Fantastic experience: I bought a 2024 Nightster put around 10k miles, took it in for a seal replacement. Long story short, it kept breaking. This place took a loss and got me a brand new bike, the new bike being a upgrade. The guy who sold me the original bike worked his ass off and got me the new bike at a loss for the dealership. If you are looking for a bike and want to be in good hands ask for Will. Appreciate you Natchez Trace

Fantastic experience: Just moved to Alabama and it was our first visit to this Harley location, we had brought it in for a 20k service and upon picking it up, we were having issues with the clutch which was not an issue when we dropped it off. We turned right around and brought it back We were greeted by Fawn and Derrick who were polite and genuinely concerned. We discussed what it could be and decided to leave it with them so they could look it over. Derrick fixed the problem and Fawn made it right. We will be back. Way to go being truly concerned for you customers.

Negative experience: THE ABSOLUTE WORST dealership to EVER purchase a bike from! Sold a bike that has issues, refused to allow me to purchase GAP coverage, forced a deal to work with an utterly high interest rate (you know it’s bad when the finance company even comments on how they managed the deal), traded in a PERFECT bike and got a trash bike! Claimed the bike just got in a week and a half ago prior to our purchase. They will put you and your family’s life in damager with the bikes that they sale! 10/10 HIGHLY SUGGEST AVOIDING THIS DEALERSHIP! Finance Manager Dwayne will utterly screw you in the deal, manipulates the money and covers it up with words hiding what you’re signing! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!
In nearly 10 years at Natchez Trace H-D we have never had a review of this nature. I have spoken with both the sales and service departments and no one has heard there may be some concerns about the safety of this motorcycle. We can't address an issue we know nothing about. There's been no communication with us regarding any issues or concerns. We have reached out to determine what may be happening and will continue to do so until we actually speak to someone. As for the other allegations: GAP coverage is always available. In a situation where the max approval limits the total amount financed, the customer can always put more money down to cover any additional coverages. Max approvals, credit limits, and interest rates are determined by income and credit score. Lower scores can result in lower approvals and higher interest rates. And, why would we not sell it, like any other product we sell, it's another revenue stream. Eaglemark Saving Bank, the lender referenced, would never speak poorly about a dealership, so I'm not sure where that actually came from. The bike went through a used bike inspection process. We noted and addressed that the brakes needed to be serviced. Work was completed prior to delivery. Our number NEVER changed as we are a full disclosure dealership. We do not use a 4 Square to create confusion but instead feel that presenting all of the numbers leads to a better understanding for the buyer. The bottom line agreed upon was the number in the finance office. The only thing that would change that would be the purchase of products like GAP or an extended service plan, which you have and it would likely cover any issues you may be experiencing. As for the bike itself, we ALWAYS do the right thing for the right reason, even when it costs us money. Being in a small town, our reputation as that sort of dealership is why we sell more motorcycles that many metro dealers. We are here for you, our customer. But again, we can't fix what we know nothing about.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed my visit at this Harley Davidson location, possibly the best one I have been to so far. It seemed more laid back and more friendly staff than any other. We had to get a few parts and the lady behind the counter was very helpful and so patient with all the questions, concerns and parts requests we had. I don't remember her name, unfortunately. The atmosphere here didn't feel as tense as others I have been to. Also a really great selection of apparel for the whole family. Thanks for such a wonderful experience! Hopefully to return soon! Fantastic experience: We visited Natchez Trace HD a couple of years ago on our way to Rattlesnake Saloon and then Memphis. While there I purchased one of their pins for my vest. Last week as we were leaving on a ride, the pin broke and fell off. Since we live in NC, I contacted NT HD and spoke with Audrey. I gave her a description of the pin and asked if they still had it, if it was in stock and could I purchase and have one sent to me. Audrey explained they no longer carried that pin, but she went and checked some boxes in their storage room and also checked her collection of pins. She came back and said she could not find one and that she forgot to get one for herself when it was discontinued. She texted me a picture of their current pins so I could pick out one of them. I spoke with Audrey on Tuesday, I received the pin and a couple of key rings (she put in extra) on Thursday! When we visited the store in person, we really enjoyed the store. Everyone was just a friendly and helpful in person as Audrey was over the phone. I would highly recommend stopping in when you are in the area! Customer Service is EXCELLENT! Thank you, again, Audrey for your help and speedy service!

Fantastic experience: Bought my first "new" Harley, the new Street Glide, from NTHD. A week ago, I would have never thought I would be buying a brand new bike, but they gave me a deal that I literally could not refuse. My salesman, Will Fretwell, is the absolute best! And no pressure, whatsoever. Please, look for him, he will treat you right. The whole staff seemed friendly and genuinely willing to help you. If you are in the market for a Harley, you really owe it to yourself to give them a try. They are almost two hours from me and worth the drive. Saved quite a bit vs. my local dealer. Fantastic experience: Last summer I rode from Ohio to New Orleans and made stops at Harley dealerships along the way shopping and buying merchandise. Unfortunately I missed Natchez Trace HD because of storms. But fortunately after contacting the dealership the merchandise manager, Audrey was able to help me. She went out of her way to email me pictures of pins. When I called in to place the order she couldn’t have been nicer. Fantastic experience: After several attempts at fixing the overheat issue on our Ultra it is fixed. The service team found the intermittent overheat cause and replaced the entire cooling system. This was in a timely manner, the bike was cleaned and they handled everything with my ESC. Thank you to the entire service team.

Positive experience: Just my 2 cents on my recent purchase. Mack was great to deal with. He worked hard to earn my business without being pushy. Happy with the deal but disappointed with the condition of the bike when I picked it up. They gave it a quick wash and reported it ready for delivery. I rode it home and discovered the oil was almost a quart low and the front tire pressure was 15 pounds low. Glad I checked. I would advise anyone purchasing a bike here to check the basics before you depart.

Negative experience: I will never spend my money here again. It takes an act of Congress to get an oil change during the week. When I get there on Saturday. (Service day) I didn't park in the right spot so I went from second in line to 6. But I was standing in the line at the cash register second. And the employees here are extremely rude. Customer service at this establishment is the worst I have ever seen. When you drop $30000 on a motorcycle, you should be able to get the oil changed whenever the hell you want. Especially when it's $450!
I was present when this took place and made every effort to resolve this before you left, and not is a rude way at all. We service a large riding community have a trusted reputation within the community. Most small dealerships do not offer fast lane service, but we off Saturday on a first come, first served basis. A calm conversation could have gotten your bike serviced while you were here. With regard to your price concerns, we are the cheapest in the area. We welcome the opportunity to take care of you in the future.

Negative experience: Low quality workmanship at a high cost. Disappointing customer service. No sir, I'm the one that noticed the loose shifter and brought it to the attention of the technician. This was AFTER I'd paid for a 10k service and new tires. The technician assured me that the loose shifter would be ok until the next service at 15k miles. I will certainly take my business elsewhere.
We advised the customer of a repair issue that needed to be addressed a few months back and he chose not to make the repair which resulted in a shifter issue. This would have been avoided had the customer allowed the repair when we identified an issue.

He needed a header and I needed a new rear tire...desperately. yoir service dept didn't have a new header, but went above and beyond pulling one off a used bike to get him back on the road. They also installed new rear tire for me. They did all this in less than 1hr and did so in the most professional and friendly manner. Literally best HD service we've ever had. Fantastic experience: I lost my key fob. Andrew walked me through getting my bike started while i was on the phone, as soon as it started, I was on the road heading to the Harley dealership. As soon as I pulled up to the Maintenance doors. Andrew was there to greet me. Someone got on my bike and in less then a half hour, my bike was pulled up for me to exit. Great Customer Service.

Positive experience: Wish it could be a great review but left the bike there to have cams put in. I guess the fault I could have if any was I left it there for a couple weeks while otr driving (truck driver). Went to pick it up after I called to check if it was ready. When I picked it up they didn’t even let me see the bike till I had payed. As soon as I walked out I saw the gash in the front fender. Service manager never spoke to me the entire time. Went to GM he was very understanding and even offered to have bike painted completely when riding season was over but here we are 2 years later and nothing has been fixed and I’ve called but never really got any answers from anyone. Edit 11/23/23 Service department did get back to me came to Chattanooga to pick up my bike. Brought it back. Painted it with a third-party painter painted didn’t do a great job but did a good job color matching still had a lot of orange peel and paint chipped off the rear of the fender that they took care of that they didn’t have to, so I give them props for that Just aggravating that didn’t sand or properly prep in the paint just cracked first and then chipped off but the service department stood behind and took care of what they needed to take care of so for that I’ll move from one star to four for standing and taking responsibility for what they needed tothey were going to take care of the paint but at this point I’m just over it overall, though I’m happy with the service department

Fantastic experience: These guys (male and female) are the best. Their service department went above and beyond to help us out on our overland road trip. I had picked up a nail in the rear tire of my Pan America while in Tennessee. Called several dealerships to see if they could help me with a new tire. Natchez Trace Harley-Davidson checked their inventory and offered to get it done the same evening. I drove 90 miles to get there and they had me back on the road less than an hour later. You can feel that the men and women at this dealership ride themselves and know how it is to get stranded with a technical problem. They will help you out. Glad I called them.

Negative experience: Do not do business with this dealership. My harley needs it's break in oil change. They refused. Now I can't ride my bike bc it will void the warranty. There will be no riding it to the harley dealer it will have to be trailered. We drove 50 miles to get it done.
Perhaps there was a misunderstanding, we’ve not refused service for any standard service. At the moment, due to the volume of motorcycles we have in our shop, we can not take additional appointments, however, Saturdays are always first come, first served. Please stop in so we can get you taken care of.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusted with service dept. After dropping our 2017 heritage off to them to fix a headlight issue. Bike was returned with several dings in the paint job done by the techs. They agreed to fix damage, so after waiting for paint to come in we again dropped off bike and was told it would take 4 days to repair. 4 day comes bike not ready, next day still not ready, finally go and sit for hrs today because bike still not ready, when they finally finish bike and its given back to us it looks like they just slapped paint on top of the dings and didn't repair damage. This after we paid extra for a complete service of bike recently and finding complete split in back tire and then that brakes were bad. So why did we pay for a complete service if it wasn't done and why was bike returned damaged by techs. If you want ur bike back on time, in working condition,undamaged and properly taken care of then I would not recommend at all. Ridiculous amount to spend on shady work.
With regard to the issue of the rear fender, we had no reason to remove the seat to work on the headlight but in good faith, we repaired the paint issue. Obviously, the tech did miss the break pad issue, as they did show signs of wear, and the installation was performed free of charge. We strive for excellence in every repair, when that’s not met, we always make every effort to make it right just as we did in this situation.

Negative experience: Everybody gives you a look like you shouldn't be there unless you are on a Harley. We just went to get gloves and they ONLY sell Harley Davidson brand.
