Fantastic experience: Purchasing from Eisenhauer’s Harley in York was a great experience. Got a great bike at a fair price without a bunch of hassle. More importantly is the wonderful staff. I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer at this dealership. From Josh my salesman, to Amy the sales manager, Steve in finance, Barry in service, and Tiffany in parts; they all made for a great experience. I drove almost 300 miles to this location- it was worth the drive. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend York Harley Davidson to anyone. Thanks to Y’all!

Fantastic experience: One of my first bikes was a Harley-Davidson long before they were as mainstream as they now are. There have been many bikes, and years, since coming full-circle and purchasing a Forty-Eight from Eisenhauer’s Harley-Davidson a couple of weeks ago. I was exceptionally fortunate to find what I wanted at this dealer. There was a lot of sentimental reasoning behind my purchase of this model but despite being one of the least expensive models, I felt I was treated just as well as if it were the most expensive. My first contact was with Tracy who was exceptional every step of the way. I was introduced or worked with people in all the departments and they, and the salesmen with whom I did not work all showed a very welcoming and friendly attitude. I think that this dealer displays a level of customer service rarely seen anymore and I could not be happier with my choice. Despite being five hours away, they are my go to for anything I need. I am grateful to them all.

New and used options were plentiful and we zeroed in the exact bike that met my needs. Tracy helped to educate me on how it fit my needs and answered all the questions I had. Steve worked on the paperwork while Dana took the time to augment my wardrobe but also help me get setup with a new helmet (mine was definitely too old). They outfitted my wife as well with the needed gear since she was new to riding. These folks are tops at what they do and it shows. Go now!

By 11 am I had the numbers where I wanted to be. I made it to The dealer at 3 pm, got my trade looked at, toured the dealership, signed papers, and was riding home by 4 pm. I will go there again. Positive experience: I went in knowing I was purchasing a specific bike, 23 RG3. I had a check in hand. Store opened at 9. I went in and straight to the facilities. Long ride in. While in facility I received a call from sales, they were contacting me based on a message I had sent the day before. Told her I was on site and would be out. Came out and met Tracy. She introduced me to the bike in person. I told her I was ready to buy. So made her day. A lot of paperwork and signatures later I was given a tour of the facility and met all the people that keep them running. Everyone was very nice. Received my Harley Davidson initiation with 2 free T-shirts, you know what I mean! Tracy walked me through some of the features of the bike and showed me how to put it in transportation mode as I was trailering it back to New York. Loaded bike up and as I was getting in truck Tracy was coming out to the parking lot. I asked if she forgot something and she said no, but she hoped the rest of her sales that week were as easy as mine! Overall great sales experience, I won’t know about service as I live 350 miles away!

Negative experience: Went to try and buy a bike there, wasn’t really treated too well, was lo balled on a trade, buddy of mine got a new RG, check engine light came on, they claimed nothing was wrong and no codes. I won’t be doing business with them.

Positive experience: Generally it was a good experience. Couple of gripes. You can’t test ride. That can be a problem on new bike not knowing how it might feel during a ride. But it’s a big deal on a used bike not only do you need to know how it”fits” but you also want to know that it wasn’t traded in for some defect. 2nd gripe. If I bought this bike at another dealership it would have been a certified bike. But York told me they don’t participate in the program. They incur additional costs to sell a certified pre-owned. Instead they push you to an inferior 3rd party “extended-warranty” that is probably a money maker for them. To use it you incur a deductible and you get unknown coverage. If you are applying for a loan ask about the interest rate. They will not make a point of telling you. I didn’t care because I will pay off very quickly. On the plus side everyone was very nice. The post sale process is not overly pushy about rolling accessories into your loan or pushing clothing sales, I know with some dealerships this can be highly annoying. They have do have a nice selection of clothes and accessories if you are interested. Not as big as some dealerships but not a little shop either. They helped unload my trade and showed me how to best secure my new bike to trailer home, (I came in from a few hours away). Lastly, love the bike.

Negative experience: I’m white and look local, but when they heard my accent, it’s like a invasive species walked in. A blonde slender full of tattoos behind the counter lady left and found herself two more coworkers, when I passed by she said “that sounds like an alien” in my way out she began talking about Mexican food mentioning many dishes, in an antagonist tone but I’m not Mexican. I thought management is not doing their work when these ladies are wild on other nationalities. They need training on geography and get some foreign friends so that they don’t freak out when they see someone from another part of the world. Harley Davidson brand is loved all over the world. Small town Karen is giving that store a bad rep, it’s a shame

Fantastic experience: Rachel in service is the ABSOLUTE best. She's patient, understanding and beyond that helpful and knowledgeable. I bought my bike online and had it shipped. Found out radio didn't work. Place I bought it said take it to your local dealership and have them look at it. On my way there, the saddle bag fell off. Dealership I bought from said send an estimate. Rachel worked up the estimate with pictures. The guy dodged mine and Rachel's phone calls and texts. Ended up fixing it through my insurance and Rachel handled everything for me. Unfortunately it wasn't fixed overnight, but parts and paint for a CVO take time.

Overall a great buying experience. Brought home a 2015 Breakout with stage 2 upgrade and extraordinarily low miles (less than 1700) that looks beautiful and sounds amazing. Thankfully I found York HD and purchased a 30th Anniversary FatBoy from Tracey who was very prompt in answering all my questions. Fantastic experience: Drove up from Maryland to look at a used Tri Glide I was interested in. Upon arrival, I was introduced to Josh Hill who meticulously. went over the bike I was interested in. He also volunteered that there was one still new 2023 Tri Glide available at a very competitive price to the used bike. This of course was a no-brainer. Used bike, new bike for not much more, of course. Josh made the entire buying process seamless. With very little haggling, I was able to purchase a new 2023 Tri Glide for the price I wanted to pay. Josh then introduced me to the rest of the staff, Steve in Finance, Bob in parts, and Carly in Motor clothes sales. I even had time to chat with owner Pete Eisenhauer about a ride some friends and I took to his Tioga Dealership a few yeas ago. This has been the best experience I have ever had, buying a motorcycle. I expressed what I was looking for in a deal, and they were willing to work with me so that we were both getting what we were looking for. I bought a newly designed model that is involving a learning curve for both the buyer, and the seller, and they have been quite knowledgeable about some of the new questions that the new design has raised. When I asked a question that they didn't immediately have an answer for, they got back to me with an answer within a day. I attempted to purchase from my local dealer here in south western Pennsylvania, but was treated as if they were doing me a favor. Needless to say, as sales and customer service goes, they failed miserably and I walked away. I couldn’t be happier about it because I came across Eisenhauer’s in York, Pa. They had the exact trike I was looking in the most dazzling color out there. The overall negotiated price was exceptional, accessories were reasonable even by HD standards, and when we agreed on a price, I drove 193 miles across the state to purchase my trike. I'm glad I did. The store was immaculate. Whoever I spoke with was genuinely happy, helpful, and everyone I came into contact with went above and beyond whatever they could do to make my experience there memorable. Although most of the negotiation with my sales associate Tracy, was done over the phone, I couldn’t have asked for nor received a better, professional, extremely knowable and friendly buying experience if I had tried. When I arrived, Tracy went out of her way to make me feel like I was the only customer in the store. Tracy answered all of my questions, and quickly found answer(s) to the one or two she didn’t. All the necessary paperwork was ready upon my arrival. She even included a copy of the maintenance record for the trike. Her knowledge of the process was flawless, concise and delivered in a manner that was easy to understand. Everything she went over was exactly as we had discussed with no changes or surprise additions. Even the Finance associate, Steven did an outstanding job. After the sale, Tracy has been more than prompt in keeping me apprised of the status and install of the accessories. Fantastic experience: We purchased our Low Rider ST from this dealership recently. What an amazing dealership! Being an outsider to the town, we could not expect any better service. The sales person Reid E. was very upfront and clear about the deal and what we were going to pay for the bike and was able to resolve any confusions we had around it amicably. On the day of bike pickup, the dealership was very welcoming including the staff in the parts and clothing store and most importantly finance folks. The mechanics completed the customization before the committed time and we left the dealership with our brand new FXLRST with big wide smile on my face :) I highly recommend this dealership for your dream rides.

Fantastic experience: Service department was excellent. Sales was friendly, but would not negotiate on trade in or purchase price. Weird. I was looking at a 2021, and they kept pushing a new one. Was very weird experience. Everyone haggles for a better price. They almost acted like they could care less if they made a sale or not. I had warmer welcomes from my DI. Again. Just weird and not what I expected. UPDATE: I saw a week later that the new ones that sell quickly were still there, as well as today 3 weeks later. The one I wanted was still there, so I shot them a message. I was called by Reid, who apologized for my recent experience and asked me to come in and chat. So, I reluctantly did. When I got there I was greeted with a hardy handshake and a smile, unlike last time. Was happy to see the lady I dealt with last time was not there. We sat down, went over some numbers, (Bargained for a better price) and a sale was made. I had service put on the heel kicker, and was done before I left. Everything on the trike was explained to me. We did up the loan paperwork (Don't go with Harley Finance unless you have too. They Suck) everything signed and I was on my way home with the Trike I wanted at an agreed to price. Mr. Eisenhouer. Take some lessons from your employees. Thank them every day for being loyal hard working Harly Employees. They are the only reason I am giving 5 stars. They are Top notch dedicated people.
