Fantastic experience: Was visiting family in So Cal, wanted to see the new building so we made the drive over to see. Was just checking things out and noticed that you had the New Shoei Neotec 3, and so thanks to Whitney got to try it in my size. She was excellent and put up with me wandering around with the helmet on. Thank you Whitney for taking care of me, was due for a new helmet and because of Whitney packed up a new helmet, visor and pinlock. Great service, and great looking new shop Robert!

Negative experience: Stopped by today and absolutely fell in love with a used bike! I was told the bike was 12k, so i asked for a cash price thinking maybe they could sweeten the deal. The closer came out after making me wait 30 plus minutes and tells me the bike is now 13.5k what a genius, this is his idea of a cash price? Con men, stay away!!! Needless to say I will be going elsewhere! Its now the next day, and seeing how everyone else that did a review on this dealership at least received a response from someone in regards to what they said in their review, mine hasn't received the same treatment. I get it. I would have thought being this close to Christmas and the Newyear the dealership would be doing what they could to sell bikes! Funny, Palmdale has same bike for 12.5k, maybe they want to sell one!

Fantastic experience: Great place to shop for a new bike, parts and motor clothes. Their service department is excellent with great technicians. I bought my bike a SCV Harley Davidson add all extra parts and installed by there tech.

Fantastic experience: I saw a softail online and immediately put in a request for financing and immediately got a call from Dewayne to set up an appointment. He even sent a video of the bike directly to my email. Upon arrival, he was ready to go for a test drive and answered all my questions. Paul was incredibly helpful and did everything he could to make sure I walked out of there with the bike I wanted. The process took quite a bit of time, mostly waiting around to sit down with AJ. My wife, son, and I all went together and we got there around 12:30pm and left at 6pm. Dewayne made sure we were comfortable the whole time even though he was incredibly busy. We came back the following Tuesday to pick up the bike, and he was very helpful. I am very happy with the bike and experience. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a bike.

Negative experience: Do NOT waste your time with this Dealership! Took my '22 CVO in June 13th and it STILL wasn't repaired by December of last year! I ended up picking up my Bike and trailering ot to Cowboy HD back in Texas, and Matt had it completed in less than a day! SC HD even stole and pocketed my insurance check and then tried to cover it up with lies. It was absolutely 1 lie after the other. I have owned many, many Harleys over my lifetime, and those was absolutely the worst experience EVER. Also, no one in parts dept.have a clue. Do not own, work on or ride Harleys. Poorly stocked showroom. Never have anything in Stock. Floor staff are more concerned with cell phones and each other than assisting customers. Most HD Dealerships usually have events for Customers. Not this one! Horrible Dealership. Unprofessional and unknowledagble Staff. Poor inventory are just a few of the reasons to avoid this dealership at all costs!

Fantastic experience: Wife and I stopped in while on vacation from Texas. (Big fan of Robert Patrick) I knew he was on the Run for the Wall Ride. His entire staff were welcoming and friendly to us both. Bought a few items and enjoyed looking at his memorabilia. I received an autographed picture of Robert from staff, did I say they were all GREAT people there?? . Can't wait to return back to Cali when they get moved into their new place..

Went out the to get my first Harley, Patrick and Paul made it so easy and made sure I left with the bike I wanted and the price rate I wanted. They went above and beyond with gifts and helped me with insurance. Definitely recommend it here loved the environment and help I got.

Everything is well organized and they have a system in place that not only makes you feel welcomed, but you are made to feel welcomed. I never was pressured into something I didn’t want and in the end I ended up with a brand new 2024 FXLRST! Positive experience: OK let me start with saying the service and the people there were very friendly.I guess my issue is that I took my bike in to get my handlebars adjusted. Put in new riser bushings and the top piece with set screw so that my ape hangers would not slip. I called to get a quote and was quoted 180 to 250 for labor, I provided riser bushings & top mount for the handlebars. I get there and I am told that I will be charged 120 for the bushings and then 180 to install the top mount. So I pay and get to work done tell them exactly where I want my handlebars set. End of day I'm called to pick my bike up. My bars are not where I want them so I came back the next day and let them know that I was not happy with it. They had no problem adjusting them and putting them where I wanted them. So here in lies my issue all this work is done in the same location for the riser bushings and the top mount for the handlebars when I questioned and asked why I was charged 2 different prices they told me that at work was done separately. Now I don't wrench on bikes but from all the videos that I've seen in order to get to the riser bushes you have to remove the plate that I provided them with to replace the bushings.I'm not understanding how I got charged a $180 to put a piece back on that you had to remove to get to the bushings in the first place. I would just like some clarification on this. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: The entire team at Santa Clarita Harley provided exceptional assistance throughout the entire process of selecting a new bike. They were extremely helpful in all aspects, from facilitating the trade-in of the old bike to securing financing for the new one. I must specifically mention Dillon and Paul, who were particularly instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Negative experience: I have been stirred wrong by the service department on more than one occasion. They over torqued my oil filter and they lost my hardware for my seat. Update 6/6/24 I don't recommend their service dept. This place has worked on my bike and they always seem to eff-it up somehow. Ask me for details and I'll tell you all. The service just sucks. Old Road Effed up my Sportster, rebuilt the engine twice and it still burned oil. I thought that under a new ownership and a new name, the service would have improved. Boy, I was mistaken. I'm never bringing my bike here again. Robert Patrick, if you care about your store, you should contact me. Btw, the recent bike serviced was a Road Glide.

Negative experience: So I went into purchase a helmet and I actually saw Bike that I was very interested in spoke to the salesman and the sales manager. They gave me a price and said that they would text me and let me know a price out the door, and never did. So I text him about six or seven hours later and asked where is my out the door code And they stated that they were doing other things. So I went the very next day to Antelope Valley Harley, where the same bike was $1500 cheaper than their sticker price and purchased it. It was out of here within 45 minutes. Do not use them under any circumstances.

Fantastic experience: Great place to dream. It's beautiful and difficult to walk away from paying more for a motorcycle than your SUV or custom town car. Personally I like building my own from a bare bones bike and finish with my personal touch. I can build one for 12K that far exceeds what they sell for 40K...but I'm a biker, I ride hard on a bike that fits perfectly and facilitates my needs, safety.

Negative experience: No thanks. Pressured to buy a bike the day I was there. I'll go to Laidlaw's.Alot better dealership and very approchable!

Negative experience: I purchased saddle bag guards. There were two of the left side lower bar inside the box instead of Right and left sides. I informed the parts Dept, requested to speak with parts manager and left message for her to call. But parts manager never returned my call and did not consider to meet me, upon returning the part. She never took ownership of the issue and obviously customer service is not a priority for her.

Negative experience: Must Say, great people all around. BUT To mount the front and read tires on my 2010 HD Street Glide. I feel they really over charge me for this service. Originally the service department was charging me $242.68 JUST to mount the tires? I ended up paying just under $200.00 to be exact it was a total of $ 193.38 Just to mount the tires? I ended up paying around $500.00 for the tires. with a total Amount Paying around $700.00. NOT happy about it. but I was done.

Fantastic experience: Doing business with Russ was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend him if you’re interested in a bike. He initially responded to my internet inquiry and was super courteous and easy going with my questions. I went a pretty decent distance to see him even though I have a local store less than a couple miles from my home. My only complaint comes from just how drawn out the entire purchase process got. Took a while to get a trade figure on my bike, even longer to get numbers on the new deal. If it wasn’t for Russ and keeping good conversation and giving a solid tour of the place I probably would have walked out. Bonus points Mr T1000 (Robert Patrick) is the owner and the store is riddled with some nostalgic posters and goodies everywhere. Russ thank you again, I’m a happy camper!

Fantastic experience: Not to sure if any other people know but Harley Davidson of Santa Clarita actually offers you classes on motorcycling with Top Gun Mc. I’m an experienced rider who has ridden with out an M1 and this past weekend I’ve decided to take the class for myself and finally go to the dmv and get my M1. My instructors David and Angela were honestly helpful, knowledgeable and very patient with us students! I’m glad I took the time to finally come out and get the motorcycle class done, although I’m experienced there are some things I’ve learned that I didn’t know back then when it came to riding motorcycles so again thank you two instructors for pushing us to do our best and the patience you two had to teach us all!

Fantastic experience: Brought my bike in Saturday 8/22 with an appointment to get the Screamin Eagle auto tuner module installed on my SG CVO. The parts department had the tuner and service got my bike right in for the install. Total time in and out was 2 hours. Great job by everyone!! Thanks
