Fantastic experience: This was the best customer experience I have ever had with a dealership. This was my first Harley purchase. They made the process easy and completely enjoyable. Our salesperson, Mauricio, was very attentive and understood my needs. The GM, Greg, and SM Blaze made me feel part of the family. Negative experience: Advertise they used motorcycle for 3,800 talk to them on the phone they said it was a mistake but they would honor it anyway. Took an hour drive down there it was a total joke they tried to get me out the door for $7,200 with all kinds of made up charges. This place is a joke Don't waste your time and from what I hear the finance department is a rip off also.

Fantastic experience: I was on a crosscountry ride with my son and we only had a little vacation time to get our 6000 miles of riding in. I think I had an intake valve go through a piston if I was to guess. These guys got me on the bike I wanted, did not make me feel like I was making the wrong choice. " A GREAT DEAL" is regardless of what other people’s opinions are, if you feel good inside and the other party feels good inside when all is finalized that’s a Good Deal. If you leave feeling like the sun is shining and 79 outside and God has you in his hands when it is storming and raining thats a "GREAT DEAL". This stared with , Carlos A Molina, upon me walking into the dealership to explaine my situation, and I was having my bike towed in. The good vibe continued with each and every member of the team that I met. They made me feel like dancing (riding) We celebrated Freddy Rodriguez, Tommy Qassis, David Martinez, Alexcia, Valeria and the money guy in the office thank you for an unequivocal buying experience. This team is 2nd to none. My son had purchased his first Harley a couple weeks prior. A 2024 Road Glide, he was handed a payment contract and a 10% off coupon for merchandise in the store. Thank you Freddy for the the coin you gave him and making the whole experiance one that we will remember when we tell friends about our ride, and our stop at Peterson's Harley Davidson. This was my sons first long ride, first ride with his father, and he got to see how your team put us first to get us back on the road. He got to experience what it feels like to be part of the HD riding community.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! My Fat Boy was bought there and has been serviced by the store since 2004. If you need anything they will help you! Especially have to thank the service department! Great team!

Negative experience: I went down to the dealer in mid-April 2024 to do a rider to rider sale. Prior to coming in I contacted the finance manager to find out what it would cost to do this transaction, since the bike I was purchasing was currently financed with Harley Financial. I was informed that there would be a $500 charge for the process. I made an appointment and arranged for the seller to take a day off and meet me at the dealer. When we showed up, the finance manager I had spoken with was off this day. We began speaking with the finance manager that was there, which informed me that we were going about it wrong. He proceeded to tell me that the price the seller and I had agreed upon was not valid, as they had to purchase the bike then sell it to me. At the end they wanted to charge me $5,000 in fees to sell me the bike. Of course we both walked away in disbelief and will never be coming back to this dealer.

Negative experience: took the bike there for repair and got it back with some features not working... had to take it to another dealership to reassembled it correctly. save yourself time and money and go to a place who will do it right and treat you right!

Fantastic experience: The whole team at Peterson's is top notch, I purchased a certified pre-owned 2020 HD Ultra Limited a few weeks back and my experience has been terrific. They offered me a good deal, the paper process was seamless, and the few usual fine print points that did come up, the GM readily took care off in a fair way and customer-friendly way. Service dept was great getting my bike prepped, sales guy knowledgeable and not pushy at all, sales manager was easy to come to terms with, and the whole pick-up process was great as you get introduced to every manager in every area. The GM also waived some minor service expense as he had no interest to nickel and dime me, instead he wanted me to be a happy rider. I will be back for all my maintenance and more, they do business the way it should be done.

Nate, our salesperson, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with us, even when my husband grilled him on the schematics of the new radio system. He truly held his own and answered all of our questions with ease. Tommy, who brings new and fresh culture to the store, was also extremely helpful every step of the way. Harley, Tommy, and Ed understood exactly what we were looking for and made it possible for us to drive off with our new Road Glide. Levy, the finance manager, was also very thorough and explained the contract in detail, ensuring that we understood everything before signing. Negative experience: Sales department should make you aware that if you’re not permanent resident you’re not eligible to apply to HD credit, I leave 50 miles away from this dealer and went twice because they offer me a “good deal”, yesterday I went and after 45 minutes waiting with bad news that i need to be a permanent resident in order to get approved by HD financial. What bothers me is the fact that I’m sure I’m not the first person that had the same issue, they just want to sale you a bike, run your credit and they don’t care about the rest. They offer me another options but require to put another hard inquiry in our credit. Very disappointed with this dealer, recommendation for sale dept: Be honest, tell the truth always and don’t make people waste time and money.

Fantastic experience: I just upgraded my 2017 trike with a new Screaming Eagle 131 Stage 4 motor , starting from the planning , to the actual installation was awesome. Juan ( Mohawk Juany) helped me to plan it and the team in the service area , Diesel was awesome and the mechanic that worked on my trike did an awesome job. Being the first trike with that motor is awesome, the performance of my trike has totally changed 100 per cent for the better ! I can’t say enough . Thank you, Santiago Martin.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the service in the parts department. Meanwhile trying to purchase a battery, I was told they didn’t have one in stock. I asked the sales rep if he could find out if any of the other stores had it, and he told me flat out “no,” if I wanted the battery I had to order it there, and that it will take 4 to 6 weeks for me to get a battery. Extremely disappointed, I ended up taking an hour drive to Alligator Alley Harley Davison and spent my money there.

Fantastic experience: Adrian, Mauricio, Harley(That’s his name), great group, helped me get into the bike that I wanted, very thorough and professional. I was afraid at first, of the whole experience but left feeling great about my new bike.

Negative experience: Peterson's Harley-Davidson South does not provide a satisfactory selling experience for Harley motorcycle owners looking to sell their bikes. The dealership's appraisal process takes three weeks to complete and the delivery of motorcycles takes more than two weeks. The sales representative, Henry, suggested I have my motorcycle delivered to my location instead of picking it up on a Saturday as I had originally intended. However, the motorcycle was not delivered on the promised date and the dealership did not provide me with any updates or courtesy calls. When I called the dealership to follow up, I was informed by the receptionist, Natalia, that the sales representative was responsible for scheduling the delivery and that the manager was unavailable due to a meeting. Despite explaining my situation to the receptionist, she repeatedly suggested that I pick up the motorcycle myself. This is in stark contrast to the positive experience I had when buying the motorcycle.

Negative experience: The sales and parts department are great and super friendly but The service department is a complete joke. They Will not take ownership of their mistakes when they make them. Approved work to be done on my bike without my say so. I Took my bike in for 30k service and left with my bike shaking and making noises that it wasn’t doing previously. Turns out when they removed the battery terminals they dropped one of the screws between the frame and the inner primary cover causing all the shaking, noises, and best part a hole in the cover which they took no responsibility in doing even though it’s haven’t been touched by anyone but them.

Fantastic experience: Ok where do I start how about with letting everyone know that Petersons harkey davidson in south Miami is the only harley dealer you should be shopping at. Let's start with the team there what can I say except that they are awsome at what they do. They actually care about what bike is best for you. They don't rush you or make you feel uncomfortable with cringy sales tactics. They sit and take the time to ask you questions about your riding experience and knowledge of bikes and then take the time to explain derails on each bike your interested in with no expectations of you buying something on the spot they give you time to think it over and make you feel like your safety is the most important thing g to them not your money. About the staff. I was blessed to meet many of the south Dixie Peterson harley team and they are % AWSOME. But I got the chance to work 1on1 with this guy name Harley C. I gotta tell ya if I wasn't sure about Harley davidson when I arrived (being a die hard Goldwing fan) I was definitely sold on everything harley by the time I left. Harley .C took the time to explain details help me build the perfect roadglide st for me explain the difference between streetglides and roadglides. I mean let's just face it if I was a woman and harley .C tried to pick me up at a bar I would have no choice to throw the panties at him he's a smooth talker and makes you feel lIke cheating on your other half is ok my ( GOLDWING NOT MY WIFE LOL) By the time he was done I couldn't be happier to do deal I felt like I was apart of a big family who cares about my happiness. Let's not forget Sandy in the clothing department. Between sandy and harley.c I was fitted with helmets for myself and my wife and some FREE merchandise that just made the deal that much better. They even offered to pay for an Uber for me to be able to take my bike home and come back for my car. Sandy is amazing she helped with jacket questions boot questions perfect helmet based on type of use and ridding gear suggestions. I've been ridding for over 15 years and spent alot of times in and out of dealers this is the only dealer I will be shopping at moving forward. Customer for life thank you to the entire team and especially sandy and Harley.c All I have to say is hey Harley buy me a drink next time before you smooth talk me into another decision aka a CVO roadglide lol .

Although the signs on the 2 bikes up front at the entrance are backward. I think it was done on purpose to see if folks really know the older bikes. Great staff. Will visit again when in town.

Fantastic experience: I just bought my 3rd bike here and it was easily the best experience I’ve had. I cannot thank Tay and Harley enough for their help. Tay did not pressure me at all and really took the time to just chat and connect with me as a person. Fantastic experience: When I came to visit Miami I asked the service dept to check my primary oil. They check all the fluids and added oil to the engine on my 22 CVO at no charge. I recently moved here, and had them change the bars on the same bike, plus as sTradk air cleaner and dump the bike. 6 hours later my bike was ready. The service dept kept me informed during the day,s as to the progress. My bike runs beautiful. I couldn’t wait to praise the service team as to how happy, and impressed at the level of service I received. Moving from NYC, this was highly unexpected. This will be my dealership, and I won’t be working on my bike anymore. They didn’t gouge my pocket either. I can’t say enough good things about the crew in service, and clothing. I feel like post of the family here.

Negative experience: I give one star because there was not option for zero stars. They installed two new tires today @ $1080.00 ..bike shook like crazy on the interstate after I left. Took it to Alligator Alley Harley and they removed and reinstalled both tires and found that there were no new wheel weights installed. After Alligator Alleh was finished...alike was riding smooth again. And they never charged me for the removal and rebalance. Stay away from Petersons. Over priced and charged for wheel weights that were not installed!!!

Negative experience: After reading so many good reviews, it is hard to post this, but I would like to share my personal experience. I don’t doubt they have a great team, but I don’t appreciate what they did to me. Like people say, they ate me alive in the financing office. I was very excited about getting my first motorcycle. I always wanted to buy a Harley, but I was waiting for the right time. Once I decided, I went to Paterson’s Harley Davison South. When I entered the store, I was approached by Alfredo Rivero (Salesman). He helped me out a lot. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Alfredo walked me thru it and was terrific in helping me decide on the right motorcycle. I have no complaints about his professionalism because he made me feel very confutable. I want to emphasize again that Alfredo did a great job on his side. When I walked into the financing office, Alain (Financial Manager) did the numbers and offered me the following deal for a Sport Nightster 883 total MSRP of $14,499 listed on their website at $13,449. I am the only one to blame because I did not check the numbers as I was supposed to, but I felt comfortable at the moment, and I liked the motorcycle. Once I arrived home, I checked the numbers, and I felt that he ripped me apart with the price. I called another dealer and asked for some advice, and they agreed that I got a terrible deal. They checked just with the Harley Davison Bank, and they offered me an 11.99 interest rate with a credit score over 700 and a gross income of 250 thousand dollars a year. I asked if they had another bank and they told me they just check the Harley Davison Bank and that is not correct. They did not give me options at all. My guess is that they get more commission if Harleys Bank is financing. $2,000 down payment $1,112.39 Taxes $302 monthly payments for a total of 84 months = $25,200 $17,112.93 Amount financed Here they got extra money on the deal by adding this: $2,074 between freight and set up $1,132 Accessories, Service, and handling Estimated Total amount with interest and down payment: $27,368 Alain, one of the financing managers, really did a great job in convincing me that I was getting an amazing deal. Supposedly they even gave me a law enforcement discount.

Fantastic experience: This is A+ service I was approached by kristian aka Chang one of the fit specialist and he was great at listening to what I wanted and needed. Got introduced to Harley and Hector and we made a deal I definitely felt like family and not a customer which I appreciated greatly. Thank you guys for making it amazing. Rode out with a 2022 Pan American special and I love that bike.

Fantastic experience: I happen to be at Peterson's for a car / motorcycle event and a few in my crew decided to go into the showroom..... Bad mistake...... (Wink Wink) We got hooked... the staff was friendly and welcoming..... Two members of our group and myself that entered have no riding experience at all. Other one in my group was look and almost walked away with a hog but didn't.... But back to my story..... We were greeted with a warm welcome and we were not pressured... Hector help me and we talked and about the different motorcycles and while we were talking... I saw it.... it was staring at me and it shiny and saying to me hello... basically in the middle of the showroom a 2022 Fat Boy 114 black with crimson and chrome.... wow.... by this time Hector returned with riding course information and his card.... I think he nearly slipped on my drool.....lol and he goes get on it and I'm like serious he was like yeah... I got on and lets just say I have bored my family with the experience and even have photos on it and the cycle. The other two found cycles they liked as well. One of the two didn't not think there was a cycle for him since he is a short fellow and another sales man (didn't catch his name) proved my friend wrong and got him on a cycle and my friend was shock and happy at the same time. We did not buy but since we would have to take the MSF first (which they provided the info thank you) I think we have Harley's in our future. And even though there is a Harley dealer near my home when the time comes we are taking the trip south to Peterson's because that one experience (we ended up going in and out of the showroom during our event many times) made a big impression on me and the member of my crew.... Fantastic experience: Chris M helped me find the right bike for my fit. He didn’t rush me, of course was pushing to sell that day, as he should have, but after a couple days we were able to find the right bike. Really happy with the whole team at Peterson’s. All really nice people.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience purchasing my HD 48 from Royale and the rest of the team at this dealership! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, and the entire process from introduction to riding my new bike out the door took around four hours - and that was with me buying new riding gear and some accessories. I hadn’t ridden in about 4 years, but they made me feel like I had never left the HD family. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Fantastic experience: Staff seemed eager and willing to help us in any way which is why I’ll give 5 stars. But the motorclothes dept is very disappointing. Lots of long sleeves out and what few tank tops/ short sleeves they had were only in L-XL sizing.
