries Plus. Batteries Plus gave me a hassle. I mediately went to Yamaha Powersports ready for a fight. Patrick was awesome and did everything he could to remedy the situation. He immediately assured me Yamaha Powersport would make the situation whole. The next day Patrick called to let me know the issue with the battery and mad som we recommendations to prevent the issue in the future. Yamaha Powersports care about their customers and do everything possible to keep them happy. I highly recommend them for ATV repairs. Lance

I live in Houston and looking for new Zx14r and local dealers they suck so I called the Texas Motorsport and Butch answered the phone and he said he has one in stock. Fantastic experience: I am visiting from out of state, and it was time for 600 mile service on TW-200. Called Texas Motor Sports and they advised to bring in on Saturday, as they are booked up on appointments during week days, but have walk in available on Saturdays. On arrival everyone I came into contact with was pleasant/helpful, and knowledgeable. I waited on site and was offered coffee/water etc while I waited. I also browsed their store and asked advice on which phone mount would be a good match for my T-dub. The staff recommended one, and then even mounted it on my bike, (no charge for labor). Service department kept me informed of details as they progressed/performed the maintenance. Gave me some good advice to perform on chain when mounting T-dub on back of motor home for travel. Over all experience was OUTSTANDING! Thank you to the entire team @ Texas Motor Sports!

Fantastic experience: Best. experience. EVER! Not only was the whole buying process comfortable and fun with Brian but I mentioned I had not ridden in a while and both Brian and the front desk receptionist went out of their way to stay 45 minutes past closing time to make sure that I was comfortable enough on the bike to ride it home! They even gave me some very helpful tips that I’ve been using every day since! I will be recommending them to others!

Negative experience: Service department appears to be so busy, which i have no doubt, that they've lost their ability to respect much less appreciate potential customers anymore. I've seen this with other companies and its just sad. Had my bike dropped off here just to have it picked up again an hour later and delivered to a more reputable one. Never give business to a company who's so busy that they can care less about your business. Thats being unprofessional at its finest.

Mr. Taylor, First of all, I’d like to apologize for your bad experience with our Service Department. Yes, we are very busy, but we should never be too busy to assist our customers. In researching your experience, we found that a Work Order was not created for your bike because it seems that your bike had not yet been delivered to us at the time that you came in. We should, however, have written a Work Order anyway when you were in the store, and obtained a signature granting us permission to work on your machine at that time . This was our mistake. The State of Texas regulations require us, and all vehicle repair shops to have documentation on every vehicle within the dealership. In this case, the documentation would have been the signed document. The phone call from our Service Manager was to let you know that we needed a Work Order signed before proceeding with the maintenance. As I said initially, our employee should have obtained that signature when you were in our store so you would not have had to return to sign. We have since discussed this matter with our employees so that a situation such as this does not occur again. We do hope that you received acceptable service from the other shop, if not we would appreciate you giving Texas Motor Sports another try. Debra - Texas Motor Sports

Negative experience: Went to have a tune up done on a Mule that had been purchased at this dealership. Employee walks out to look at another mule and tells him we don’t work on anything old than 15yrs old. He thought my mule was his, would not talk to me. VERY Unprofessional! If they won’t work on it that is fine, treat every customer like you would want to be treated. My family and I have done a lot of business there before and in fact my wife and I went to them first when we wanted to by a NEW Mule.BTW we purchased a new Mule in Georgetown! Sorry this is long, have never done this before but couldn’t believe what just happened!

Fantastic experience: Update -- I have to say it's still my favorite bike shop. Low to no pressure sales, great care through the process, exact bike I wanted right there on the show room floor, great value for my trade in. I absolutely love this dealership. I look forward to continuing business with them for a long time to come. Go in, talk to them, you will not be disappointed. The best motorcycle shop in the area. I go there for all my inspection needs. My wife bought a yamaha from there a while back and the experience was extremely pleasant. I would love it if they took over the suzuki sales for the area too. Then they would have the perfect trifecta of motorcycle sales! They sell Kawasaki and Yamaha and their selection of used bikes was nice as well.

Fantastic experience: As a first time motorcycle buyer, I did a good amount of research and walked into Texas Motor Sports with the intention of just sitting on a few bikes I was interested in. Butch greeted me and had no problem with it. Very cool guy and actually talked for a bit before browsing. I did the MSF course through Texas Motor Sports as well and had a good experience. After I got legal I called Butch and talked about prices and made a deal over the phone. Their prices are fair and they are very military friendly. No trying to take advantage of young soldiers. And they won't sell a R1 or some other liter bike to a brand new rider. They care about your safety. That says a lot if someone is putting your well being first before making a commission. They are very honest and straight forward. They also give a rebate discount of $100 if you take their MSF course and buy a Yamaha from them. Overall great experience. Everyone here is very friendly and genuine, and I would send my soldiers and friends here if they were interested in a bike.

Negative experience: For a few years this company was great. Now that I brought in my bike to get repaired my light kit was not working. They blamed my stereo system. I guess they didn't remember they installed it. Once I reminded them of that it was nothing but back peddling and it is what it is talk. Who puts an amp on a wire kit. Disrespect and no need to take your chance with them. I sure won't any longer.

Kristin, 2 weeks ago, after we repaired the front-end handling problem on your bike, this review had 5 Stars. Within the last few days, you have changed it to one star because of issues with your Accent Lighting failure; however, this lighting was NOT installed by us. The Stereo system was installed by us 5+ YEARS ago, and has NO bearing on the light failure. Whoever installed the light system for you did a poor job, and as we informed you, it has now shorted out, resulting in melted wiring. We are sorry that you are having issues with your light system, but unfortunately, we did not cause this failure. We are, however, willing to repair it correctly for you. Although it is our goal to see that everyone who passes through our classes achieves success, unfortunately not everyone does on the first try; and we certainly do not want anyone who is not ready, to get on the street unprepared. Negative experience: Well what can I say...I almost feel robbed! Although I would give 5 stars to Mrs. Debra...she truly has AWESOME customer service. My daughter purchased the “BRC” course for me as a birthday gift and I can’t say I would give it 5 stars. I feel like for someone who knows absolutely nothing about motorcycles, the information they teach in the class versus what you are tested on is not helpful. I feel they did not really cover information that you are tested on which sorta sets you up for failure. It also is upsetting that I wasn’t the only person who did not pass the test yet others were able to slide through and attend the second part of the class...NOT FAIR!!! Yes I am aware that it is a requirement that you pass both parts but it would help if they cover and spend more time focusing on what you need to know for the test. Waste of my daughter's hard earn money! Again I was not the only person who did not pass...there were two others who formally did not pass but he gave them an 80 anyway. I witnessed one with my own eyes an spoke to the other individual who stated they missed more than the amount allowed but was still permitted to attend the next course.

Hello Ms A, We are so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with the BRCU. As you know, the BRCU is the Basic Rider Course which is required by the State of Texas to obtain the M certification on your license, and which makes you a legal motorcycle rider. The curriculum that our instructors follow is set by the MSF (Motorcycle Safety Foundation) and the state, so each instructor has specific information that he/she is required to present during the range portion and classroom portion of the course. There is also information gained from the ECourse that is on the test as well. So the written test is pretty comprehensive, and, although not everyone passes, our students have a high rate of success on it. Unfortunately, you did not give me enough information in your letter so that I could pin-point which class you were in, so I researched the last 4 classes and found that, with the 24 students that we taught in the month of September, all but one passed the written portion of the class. With a score of 80 and above being passing , most scored above 90. Also, even though once a student does not succeed on the written test, and cannot earn the final BRCU certificate, it is our policy to invite those that do not pass the written exam to come and ride with the class on day two. This allows the student an extra 4 plus hours of practice should he/she decide to give the class a second try. This invitation was extended to the person above, but this person unfortunately did not show up on day two. Texas Motor Sports has been sponsoring motorcycle rider courses for over 31 years, with the goal of teaching those who want to ride, how to ride safely. Positive experience: Brought my Virago in for new tires and an oil leak. Initially the oil leak was not fixed correctly, but the Service Manager had my bike brought back in. He took ownership of getting it fixed right. Him and the Parts Manager made sure the parts and repairs were handled quickly and did not charge me labor again. I'm pleased with the shops accountability to it's customers.

Fantastic experience: My name is jerry Levine I’m not going to leave a review on here quite yet. I’m curious to see if they get a hold of me to fix the problem I’m having. I’ve purchased 2 CF MOTO 500’s from this establishment. The first one, was about 2 years ago and was outstanding! great customer service and everything. That’s why I came back for a second one. The second one is a 2020 CF MOTO 500 as well. bought about 3 or 4 months ago has been ridden 3 times for a total of about 6 hours at the most. The motor started making a rattling sound. After clicking through the odometer readings I realized it had over 30 hours on it. And was told yesterday by the sales man that they should get it’s first major service at around 20 hours or the motor starts coming apart. I went in and asked them how many hours was on this “Brand New Machine“ when I bought it and was told they didn’t know. I’m wondering if they’ll do the 20 hour maintenance service on the machine without charging me since it already had over 20 hours on it when I bought is “As New”? Ps if they get a hold of me and fix this issue, I will let everyone know. You can reach me at [email protected].... Update! They got a hold of me this morning, and I’m happy to say they are taking care of me.. definitely a top notch business. Will continue to tell all my friends about this place... and try to drum up even more business for them.

Negative experience: Called about a test ride and employee couldn’t have been more disrespectful! Many bike shops I’ve been too in my experience have had demo bikes to test ride and see what you like best. I didn’t know anything about this place and called about a test ride. The employee laughed at me asking about test riding a bike. DEFINITELY could have been more professional in explaining that they did not offer test rides on specific bikes rather than laughing at a simple question! DEFINITELY lost my business!

Hi Cody, First, let me apologize for the reaction from our sales person. His response was definitely inappropriate and unprofessional. However, in his defense, since the kids have been out of school, we have had many 'prank' phone calls, and when you began your greeting with "I had been in a pretty bad accident recently", and then asked to test ride a new R1 (1000 cc super sport), our sales person wrongly assumed that this was another 'prank' call. In regards to test rides on an R1, or any super sport bike, Texas Motor Sports’ policy is to not allow test rides on super sport bikes, so a test ride on any R1 would not have been possible. Negative experience: I took a Yamaha generator there since they are licensed service. They wouldn't work on it never even looked at it I'm really not sure why. Fantastic experience: This review won't justify the excellent customer service they provide.Saw the ad online for Kawasaki Ninja H2,called them to see if it was still available,Butch Carter response was quick & professional.They offered me good value on my trade,the whole deal was worked on phone,as I live in Dallas,I didn't wanted to drive 2.5 hours before making sure everything was good to go. They make you feel as part of family,everyone we interacted with were friendly & professional,I have bought several motorcycles in past ,but this was the best experience ever,the lady who did the paperwork was professional & knowledgeable Do ask for Butch Carter for hassle free & excellent buying experience.Will always prefer buying from them whenever I am in market,the 2.5 hours drive is worth it.
