Negative experience: My wife I went into the store on 12/23/24 to pick a couple of things up and I asked the sales lady about some jewelry and the first thing out of her mouth was it’s such an such price like we couldn’t afford the items. Very disappointed with her attitude then I purchased a $265. Jacket and it was like an act of congress for her to ring up my purchase. Then she left the security device on it and my wife got stopped heading out the front door like she was trying to steal it. I use to like coming in to that store and as of today I will not return there. The sales clerk was ( MSS) is what is on our receipt

I can attest, Matt, is a great guy and enthusiastic teacher. He's a man of value, and endorses the facility highly - the level of respect from management to staff should be studied as a model for other companies. They also have community events that are well organized and clear about times of arrival and departure. These people play no games, but in a wholesome way. Fantastic experience: To all the ladies if you have a man that loves his Harley and you want to surprise him for Christmas or just because he is special to you go see Adam in the service department. I was completely impressed with his eagerness and professionalism exceeding my expectations to orchestrate in helping me purchase a set of pipes and schedule the appointment to have them put on the same day. At my request for this purchase to be anonymous he contacted my special ole man with notification to come in to have new pipes put on his bike. My opinion is that Adam in the service department is a valuable asset to Riding High Harley Davidson in High Point and I count myself honored and blessed to have the experience of his dedication and commitment to his job. Fantastic experience: We were blown away with how amazing Riding High was on Saturday when we came in to look at a bike. They checked ALL the boxes when it comes to who you want to deal with when purchasing a bike: friendly, up front about cost, knowledgeable and professional. We had been looking around for a little while to find not only the bike for us but to find the right people to deal with to be treated fairly and with professionalism. When we starting corresponding with Damien regarding one of the bikes they had for sale.....we knew we had found the place and drove almost 2 hours so we could work them on getting the bike we wanted. Negative experience: Sent from my iPhone, i purchased a 2000 Harley Davidson motorcycle from Charlotte HD and did not make it home. I tried to get my trade in back and cancel the deal the very next morning and they refused to do that . I asked about limón law they said it dose not apply to used motor vehicles. They said they fixed it and sent me on my way , but two blocks away it broke down again . I have been sitting here at HD for hours and they still refuse to give me back my trade in and will not take their bike back. Maria Combs would not be bothered to try and understand that I never got the bike home , she was no help at all.

Fantastic experience: I have always had a pleasant experience during visits from being greeted walking in to purchasing my first Harley. My boyfriend and I have spoken with Bill just about every time we've visited. About two weeks ago, he sold me the Dyna I've spent more than a few years searching for. Shout out to Bill!

Fantastic experience: I had to go to the ED and we could not pick up my husbands motorcycle yesterday. He let the service manager know. The manager called this morning and asked how I was doing and told my husband not to worry, that they would take if his bike until he could pick it up. I was OK, so we were able to pick it up today. But I thought it was very nice of him to ask if I was OK and reassure my husband about his other "honey" was Ok. They also did a great job servicing it.

Basic shirts start around $37 and poker chips range from $1.50 - $3.50, so VERY good prices for merchandise. Large clearance racks and they have deals all throughout the store.

Fantastic experience: I bought my 2024 CVO RG from Riding High a little over a month ago. What a GREAT motorcycle!! This is the second motorcycle I've bought from Riding High in the last 4 years. Everybody there is awesome, from Bill, my salesman, to Ike, the sales manager, to Chris, Kenny, Wes, Shawn and the others in service. I ride a long way and bypass numerous other dealerships to give these guys my business. I will not buy, or have my bike serviced, anywhere else!

Negative experience: If you buy a bike from these people be prepared to be insulted if you have a trade in. They offered me a $2500 trade in value for a 2007 Sportster 1200 Custom that is almost as clean as the day I bought it but they have a 2008 Sportster 1200 Low for sale for $7000. Both had low mileage. The Low looks stock where mine has many upgrades and it was not even close to being as clean. I have had nothing but bad luck with this dealership including my bike sitting there for a week with a bad battery and they couldn’t figure out or didn’t try to figure out what was wrong and fix it. I picked it up and took it to Adenaline in Randleman and he had it diagnosed and fixed in about an hour. This dealership is a joke. **Update** I was contacted by two people from Riding High today. The first gentleman was the one who valued my bike so low, stated that he heard I was hoping for at least $4000 for my bike. He stated that he should be able to get pretty close to that. He said he was going to tell me that yesterday but I left quickly. Yes I did because I was done with these people. He was planning to walk into the salesman’s office and save the day but he didn’t get a chance to because I wasn’t staying all day. Sorry about that. Then I spoke with the Second Gentleman. He asked if I could delete or amend this review so this is the amendment. He and I talked and I pointed out that the low value placed on my trade was ridiculous and that I understand that they have to make money but seeing the other Sportster on the floor for $7000 and them offering me $2500 was terrible. If they valued mine at $4000 they would still come out great and the bike I was looking to buy from them had an average retail value of $11550. They were charging $13990 for a bike that had an average retail value on two websites of $11550. And they will be adding dealer prep fees or whatever they may call it on top of the $13990. Check the value of what you’re buying from them online on a trusted site folks. They will undercut your trade and overprice their bikes. Do your homework before buying from anyone especially from this dealer. They are taking advantage of people when you make a hasty, quick decision.

Fantastic experience: Sold my 2018 Fat Bob 114 here recently. Super smooth experience working with Jacob and Logan. Gave me a reasonable price and the whole process took less than 30 minutes to get in and out. Straightforward and honest in their communications, I'll be buying from them in the future for sure!

Fantastic experience: Going to try to keep this short. I recently ended up with an Indian motorcycle due to a trade deal I just could not refuse. I got a 10 day tag from the DMV because it needed to be inspected. Due to endless storms and my work schedule, I had 1 decent day I could take my bike somewhere. Riding High HD being very close, I called them and asked and without hesitation, they told me to bring it any time and give them about 10 minutes. They did exactly that. Easily 90% of my riding buddies are on HD's and all of them have great things to say about this dealer. Riding with my crowd, I do get to spend a lot of time stopping at all the HD dealers and without a doubt, from my personal experience, this dealer has an amazing staff. From the sales staff to the clothing and merchandise, and now the service! Just a 100% positive experience all the time.. I cannot say enough good things about them. Very friendly and accommodating.

Negative experience: Be careful here. I did buy a new Sportster S here and had an exhaust worked in the deal. Several days later, I found out the sales guy had just about zero clue what he was talking about on the exhaust and was pushing me into a system I would not have purchased had I known about other systems available. After learning that, they claimed they would do whatever they could to make me happy. I found an exhaust I wanted and offered to pay the difference, as the new one was more money, and they agreed. They stated they would work numbers and call me back, which they did. However, by my math they were about $300-$400 high. When I asked for a breakdown, I found out they were charging 3 hours of labor for an exhaust install. Keep in mind that the actual manufacturer published the labor at 1 hour. The response to this was "we have never installed this before" and "I don't set the labor prices". Now keep in mind that they are listed as a dealer for this brand AND the dealer told me they even had this company come out to the dealer and set up a demo truck last year. The sales associate also used the same "I don't control that" line, so that seems to be the standard line around here. This is definitely not the first bike I have purchased from this dealer, but it will be the last. It is clear that the sales rep just said what he thought would be "close" to correct to get the sale. There is more, unfortunately, but this would get way too long and I have spent way too much time on this deal already. The bike is great, though, so there is that. And to be totally fair, you may be okay buying here, if just doing a straight purchase. Just be careful.

Negative experience: Hello Internet, this is my first time writing a review and if you take a look at the pictures I have attached you will understand why. At the end of January I purchased a pre-owned Road King from Riding High Harley Davidson. I would like to preface my next statements by saying that up until a week ago I was very pleased with my entire experience with this dealership. They worked with me to sell me the bike I wanted, with the accessories that I wanted, at a price I was comfortable with. Everyone I met during the sales process were friendly and helpful. That being said, almost 2 weeks ago I took a look at the rear tire and if you see the pictures you can understand how I am appalled that a Harley Davidson dealership would sell a bike with a tire in that condition. I have put about 1000 miles of easy riding on the bike since purchase, so it is evident that this tire was in horrible shape at purchase. I could have been seriously hurt or injured because of this mistake. I understand, and I am a bit embarrassed, that I should have checked tires before leaving the dealership, but I should not have to do so since everything sold from a dealer needs to pass a state safety inspection that this tire clearly would have failed. I would like to issue a word of caution if purchasing a bike from this dealership as it is obvious to see that serious safety concerns have slipped through the cracks.

Fantastic experience: From the beginning to the end, Jacob was awesome to deal with! I cannot say enough about the dealership, Jacob, or Ike. They beat every other dealership and actually made me feel as if they were really trying to earn my business. I will definitely be returning to them for service and other. And BTW, I live in Virginia and made the trip to them because of how I was treated.

Fantastic experience: I bought a motorcycle from them and paid it off early. I’m from Pennsylvania so I emailed the required paperwork to Dria four months ago to get the refund on the remainder of the gap insurance. I haven’t heard anything nor received the check I was expecting. I would find another dealer to shop at if I lived down there. Will update Update: The employee who was supposed to take care of me is no longer with them. They promptly fixed my issue.

Fantastic experience: I took the riding academy course here and SO glad I did! Matt was the riding coach here and did a wonderful job! He genuinely had a passion for safety and riding. I have never even sat on a bike until this course and after a full weekend of learning ALOT, the next day I went to the dmv, got my license, and the very next day I went and bought my first bike here! I went with 2023 softail standard after I test drove it, I knew it was the one!! I just wanted to brag on all the employees I worked with here, Jacob was awesome to deal with, very friendly and informative along with the others. I 10/10 recommend this dealership to anyone and will be doing all of my future business here! Such a great group of people!

Fantastic experience: Brand new to motorcycles and the riding experience, the Riding High Harley Davidson family helped me feel right at home. Bill took his time and made sure I had the opportunity to feel and learn bikes I was interested in. Bill also helped me realized the importance of buying a bike you love, not just a bike you settle for. I was able to ask all the questioned I needed and receive the education that followed. My experience ultimately led me to the purchase of a 2020 Low Rider S, and I loving the decision more every day. I also highly recommend taking the New Riders Course at Riding High HD. I spent three days with a great group of people as Dave patiently instructed on the necessary aspect of beginner riding. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about my experiences with Riding High! Especially with their service and parts departments. Jordan in parts is always super helpful when I go in. I live closer to another dealership but I always go to Riding High for everything I need. The staff is always friendly and the customer service is amazing! I don’t mind the extra drive I have to make cause I know they are gonna take care of my needs every time I pay them a visit. What a great company to do business with!

Negative experience: Disappointing day and wasted afternoon dealing with this establishment (Riding High- HP, NC) After spending several hours looking at several motorcycle, decision was made on the motor that would be purchased. We came to an agreement after negotiating with our sales person by the name of “Bill” . During the negotiation period Bill made the statement they are in the business of making money not giving away motorcycles - WOW-That was a bold statement from a salesperson! Once an agreement was made on a purchase price - “Bill” goes to put sold sign on a different motorcycle; come to find out HE (the salesperson “Bill”) negotiated a price on the wrong motorcycle- when he was informed that was the incorrect bike, the salesperson proceeds to deflect blame on us- not accepting responsibility & informs us the deficit be $1500 additional for the one we wanted - the one we had been standing beside the entire time- the exact one he cranked up for us to hear! YES- this is absolutely unbelievable! - RED FLAG! This seems to us as a bait and switch- NO THANK YOU- we will purchase from a Harley Dealership that does not conduct shady business in this manner!
