Fantastic experience: Took the beginner rider course this weekend and I can't tell you how much it helped!!!! 100% recommend taking a class here at Falcons Fury and Coach Kirk was absolutely amazing!! He is a Great teacher but also patient and makes the class Fun! I learned so much from him!!! Also Coach Larry and David were so helpful!!! What an amazing weekend!!!.....Sherry...

Positive experience: Beautiful location. Generous parking. Good supply of motorcycle offerings. Great Riding Academy team. The rider coaches are knowledgeable, proficient and very helpful. Was a pleasure meeting them. Would visit this location again and recommendit to others. .

Fantastic experience: They initially angered me with their special order policy of no refunds. Store credits only. A special order is any bolt or screw that you order. Everything is a special order. Having said that. They did an incredible job on stage two upgrade. And the price was more than fair. They picked up the bike and delivered when the upgrade was complete. This blows away the competition. I also enjoy the block parties they host. Falcon Fury is the truth!

Negative experience: Called today for a brake and clutch cover with gasket. JOE in parts picks up the phone then places me on hold for ten minutes looking for these simple to find parts so i hang up and call back. A Lady picks up the phone and helps me out. I hear JOE in the back ground saying “tell that guy thanks for hanging up” with a certain tone in his voice. I then tell the lady I'm not interested in the parts any longer and ill be damned if i ever set foot in that dealership again. I will however be lodging a complaint with the GM about JOE, not that itll do any good but ive done my due diligence. I asked for the highest manager available and low and behold its JOE. Dude, your in retail, CUSTOMER SERVICE. Oh wait, Im expecting too much. Macon you now have all my business. Never had a problem in Macon and the parts guys there are on point and actually know a little something about how a motorcycle works and operates. JOE, get a job where you dont have to deal with the public if its such an issue and learn how to look up parts. JOE

Negative experience: I only call FF if I am desperate, but the times I have, I have learned it is almost impossible to get anyone in parts to answer a call, at least without waiting a minimum of a half hour, sometimes more. But trust me you can bet some random salesmen will call me every few weekends. You don't have time to take my call, then take me off your call list! Personally, I do all bike bike trading at Great South, they bust a gut to help you all day, every day they are open.

Fantastic experience: When the time came for me to purchase my first (and second) bike, I was glad I had ended up here after my msf training. Steve “Coop” Cooper walked me through all the options and patiently helped me select motorcycles that fit me best. This dealership has plenty of choices. Everyone is enthusiastic and helpful, making sure you feel at home and never feel pressured to buy something. If you’re in the area, check in, and take a look around. Their enthusiasm is infectious

Negative experience: This place has some good folks in it. But save yourself the time and agony of ordering parts here because it's happened before and won't again until something changes. I Paid for a set of plug wires over there text a link system. Paid for these items in full and the order did not get placed until I called asking questions about them and it takes about 1/2 an hour just to get someone on the phone & then 1/2 a hour to find the damn order I work in service myself it shouldn't be this way, but so until then the bike sits down could have had them in 3 days tops from j&p but I gave them benefit of the doubt. Correct this issue falcons fury or make it right. Not to mention I have purchased 2 bikes here.

Negative experience: Had a guy run over my bike in a parking lot may 13 dropped my Harley off may 14 At falcons fury took them weeks to look at it and get up with the insurance company I’ve been told 100 different things they where waiting on parts then they will schedule it to be fixed then I find out from parts the parts where on back order then I found out the company was out of business they orders my parts from after I already paid Falcons fury for the parts I was told from parts order the parts myself and they would apply what I spend that towards the labor cost per the parts department so I bring my parts up there and drop them off can not get an answer can not find out when my bike is gonna be done and what excuse I’m going to get this time this is the most unprofessional place I have ever had to deal with period I’ve been told 100 different things and promised so many different things and not one person is keeping their word at all

I was contacted by Papa Wayne and he took the reigns and got things taken care of. Great guy to deal with old school values and someone that a hand shake still means something to. Positive experience: Very large Harley with lots of bikes and tons of specialty ones. It was fun just to walk around and see all the mods and painting. Basic shirts start at $45 and poker chips are $4 so it is pretty pricey for a HD. But they have some sales sections and the employees are super friendly. Clean bathrooms and they do events all year round.

Negative experience: Husband dropped his bike off back February after hitting sand. They said parts are on back order. Understandable. He had to call so many times to get the same answer. No work has been done. They never gave an estimate time or anything. It’s now June. All the work was done June 5th. They call June 6th saying the battery’s dead and it’s cost him more money to get a new battery. Had the work been done sooner or even ran the bike once in a while it wouldn’t be dead. They charged him for a battery when he dropped the bike off the battery was perfectly good. Trying to tell someone in service the battery was good their response was “well it tested bad” well yea because it sat for months collecting dust. They lost a good customer today. Congratulations

Fantastic experience: The staff in this place is always welcoming in particular an employee of the name David Penrod has always been helpful. The workers there are more than happy to come talk to you, and show you around. Even if I'm there for parts I've never felt pressed into buying something that I didn't want. Should I want a new bike, or trade-in I'd 100% go to these guys.

Negative experience: I was able to get the freewheeler I was for my wife, but Falcons Fury doesn't care about their customers and the owner is a coward and won't call and or get on the phone and talk to a customer and the day I purchased freewheeler for my wife, I had an email stating that purchase any new or pre owned bike and get $1500 in store credit and they won't honor it bc they said with negotiations they didn't make any money on the sale, but it doesn't say anywhere in email if they lose money or make money during negotiations that it is then voided. I hope the owner eventually loses everything bc what goes around comes around!!! I wouldn't give any stars if possible, but makes you!!!

Negative experience: If you want to get robbed of your money go here. I brought my motorcycle for a stator check because my battery always keeps dieing the first thing they died charged the battery (thats if they did) told me was a bad battery and charged me 150$ for absolutely nothing.then i told them take it out the shop i will come puck it up because i didnt want to go broke leaving it another day I went to pick it up told them was not fair they charging me so much money to tell me i have a bad battery when i told them to check the Alternator and the guy at the service wanted to jump me and the end of the day i was their fixing the motorcycle myself and they got paid for absolutely doing nothing

Negative experience: Very disappointed in the dealership. My son wanted to buy a Road glide st. They never could show him. The price it was always word of mouth. They run his credit never showed him what the credit report said. Just he had to put $9,000 down. My son called eagle financial an was told they don't know why that he is in good standing an has a very good credit score.. I called the dealer for my son to ask them to send him what his credit report said stayed on hold over 30 mins before writing this. Bad thing is I was willing to buy a second Road glide to have a matching bike to my son. Very disappointed in this dealer Update After 45 mins I was hung up on. Called back an the big boss got on the phone after about 5mins. He's said he's emailing the documents to my son so he can see what wad offered.

Fantastic experience: I had a blast checking out the falcons fury Harley Davidson store! All of the staff were very attentive and professional, they helped me with all of my questions and educated me on things I did not know. Negative experience: Don’t go to any events because If you win they tell you that you cannot pick up your prize for a few months later only to tell you when you go to pick it up you are not the winner! And the rules were explained wrong! Two weeks before was told no problem come on in to pick it up and they will not contact you either. What happened to Customer satisfaction? That’s fine didn’t need the $200 gift card anyway can’t buy much but maybe 2 tshirts from there but the fact my 7 year old daughter is the one who won is what the problem is. Lost 3 customers and will shop elsewhere. ‍♂️

Negative experience: ZERO STARS. This place will take full advantage of you with no remorse. 1 is not nearly a low enough rating for this disgrace of an establishment. I bought my bike from here and opted into the maintenance program which costs me 189$ every single month. I brought my bike in for the first time at the 12 month mark for service. I was told my brake fluid and my transmission belt had 3% life remaining. A bill of 400$ was presented to me as none of these services were included with my maintenance program. 1800$ in a year with no services provided is an absolute joke.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I went to Falcons Fury to take a look at bikes, we had been tossing around the idea of a new bike but, we weren't quite ready to pull the trigger. We spoke to Elijah about what we had been looking at. Elijah answered all of our questions and spent a lot of time with us, he gave us our space when we wanted to take the time to discuss making the purchase and at no time did we feel pressured. Everyone on staff was cordial and helpful and when we did decide to make our purchase that day they all celebrated along with us. If you are looking to make your next Harley purchase I would encourage you to stop in to Falcons Fury and also ask for Elijah. Fantastic experience: Taking the driving course here at Harley, Davidson and Conyers Georgia experience was amazing things you thought you knew things you didn’t know you are definitely going to learn dealing with a motorcycle. I encourage everyone to take this course even if it’s for beginners or experienced riders everyone needs to be refreshed, every now and then the instruct instructors here are amazing. All you have to do is listen.

Negative experience: Do not buy from this company!! My husband bought a pre-owned bike from them on 11-10-23, with the good faith from them that the bike would be running & fixed in 2 weeks & if he was not satisfied with that, they would buy it back. Well, yesterday he gets a call saying is STILL not ready to ride. So today he goes there to see what is taking so long. He then decides that he wants them to buy it back. All of the sudden…they can’t/won’t buy it back!? Very bad business!!! **DO NOT BUY FROM THEM**

Fantastic experience: After a bad breakdown on the highway on my vintage motorcycle, I called Patty at FFHD to see if he could help me out - I took my safety course there a few months before and he gave me his number. Within a few minutes Patty coordinated a ride, tow, and great conversation with Dawson. Dawson went above and beyond in helping a brother out and was very professional. After all of that hassle I wanted to test ride and get a feel for what everyone was telling me about the RH975 (Nightster) for cutting through country roads and Appalachian mountain curves... and dang were they correct. With several modes to choose from for torque and throttle response, it was a match made in heaven for a guy who just likes to ride any time the weather permits. Lean angle is sporty, stance is an aggressive-neutral, and it is pretty much Harley Davidson's answer to everything I wanted. My test ride was with Patty and Skyler, and of course within a few minutes afterward I was working directly with Skyler on purchasing the motorcycle I just rode. It was an easy, hassle-free experience from start to finish, and I have zero regrets - I LOVE my new Nightster 'Special' (needed the pillion, options, and beautiful paint). Special thanks to Skyler for a great sales experience, to Patty for being a bro (he would keep up with me even when I wasn't on the market), and to Dawson for picking me up and helping me get my vintage moto home safe. I'd recommend visiting FFHD for any need involving a new / pre-loved motorcycle. I can imagine the service and parts/customization departments are just as cool, but I'll add an honest review of that experience at my 1k mile service appointment.

Negative experience: Falcons Fury Harley Davidson has made me for the first time EVER reconsider Harley Davidson as a brand all together !! Employees lie …. Management lies … and they do NOTHING …. Take zero accountability!! Purchased a brand new 2023 Road Glide ST on 9/23 , they did not specify which ST I was purchasing since they said that “they were only using one to work out the exact numbers”…. After numbers were done and attempting to direct me to finance , it wasn’t until I asked what bike am I getting that they directed me to an ST on the show room. Took almost 2 hrs to leave the dealership AFTER paperwork was signed due to damage noticed on the bike and pointed out salesman that was never addressed…… this was just the beginning….. rode my brand new bike home … 40 miles away …. Where I noticed the bike leaking oil!! After being advised to diagnose my own bike and re tighten oil plug they finally agreed to send someone to pick up the bike but not until 2 days later. The bike also had damage to inner and outer fairing caused during transport from factory and even though they stated that “they are aware of the issue because 6 other bikes arrived with the same damage “ they still decided to sell me the bike in that condition and said NOTHING until I pointed it out !! They told me that they ordered the fairings on 9/23 AFTER I pointed out the damage. 9 days and many calls later .. I was still not able to get an answer from ANYONE regarding when my bike would be ready because the ONLY person apparently in charge of that was always “on the phone” and I had a ride to attend on 10/7 After driving all the way to the dealership and talking to management I was told that “it was unacceptable and that the bike will get done next day (Thursday) and that someone would call me “ No call Thursday…. No call Friday ….. so I had to cancel my ride and when I went back to the dealership I was told the bike was done but didn’t get done until Friday evening because “that’s what they were told to do “…. I did not cause the damage !… they knew about the damage , decided to sell the bike in that condition and had ZERO urgency in rectifying the situation!! Ordered bars on 9/25 to be installed on the bike since they will be replacing the fairings, I was told that they will be ordered that day and it would take 3-5 days to arrive so I paid for them in full. 7 days later still no notification about arrival so called the dealership , where I was told that again …”the only person that can get that info is on the phone , I’ll find out and call you back”…. That never happened, called again following day , person again on the phone and will call you later …. Didn’t happen again!… called a third day multiple times and I was finally told per the parts manager that “the bars were being made and they shipped on 10/3” I asked again for a tracking number and they couldn’t provide one . I contacted the manufacturer on 10/5 to check on an update and I was told that the bars were not , nor have they ever been on back order or “being made” and that Falcons Fury had placed the order 24hr prior. Falcons Fury takes your money and they lie about EVERYTHING else …. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ! DO YOURSELVES A VAVOR AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Fantastic experience: Cooper was amazing! He worked his butt off to get me on my new ride. Becky was awesome as well. Both always greeted me every time I came in like I was family. I started looking in July 2023 and coop checked on me every week sometimes couple days a week. Coop even supported me when my mom passed. These folks here truly know what it means to get on a new Harley and will exhaust every direction till they do so. The finance department was freaking awesome and made sure I could ride my road glide home that day! They all knew the road glide was my dream Harley and would not let me settle for anything less. Thanks Falcons Furry! And a huge shout out to my new brother Coop!

Negative experience: Don't pay and attend the rider's course class if you expect to have a coach spend time with you and help you when you are struggling. My experience was fast pace and once you have an assignment to learn you are on to the next one before you can get the first assignment figured out. You either have to catch on in 5 minutes or you're dismissed. I have friends that went to the Newnan class and was treated with one on one treatment if they didn't catch on with the class. The class was at a discount for $99 (usually $300). I guess you get what you pay for. I understand that everyone isn't going to pass or catch on but more time should be spent on the ones struggling. Our money is just as good as the others. I will not be back. Very disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I'll definitely be back.. I came in as a Riding Academy student and left with a bike! The course they offer is definitely worth it if you're looking to get your endorsement, learn to be a better rider, or hoping for some savings with your insurance. I met a few of the coaches and each one of them were amazing and brought great value to the course. I got my endorsement and came back the next day to buy a bike from Billy. He knew what he was talking about, got me the price I wanted, and made the whole process of buying my first bike a great one! Everyone I met was genuine and the whole team created an awesome environment. I'll forever remember my experience with Falcons Fury and I'm grateful to have started here. Go check them out!

Negative experience: Disappointed in Falcons Fury - Conyer’s. I bought a brand new Roadglide ST and paid cash for the purchase. Nevertheless, it broke down at 850 miles by going into limp mode. They told me it would take 2-weeks for them to pick up my bike until I raised hell about their customer service. Then they gave me a date to pick up the bike and didn’t bother to tell me their truck broke down. I waited all day and eventually called to check the status. It was then I was told about their truck issue and it would be the next day. They picked it up the next day and called to tell me the bike was ready later that afternoon. I asked for the issue and was told they serviced the first 1k maintenance schedule. When asked why, because the bike was only at 850 miles, they said there were no notes as to why the bike was there, I had to explain again (Told them once on the phone when the bike broke down to schedule the pickup and the 2nd notice was to the driver who picked up the bike, explaining the issue) why the bike was there. The issues started during a rain storm which led all the digital instruments to flicker. They kept the bike and had it ready the next day, stating it was a loose wire and that they couldn't replace the digital instrument as it was working at the time of service. I rode the bike around and at 1120 miles, it broke down again on the side of the road and had to be towed to the house. I called Falcons Fury again and they picked up the bike, this time the next day after reminding them of GA’s lemon law. Well, it’s been over a week and they still have the bike. When I called they initially stated they hadn’t looked at the bike and on my second follow-up I was told the technician didn’t know what the problem was. Do you think they attempted to make things right with this customer? No! They don’t care as long as the sale has been made. They look at sales, not customer service. It's simple, you twist the throttle and the bike doesn't accelerate. They don’t follow through and could care less about prioritizing a new Harley customer, and would rather put them on the back burner. As a new Harley owner, I’m disappointed and do not recommend doing business with Falcons Fury. I’m not hating on Harley themselves because they are good; however, I’ve learned this business (Falcons Fury) is about sales and not its customers. I've talked to the salesman and the sales manager about the issue. Nothing (crickets)

Negative experience: Went into Falcon Fury HD store on lunch break from work to purchase some apparel for my husband. Sales associate followed me around the apparel section and closely watched my every move. So I continued to look around in the apparel section for about 35 to 40 mins. and thought maybe I’m reading this situation wrong. I intentionally went to the parts department and engaged the clerk there in a conversation and watched her return to her cash register and stay put the entire 30 mins. I was at the parts counter. I then went back to the apparel section to make my final selection and she commenced to follow and watch me again. Now I’m appalled because this woman is attempting to criminalize me with her suspicious behavior. She followed me until she had to check me out at the register. The only reason I completed my purchase is because I had a gift card from this dealership that could not be used at any other dealership. I will never step foot on this property again. I am a proud owner of Harley Road Glide but felt like the red headed step child of the Harley Family at this dealership. BTW after work my white female co-worker went in and shopped in the apparel department for a solid hour and that same clerk only stepped from behind that desk once and it was to pick up something that had fallen on the floor.

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with Craig Collins for over 20 years. The store is beautiful example of Harley Davidson‘s future. They have plenty of bikes in stock and are friendly and build some of the best looking custom bikes in the industry.

Fantastic experience: Let me say this. I had the best experience coming up here to get a bike. I never owned a Harley so this was my first one that I bought. Negative experience: I bought a new bike from this dealership in January and I specifically stated that I did not want the extended warranty package, but my name was forged on the papers and I noticed it when I was about to refinance, so I went back to the dealership in March and I was told that my name was esigned, why would I need esigned if I'm sitting right in front of the loan Officer. They told me they would send the 5,000 dollars to the finance company and to this date, they still have not sent the money to the finance company.Its been 7 months of calling the dealership. Still no resolution. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone period.

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend this place enough to get your license. David and Thomas are excellent instructors. I had never ridden a bike before, but those guys were able to teach me in 3 days how to be a safe rider and a GOOD rider. Their coaching was always spot on and they were so much fun to work with. I told them already, but thank you so much David and Thomas! And shout out to the August 7-9 Rider Academy! The whole group was great.

Negative experience: I don’t even know where to start. I bought a bike from them three days later it broke down. They kept it for six days for a part I later found out was it three other Harley dealerships in the area and only takes about 10 minutes to replace I told him that this bike was my only mode of transportation, apparently they didn’t care. I ended up having to rent a car for five out of the six days they have horrible communication. The only thing good they had was the salesman John Henry. In update two months later and now they wanna charge me for the service that they performed on my bike a week after they sold it to me broken.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Falcon's Fury Harley Davidson in Conyers, GA was absolutely incredible! I had been planning a super-secret anniversary surprise for my husband, Mark, who had been longing to get back to riding since before we tied the knot (almost 22 years ago). Thanks to the outstanding assistance from Patty and the team at Falcon's Fury, the surprise turned out to be the best ever! Patty was an absolute gem throughout the entire process. Negative experience: This place is 5 stars during the process of buying a bike. Unfortunately, as soon as the paperwork is signed, you’re SOL!! The day I bought my “certified pre-owned” Harley, my wife noticed that the left rear blinker was not working properly on the ride home. Took the bike back up to the shop to get fixed. Fixing my bike was not a priority for them, they kept the bike for 2 weeks before getting it back to me. Then less than 20 days after getting the bike back, the air ride suspension quit working (which of course is not covered under warranty) and one of the latches on a saddlebag came off. Called to address both issues and made an appointment to have the bike looked at. This appointment was 8 days after calling to schedule the appointment. Drop the bike off, get the call to pick it up, and they charge me for the latch, saying that it has to go through approval to pay out for the warranty. I asked what these people did in the 8 days before my appointment date and didn’t get an answer. Now every time I tell someone where I bought my Harley from, the first thing they say is I’m sorry. I wish I had talked to people before giving my business to them. This has been one of the absolute most disappointing post buying experiences I’ve ever had. Take your business somewhere else. For reference, I bought the bike on May 23, 2023 and all of this has happened in less than 2 months.

Negative experience: Please do not waste your time at this dealership. There are plenty of better dealerships around that will not play games or waste your time. If you walk inside the store you will be attacked by sales reps. They do not post prices online. After calling for a price and waiting on hold for 7 minuets, I was told “I’m not able to give you an exact price, but I can tell you based off the year and the mileage that bike will be in the high 20s”. What a joke. As a serious buyer.. shop elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience on purchasing my new 2023 CVO Road Glide Limited 120th Anniversary Edition. We had to order it out of New Orleans, and Jamie Stepheson and her staff work it all out with the other dealership and made it happen. What a fantastic team! Couldn't been more happier.

Negative experience: Do not do business with this location. I bought a new bike and within 150 miles there was a defective part that they had to order, understandable. What I don't understand is why I had to call them to find out the status of my bike. 1.5wks ago I call and they tell me tell me it's on the lift. I get a email asking me to review my service and let them know how unhappy I was with the service they called me that day to tell me it was ready. I got to pick it up today and they try to guilt trip me into coming back because they had to move 3 bikes to get to mine. They are quick to get your signature on the contract but after that what good are you to them. They kept saying we are a "family", this is how yall treat family?

Fantastic experience: Got my Motorcycle Endorsement at this Dealership… The best 3 days of my life, I honestly wish the classes would be a week so that you can have more riding time. But it was a great experience, We had experienced, fun but serious coaches( David and Brad), they took their time to demonstrate and explain all aspects of the course. You’ll come out of this course a better rider than you did coming in that’s for sure!

Fantastic experience: HANDS DOWN BEST DEALER IN GEORGIA! Sales staff was awesome. Very knowledgeable about new and used bikes. I drove two hours to come check out a used bike after horrible service at another dealership. Wayne and the sales staff worked with me and put me on a brand new road glide for about the same price as the used one I was looking at. By the end of the day Wayne had me and my wife feeling like family. They had a ton of bikes to choose from. You can bet I will be returning in the future and sending everyone I know there. Fantastic experience: An absolutely amazing assortment of Harley Davidson's finest, Falcon's Fury has the staff and space to showcase the brands finest experience and products. Every single sales person I spoke to during their car show was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. Their in-house design team, Fury Customs, had some absolutely stunning pieces in the back of the show room, proving on top of everything else that Falcon's Fury has a team like no other. Your visit here will not be like any other Harley dealership. Lastly, they have an entire rear lot devoted to DMV motorcycle classes, which are extremely reasonably priced! This allows you to use the dealer's Sportster lineup as practice bikes to get your full class M license without a permit period! Had a buddy going through it and said it was super easy and laid back.

Fantastic experience: I stopped in looking for a bolt missing from my Harley. Everyone from the service center to the parts department were great. They went out of their way to help me and ensure I had the proper bolt to fit my bike. Very pleased with the customer service I received.

Fantastic experience: I purchased a motorcycle from them last Saturday. I had been in negotiations with a salesperson named Harrison over the phone and we made a plan to meet up Saturday at 12. Just so happens that he was at a bike show and couldn’t meet with me, so another salesperson named “Lowkey” took the job. Really cool salesman, upfront on the pricing but the finance manager was surprised when i told him that Harrison told me that the bike i wanted was selling for the high’ 40’s, i found out later that they had been getting 50+ for them. All in all i had a very good experience at Falcons Fury, they gave me a tour of the building, which was apart of the buying process , gave me a couple shirts and pendants as well. I would highly recommend this place for any Harley Davidson purchases.

Fantastic experience: Came in to see if I can trade in my old Harley and I am leaving with a brand new 2021 Harley-Davidson love it great place to shop they treat you great I took my bike in to get my 15,000 mi check up done can't believe I already got 15,000 mi on it now I just went in for my 20,000 Mi oil change checkup had to do brake pads this time everything went great they washed my bike I waited there until it was done I'll be going back again thank you early

Fantastic experience: In the midst of full blown midlife crisis I decided to get a motorcycle license. I Googled MSF riding class and found one at Falcons Fury so I signed up. I had never ever been to a Harley dealership before so a week before the class I decided to check this place out but fully expecting them to snub me because I am a newbie. But to my surprise Jake treated me with respect and gave me all the attention and showed me several bikes. This was my very first time actually touching a Harley. Then I came back for the class. Thursday evening was classroom day. Saturday and Sunday we rode bikes the Harley 500s for 8 hrs a day. Both of the instructors Edward "crunch" and Ms. Dee were amazing. The skills test was on Sunday afternoon. It's 5 maneuvers that you practice over and over before the test. The written exam needs some attention. I read the book and took about 20 practice exams online so actual test was a breeze. After successfully completing the MSF course I brought the family over to narrow down my bike selection. I couldn't decide between a Fat Boy or a Heritage. Again Jake was there to help. Chris also was extremely helpful. I ended up purchasing a Fat Boy elsewhere just because they didn't have one and they are somewhat difficult to find. After purchasing my Fat Boy I rode it over to Falcons Furry for "check-in". Again Chris and Jake treated my like an old friend. Both of them are exceptional. I will always be grateful of their hospitality. This will always be my dealership of choice.

Fantastic experience: I bought my first Harley (2020 Sport Glide) in May from Phil who was awesome! Thus dealership has a huge selection and they sell a lot of bikes and get new models regularly. Been riding dirt and enduros so this was my first street bike. Phil thoroughly explained the handling characteristics between the different soft characteristics soft tail models. I found my dream bike on my first visit and was able to have it delivered the same evening- even being one hour away. They introduced me to all their department managers. One of the guys (Bob?) even book marked my owners manual and wanted to make sure I understood key features of the bike before they delivered it to me. I was really pleased with my experience with this dealership and love my new motorcycle. I never understood why Harley owners are so loyal, but after buying and owning one I am a true believer.

Fantastic experience: Falcons Fury gave me a decent deal, and they were very easy to deal with. They are working hard to be customer focused, and it shows. Purchase through delivery was smooth and I really felt l like they were very respectful through the whole process. My salesman (Wayne) is very knowledgeable and was so helpful through the whole process. Finance through delivery was equally easy, and I liked how they walked you through every department so you can personally meet employees and ask any questions you have. Delivery and review of the bike features was the best I have ever had. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: My service advisor Destiny was very helpful in getting my parts for my bike and setting up my appointment to get it installed. Even on the day of installation, (today ) she had called to tell me the service technician was running behind and would I mind being an hour later coming in. She was always there to answer my questions and resolve any differences of opinions I may have had. She was awesome and an excellent advisor. I appreciate all she did to get my bike repaired and back to me , even down to correcting the amount owed, she saved me a lot money which I did not even owe. Thank You Destiny and keep up the great work....

Positive experience: So, I bought my first Harley Davidson Motorcycle from this location, and I'm pleased to say that I was pretty content with the whole experience. My salesperson was Marisa and she is absolutely amazing. She was more than willing to help me choose and obtain my bike, and I'm truely greatful because I was a complete rookie at the time. Great prices and welcoming atmosphere. I'd definitely buy another bike from here again!

Negative experience: Low key it’s a great salesman! Amazing job! Unfortunately his sales manager dropped his deal by saying he was “testing me” and that’s why he had given me a lower price to see if I really wanted to buy the bike. When I returned to close the deal he said that my deal was off the table. I drove 1.5 hours to close the deal and that was his answer.

Fantastic experience: Bought this jewel early August. The sales and financing staff were awesome, particularly my sales rep Andrew Skipper, got me an incredible deal both on my trade and the new ride. I have since enjoyed doing business with both parts and motorclothes departments, and will continue to do so. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone seriously looking to buy a new or used Harley.

Fantastic experience: Great place, Great Prices and one Hell of a Staff. I've been looking at Road Glides for years and kicking around buying for months. I walked in with my family planning to just look at what they had for used and rode out on a new one because of their prices! From the floor staff to the GM, they worked with me to get me the best deal I have seen in my search. Even my wife and son say that is the best dealer we have been too. As a Marine for 17 years, we have seen a lot of dealers in our travels. I highly recommend checking them out. Their inventory is huge and they want to move it. Thank you all at Falcon Fury! We couldn't be happier.
