Negative experience: I work 2 jobs. Have minimal time off. Stopped in to get an extra key (as I had lost one in the spring) on a rare ride.. Service counter seemed bothered by my even being there. Rest of the staff seemed pleasant. Said they do not cut keys...It's a bottle key..I guess they do not program FOB's either? I was ready to walk around the nice showroom...not after that though. Maybe I just took it the wrong way???
Christopher, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I'm sorry we were not clear. All keys need to be ordered. We do not cut keys. However, we do program fobs. First i wanted to Thank Very Much Deb Calandriello who helped me on the phone, while i was on the road, in communicating with tow truck to tow and bring my bike to Twin States Harley to fix it. Positive experience: One of the things i always loved about working at Harley was the atmosphere when a child came in was not at all what you'd expect. All the hardened, tattood bikers seemed to melt and become kids again themselves when a kid came in wanting to sit on bikes and touch this and touch that and ask questions. Went into Twin States Harley today with my son since he likes to do do just that. They treated him like their own. They were patient and informative with me and my son, knowing we likely weren't buying anything at all. They even gave him a business card with his name on it and some manuals so he can learn more about how motorcycles go together. Made a disappointing trip due to the science museum being closed into something memorable and fun. Will be back for any of my motorcycle related needs for sure.

Fantastic experience: Deb, Craig, Rich and the gang have been very good to me. I just bought a Pan America from them and it was easy as can be. Financing was quick and painless and Rich was more than willing to take the time to make sure everything went smoothly. Fantastic experience: If you're thinking about buying a new Harley Davidson you should probably read my story. I am currently looking to build a house in Vermont and wasn't sure if I should be buying a new bike at this time. After consulting my bank, I was informed that if I keep my payments around $350 a month I would be okay. Last week I purchased a 2023 Heritage Softail at Twin States Harley-Davidson. During the process I made several mistakes that would have brought my payments beyond the threshold the bank set for me. 4 days later I'm reading the paperwork that I signed and realized I was over that $350 mark thus putting my new home in jeopardy. I called Twin States and talked to the sales manager, Craig, so he asked me to come down and he would try to work with me to resolve the problem. A few days later we sat across from each other,and discussed what I did and he informed me that 2/3 of my problem was easy to fix. He would have to get hold of corporate Harley-Davidson to try to resolve one more obstacle. Before I left he told me that he did get hold of corporate and they said it was possible. I was still so upset that I may have ruined my chance of building my dream home because of what I did . 2 days later I got a phone call saying that I have to come down to sign new paperwork because they fixed the whole thing. If it were not for Craig and Melanie I would be screwed. I am writing this review for anybody that is looking into buying a bike that they really really want but aren't sure if they're going to be treated fairly. I can tell you right now that the place to purchase your new bike is Twin State Harley-Davidson in West Lebanon New Hampshire. You can trust in the honesty and integrity of this business. I am thoroughly impressed with what they did for me and it will not be forgotten. Make the trip, look at the bikes, talk to the people. Pete Foley was the salesman that sold me the bike and when he heard about my problem he assured me that Craig would take care of it. He spoke the truth. Get over there so that you too can enjoy the love that I have for cruising on a new Harley. If you pass somebody on a blue gray Heritage with a smile from ear to ear it's probably me. Fantastic experience: I have had 2 Harleys and both have been serviced here. I have added thousands in chrome to both, and they have done a great job with both. Chelsea is by far one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met on motorcycles. I trust few people with my motorcycle but I trust her. Her customer service, patience, and follow up is top notch. Matt is also quite knowledgeable, and they make a great team! Team Twin State is a great place to buy, trade, and service your bike. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Negative experience: Couldn’t negotiate a deal after 2 tries. Bought a motorcycle elsewhere, had to get new tires put on and they wouldn’t do it because I didn’t purchase the tires through them. Absolutely ridiculous. I tried supporting my local dealership and they gave me every reason 3 times not to ever go there again.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience! The motorcycle overheated a few miles from the dealership. We were traveling from out of state, made it to the dealership and they accessed it and fixed it. Not a small job to not only replace but upgrade the water pump. It was a Saturday and they were still willing and able to get it done and get us back on the road. Matt J., service mgr., was very helpful and knowledgeable. Art, the tech that worked on the bike, did a great job and even offered to wash it for us if we wanted to remove our luggage! All the staff was helpful and attentive during our stay. They grilled hot dogs, hamburgers and pizza and made sure we were fed and well taken care of. Highly recommend!!

Negative experience: Please watch the sales people!! Went in looking at a used 2021 883 iron for 13K and they wanted $3K down for 66 months? Do the math!!! Plus bank statements coming in saying 2022 xl1200 forty-eight?? A guess sales guy was ready for his vacation and we are not worthy to them. Went to National Powersports and found a 2021 883 iron with 200 miles and under $10K !!!

Fantastic experience: I went in looking at a used Rebel and walked out with a Harley! Noah was super helpful in helping me find the right first bike. He answered all my questions, helped me with each bike to see what I might need, and when I didn't find anything that day, He remembered me and reached out when there was something that would suit me! and he found me a perfect starter bike. I met most of the people in the dealership and all were friendly and helpful. I will be getting most of my gear here as well as they have a good selection! I will be a repeat customer. Negative experience: Update: Picked up my bike - They attempted to add a third slip for just under 500 dollars, made comments to the effect of "You must be happy to be getting your bike back", never ran the bike after putting oil in it, so it was low. Put cosmetic mirrors on I didn't need, and they were 2 inches shorter, so I'm staring at my shoulders now. And after never having my bike leaking oil, it's now leaking out the side of the bike. All for 2540 - you too can have Twin State Harley Davidson Rob You - Crooks, and they attempted to tac another 500 onto the 2500 bill after telling them the 2500 should have been no more than 2300. CROOKS.
You have been invited several times to meet with our General Manager to discuss any concerns and you have opted not to do so. As it appears you are still uninterested in doing so, we wish you all the best.

When I picked the bike up everything went fast and smooth even though I did not tell them what time I would be arriving. Fantastic experience: These guys are a top notch crew. I brought my bike to them, it ended up needing a whole mew engine. And they stored it for me for almost a year. I have had a lot of health issues, so I couldn’t afford to have a new engine done, and they still went out of there way to waive all the storage fees, and gave me a super great price, and delivered the bike to my house for me on top of it. Chelsea was the one who called and emailed me and went above and beyond to help me out. You guys are a great crew of people. Thanks again. When things are a little better, I will be back to do business with these guys for sure!

Negative experience: I purchased a used bike and discovered it needed some service work and repairs. The dealership picked it up with a promise to make things right . At 1st I was beyond upset. I have had a couple of real negative experiences at LA Harley Davidson service department with my other electra glide. I spoke with the manager at twin state Harley and he reminded me how sometimes the unknown things do come up and he will do everything he can to make things right. The manager went the extra mile and arranged for the Harley I just bought from them to be picked up and corrected. He also mentioned they would possibly supply a loaner bike if the repairs become A time issue. Kudos to the manager for restoring my faith in the process of buying a bike from a HARLEY dealership

Negative experience: We were not overly happy there one salesman quoted me a price of $6,400 on a motorcycle the sales manager seconds after he quoted me 6400 quoted me 7500not knowing the salesman it already giving me 6400 evidently he thought he could jack the price on me. I don't know who was wrong whether it was the salesman or the sales manager Craig I definitely got the impression it was Craig. it's little things like that to tell me people are not as honest as they could be. When I'm ready to buy a Harley and I will do it soon it won't be from them.

Fantastic experience: Rich, Arron, Deb..... thank you for making my experience purchasing a new to me HD as relaxing and informative as you could. I never felt hurried, double teamed, nor did I, at any time, feel pressured into buying a brand new bike. (Although they were beautiful!) I know I said my bike will be the last one I ever buy, you never know. I would definately come to you. I highly recommend the team at Twin State to anyone interested in a great ride!

Fantastic experience: Friendly, non-pushy staff. Appeared to be a good selection of motorcycles. The folks in both the parts and service departments are very helpful. I have had my bike serviced there and have ordered parts several times. The folks in the service department were incredibly helpful in tracking down an electrical issue and contacting the manufacturer of the part to determine a solution to the issue. They were able to get me in the next day for new tires for my Harley.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. My husband and I were heading back from Maine to New York. We lost functions for our horn, turn signals and cruise control. We arrived about a 1/2 before closing and got our issue resolved and we were back on the road and did not charge us..Thank you Matt!!!
