Negative experience: I would leave zero stars if possible. Made a 4 hour trip to purchase a brand new bike that looked like it had been left outside in the weather. Chain rusted, plastic scratched, and obviously not cared for. Zero customer service and zero lack of care.

Negative experience: Sales experience was GREAT from A-Z, shoutout Adam. Nothing but good things to say! Service was disappointing. Couldn't remember do the simplest of favors (secure the bolt on my phone mount) and refused to install universal muffler (after trying to upsell me into a new one) because it wasn't a "direct fit" (lazy). All it needed was either a clamp, hanger, or even a standard universal bracket. Seems like it wasn't worth their (paid) time, well it won't be worth mine either - even with the labor discount. Maybe they just don't like to troubleshoot. I also don't like being nickled and dimed for every "half-hour" of labor it takes to do individual 5 minute tasks, labor is already through the roof at $150/hour or whatever. I might buy from them again but never get it serviced. DIY will save you the headache, time, and money. YouTube is free, hopefully puts the pressure on these guys to do better and start giving a shit so they can remain in business. Also, your hours SUCK. Literally the most inconvenient times all across the board, and who even closes on Mondays?

Negative experience: Drove from out of state to purchase my vehicle at this dealership. Initial experience was great, my salesman Javier was all over it. 4 months have passed now and I have been issued 4 pairs of temporary tags. Each time I contact the dealership they give me the runaround aka “I don’t know what I’m doing.” It’s apparent to me this dealership does not know how to handle out of state deals. If you are out of state and hope to purchase a bike from this shop, save yourself and don’t do it. You will be looking goofy riding around with temp tags for half a year if not longer.

Negative experience: I spoke with a rep. He was nice and knowledgeable. He tried to interest me in a CFMoto ATV. It really sounded too good to be true, and it was. The sale price was $4,999 plus processing and taxes. A steal right? So he worked up a price for it. He even offered me $500 off, $4,499 what a deal! So when he finished the quote it was over $6,600. Now I'm not saying that is a bad deal. I told him I've never bought an ATV and I know they can cost more, even up into 5 digits. My issue is with their sales gimmick, and it is a gimmick. How can you justify a $2,100 processing and tax markup? That's a 47% markup. I know taxes are a fraction of that. Come on, be real! I bought a $31,000 used truck and the processing and taxes were only a little over $2,000. This is bordering on bait and switch. Why not put a sign up that says $2,000? Oh well the motor is an additional $3,000. Gotta have brakes so add another $1,000. PLEASE BE REAL WITH YOUR STICKER PRICES!! I truly hated businesses that aren't up front with your out the door price. You lost my business!

Negative experience: Online inventory is not updated, called about several bikes which were not in stock. Seems like they use it as a bait and switch. Was told by the sales rep they already know about the online availability not being accurate. Waste of time, look elsewhere.

Positive experience: I make the short ride out to MotoMember Manassas from Fairfax to get my bike serviced. Everybody there is friendly and helpful. I don't recommend scheduling a service as it's extremely unlikely they can get you in that day, which is a no-go if you're a fairweather rider like I am. However, on Saturday mornings, they take walk-ins on a first-come-first-serve basis. They don't start working on any bikes until 9 AM, but, if the weather's nice and you don't want to waste your Saturday waiting, you gotta be there bright and early. I was the eighth person there this past weekend (I got there at about 9:15 AM) and they couldn't get to my bike until 2 PM. So if you get there late like I did, be prepared to spend your beautiful Saturday in the non-historical part of Manassas. As for dealership accommodations, they have water and coffee, a big clean bathroom, and a safe place to hang your jacket, helmet, and gloves while you wait. The staff is excellent. If they see you sitting and waiting or browsing the showroom empty handed, they'll ask if you'd like a bottle of water. A happy rider is a hydrated rider. Last year I had my bike (a Kawasaki Z900) serviced by them and it ran me about $350 for annual/routine maintenance, which included a full inspection of the bike with necessary adjustments made, an engine oil and oil filter change, and a chain cleaning, lube, and adjustment. This last time, I had the same service done but it was $250 (parts and labor) and they washed my bike for me. The employee who washed my bike did an excellent job considering how quickly he did it. They know what they're doing here and they're fair. This is my favorite dealership and service center in the DMV. They're trustworthy, reasonably priced, and accommodating albeit out of the way.

Negative experience: I recently contacted them about several different bikes they listed on their site. I ended up questioning them about 5 different units all show as - in stock - on their site. However they did not have any of them. They might be great, not sure, but call before you take the time to drive there. BTW - 4 days later all the bikes I asked about still show on their site.

Negative experience: Probably the worst shop/dealer on the east coast, definitely the worst in Virginia. Over priced parts added over $100 to a tire just because it’s a new release. Prices on their bikes are overpriced, and that’s before all the dealer fee’s they’ll sneak in. Called service about them replacing the carrier bearings/seals in one of my fourwheelers, they didn’t even know what parts I was asking about and couldn’t get to it till mid winter (it’s September) that’s one of the most common parts on a four wheeler to fail and they had to ask ME what it was for. Whole store is a joke go to Blalock Cycle or FMS to save your wallet and a headache. Service is expensive if you bring your own tires in cost of them putting a tire I bought elsewhere on a wheel for crf80 A KIDS DIRT BIKE was over $150 again what a joke.

Negative experience: Problems with the sale, quote price online was $1407 for Navis. OTD price was $400 higher than local sales, took a few too many days to get me the price, failed to originally tell me ALL the bikes were in boxes still. I was under the impression I was buying a bike, from the factory, fresh and out of storage, without service fee or parts. Local quotes were around $2600 with shipping and tax. Your shop quote was around $3000 including putting the bike together, a bike that's supposedly been sitting there all year and would have to be put together regardless. Waste of my time and yours to tack on additional $300 in assembly and parts for something thats a basic expectation of you as a sales business. Would have rather just assembled the bike myself had I known that was the case. Will not be purchasing, thanks. It's weird to make your customer pay for assembly on a local bike you'd have to put together anyway, just because you can? Really rubbed me wrong.

Negative experience: The worst place I have ever been…if you call for parts they won’t answer the phone and they have a legit answer service for them to call you back at…so I tried every different ext to see if I could get someone on the phone and no one answered…went to pick up utv there also and they wanted to give me back the vehical with the plastics off it and said they couldn’t put them on so we argued and I left with installed same day

Negative experience: I cannot recommend this dealership in Manassas Virginia! I drove 3 hours 45 minutes for a model they supposedly had in stock when I got down there they informed me that they were wrong and they weren't physically at that location but they had some at a different location. Option number two is Austin the sales rep I was dealing with was not well informed about the situation or the inventory. Furthermore not including sales tax there was $1,800 in fees on a $4,300 motorcycle! Once again I cannot promote this dealership.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience buying my 2019 SV650x here in 2020. The few times I've needed some work done, the service department has been beyond awesome. Most recently fixing a boneheaded mistake I made trying to do a self repair for way less than I expected. Shout-out to Griff at the service desk for great customer service. Makes it almost fun having to shell out cash for bike repairs

Negative experience: Back in February my husband and I purchased a motorcycle from this company. Not even 3 months of having the bike it started leaking oil. We took the bike to motomember they kept it for a whole week. They told us it was the transmission gasket, they couldn’t do it. So when we went to pick up the bike all of a sudden the gauges weren’t working. We told them to take it to Harley. Which they did 3 days later. Harley called told us 2 bolts were missing and motomember refused to pay $80 even though they asked Harley to let them know what’s wrong with the bike. So we came out of pocket for something that was supposed to be checked out before selling a motorcycle to anyone. If we could give zero stars we definitely would. Horrible service, unorganized staff, would NOT recommend to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere they know what they are doing!!!

Fantastic experience: I dealt with 13 dealers to get the bike I wanted and this team did it all. They communicated, answered questions and worked well like a team should! Everyone at the store from sales to parts and f&I was easy to deal with and made the experience great! I drove a little over 4 hours to do buisness here and wasn't disappointed. Negative experience: Bad customer service ! Very rude Parts & Accessories Manager Jim Savage. Went there to buy motorcycle gloves and mirror. While at the register I asked about return policy , for what I been told there is no returns . I mentioned that according to the law I should be able to return product within 14 days if need to. For what I got a response of " You know what? You can not by anything at my department ! We not going to serve you! " BAD BAD experience! That's how this place treat you, and if they don't like something, they will " teach you a lesson" to prove their point. I won't recommend to get any parts or service from this store and specifically from Jim Savage !

Fantastic experience: I've bought parts and serviced my bike at motomember manassas. Part department guys are helpful and parts usually come pretty fast. Service department is good too! I've serviced my bike there several times and repairs were done the same day.
