Positive experience: I think they overcharged me. But when you want stuff you have to pay. But my price went from $39K to $51K because I wanted these extras and I think they overcharged me on the extras to make their money back from what they original price was. They always seem to get you in the drive-thru or out the back door. No P Diddy

Negative experience: They have terrible customer service. Went in for an oil change and tires. They lost my keys! All of them. And then took 4 months to fix without calling me to keep me informed and updated. And didn’t even apologize about THEIR huge mess up. Would not recommend and am never going back. They are the worst.

Negative experience: They like to play hardball with their pricing which is absurd considering how HD is doing. They have large inventory of new 2023 bikes they try to sell above list price.

Negative experience: 1/5 Stars I recently paid a lot of money to have my neck bearings replaced at Livermore Harley. Unfortunately, they failed to tighten the bearings to the manufacturer’s specifications. When I took my bike to another shop, the mechanic there informed me that the loose neck bearings could have led to serious injury if not addressed promptly. I’m extremely disappointed that after spending so much money, my bike was left in such a dangerous condition. To add insult to injury, when I informed Livermore Harley about the issue, they told me I would have to pay again for them to fix their mistake. This experience felt like a blatant cash grab, and I wouldn’t be writing this review if they had offered to correct their error without additional charges. For anyone considering getting service here, be warned that you might end up with unsafe repairs and a hefty bill.

Positive experience: I was looking for a particular brand and type of motorcycle goggles. The suppliers site said this dealership sold them, so I called to check to see if they had the ones I needed. Had to leave a message, but no return call, so I rode over to check. Not only did they not have the ones I needed, they had no goggles. 4 STARS for the service I received while there. Fantastic experience: My bf owns 3 Harleys but decided to sell them hoping to just have one new bike. He rides hard fast and on long trips, so he often has to repace parts or tears up his 2006, 2008 and 2011 bikes. He almost has a full bike shop between him and his brother. Unfortunately, they were not open because it was a Monday. We will have to come back on the weekend.

Fantastic experience: I have owed 2 different HD motorcycles in the past. I rode into East Bay HD on my Triumph to explore the possibility of rejoining the HD team. After 2 test rides, I rode off on a 2023 road Glide. I had a great experience and never felt pressured to the negotiations. Fantastic experience: Eric and Hondo worked to earn my business. I’m definitely a hard person to negotiate with but they went above and beyond to keep me happy. Highly suggest you ask for Homdo if you are in the market for a bike. Also Joel got me setup with all the aftermarket stuff I needed for my bike and Sarah got me dialed with helmets and headsets. Fantastic experience: Came into Livermore Harley Davidson to pick up a part because no other Harley store had it. Drove from San Jose to pick up my conversion kit with my family on my daughter’s birthday and andrew and his staff was very welcoming and very nice. Treating us with such warming and positive attitudes. Made me and my family feel at home, also staff was nice enough to congratulate my daughter and give her a birthday shirt and my son a Harley Davidson key chain ! Also nice enough to give me a shirt aswell ! I recommend this Harley store to anyone wanting to be treated with respect ! Hands down best Harley store I’ve been in! Fantastic experience: I first met some of the team at Eagle’s Nest last fall when a friend of mine purchased his Street Bob. I was impressed with Eric’s patience & insight as my friend mulled over and test rode different bikes. We struck up a conversation ourselves over the bikes I presently had and options for upgrading my Iron 883. Fast forward to this past spring — I was pleasantly surprised to come across Eric and some of the Eagle’s Nest team here at East Bay. He remembered our conversation about the Iron months before and while I still hadn’t decided on an upgrade or trade-in, there was no pressure; just a confidence in their selection and that they’d be ready whenever I was. A couple months and visits later, our conversation kept up. And while they didn’t have the Low Rider S that had caught my eye, he set me up with a test ride of the Low Rider ST just to make sure I’d exhausted all other possibilities. Time came I was ready for the trade-in and not only did I get a value for the Iron that was more than fair, Eric made the calls to bring in a Low Rider S in black for me. That same thoroughness continued with Jack in finance who covered all the potential service and coverage options in such a way it was easy to tell which ones would benefit in the long (and short) run. There’s a culture to the team at East Bay — a willingness to go above-and-beyond — that I haven’t really found at other Harley builds. Their selection of bikes is dynamic — eye-catching and constantly in flux. And on the rare occasion they don’t have what you’re looking for, they will do what they can to bring it in. This is why, in spite of living closer to another location, I’ll be handling everything thru East Bay from now on. UPDATE: I’m happy to say that the culture I described above extends to Chad W. & the service department. Scheduling a 1K and 20K service for my bikes was a breeze. The cost-benefit ratio was balanced; his attention to detail, incredible. A professional, personable, straight-shooting & accommodating crew goes a long way. *Definitely* handling all things Harley here.

Positive experience: Great location and great staff. Have a huge selection of new and used bikes. They also have great selections of apparel to try on and choose. Need a new helmet, well the will be happy to assist you. When you choose and select the bike you want. Sign the paperwork and listen to the tones that greet you to the harley family. Need a motorcycle license, come by and talk, and they will get you set. Come by and take a look. You will not be sorry for doing so.

Fantastic experience: I met Chad here couple of weeks ago. I had some questions on upgrades, I was thinking about. Have been to almost all Bay Area dealerships talking to service department managers. All of them are good but Chad, he is a MAN!! Very knowledgeable and accommodating. He walked me through all my options and helped me to prioritize on my wants and needs. Fantastic experience: Eric was the first person i spoke with at this shop. He showed me a couple different bikes that he felt would fit my riding style. The following day, Eric had a bike outside waiting for me to test ride. After my ride, I wasnt sure that was the bike for me. Eric pulled out a different bike to try and that's the one I ended up buying. The whole process was so easy and everyone was willing to take the time and explain everything in the required "tour". East Bay Harley treated me and my family with such kindness. The shop treats me like one of their own and I will always go back! If you're looking for a new bike East Bay Harley is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: For some reason I couldn't write a review from my phone, so I'm using my fiances phone. This is Jewells TKO Zuniga. Everyone in this store is always so helpful. And the Service Department has always been top notch! I only take my Ultra Classic there for servicing because I trust that there won't be any probs, and if there ever has been a problem, they rectify it immediately, and I've always appreciated that. I had 2 surgeries in the past few years, which stoped me from being able to ride because I had to recuperate. Meanwhile, my bike remained in the garage covered. As soon as I was cleared to ride, I had my bike taken in to be fully serviced, and inspected to ensure all safety and warranty issues were handled appropriately. I knew I needed a full service, a battery, and possibly brakes and tire inspection. Well, the tires were in need of changing because of dry rot and age. Yes, these services are expensive, but not doing them could literally mean serious issues if not taken care of. There was a miscommunication with what Chad in Service and I discussed, and when I went to pick up my bike, some things hadn't been done. Chad was so accommodating and apologized profusely, and quickly remedied the situation. Since I took an Uber there from Brentwood, he personally ordered an Uber for me back to Brentwood, and got me some water while I waited, which I appreciated greatly. If I waited a few years to be able to ride, I can wait a few more days to ride, especially if it is a safety issue. I've had friends that have gone down, and what they suffered was extensive, so safety is paramount for me. Chad went above and beyond to take care of me and my bike, and I appreciate that. Thank you East Bay Harley Davidson, and especially Chad, and even Natasha for helping me get my bike right so I can safely get back on the ground!! You guys all rock, in every department!!! I freakin love you guys!!!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I went to East Bay Harley to purchase a motorcycle yesterday (Monday 2/27) and really enjoyed the whole experience. Negative experience: I was absolutely not going to write a review. I recently had another conversation about this Harley dealership by chance. And the conversation was exactly what i was told in the pass. My experience here while shopping to purchase was a complete turn off. Staff was very arrogant as if I was wasting their time meanwhile as I looked around, this place felt very cold and stale without another customer insight. Being involved with thee Harley Davidson Family for many years I’ve never come across a dealership like this being from the West to the East Coast ever. I really thought it was just bad timing on my part however I was told to stray away from this place to shop where all communities are welcomed. Not in a million years I thought I would hear this from several different people at several different times. I’ve added another addition to the family Thanks to a Harley Dealership that made me feel good about spending my hard earned money. These days that’s what we need good salesmanship. Hope this experience help build better relationships.

Fantastic experience: Bought a very clean 48 here a few weeks back and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Josh was great, and very upfront and honest about the bike and its condition! Fantastic experience: Just picked up my bike from east bay Harley. I’m very very happy with the service that I received. Chad in the service department was very helpful and got my bike in a day earlier. I will bring my bike back to the service department so long as chad is there. He let me know if anything were going to change from the quote. Chad is very knowledgeable about bikes. You can tell that he takes pride in his customer service.

Fantastic experience: The East Bay Harley Davidson team is great! I came in to get some risers installed on my FXLRS and Chad was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I called a week ahead to discuss the parts I had, get an estimate and schedule a time to come in. Checking in was a breeze and I received regular updates when they had to source additional wires and parts that I had overlooked. This is definitely the place to bring your bike!

Fantastic experience: I would like to share my experience at East Bay Harley-Davidson on Saturday morning, 9/17. I had scheduled a service appointment for my Softail Deluxe with Chad Watts earlier in the week. Sure enough, Chad was there and provided absolutely excellent service. This is my first Harley, and Chad explained many things to me about my bike. He even noticed an issue with my tail lights that I had not noticed before. Beyond giving me his total attention for 20+ minutes on a busy Saturday, he even went so far as to show me how to set up the Uber app on my android in order to get a shuttle back home, saving me from a Taxi Driver. Chad Watts gets an A++ from me, an English teacher at Livermore High School. Well done, Sir!

Fantastic experience: I went to East Bay Harley to get a quote for some parts and labor as i wanted to surprise my husband for xmas with all the extras he was wanting for his bike. I was greeted as soon as I walk in by a gentleman named Chad. He was super polite and professional even though I was being a little difficult. He maintained patience the entire time and made me feel comfortable in a situation i really dont know anything about. He help me compile a list of parts i was looking for as well as the labor on an estimate. I told him i wanted to make sure 100% as a few of the parts were special order and non refundable. Im going home and going to ease my hubby into telling me somehow thats exactly what he wants. Told Chad i will be back and i absolutely meant it. Thanks again Chad and i will see you soon!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed how experienced the staff was with the bikes. They were able to explain how each bike could accommodate to my lifestyle. I came in with three things in mind I wanted to play music, I wanted to make it to Los Angeles with comfort, and I wanted to take Someone as a passenger; and they helped narrow down to a street glide and a road glide. I left home for the weekend did a little research between the two and fell in love with the road glide. Paul was a very big help with helping hold the bike up so me and my girl could sit on it together, he explained the difference from the standard to the special, and I really just had to go all out for my first Harley ever, the process was easy he also is covering the cost for my motorcycles license! They gave us water for me and my family while we waited for the paperwork, I received a tour of every station in the store, the guy at the customized parts section they explained all the little gizmos that I could add to my bike exhaust seats gas caps, The girl at the clothing area gave me a free shirt for my new purchase and I was surprised with how much Harley has with clothing shoes gear even a picnic set!! Then The girl escorted me to the service area and I was showing bikes that were being worked on I will get a complementary wash every time I come in for a service or even an upgrade on my bike and she already scheduled my first oil change I have when I roughly believe I would put my first thousand miles I set it for my birthday but I think I’m gonna be coming in a little sooner than that, and the best part of all to my surprise after I hit the gong for my purchase everyone was hitting the horns on the bikes and people had air horns lights everyone cheered me on and it was really a cool experience that I’ve never received anywhere else I can see why people really have a love for Harley Davidson and the club/family feel can’t wait to put miles on my bike and in the future get the nice feeling I have now of writing such a brand new Harley !!!

Fantastic experience: What an amazing group of people. Friendly, knowledgeable and patient. From Keith to Brenda and everyone else that helped us get our new bike. Fantastic experience: Although I don't have a Harley, I did my motorcycle class through this dealership and today, when searching for a helmet and some gloves, I figured I go to their shop. Well, my experience could not have been better. The lady in the back who oversaw the sales of those items approached me and without any pressure helped me pick the best helmet for me, a Scorpion EXO full face modular helmet. Very happy with Harley Davidson of Livermore and the nice lady who helped me. I will go back for a jacket soon.

Fantastic experience: I just bought a 22' Street Glide Special from here a week ago and I'm loving it. The staff is all really friendly and helpful here especially Scott and Kenny. I can't say the price was great but what is right now in 2022. Anyway, I'm very happy with the bike and the whole process was easy. Thank you Livermore HD and the the ladies in the store in the back too. *Update* 05/19/23 - brought the bike back for some battery issues and got it replaced under warranty. Chad in service was very helpful getting it covered for me by HD and as always, a pleasure to work with. Chad is awesome.

Fantastic experience: Went in needing a riding jacket after finding none that fit me properly at other stores. Being a new rider, I didn't really understand what to look for. The woman at the register was very welcoming. She guided me through the different materials and layering, and showed me how the padding and various jackets worked. It was a very informative experience, and I got to see some other cool accessories and toys in the store that I hadn't noticed. Happily walked out with a jacket that feels great while riding.

Fantastic experience: This is my new favorite place! I recently purchased a 2020 Low Rider S from Livermore HD and could not be happier with the entire experience. Negative experience: Wish i could give no stars. Im a Combat Veteran, and was lied to by this dealership. They did not honor what there website promised and the sales guy Scott told me to reapply with the dealership after i told him i had an approval with another dealer. He told me that it would not draw another hard inquiry. To find out the bike that he was working on was already sold. If you are a veteran or stand for what is right do not go here. Harley Davidson will probaly apologize to this with some generic response, but at this time i dont want to hear it.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. My husband and I walked in and had the wonderful opportunity of never being greeted although the couple that walked in at the site time was greeted with a warm welcome. The only time we were greeted was when I commented that obviously my darker skin tone was not suitable for that store's obvious white motif. As Harley Davidson bike owners this location is definitely not a welcome location unless you're not on the right color spectrum and clearly we weren't.

Positive experience: Help was good, only reason not 5 stars is the empty shelves on the walls. Minimum inventory was sor of depressing. I miss the good old days when that was a vibrant place to visit.

I agree. Our level of inventory is down from pre-pandemic levels. During the last 10 weeks, almost all of our vendors, including Harley-Davidson, were closed or operating on a limited basis. Fortunately, most have reopened and large shipments of product are arriving daily. Please stop again soon. I'm sure you'll be happy to see the selection is getting back to normal. Fantastic experience: My water pump went out on my 2016 road glide cvo. I talked with sammy, and he got me right in and got me back on two wheels and I was able to ride my Harley home with a quick turnaround! Not only was the service fast, his whole crew was respectful and had an answer to all my questions! I will definitely be going back. Thank you Sammy and Livermore Harley.

Negative experience: Came in this morning around 10:30 a.m. with my daughter was hoping to buy a helmet and a couple other accessories for my motorcycle. Was never acknowledged never asked if I needed help and I got tired of waiting so I left I was hoping to patronize this business but with this quality of customer service I won't be spending my money here anytime soon.

Please accept my sincere apology for not having staff available to take care of your and your daughter's needs. We are certainly in an unusual time and are trying to balance employee staffing with our reduced hours and reduced business. As an essential business we are here to serve the public with their transportation needs while maintaining an environment to keep both our employees and customers safe. Fantastic experience: Omg.! The bikes are beautiful. Was visiting a friend and had to stop to get my poker chips! Everyone was friendly and helpful!

Fantastic experience: I got a great deal on a used 2015 Electra Glide and a decent trade in on mine. Of course we all think our bike is worth more. I did how ever have a issue with the heated grips,passing lights, Navi, USB connection on my new bike. I wanted to say a shout out to them in regards to fixing it in a timely fashion at no additional cost to me. Thank you Livermore Harley.
