Negative experience: I was told not to return to Wild Prairie, by the general manager, because I filed and prevailed in a credit card dispute. The dispute was because the Wild Prairie service department required that I needlessly replace a tire that was flat because of a pinched tube. All that needed replacing was the tube. He said that I did not give them a chance to make it right. He said it cost them money ($287.40). He overlooked that it needlessly cost me money when they required that I buy that tire. He still has a chance to make it right by admitting that they are in effect stealing money from customers by requiring that they buy more parts than needed. If Wild Prairie had treated me right they could have been my go to place for tires. I sometimes go through two sets per season. They also lost a sale of a new battery to Elk River H-D because of this.

Fantastic experience: All the employees throughout the dealership were user friendly, knowledgeable and perpetuated the biker brotherhood. Brad W. my salesperson was especially helpful and patient with my technical questions. Top 10 in my book.

Positive experience: I had repeated issues with HD battery that would not hold voltage. I was told Harley wouldn’t honor the one year battery warranty because it tested good at the dealership. Only to lose a charge within days. This prompted me to give a negative review for Wild Prairie. After receiving my review, they quickly contacted me and rectified my problem and honored the warranty. I appreciate their efforts and service.

Negative experience: Brought my bike in for a rear tire and rear brake pads with was fine,then they did the usual speel on up sells , clutch and throttle cables need to be adjusted I declined well now my throttle don't work so hard to twist tore the grip loose and the clutch is very hard to pull I contacted them they said it's not our problem but we be glad to fix it.THEY WORKED PERFECT WHEN THEY GOT THE BIKE.but not after they said let me talk to my manager. That is the last time I heard from them.THE CABLES ARE 1 YEAR OLD

Fantastic experience: I brought in a bike that was looked over by another dealer. Phill spotted and showed me at least 5 things they missed in just a few minutes of him looking. They are now fixing those things. Update: Taking away a star. It has been three weeks since I brought my bike in. I was contacted once to come in, see more repairs and approve them. I haven't heard anything since. I would think that since it's taking 3 weeks to deliver $6k of product I would get updates regularly. Please update your policy around this, one service provider to another. I will update this if things change for the better. Update Two: I was contacted by Wild Prairie directly. Spoke with Mike who was concerned and wanted to make things right. We discussed the issue and he will work internally to resolve. Good on them for reaching out. 5 star service.

Fantastic experience: I had no intention of buying a new motorcycle on the day of my purchase. I stopped in to look at bikes as I do often and talk with the staff. But because of the exceptional skills of their staff, Dave Greer in particular. I walked out owning a new motorcycle. Negative experience: Brought a bike in a couple of times because of excess vibration which I was told is normal. The warranty period has passed and my crankshaft is no longer good. I have also been on the phone with service a couple of times trying to get information and advice on how to diagnose issues. Everyone has been condescending and just doesn’t want to help. The parts guys are super cool though.

Negative experience: Feels like I just got finished dealing with a used car salesman of days past. They have a great sales technique. I do find that after the sale is a bit canned. Didn’t realize they never even washed the bikes (yes, bikes. 2 and 60k later). Dirty from Oil and grease from the mechanics and something splattered on the front. Give them an extra day from when they ask you when you want to pick your bike up.

When I finally made a decision (after a few weeks) the paperwork process was also seamless. As Dave was getting the papers ready, Sam introduced me to the parts manager, service manager, and clothing/Harley gear manager. Everyone seemed genuinely happy I was there and ready to help. Fantastic experience: The whole staff was awesome when I purchased the bike and I didn't think they could get any better. They did. I had an accident at the beginning of June...almost totaled my brand new bike. Phil and Denny in service really took care of me. Phil made a lot of calls to my insurance company, I mean a lot of calls, and made sure he kept me informed the entire time. He even called just to tell me that some of my parts were in. Both Phil and Denny are so nice and understanding and will go above and beyond to make sure that I have everything I need. They genuinely care about their customers.

Fantastic experience: Kudos to Phil, Mike and all of the folks in the service department at WPHD. I Brought my Street Glide in for tires before heading to Sturgis. When I pulled up to the service department I noticed a loud rattle in the transmission. Phil listened to the noise, knew I needed the bike back in a couple of day and prioritized the unexpected repair. Turns out the issue with the transmission was more involved than initially expected. WPHD went above and beyond to get me back on my bike but it wasn't meant to be. At that point and on very short notice Phil was able to get me on a rental (2023 Road Glide Limited) the day before I was scheduled to leave. Took about 10 minutes for paperwork, keys in hand and on my way home to pack. Phil and the guys saved the day. Great Rally and great riding experience with the Road Glide. Fantastic experience: We went in for new helmets for my wife and I, and we left with a new 2023 Ultra Limited. DJ was terrific to work with, no pressure. He just answered questions and offered advice. My wife and I had talked about a new bike, but had not really decided that we needed one. DJ gave us lots of space to discuss whether or not we really wanted to buy a new motorcycle. In the end with DJ answering questions and offering advice plus Josh’s willingness to work the numbers with us….. things worked out in such a way that we felt the timing was right to make a purchase. The service guys Denny and Mike are very helpful as well. In fact all the staff there went beyond the norm of helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a pleasant experience when shopping around for a new or used bike, we would recommend Wild Prairie and ask for DJ, he’ll do right for you.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best parts desk in the midwest! Dan and his crew are awesome! These guys aren’t your typical hardass grumpy jerks that are usually found behind the counter at an HD dealer. They are extremely helpful, and cheerful, and will go way out of their way to get you what you need. It’s nice to not have to deal with a punk trying to be a tough guy when you’re dropping the amount of ching you do at any one of these dealerships. Keep doing it like you’re doing guys!

Positive experience: We stopped in to check out the store and talk to the service department. As soon as we walked we were greeted by all the employees that saw us. No pressure sales just some casual conversation and laughter. We browsed the store with no issues, which was awesome. The service department was very helpful and awesome. Positive experience: I have been in many HD dealerships and cannot remember the last time I walked in to one and was not greeted! In fact, we were ignored! Was it because we rode up on CanAM Spyders? If do, you need to check out the history of HD vs BRP and the reverse trike. We are lifetime HOG members, but could not find a HD motorcycle that fit our needs. I bought a shirt because I liked it, but I do not recommend stopping here while traveling

Fantastic experience: Congratulations is in order for Wild Prairie Harley Davidson, Sales, Parts and Service. Let me explain why. In the past years I have been told about Road-Glides and how great they ride etc. I finally made the decision to purchase a 2022 Road-Glide. I wanted to trade in my current bike which was a 2019 limited. I looked at different options where to sell my current bike. Then on Facebook I was reading many different adds about dealers willing to purchase bikes. I looked up what the current suggested price for the bike might be. Being a Hog Chapter Member at WP, I called Josh the (General Manager at WP) and left a voice mail. Within minutes I received a call back and I explained what I wanted and the deal I wanted to make. Within minutes on the phone, I was offered what I thought my current bike might sell for when purchasing a New 2022 Road-Glide. The deal was done. Thank You Josh, for the great experience. I was then directed to Dave Greer (Finance Manager) and upon a visit the next day we completed all the paperwork. Dave was very informative and a great person to work with. I explained what I wanted and what I was not interested in. The options were explained, as I would expect. I wish all transactions went that great. not the normal pushy, you should buy this also. Thanks Dave I asked for the bike to be ready for delivery in a few days and my goal was met. The service dept did a great job, they also are on the same page as Sales, they delivered a great experience. Parts Dept. I was introduced to Jack, that works in the parts dept. Jack and I got to do the fun stuff, order all the extras that most of us need to make the bike your signature style. Jack ordered what I wanted and keep me informed of their delivery which these days is a job in itself. Great Job Jack. So, if you were to ask me about my experience of selling a bike to a dealer and purchasing another I have to say, give Wild Prairie a call or just stop by. Fantastic experience: Exceptionally clean, and well stocked dealership! Displays here are attractive, and well organized! Attention to detail, and "Shelf Appeal" are evident through out the location. Staff was both attentive, and friendly, without bearing overbearing. I was greeted immediately on my arrival, and checked on several times during my visit. My purchases were handled quickly and professionally, even though they were preparing to close for the evening. Fantastic experience: OK..If you want to bring your bike to a place that not only takes care of your bike but takes care of you bring it to Wild Prairie Harley. Denny the service manager there is absolutely amazing. You'll honestly think your his best friend after working with him. He communicates well with you and works with whatever you need. I had a hard to diagnose bike but we worked together and got it fixed. Garret was the tech and my bike has never rode better. Love these guys. Then to make matters even better I was talking with the parts man, DJ, told him about some seat issues I had. He pulled me around the counter and showed me exactly what to do to correct these problems. The whole team is great. Make sure you ask for Denny if you have any service problems. Fantastic experience: I have two experiences with Wild Prairie Harley-Davidson so far and both were excellent. I took a rider academy course through them and the instructors could not have been more competent, professional, and engaging. The day was fantastic. I honed some old skills, learned new ones, and improved my riding abilities so I will be a better rider. The second experience was with purchasing a rain suit. I needed one so I stopped at Wild Prairie. They did not have a suit in my size so the staff member in the clothing department called around to other Harley-Davidson dealers in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN, area to find one for me. Once she found one she had the other dealer hold the suit for me so I could stop in to pick it up.

I was able to get ahold of Bryce after hours and he helped me get everything squared away. After 15 years riding imports, with no real brand loyalty, I think I understand why HD has such a huge fan base.

I have always been treated like i'm part of the family here by all these dudes and, I would NOT go anywhere else for my parts!! I am so grateful to all of them for all of their help in getting all the parts i've been needing. Some of the store runs have been over an hour and, a half helping me look for all the parts I need! Looking through books and catalogs! Thank you guys so very much for your professionalism and your help when I come up! Im sure its a ton of work helping me and, ive never felt ever like they didnt want to help me out! You guys rock! Everyone of them Harley should be thankful and, count their lucky stars they have these guys working for them and, better do everything they can to make sure they stay right where they are because if they were to move stores id most likely follow them!

Fantastic experience: The staff are outstanding, very helpful and interested in you. I have short wife and they went out of their way to find solutions so her feet could touch. The parts guys even looked up solutions for aftermarket high rise pegs for her. Mike Beck was friendly, no pressure sales guy. He spent a lot of time answering all our questions. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another bike from him or Eden Prairie Harley-Davidson. I purchased a 2021 Harley Davidson Tri Glide Ultra Trike FLHTCUTG, what beautiful motorcycle.

Fantastic experience: I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by super friendly staff. I'm visiting from Maryland and just wanted to pick up a shirt, staff helpful but did not "hover over me". Had some nice conversation about temperatures - it's 70 back home and 32 here and spitting snow. Nice selection of bikes.

Fantastic experience: I went in there to get a pin for my wife's vest. Place was very lit up an looking nice. Bike's were very clean parts counter clean. Looked like they had everything under the sun there for Harley-Davidson. I talked to salesman Mike Beck. He was very knowledgeable on bikes an not pushy for sales. For salesmen he was a pleasure to talk to an like other H-D stores I've been to. Said if I have questions ( even though I don't live in area ) to call! He knew I was not able to buy today looking at next year or so? He was very glad I stopped in. This store was a pleasure to stop at!!

Fantastic experience: Bought my first Harley this last weekend, and I cannot express enough how wonderful this dealership is. Absolutely everyone at the store made me feel comfortable and was very caring. You can tell everyone here loves their jobs. Positive experience: Good clothing and sales department. Really friendly staff. Service is super slow. Really no need to make an appointment for them to work on your bike. Won't have it done that day anyways. Made an appointment for tires which they had in stock, 4 days later still isn't done, but did receive a phone call saying that the tech did some looking around and found some stuff wrong with my bike? Odd, but oh well. Other than service, really good store with a good selection of bikes.

Fantastic experience: Had a great time looking for a new bike. Best part is my husband said Happy Anniversary and I walked out with my 1st ever Harley!! Matt was great at listening to my needs and wants. I was like a kid in the candy store and he helped soothe my sweet tooth!! I'm super excited to get some miles on and see what adventures await on the open road. Highly recommend taking a walk through, grab some gear and who knows maybe even go home with a new bike
