Fantastic experience: This beauty was delivered to me this morning, but not without the help of someone I will always consider family, Brandin Foos. Thanks to him and the folks at Stampede who always make you feel like you belong. I have bought and sold many bikes in my life time, so I’m well familiar with the sharks and their games. Every business’ goal is to make money and Stampede is no different. Where they differ is that their goal is not to screw or gouge you. Kudos to Stampede for their honesty and thank you to all of you at Stampede. I will certainly refer all my family and friends over.

Positive experience: First time in the shop and unfortunately they aren't in linked to the Harley Davidson app, but great location, easy to get to, nice large parking lot, and lots of motorcycles stacked around outside. Really nice sales area and plenty of apparel. Crown the dealership shirt I loved got my poker chip and rolled on.

Negative experience: Went to buy antifreeze for my CVO Streetglide and had to pay almost $33 for a single quart bottle. It's just ridicules. We need a CEO that understands that you need to be fair to the millions of people that support Harley Davidson, or HD Will go bankrupt.

Negative experience: Don’t waist your time with this shop. Brought bike in for rear brakes needing to be fixed while it was in the shop they up sold me on other issues they say needed to be addressed. I told them to go for it and also check over the entire bike. Get bike back the first time! Guess what no brakes after they told me it was ready to go! They send a driver to pick it up charge me again for some random part that went out after they tested bike! Get bike back a second time brakes work this time but now clutch is out of adjustment. Didn’t have any issues when I dropped it off 4 months ago! and now they don’t want to fix it. Incompetence at the highest level please be careful if you choose to use them I would highly suggest going to any other Harley shop. NOT WORTH YOU TIME OR MONEY!

Negative experience: horrible to get licensed i don’t recommend. instructors are rude leslie failed me because i went to get water after a hot day of riding on the bike. when she told us we could get water any time.

Positive experience: My visit to the dealer was for service. But it was not a happy occasion. The bike in the picture was my 2022 Pan America. I wound up having to replace it for electrical reasons. I can give the dealer team a lot of credit for helping steer me into a replacement 2024 model that helped fix the issue. Thanks for that. The only reason I give 4 stars is due to at the time of this review, it seems like the dealer is going through some kind of transition. I wound up sitting around for almost 3 hours because the sales/manager person did not tell the make ready person to release the bike to me. This is unusual to me. I hope in the future they/we can work this out. I have purchased my last 4 H-D motorcycles from there for a reason.

Fantastic experience: Stopped in to get wires and plugs for both my wifes street bob and mine. Swim was awesome and very friendly. Even gave me some tips on getting the most performance out of our dynas. The show room was very clean and appealing. 100% recommend stampede.

Fantastic experience: I cannot express enough gratitude for this dealership! If I could give them 10 stars, it still wouldn't be sufficient. While on a road trip from New York, I stopped to pump gas in Hillsboro, TX, and my bike wouldn't stay running afterward. I called Stampede Harley Davidson, and they sent TJ and a truck with a lift to pick up me and my bike, even though we were about 50 miles away. They diagnosed and fixed my bike, which had 75% water in it from the gas, all at the end of the day. The mechanic stayed late to ensure it was repaired. The cost was incredibly reasonable; I expected to pay more for the tow alone. Fantastic crew—thank you all so much!

Negative experience: I think $87.50 to balance 2 wheel/tire assemblies is a little excessive. These tires were off the bike, brake rotors removed and new tires already on them. My daughter called in and was told they would charge her $20 per wheel. Everytime i go in this store they seem to find another way to inflate pricing whenever i ask the service department to do anything.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible experience. My motor was torn down, every last nut and bolt that could be removed without splitting the cases was removed. I had a case with rods sticking out of it. Their "master mechanics " tore it down and submitted to the warranty 14k worth of work. It was denied (Not necessarily Harleys fault) but come to find out. The "Absolutely trashed motor" is wrong. I needed a compensator. Not a motor. The service department was just after an ESP payday. I brought them in a bike that was running and got it back in pieces and whenever I dropped it off, I dropped it off for a fuel issue. It was nothing but a scam set up. So now I've got to spend over 1k putting this motor back together that should of never been torn apart. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

Fantastic experience: Hands down best customer service experience I have ever had!! I broke down about 20 miles from Harley-Davidson with the belt that they didn't carry and a bike that is a bit old for their service department to work on, and despite all of that they still picked me up helped me get home and without a charge shook my hands. And you are damn right that that bought my loyalty thank you very much again thanks for making me feel a part of the community and you'll see us there soon

Negative experience: We have purchased 3 motorcycles from this dealership. The last one we purchased was almost a year ago, we already had it in service had it diagnosed, they supposedly had ordered the part we needed. Haven't heard anything from anyone about this part come to find out TODAY not only 1 but 2 of our work orders have mysteriously been closed. The part we needed was supposed to be here in 2 weeks only to find out it was never even ordered after a year of waiting. Nobody has even tried reaching out to us either. This has been very frustrating especially with the amount of bikes and money we have spent here. Yet nobody wants to make this right. I've tried finding the owners number and no luck. Service and communication is absolutely awful david was terrible! I do not recommend this place, save the headache and go to Arlington

Negative experience: The dealership is nice, can't review much on it since I haven't bought anything there. Do not attend their riding academy unless you already know how to ride and well. They will take your money and then fail you over 5 misely points, that were given due to unclear and vague instructions. Also make sure you get enough practice time, which was not given to me. Overall my experience with the riding academy was less then satisfactory. I think that if they charge you $200, they should give you enough time to practice until you pass, and not take off points because of unclear and vague instructions. Needless to say I will not be doing it again, I'll take a test at DPS first.

They have specific time constraints and grading that they have to follow per state rule for the classes. I will reach out to you to discuss your score and go over any concerns that you did have. The state has changed the guidelines and you no longer are allowed to take any testing at the DPS and are required to complete and pass a MSF course. Negative experience: I’m not gaining any traction with my issues contacting anyone so it’s time to start going public everywhere. This is not meant wholly as a negative review. It’s just an overview of our very frustrating, unsatisfying experience at Stampede(Burleson) HD during and especially after the sale. Background we live over an hour from Stampede and I’ve been riding an ancient 2008 street bob until May 20, 2023. So far however, there has been a shining light at American Eagle(Denton) HD. J**k(service manager?) and D****n( says staff?). Have done what they can do to assist in resolving our Johnnie Fast saddlebag paint issue. I contacted Carl(Stampede HD sales, note taker) on Thursday May 18 about the Johnie Fast SG. Friday evening it still showed as the closest one available online so he “held” it for us until Saturday, May 20. We agreed to the bike, 2up seat and necessary items so we could ride out that day. When discussing payment options/total, Carl said there is no cash discount but you do get a discount if you finance. We asked for numbers on each payment path. When Carl returned the numbers were at 44k w/ trade-in on both payment options. When asked about the aforementioned financing discount he skirted around the issue. We opted to pay the full amount w/trade-in. Not a bad commission for Carl I bet. Full price sale, with accessories and the ESP w/wheel and tire. Now Porky is done with our requested add ons. They bring the bike out and Carl shows me the security bypass code. Immediately after this he says you have my number if you ever need anything give me a call, have a great day, yada yada and went inside. My friends and I get ready to leave and I had to ask my friend how to turn on/use anything on my new SG. Reminder, I just upgraded from an 2008 Dyna. The next day, Sunday, I noticed the right side saddlebag stripe was crooked. I contacted Carl Tuesday May 23 at 10 am store opening. I explained I wasn’t sure what to do, the process for repair/correction of the issue. His quality response was, “ if there’s a problem with the bike take it to service.” After spending 47k cash and trade I guess I expected to get a little better treatment than that. We also did not receive an itemized receipt saying what we actually paid for. Our receipt shows bike price, trade, taxes fees. Again, I ask Carl( the if you ever need anything call me guy) for this receipt. Another quality response, “I’m not at work today call Rick he can do it.” So, again I try to get someone else to do Carl’s job. Thursday, June 1, I call Rick(Stampede sales manager?) and he says, “ yes, I can do that I have your information pulled up in front of me right now”(says my full name and information). Perfect, will you email that? Yes, I have your email here. Today, June 5, has Carl followed up to see if any of my issues/concerns were corrected? No. Did Rick do what he said? No. There are still a few things I would like to cover but this is an overview. I hope AEHD can at least get the bike corrected. If you could transfer the sale from Stampede to AEHD that would be terrific as well. This was supposed to be an amazing, enjoyable experience for my lady and I. Stampede ruined our perception on the whole brand. Just a horrible overall experience. I wish nobody had to deal with them. Hopefully, someone will actually read this and resolve these issues at Stampede, Harley in general and for us. I am saving a copy of this review for personal use at this time. Since writing the initial review to corporate I’ve noticed the stripes on my tank are about 20 degrees off on the rear. Please feel free to reach out with your questions or resolutions.

Positive experience: Our last visit here was awesome, and worthy of a review for the kind folks at Harley. Swim and Frankie stand out the most, they are always eager to help and very engaging! We also got help from James and Carl with questions about upcoming riding classes and parts for our bikes. Thanks, y'all! I would leave a 5 star review, but y'all have a couple duds who have been incredibly rude to my husband. On two separate occasions, when he had questions or needed help, there have been two different guys who were totally indifferent towards him. Short answers, not even looking at him as they lazily sit at their computer. They made it abundantly clear that customer service is an inconvenience for them. If I had remembered their names, I'd call them out. :)

Negative experience: Firstly, I called the service department to ask the price to change tires if I were to bring in the rims and new tires. His response was either $190 for an hour of labor or $80 cash to change the tires. I proceed to drive all the way to the dealership with $80 cash and carried the rims and tires into the place where the guy looked at the tires proceeded to get my information. He asked what bike they came off of and because it wasn't from a Harley Davidson motorcycle, he refused service. Then as I left he blew his vape smoke in my face. Overall despicable. He looked at the rims and tires, but until I told him they weren't from a HD motorcycle, he changed his mind. I don't have a problem with HD riders but after this experience I lost respect. Overall despicable.

Positive experience: So far, every dealership shows strengths and weaknesses. They may not carry a larger selection of used bikes and merchandise, but parts and service is the bees knees here. Negative experience: As of Saturday March 26 2022 Stampede labor rate $170 hr Longhorn labor rate $125 hr Stampede tried to charge me $957 for a part that Longhorn said is covered under my warranty. Rude GM I wish I got his name Longhorn went out of their way to help me my advice take the extra time and distance go to Longhorn stay away from Stampede

Negative experience: Out of all of the the Harley stores I visit. This store is the least friendly. The variety of in store products are minimal.

Fantastic experience: Just took the Harley Davidson Riding Academy at the dealership. 100% would recommend if your wanting to learn to ride. Leslie and Dale were great coaches they tell you what you need to work on and tells you what your good at. Heather the manager for the academy also works really well with scheduling classes. Thanks to these fantastic people.

Positive experience: It's a nice place. The store front is quite small but the staff is great and inviting. Unfortunately didn't have a good selection of rider safety items like rider boots but it's a small place.

Fantastic experience: Burleson Harley Davidson team made me feel comfortable and welcome at the dealership. They didn't pressure me into my decision on purchasing my first bike, they provided me space and time to feel each model available for purchase. I was looking specifically for something smaller and used since this was my first bike that I was going to use to learn on, they didn't pressure me to up-sell and they provided different suggestions based on my feedback. Everyone took their time with me, answered my questions and showed patience with explaining the entire process and future needs I may have. I really enjoyed the team at Burleson Harley Davidson and look forward to a long term service and sales relationship with my local HD family. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Best damded bike shop this side of Mexico. Customer service is well balanced and friendly. Store inventory will have what you need. Prices... just kidding; you're gonna pay Harley prices. I have watched them maintain a changing, sizeable used inventory during covid periods that completely dried up others. Makin' us proud Stampede.

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere at Stampede Harley was great. The people are friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to help. Carl Runion was awesome to work and I would tell anybody to buy their next bike at Stampede and to go see Carl.

Fantastic experience: Well first off the service department always takes care of us. Service advisor James is always friendly and helpful. I have had horrible experiences at some of the other Harley dealers in the area so I was going to a non Harley shop until we met James and their service department. Second. Sales is awesome. I didn’t imagine I would ever buy a bike in dealership but I found they had really comparable prices. Lower then individuals and lower them the other Harley dealers. Casey was really patient with me and I know I was a pain. He was never rude or pushy. And genuinely honest. And I hate buying anything at a dealership bc you have to go through finance. But their finance guy was really nice and super efficient! Lastly the two ladies in the apparel department are always helpful. Before I purchased my new bike I bought some glasses and they were really nice and knowledgeable. They pulled out every pair explained they difference. Oh one more thing long before buying a newer bike I had an old bike that needed lots of parts. I will say that’s really the best part of the dealership and the part I use the most is parts. And David is super cool and is always nice. He knows how to find all the parts and can give you recommendations esp during covid when parts were really hard to come by!

Fantastic experience: What needs said, Friendly expert advise from people who love their job. Awesome looking display at this 7 year old location with easy access in edge of Burleson off I-35. Yes, I'm believing my next bike comes from this place and from a man named Carl and yes my name is Carl, the review man....I don't steer you wrong..just shoot straight & you need to check 'em out. Fantastic experience: Everything with "H-D" on is always quite expensive, especially when living on Social Security. However, the time a salesperson, such as David, lends an ear and takes time to talk, tends to make letting go to purchase items, a whole lot easier. Thanks for allowing the sales people to be something "besides" a salesperson, a human being.

Fantastic experience: Great place to buy a Harley! I worked with Chad who was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and has been supportive post sale. I am not a huge fan of their parts department, the gentleman is rude and shows zero excitement for you as a customer or someone that just bought their bike.

Fantastic experience: After owning several 2 wheeler Harleys through the last 30 or so years we experienced a life changing accident. We were hit by a woman texting and driving. My wife suffered the most, requiring significant reconstructive surgery and a permanent disability. Although Steven and his awesome service crew did a remarkable job putting our Heritage back together my wife could not muster up enough 'oomph' to get back on it. We are diehards and have to have the wind keep the dust and cobwebs away. Carl who had turned us on to our Heritage a couple of years ago found the solution in a Trike, with the right price tag. My wife's soul lit up the moment she sat behind me on a test ride. How could I say no? Happy Wife = Happy Life! Besides, neither of us are getting younger and we have actively lived life to the point holding up a Hog is not as easy as it once was. Thank You Carl, Cory, Steven, James, and Merle. Y'all make Stampede our Harley home.
