Fantastic experience: To start these people here are absolutely fantastic. Started off as inquiring about an oil change closer to home before our Tennessee trip and turned into not one but multiple awesome visits to Hoosier Harley. Their down right honesty sold me. They are not the regular parts sellers they actually want you to achieve your goals without breaking the bank. Anything you need done whether big or small these boys got you covered. Travis built an awesome team of BUILDERS that know what they are doing. This is the best dealer around that actually build bikes, not just sell you the newest gadget out.

Negative experience: My girlfriend went here for the rider course and bought a bike. While there, an employee (Bobby) continued to flirt with her and even went as far as to text her and hit on her even when she expressed she was not interested. Texts included “are you and your boyfriend serious” and texting her the next day “I hope you have a good day. Smile your beautiful.” For texts that were supposed to be professional and only about helping her find a bike, they sure seem to cross that line. Travis and the owner were helpful with the situation. But I still expect better from a dealer. Everything else was a fine experience Edit to add for the response: The employee was on the clock while hitting on her and she mentioned her discomfort to the salesmen she dealt with. Not sure how that means she consented when she expressed her discomfort and how weirded out she was to an employee while there. I’d also like to add that Hoosier originally seemed to care about the issue and had said they talked with the employee and asked me to remove my first review. I decided to put a second one up so others may be aware of the situation in case they decided to come here since the employee is still there and may do it again but now Hoosier claims it has nothing to do with them. Can’t say you care about the situation and you want to take care of it then say it has nothing to do with you when I try to warn others of what has happened

Positive experience: Stopped in to get a local t- shirt, but they were out of stock. ☹️ We were greeted by one kind staff member, who offered to help, though. At least customer service is always a priority at Harley dealerships!

Fantastic experience: Front counter lady was most helpful with my Torc helmet. One side of my visor came off and she was able to put it back together after 3 other guys trying to but to no avail. Ordered replacement part for part that isn’t working quite like it should.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had my Dyna there a few times for cosmetic upgrades, suspension service and most recently had cams installed. Travis and RD spent alot of time with me figuring out what cams would be best for what I wanted out of the bike. Finally got to ride it and was very impressed and it was exactly what I was looking for. Always great service and advice and never feel rushed to make a decision.

Negative experience: i had a friend buy a motorcycle from here but he can't seem to get them to do any paperwork. he purchased in june still no title work for plates. it is now february. not very good business. you sell 1 person a bike and now have 2 people that won't go back

Highly recommend stopping in and making a few purchases! They are having a big event for Labor Day, if you're in the area, stop by!

Fantastic experience: I was traveling from GA and my bike broke down, therefore I had to be towed. When the tow truck got to the dealership they were closed but two of the service technicians were still outside talking. When RD realized I had to leave my bike till the next day he opened the doors so I could leave it inside. While he was unlocking everything Coleman asked me what was going on. When I explained I lost my gears, he went to the bike, looked it over and then consulted with RD. Before the bike was even off the tow truck they were already fixing it. I was able to make it to my original destination that day. I can never thank RD and Coleman enough.

Fantastic experience: Awesome service. I was leaving for a long road trip on a Saturday. The day before, I had an issue with my Road King come up. Called Hoosier that Friday morning and Travis got me in. They communicated with me and informed me of possible issues but stated they wanted to get me on my trip and would keep working. By 4pm that day, Travis called and said it was done. And it was a great price too. Much appreciated fellas. Was able to make the road trip and got back without any issues.

Fantastic experience: My transmission went out a couple hours away from Hoosier they had a transmission in stock for a build and were kind enough to sell it to me so I could get back on the road. Travis was more than helpful to make sure I had what I needed to get on the road. Anytime I’m in the area I wouldn’t hesitate to use them!

Fantastic experience: I took the New Rider Course in june of 23 and it was worth every penny Greg was a amazing coach and taught me a few things! If your on the fence about taking the course like i was dont be it was well worth it!

Fantastic experience: As the spouse of a motorcyclist, I'm always worried when my partner goes on long trips without me. On this trip he'd been having some issues with his bike not starting so I was already a bit more uneasy than usual. I was saddened to hear that he was stranded four hours away from home with an ultra limited that wasn't starting. Hoosier not only picked up my partner, his brother, and his bike - they fixed it using parts from their own personal bike, and fed them while they waited to continue their long trip. Angels like those at Hoosier keep motorcyclists' loved ones at ease, and this pure display of kindness is something you'd never hear of. Harley Davidson has been one of the best families to be a part of. Words cannot express the gratitude I feel. THANK YOU!

Positive experience: Clean store. Pleasant staff. Very limited in women's dealership clothing and plus size clothing.

Negative experience: I scheduled to do there riding course and was later called back to work… I was told I get no refund and rescheduling due to a five day policy, my work gave me 48 hrs. With shutdowns the way they are right now $225 is a lot of money. As a veteran this used to be a free course. So I’m out a course and $225!! Thank you Hoosier HD

Fantastic experience: I've road for quite awhile, but never had my license. I was going to get it the bmv, but decided to take the mfscourse they have. Best thing I did. Learnt somethings I never actually knew I was doing wrong. The instructor, Wayne, was very easy to work with and made it fun while still learning. Worth taking in my opinion. Thanks again for the class.

Fantastic experience: All the bikes that I have purchased with Hoosier (5 or 6) they have worked with me to make sure I fit. This last purchase is a 2022 Street Glide. With my size, they had to lower it pretty low. It turned out awesome!!! They also had to some other small modifications, but it turned out perfect. They made sure everything fit for me and helped me with the different handling, and explaining the features of the bike. I won't go anywhere else to purchase or have work done on my bike. The sales team, clothing personal, parts and service are all magnificent group of people.

Fantastic experience: The whole staff at Hoosier Harley are great to work with! Travis and Eric helped me to add some upgrades and some engine work to my Streetglide. I just got my bike back and it is way better than I thought it would be! I am totally impressed with their work. I am already working with Travis about more engine modifications. He is very knowledgeable and super easy to work with! I would highly recommend the service department at Hoosier Harley! It is always a good experience working with all the staff ! Positive experience: They had my motorcycle for several months. I was not overly impressed. It was way longer than it should have been. However: When Travis hired on, things started moving much more quickly. My Thanks to Travis. He did a fantastic job. Hoosier Harley~Davison gets TWO stars. Travis gets FIVE.

Negative experience: Their customer service is some to none. Tried to reach them to buy a bike and got no response. Ended up at ft. Wayne harley

Fantastic experience: You know what I'll cut to the chase I walked in took about 15-20 minutes looking at the motorcycles there found one I want it the service manager Matt came up to me we talked for a couple minutes and then within 15 minutes after that I was walking out the door with my Harley-Davidson I would recommend anyone looking for Harley to go to Hoosier Harley-Davidson give it a shot what's the worst that could happen

Fantastic experience: Needed some parts for my 1st harley...not real knowledgeable on these yet...but the guys in parts were great...helped me out got me what i was looking for...even loan me some tools when i came back on my bike and put the parts on in the parking lot....appreciate the help...will b back

Negative experience: Horrible experience! Wanted to purchase a dress up bolt kit for my front caliper bolts and they had it! To my surprise it was marked down to $21.71! In hand written print. So I went to the counter and said if this is the price I'll take it! The counter clerk then tells me I can't sell that for that! It will effect my quota! I'm like what? It's priced on your parts floor by you for that amount! I then asked him to speak to his manager and I stated this is poor business! Yes I could and would have paid normal price for it if needed and was prepared to! But it's the principle!!! So the clerk comes back and states he can sell it to me for now more than the original price marked on the card from Harley but give me 10% off! Wth! I then venture over to the Managers office and explained my position and concerns. He stated "I'm not loosing money on it because pricing has risen since the original price on the parts card" Not even considering the hand written mark down on it! I stated that the people with me were looking at coats and shirts for purchase while I'm talking with him and the way this is going we are all not feeling we are appreciated as customers! His comments I don't care leave if you like! The whole experience was a complete let down as we have shopped there in past years with great experiences! VERY POOR BUSINESS!

Fantastic experience: Loved this Harley! The ladies were so nice and attentive. They entertained my dad talking about me and my daughter riding (because he is so proud of us. Lol.) and even were friendly with my daughter. I love visiting Harleys and this one was impressive. Probably one of my favorite logos for a Harley too.

Negative experience: Took bike in ..would not take idle ..350.00 later won't even Run ... I miss Louie It had a new harness ..totally rebuilt They wanted to put another wiring harness on it .. put new part in 3 weeks !!! on bike ..no teck here ..sad..

I explained a couple worries I had with him and he took care of it and explained everything to me in depth. I will definitely be going back thank you both for your great service.

Positive experience: Apparently, you have good service and good sales but don't care about the safety of all motorists. You allow your snowplow company to push the snow from your parking lot, that isn't really needed in February, to be pushed onto CR 7 at Bristol and block a lane of traffic. I saw a pedestrian today have to walk in the road to get around your snow pile shoved into CR 7 at 4:30 this afternoon. And it has been this way for years.

Positive experience: Good place. They have a desent amount of new bikes. As far as getting parts. I quit going there. For parts. Didn't seem like they ever Had any thing I was looking for.

Fantastic experience: I've always received fantastic service at Hoosier Harley-Davidson. My most recent visit is no exception. The staff was amazing, the service team knows exactly what they're doing, and it's just a cool place to hang out with other riders. I live over an hour away, and I'll always bring my bike here even though there's another garage within 10 minutes of my house.

Fantastic experience: The service tech went way, way above and beyond for me! This man took me in his own truck back to the campground my wife and I are staying at after we found out she needed a new regulator. The service manager was pretty cool too. More review to come....

Fantastic experience: Outstanding service. I am not a Harley enthusiast per se, and was on an authentication/fact finding mission regarding some saddlebags that I had obtained. All of the staff was very friendly, and the gentleman at the parts counter that spent a few minutes with me to discuss what I had was very friendly, knowledgeable and straightforward about my options. He gave me some great advice and some contact information that may come in very handy in the near future. Should I ever need to do any business regarding Harley-Davidson accessories, I would not hesitate to go inside Hoosier Harley-Davidson's storefront for inquires. As a reseller, this is golden, and I may not shy away from Harley gear in the future now that I feel comfortable with the folks at Hoosier.

Took my bike in for service Andy did an awesome job letting me know what was needed to get the bike right, and was very knowledgeable about the repairs. Israel at the parts counter did a super job helping me figure out and find the parts I needed/wanted to make my bike mine! My bike needed a lot and was there for over a week, and the communication from the both of guys was top notch! They always made me feel like a friend! Hoosier is the right spot if you need anything!
