His instruction was easy to follow and he quickly and expertly identified any issues with riders to help them learn, apply, and succeed. The course moved quickly from skill to skill, though Tim conscientiously made sure each student understood and could execute each module, exercise, and skill. Felt fortunate to have Tim guiding us through the course. We will all be better, safer, more knowledgeable riders on the road. We appreciated his expertise and diligence. He was great.

Positive experience: Amazing instructor (Tim)! In the class the instructor is very nice and helpful!!!!! Great class for beginners!!! Now, 7 days later I took the class, they forgot to update my results (pass) in the system. I went to the DMV (long line), and they told me to contact the motorcycle office (where I took my course and exam) because my results were not in the system. I called the office and they said they forgot. My advice for the new riders, if you take the course in this location, once you pass the test, make sure you call them before going to the DMV. Otherwise, you will waste your time!

Fantastic experience: Riding coach Tim at Bonita was awesome. Tim was very professional and helpful with very clear instructions and demonstrations. I was extremely nervous and anxious but he easily put me at ease, which is not easy. All of the students were comfortable as a unit. Tim was forgiving when needed and more strict when necessary. He has a very positive attitude and demeanor. I am going to take individual riding courses and request him as the instructor. I gave a 5 star because of the instructor. However, the scheduling and registration process needs some work with return calls and communication. Some of the motorcycles need some minor mechanical work. I enjoyed the opportunity and would take the class again, even if I hadn't passed. :)

The pace of the course was perfect, taking the riders from relatively lower confidence to higher confidence with repetition and careful explanations. The course content was clearly outlined and the skills exercises were clearly explained and well demonstrated. Safety was top priority along with proper rider observation and execution. Great job!

Fantastic experience: I took the MSF course on the Wednesday and Thursday night classes and was very happy with it. It was a great class, and the instructor Gabriel is very knowledgable. I already knew how to ride but he really sharpened my skills and got me better at low speed maneuvering.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, I rescheduled and when I showed up the class was full- they forgot to put me on the schedule. When I went back they told me the wrong time to be at the class and I never received any confirmation. The first time I booked I was never able to get ahold of anybody and never got a text or email. This is why I had to reschedule. Also there is a $150 rescheduling fee they charged fully even after forgetting to put my on the schedule. Overall I missed too much work because of their mistake and they did nothing to help. I would drive further and find another company to go with. Furthermore there trailer was full of mold and the cooler of water was moldy too. Gross. The instructor Tim was nice I would give him 5 stars but not worth dealing with this unprofessional company.
