Fantastic experience: My CB radio was showing that I was transmitting but no one else could hear. Took it into Bumpus hoping for the best. The Service guys were warm and friendly. The bike was fixed within a week! It ain’t cheap but what is anymore? Couldn’t ask for more prompt service. I’ve been there many times in the past and it’s always the same prompt, friendly service. Never had a problem.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Bumpus for years and years. I stop by every couple of months for random things. Hell I took my MSF course there, which by the by, awesome instructors! Bought my helmet, gloves, boots, ect. there as well, but I recently purchased a second bike for myself and thought.. I don't have a gremlin bell for this thing. Well, I was planning on doing a no no by purchasing my own. (Which you're NOT supposed to do) Rolled up into the the dealership and ask one of the ladies who was doing some reorganize if she could let me look at the riding bell in the case. She then asked " is this for you or somebody else. I put my head down in shame and said " it's for me". She took out 2 that I liked, because I couldn't decide between them and put them behind her ba k and picked 1 for me. The kicker is I forgot I gave my wife my card the day before and forgot to get it back and didn't have cash to cover it so, I said I'll have to come later and get it. She looked right at me and said " that's okay I wasn't going to let you buy it anyway". She gifted me my bell, (how it should be) and I owe her big! Y'all truly have some really good people working there. Too not allow me to jinx myself or break a tradition has made me a life long fan! Thank you Bumpus crew and Thank you JENNIFER for knowing the difference, it means a lot.

Positive experience: The dealership is pretty nice, and i believe all the employees stopped to ask if we needed anything. One employee in particular (I think his name was Keith) was friendly, answered questions, and really helped us out. The only complaint about the whole place is that prices on merch is very high, but that's normal everywhere considering the brand.

Negative experience: What’s going on in the parts department at the Murfreesboro store? Called 3 times, 3 days in a row. Nobody would answer the phone at the parts desk, told to leave call back number, no call back in 3 days. The front receptionist told me they were busy and I would have to get on the list I needed a battery, didn’t know I needed to get on a list for that. Our family has bought 3 bikes from this location and spent thousands in apparel, pipes, helmets, services. I understand good help is hard to find but I was getting the run around. Very disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: "WoW where do I start, uhm, Tony Catron was my salesman at Bumpus in Murfreesboro. Laid-back, easy-going kind of a guy and that made talking with him easy and very pleasant. Fantastic experience: My process with Bumpus of Murfreesboro started May 31st when I stopped in just looking for a bit of information about a few bikes I inherited. I have never felt more welcomed at any store I've walked into as I did Bumpus. Every single department is top notch and I've been to them all. I took the driving class at the start of July where Dennis the instructor was amazing. As someone that has never ridden before they were patient and kindhearted. I was buying my first bike 2 weeks later. My salesman was Gregg Koepke, if you are new to riding or interested in getting into riding, I suggest giving him a call. I never felt rushed into anything, and his knowledge and overall kindness was the perfect catalyst I needed to start my journey into the wonderful world of Harley Davidson Motorcycles.

Fantastic experience: Unbeknownst to me, I arrived at Bumpus today (7-10-24) needing a tire but they are extremely short staffed in the service department. I initially was told that I couldnt be taken care of today. But it was soon discussed about the safety of me leaving without a tire. Luckily, they were able to get me right in and changed my tire. Im am so blessed to be part of the Bumpus family.

Fantastic experience: "Purchased a brand new 2024 CVO Road Glide ST and traded in a 2022 Road Glide ST. I have to say from start to finish I was very pleased with the whole process. I first talked with Ryan Tapley and he was more then helpful with finding me the bike I wanted because they did not have one for sale on the floor. Ryan informed me they had the bike due in at the dealership. He went through with me on what I could possibly get for my tase in along with price of new bike. I left dealership with the intent that he would get me the out the door price. He then sent me to Alex to crunch the numbers. I have to say I was totally happy with the price. I went ahead and put the deposit down and was told the bike would be in in about a week or so. Got a call from Ryan and not only did he get the bike in but bike came in way early and I cannot tell you how pleased I was. I went ahead and finished all the paperwork with Alex and this was such a smooth transaction. I have never purchased a bike from this dealership but serviced my bike and buy parts there all the time. Everyone there is so polite and able to answer any question. I also want to thank Sid and Ryan again for going over some of the technical stuff the new bike had to offer. I talked only with TJ in the Service Dept. and of course, my experience with him this time was great. He thoroughly explained everything to me on what was to be done and why and the costs. Parts came in quickly and I picked my bike up yesterday and he shared with me the discounts which Bumpus worked out and my cost was less than expected, which I greatly appreciated. I understand that it's just expensive for parts and lave to have work done, I'm okay with that. Every employee who I saw yesterday greeted me and I like that...good to talk to people! Bumpus has always taken excellent care of me (I bought both of my bikes, well actually three...my first was way back when RC Cycles was in town which then turned into Bumpus, I think...) so, yeah...I'm all about supporting local and all my work will be done by Bumpus, unless it's simple and I can do it. Fantastic experience: Drove almost 2 hours from Huntsville to purchase my first bike, and my first Harley Davidson from Bumpus and it was one of the most painless sales experiences I've had at any sort of dealer. I bought a used 2015 HD Street 750 from them and after test riding the bike, we noticed it was low on power. Within MINUTES the service department figured out the cause and replaced the plugs and the bike rode good as new and we took it home.

Fantastic experience: Rather you are a Harley rider or any other rider, this is a place to go. They don’t judge, just offer help to everybody. Got a Yamaha and Josh there was super helpful with some tire information. Always some event, ride, race or something to talk about and see.

Fantastic experience: I took my MSF course here as a new rider and I could not have asked for a better experience. The two rider coaches who taught us, Kirt and Tricia, were phenomenal. They care about your safety and will do what they can to make sure you have the foundation to become a safe rider. Very easy to get along with if you listen and respect them. If you are a new rider like myself or need a refresher, I would come here. Parts of the BRC are very challenging because safety is in mind. But with the guidance of Kirt and Tricia, I had the confidence that I could. Can’t thank them enough for the knowledge I have now!
