I reached out to Peterson Harley Davidson parts department looking for parts for my 2013 StreetGlide Paco looked up the parts they were in stock he personally went and put his hands on them to verify they indeed were there and available this was 4:00 on Wednesday afternoon. I was on the treasure coast I explained to him I needed the parts that day because I was leaving Friday morning to ride all the way to Carson City Nevada and I drove down to pickup the parts. Paco explained that the weather was bad and there was local flooding. He was concerned for my safety he told me to be careful and he would wait on me to get there. He was very helpful and made my experience one that I will share with everyone I know and then some. I would definitely recommend doing business with Peterson Harley Davidson

Fantastic experience: Looking for a birthday gift, I was greeted with the warmest of smiles from a Brazilan salesgirl name Vanessa. She showed me some items that were on sale. My husband tried on some helmets as my focus was directed to boots.. I told her the size I needed, without hesitation she went to see if they had the size in stock. Since I had to leave, we kept communication via online and purchased the boots. I’m not tech savvy, but Vanessa made the whole transaction easy to purchase online. Negative experience: They made me dress like a clown for a test drive, with 2 chaperones, then hit me with a 1499 prep fee,and dealer fee and other feees not a good day at where I purchased my motorcycle 18 years ago.

Negative experience: Was dealing with Peterson south on a bike trip, and broke down, Worked a deal with Peterson south on a different bike. They were to customize it a bit and then i would pick it up on my way back through. Then i start getting phone calls and emails from Peterson North in Miami from a Efi Zak so came time to pick up the bike i plugged in the address off the email and ended up in Miami. Where I'm told the 2 dealers don't work together but he could get me into a different bike. I looked but insisted not to run my credit again and boom my credit gets run again. I think it was in poor taste he was trying to poach a sale and reaching out when i was at a completely dealership!! I won't be going back to either.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for my first Harley and went to Peterson’s after visiting other dealerships with my wife to look. We were greeted by Efy who was AMAZING and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We saw a used bike I was interested in and he educated us on Harley and knew just when to give us space to discuss our purchase. After a great test ride I was sold! There was never any pressure to buy, we got a very fair price. For the financing we worked with Ronnie B who was awesome. He worked on our deal and showed us every available option for a used bike vs new and took the time to explain everything in detail. We were very happy when we left. The topper for us was they Delivered our new bike and picked up our trade-in a few days later as we visited the day of purchase in a truck. It was worth the longer drive to get the customer service we received.

Negative experience: I got a 0 miles 2021 Street Bob with a 114 cu engine on this dealer. This is not my first bike and neither my first HD. This bike lacks quality. Wheel spoked rims rusted despite motorcycle been inside all the time, same with some nuts, both mirrors and the exhaust clamps. Compared to my 2005 Sporter 883 this bike is cheaply made. 114cu engine is a beast in such a light frame, no complaints in the engine. Also got an extended service plan with road side hazard, the full package. What HD is not telling you is that their top tier service plan does not even include the labor when you have to change your tire due to normal wear. Bike came with HD Dunlop tires, at 10K miles back tire has no tread left, this tires are the cheapest that HD carries and are made by Dunlop at a lower cost and HD is reducing expenses using this tires. I was expecting to pay for the tires but also expecting the labor to be included, as you know HD labor rates are very expensive, main reason to get the extended service plan which I now now that is a non-sene. Road hazard plan will cover the tires and labor if you have an incident as a mail in your tire, but service plan will not cover the labor when you need to replace the tires. Message is clear. When needed HD dealer will pick up the bike for a service, I’m expecting my bike back since Friday and this Monday when I called I discovered that a $165 fee for returning the bike as pick up’s are free but not the deliveries, that will be great for me to know before deciding to use this service. HD is struggling every day more to sale an overpriced motorcycle. Only the impression of been backed for a prestigious dealer and service will do the difference. If you are planing to make a payment over the phone there is a $12 convenience fee even if you have to wait 30 minutes before able to talk to someone. I will take my money to a different place. My next bike will Not be a HD.

Positive experience: I didn't want to make a review right away because I'm still angry about it. Our first time in Miami and my expectations were really high. We did 16 Dealers from Toronto to Miami . I like to get a few t-shirts with their name on it , stickers, poker chips, and take a picture with our travel trailer for my collection from every one of them. BUT... I didn't get anything from Miami.. WHY ? The girl who served us was great at the beginning and tried to help me to find the right size of t-shirts due to the limited supply of 2XL.. Anyway, we have our hands full of clothes, outdoor carpet, stickers etc. she was on her cell phone and looked more interested in her phone than us. The store was empty, so there were no other customers in the clothing section. Another staff member in the corner was on the phone yelling to someone in Spanish and sounded mad, I was not impressed with his attitude either.. I waited and waited, and she was still busy on her phone.. I took back all the items on their rack and put everything there and left the place. I feel my whole trip was incomplete just because I didn't get anything from Miami.. I only got the outside picture that I was planning to go back at night to see it with all the lights. Every other dealer I visited did have a military discount, offered drinks, gave me some goodies, and served me well. I mean, over the holidays, those places are packed with customers, and Miami didn't meet any of my expectations of being the best place in Florida.

Negative experience: I was ready to purchase one of their used bikes. The sales staff were responsive and negotiated in good faith. But then they inflated the price by more than $2,700 in extra fees and charges, which spoiled the deal. Buyer beware!

Fantastic experience: So recently bought a part, that i desperately needed, parts associate shipped it immediately. Ended up not needing it, was able to return without any hassle at all. Negative experience: The following review is not from one set of events but multiple compounded over my past 11 months dealing with Petersons North and South. I have nothing bad to say about Sales, Parts, or Moto clothes, however their service team has left me extremely unsatisfied. I was sold a bike that had electrical issues (main wiring harness was blown out, was covered by warrantee, no problem there.) this bike was delivered two days late mind you because the salesman had forgot to turn the bike off leaving the battery to die overnight. Upon the electrical issues arising my bike was serviced and after a week it was returned to me however they had forgot to put the cover for the battery compartment back on the bike. (Whatever we all get busy, and these things happen. Though admittedly I had started to lose faith in the dealership.) my latest experience with Petersons really set in stone that I will no longer do business with them. I needed two parts replaced on my bike so as always, I had trusted the dealership to take care of it. I was told it would be a week. I call after a week, and I'm told that the person in charge of ordering the parts had ordered the wrong parts and it would be another day. Called again today and was told it would be Tuesday. The complete lack of competency and professionalism has left me 100% appalled. the rest of the staff was friendly and inviting and the only reason I will not be giving 1 star. so, if you're here to buy a bike or get clothes they're awesome but their service is horrendous. I'll be taking my money elsewhere in the future.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new Harley bike. Made my appointment and was promptly and professionally attended. Test rode two different bikes. Looked at my options with the help of a very knowledgeable team. Finally closed my put chase, including my trade in bike. I was there December 23rd, holiday time. Nevertheless, the full team helped me figure out what I wanted, resolved any issue or concern I had, and delivered my new bike. After the sale, they were responsive and called me a few times to follow up on my new bike. I have also added some upgrades. Great attention from the service team. Lazaro was the person who answered the phone, he was very nice and told me to bring it in to see what was wrong. I arrived at service an hour later and he took care of the issue. Since our first phone call interaction he was completely helpful and willing to collaborate with me in getting my bike serviced. I live in Homestead and I called first the South Dade store but the persone in service who took my call was not engaging and actually deterring me with excuses. Nacho was the oposite. He went the extra mile even if he don’t know me. Never meet and he was courteous and you can tell that he wanted to help. So I order the pick up service, Raul the driver was really profesional and courteous. My parts was in back order so it took longer than expected but Nacho keep me informed all the time. And every time I visited the store I feel at home. And when Nacho-was day off I was helped by Jose Ramirez, another great individual that was the extra mile to keep me informed about the situation with my bike. I never greet the mechanic but I want to thank him because the Bike is working great. Ultra Limited 2010. Clutch service. Fantastic experience: I never actually knew what a great dealership Peterson's Harley-Davidson North Miami is until I purchased a motorcycle from them! It took me longer to make up my mind and pull the trigger than it took them to do the paperwork! The deal was done; the tag was on the bike. And the bike was mine in less than an hour!!! Fantastic experience: I was planning stage two upgrade bought the parts. I was in touch with Jose from service Ext 306. He helped me with the planing and set a date. Very professional all the way. On the day of work I had Craig the Harley mechanic install the parts. He did amazing job. Then Stewart the manager did the tuning. Couldn’t be more happier. Buy and repair only in Petrson

Negative experience: I brought in my bike for a rear tire change. The fact that it took six weeks and finally bringing my own tire to do the replacement isn’t even the worst part. When I arrived to pick up the bike I noticed water marks, corrosion and rust on many of the screws and bolts, when I brought it to their attention; Their response was disappointing. 1) deny 2) blame me The bike was left outside by them during the Florida hot rainy-sunny days for 6 weeks. At home my bike is always garage kept and sparkling clean -never saw rain. Man up- and treat it like it’s your own, that’s what I expected from a Harley Davidson dealer.

Fantastic experience: I bought this bike 20 years after I bought my first Harley from Petersons! The same customer service I found there 20 years ago was still present today. They adressed all my needs and even delivered my bike to me ( I do live 9 hours away) The whole process was seamless, from locating the bike to having the bike dropped off at my house. I have owned 7 new Harley's over the last 20 years. Petersons, by far, was the easiest motorcycle purchase I have made. I would recommend them 110% for any and all Harley Davidson needs! Fantastic experience: I need to start off by saying DON IS THE MAN. When I went in, November 2020 he sold me my first bike 2020 Street Bob. No hard pitch, no bs and I felt like he was on my side. He is my main point of contact whenever I need anything for my bike. He got promoted to Parts Manager, well deserved. He’s an asset to Petersons. Every employee I’ve interacted is very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Sometimes I look for an excuse to ride up there.
