Fantastic experience: Just completed and passed my basic rider course. Coach Bobby and Coach Avi were amazing. They are very good at what they do, and they help you not get discouraged when you mess up. They give useful advice on what to improve on and help you practice skills you need more help with. I have no complaints for the class. Definitely recommend everyone to take this class here if they are looking at taking it.

Fantastic experience: I have dealt with many dealers since 1984 when I purchased my first Harley. All American HD by far is the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The staff in every department are the best in the country. Great people, super service and fair prices. They are the best of class!

Fantastic experience: I took this course as many have before for various reasons, for me it was my fear of not knowing what to do and what I could do on a motorcycle to be safe as I have no street experience. Avi and Bobby were clearly dedicated to their profession of teaching new riders. Their skill in physical demonstrations on the motorcycle was only outshined by their ability to communicate clear and effective instruction and feedback that everyone in the class could understand. Their dedication to safety was apparent throughout the entire class. I was able to go from unable to keep the motorcycle upright at slow speeds to feeling confident in all of the basic rider skills especially the low speed maneuvers. If you are even curious about riding a motorcycle take this class! Thank you both Avi and Bobby you're dedication to instructing this new rider is very appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I left Arizona to travel America. I have visited at least a dozen dealerships in the last 2 1/2 months. I think the staff is very friendly at All American. Fantastic experience: This was our first Harley purchase and I was already ready to dread this experience. I WAS WRONG! This place has the most welcoming people and everyone introduced themselves to make sure we were being taken care of. Katy and Nancy were both amazing! If you are looking to buy a Harley, please do not go anywhere else but here! They will take care of you! This wasn't our first time going to look at a bike at a Harley dealer and so our mistake was not coming here first. I know that everyone wants to make a sale, but this place will make sure they listen to the customer of what they want vs. trying to just sell a bike for the sake of making a sale. I truly do make a point in letting everyone know that a great customer service means the world to me. This place exceeded my expectations. Fantastic experience: Riding Coach Avi and Riding Coach Jesse were awesome to work with. They were both very knowledgeable and applied real-world scenarios when giving instruction. Positive experience: I recently purchased an iron 883 from here. Everyone is friendly and helpful.. Katy is a good saleswoman.. unfortunately stuff for your motorcycle is expensive af ..( I drive a Mercedes so I’m use to overpriced parts on stuff )but overall good experience!

Negative experience: Try to return shirts that were too small unwashed and unworn asking for an exchange to get another shirt was denied.. because I had removed the price labels . Last year at your establishment I spent over $5,000.. this year I have spent $1000... Very unhappy with your customer service...
Good Day Mr. Baldwin. We apologize for the lack of flexibility we showed that day. A simple size exchange should not have been a problem as we could have used the tags/packaging from the new items on the ones you were exchanging. We do try to deliver a 5 star experience always but as humans we are occasionally prone to make mistakes and it seems this may have been one of those. A manager has already reached out to see if we can correct the mistake and we hope it can be easily resolved. We hope your experiences in the past have been good and hope you will accept our apology and that we may be able to help create more good experiences in the future. Fantastic experience: "I led my first ride today with my father-in-law. We started out at a school parking lot to practice my friction zone and low speed maneuvers, then we rode from Prince Frederick to North Beach, there was a major detour on the route. During the trip I remembered so much of the information that we covered as well as the pointers you, Coach B and Avi have given me. I think the only time I looked down was surveying the pavement, just on this on trip I experienced so many blind turns, hill starts and stops. I was looking for escape routes and lane positioning. I could go on and on, but I wanted to thank you all so much for the lessons, preparedness and confidence you have given me. Looking forward to another ride tomorrow."

Fantastic experience: Just passed riding academy today, highly recommend the course. It was very fun. I transport motorcycles for a living but it’s nothing compared to actually riding! We had people from 17 years old all the way up into the 40s. Very kind good of people. Bobby and Avi were the best instructors you can ask for. Literally cannot thank Bobby enough, I know I seemingly breezed through it all pretty easy. But the constant reminder from Bobby on how to properly do something or how to improve more, was very nice. Thanks to Bobby and Avi, I’m way more confident in riding, can’t wait for the MVA to open tomorrow so I can ride ✨

Fantastic experience: I visited recently to buy a part and I can't remember the gentlemen's name but he was very knowledgeable and helped me get what I needed. Big shout to Sarah in the MotorClothes department. While I went in for my part, I also visited the apparel section to grab something for my wife and she provided me with some much needed feedback on what she might like and she was extremely helpful and professional!! The entire department and store as a whole is very organized. This staff is and always has been great and this is my favorite Harley location.

Fantastic experience: Went to All American Harley Davidson a few months ago seeking information about their bikes. Met with a lot of GREAT people during my trip. Steve (Salesman) and Keith (Sales manager) were great! Answered all my questions and did NOT pressure me at all. Super professional and informative! I signed up for the HD Riding Academy through their dealership and completed the course with Avi and Jesse as my instructors! FIVE STARS!!! Avi and Jesse were fantastic!! Super professional, patient and lots of fun! Highly recommend this course for anyone seeking their endorsement or to sharpen their skills! Also purchased some equipment from AAHD and they were great! Highly recommend this location if you want honesty and professionalism!! Especially over some of the other locations in the area... I'll just leave it at that.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had the most welcoming, wholesome, and helpful experience at this dealership. We were helped by Steve, one of the best all around guys we have ever met. He is so knowledgeable and helpful for learning rider's like ourselves. We wouldn't have gotten the bike we did, which is the perfect fit for my husband, if not for him. Steve knew this was the one for us. He was right. He knew what was needed for him to have the perfect fit with the skills my husband has, and his body. He made it easier than we could've ever imagined. I can't reccomend him enough. The rest of the team was fantastic as well and just as helpful and kind. Pat was a wonderful help with the insurance and starting the process. She is witty and you can't help but love her. Mark in parts was very efficient in making sure we knew what was available to us and how to dress our bike properly. Nancy was so thorough on finalizing our purchase and explaining everything and what we had available to us now and in the future. She answered all our questions and make it as smooth as possible. Sidney was so sweet and guided us on the best routes for future service. She gave us the best options and really knew how to help. I'm so thankful for the entire team at All American. They welcomed us with open arms like family. And not just us, everyone who walked through their doors were greeted with a friendly smile and happiness with a goal to gain a friend, not just a customer. Fantastic experience: AMAZING STAFF!! Just purchased my first Harley Davidson and the entire experience has been great. I had a lot of criteria and knew exactly what I wanted in a bike, and Steve never gave up the search for my "perfect" bike. He found it and a few days later I was riding her home!! Negative experience: If your looking to do a Harley Davidson Rider to Rider purchase pick another dealership. Purchased a R2R bike with their assistance in January 2023. They failed to inspect the bike or even just scrap the bug guts off it....claimed they didn't have anyone available. Long story bike ended up being a lemon and lost my butt on it. Find another dealer!!!
We gather that since their was no way for you to leave a bad review of the person you bought the bike from that you simply choose to leave a bad review of us despite the fact that we did not sell it to you, but that does not make this fair. When one purchases a motorcycle from a dealer one should definitely expect the bike to have been inspected, serviced, reconditioned, and cleaned. Unfortunately you did not buy a bike from us, you bought a bike from an individual who was selling their bike and we were asked by each of you to arrange the financing, which we did. The name “Rider to Rider” describes the transaction and the fact that you clearly made contact with the seller independently of us and were brought to us was also clear so we are baffled as to why you would think that we were responsible for the condition of the bike you choose to purchase from an individual seller. We know of no other dealer who puts as much care into the inspection and reconditioning of their pre-owned motorcycles than we do and the satisfaction of the customers who choose to purchase their Harley from us bears this out. We want everyone to enjoy riding a Harley, so while we would have hoped you would have had a better experience with the motorcycle you purchased from an individual, we are certain you would have had a great experience had you actually chosen to purchase a motorcycle from All American Harley-Davidson.

Positive experience: "I recently had to have some major repairs done to my bike due to hitting a deer. I was completely satisfied with the service I received at All American. Mike kept me informed on the progress and answered any questions I had. My only complaint and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the time it took to get all the parts from Harley Davidson was over two months and I understand it would have been longer if I had not called Harley Davidson corporate offices myself regarding the excessive delays in getting parts."

Fantastic experience: So almost 10 years ago my father and I started our journey with motorcycles. We went to OGHD took our riders course and met Steve Corbett who sold my dad and I our 1st motorcycles. Almost 10 years later we find out Steve is at All American Harley-Davidson and had to stop up to see him. We ended up getting 2 motorcycles and Steve gave us a great deal! Fantastic experience: It all started out as a really bad day at work. The only way to make life better was to go to my local HD dealer in Southern Maryland. Needless to say I wasn't really looking to buy a bike that day, just looking at all the beautiful inventory would have been enough. After spending about 20 minutes of browsing I met Tony. It was really nice talking with him about many things including, of course Harleys. Tony said to me just make yourself at home and let me know if you need anything. I said how about 20K to get another bike lol. After a couple minutes I asked about a certain 09 Fatboy. This bike is spotless Tony said, do you want to take it for a ride? I said nope I want to buy it! So after working some numbers we arrived at a very fair and descent price. So now off to meet with Nancy, All American Harley-Davidsons fiance officer. She knows her stuff people! This lady worked really hard at getting me the best rates possible for my situation. Best of all, instead of trading my current bike in Nancy made it possible for me to keep my previously paid off Dyna, and insure that I have a low down payment and fiance cost. All said, my crappie day turned out to be totally awesome. The rest of the staff is a great asset to the Harley-Davidson family and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. I gave them 5 stars but they deserve 10!

Fantastic experience: "My 2015 FLHTK has been a very reliable motorcycle. I have ridden it from Maryland to California, up the Pacific Coast Highway to Washington State and back to Maryland. I rode it to the summit of Mt Evans at 14,130' in Colorado. I have ridden it across most of the Canadian Provinces, and North to Alaska and back. It has taken me to San Antonio and back, to Beartooth Pass Summit in Montana at 10,947' and back. Each time without any problems. I appreciate a motorcycle that I can rely on to get me to locations that are thousands of miles away, and back. I rewarded her by replacing parts, not because they were broke, but because they had a lot of miles on them, and I want to be able to put a lot more miles on this Harley Davidson UC Limited. Negative experience: purchased a pair of boots They did not have my size so they ordered it. 2 days later the boots went on sale , they would not honor the sale price and told me I can return the boots but the refund can take up to 45 days . This dealership lost a customer and I would not recommend them to anyone.
George, we are sorry you are upset, but we are doing all that we can to help you. When we ordered your size for you a few weeks ago, your purchase was made through the Harley-Davidson system, not just our cash register. The time it would take to get you the refund is because it has to go back through the Harley-Davidson ecommerce system. We have no control over what the Motor Company puts on sale for Black Friday, and their sale fine print does state that the sale prices are not valid on past purchases. We also have no control over things like the time it takes to ship them back to the Motor Company, how long it takes for them to complete the return in their system, or how long it takes for the credit card company to put the refund in your account. Again, we are happy to help you return and reorder them, but this is all we can do to help.

Fantastic experience: Hughesville Harley Davidson is beyond incredible! From the showroom floor, to the other sections of the location, to the employees, appearance, atmosphere, love it here. We have been here before on many occasions to the events they host, but also to buy parts, apparel, etc. We recently purchased our first NEW bike a few weeks ago and let me just say, the experience of buying a bike from them from start to finish was the BEST! AVI is patient and an experienced rider, she brings a lot of insight to riding a motorcycle and will put you on the path to successfully pass the 3 day course as well as become a safe motorcycle operator. I met her back in July when I started looking at the Road Glides. I loved her energy, a no pressure attitude and her knowledge about the bikes was a win for me. Fantastic experience: Recently on a HOG Touring Rally, our starting point was hosted by All American. What a great staff, spearheaded by owners Lyndon & Debra who joined us for the ride. I, for one, enjoyed meeting, riding, and sharing stories with them which brings me to the moral of this tale...If you buy a bike from All American, which I recommend, make sure to join their HOG-nothing better than a retailer who live the dream and ride with their customers.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough positive about All American Harley in Hughesville, MD. Steve is my salesperson, but feels more like a friend. Fantastic experience: As a very rusty rider (its been 20+ years since I last rode) I decided to attend the Riding Academy. I am SO glad I did. I was able to brush up on old skills and I learned so many more that I wasnt even aware of. Safety is a big concern for the instructors and they do a great job at keeping us all safe. The day before finishing the Riding Academy, I pulled the trigger and purchased my first Harley Davidson. The sales associate Katy was knowledgeable and friendly. The tour of the facility allowed me to meet almost everyone at the dealership and they were all very friendly and welcoming. Great store! Great experience! And amazing instructors. Dont go anywhere else!!! All American is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: After not having a street bike in over 30 years and taking the driving academy course offered by All American I decided to purchase a 2022 pan America. Andrea in sales made it a flawless transaction and went way out of her way to including asking her husband to bring his bike up to the show room so I could see a pan America in person. Fantastic experience: "I had dreams of doing all of this work myself, but quickly realized that I didn't have all of the tools needed, and these were EXPENSIVE tools that I needed. So discretion being the better part of valor, I decided to let the pros handle it. I upgraded everything in the primary case, new tires, new rear sprocket and drive belt. Come to find out it's a damn good thing I didn't take this on, as my rear axle was boogered up. Mike G was very hands on and was in constant contact with me on all of the proceedings with my big girl. The work was done in a VERY timely manner, and the price was definitely reasonable for all that was done. I have a little over 500 miles on the work that was done and couldn't be happier. The clutch feels perfect, and the engagement is strong, the replacement for the beat down compensator is fantastic and has totally changed the personality of my bike. So, obviously, I am pleased with the work done and the folks I worked with. I don't know who actually did the work on my bike, but they did a great job! "
