Fantastic experience: I recently completed the Basic Rider Course at Team Arizona, and I can't recommend it enough! The course was incredibly informative and well-structured, perfectly balancing classroom instruction with hands-on riding practice. What truly set this experience apart were the instructors, Joe and Mark. Their passion for riding and teaching was evident from the start. They were incredibly patient and supportive, providing clear explanations and personalized feedback that helped me grasp the concepts quickly. Mark's calm demeanor and Joes sense of humor put everyone at ease, creating a fun and encouraging learning environment. Thanks to their expert guidance, I went from feeling apprehensive to confident on the bike in just one weekend. I left the course feeling fully prepared to take my riding test and hit the road safely. If you're considering learning to ride, do yourself a favor and choose Team Arizona. You won't regret it! Fantastic experience: Prior to 12/12/24, I had 0% experience riding a motorcycle and 100% fear of trying, but decided to face my fear and insecurities when I saw TEAM Arizona - Gilbert was offering an All-Women BRC led by female instructors. WHAT A BLAST and very impactful experience! For a question-asking, over-analytical thinker like me, I couldn’t have been blessed with better instructors than Andrea and Ally. Andrea made sure I understood the “what”, “where”, “why” and “how” in the classroom. Then, Ally made sure I applied the “what”, “where”, “why” and “how” on the course. Was I terrified? SHOOK LIKE A BABY DEER. Did I make mistakes? LEFT AND RIGHT. Did I fall? EMBARRASSINGLY. But Andrea and Ally created an atmosphere that gave me the courage to get back, shake it off, and keep applying what I was learning. They made it easy to walk away from that class feeling encouraged that I now know how to ride a motorcycle. Something I never, in a million years, thought I’d ever be able to do. I hope the All-Women BRC becomes a standard offering because so many women would ride if they were able to take a class among other women. Convenient location if you are traveling far there are hotels and restaurant are convenient and nearby

Fantastic experience: LETS GO!!! All instructors were very transparent. No question was a stupid question. Most of all, I felt safe with the training. Time most definitely enjoyed there at the training center. I highly recommend that you attend and get your training, novice or advanced riders.

Fantastic experience: After two years of using an ebike on the daily, I started to get interested in motorcycles. Like many before me I Googled, "Arizona motorcycle training" and TEAM Arizona popped up. I took a look at their homepage, read about the course and decided, "why not?" Their enhanced basic rider course (which is the one that gives you an endorsement and for me at the MVD, I just showed them my card from the class and they did no further tests and gave me my motorcycle license) was $395 out the door. I attended the class in late September 2024. I am not going to lie, having never actually ridden a motorcycle I was really nervous, but the three instructors were extremely helpful. I made mistakes, like everyone else did, but I was just super happy I didn't do anything major like drop the bike or wobble out of control. Had some trouble with stalling (ironically until the very end when my brain suddenly, "got it" with the clutch), but I cannot stress how good the instructors were. I don't remember two of their names, but the main guy Gary was insanely fun, super charismatic and very knowledgeable. I got my license shortly after and as of typing this review in November of 2024 I have purchased my first motorcycle and currently am learning to ride slowly on the streets a little at a time (safety is paramount to me). Don't be put off by the price, take the class, pay attention, LISTEN to the instructors (even if they seem a little harsh, I promise you they are there to help you) and never ever, ever get complacent about safety. The class was totally worth it and it wouldn't shock me if I take it again in a few years just to keep myself humble and sharpen my knowledge.

Fantastic experience: Nick the classroom coach was respectful, energetic and concise, and Brian and Mark the range coaches were compassionate and patient with instructions lessons on the range, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: It seems impossible this training center could have straight 5-star reviews, but after taking the basic rider safety course, I see why. It literally is a PERFECT 5 STAR place. Fantastic experience: Larry (Lawrence) helped me break a bad habit and got me started on a safe journey to motorcycle riding! He was very patient and informative. I took the course mid-November with a class of 6, and the temps were perfect for riding with gear on.

Fantastic experience: Revived my motorcycle endorsement via this class. Really great experience, rider coaches Matt and Mark super patient and know what they are doing. Class instructor Brian had lots of experience and taught the class in an exciting manner. All the employees here know what they are doing and want to see you exceed. Would recommend to those who have never even touched a motorcycle to those that have years of experience.

Positive experience: Day 1: The class was incredible! Josh and Chris were so informative and fun. It was obviously nerve wracking & anxiety filled because that’s the type of person I am, but sooo fun and important. I actually came in with 0 experience, and left comfortably knowing how to safely get home! They both get 5 stars. Here starts why my review goes down ⬇️. The only thing I will say, there was a bigger coach who came out of nowhere during our motorcycle course outside, around 4pm. He stopped the entire class to pull me inside, all by myself. I thought I was in trouble or something… He tried to ask if I could switch bikes because he didn’t like the way I looked on the bike. I had been on the Suzuki all day comfortably, didn’t drop it or stall. Who is this dude? Why did he just come out of nowhere to tell me to switch? He was aggressive & made me cry a little, I was able to stay on my bike and complete the first day course successfully, thanks to Josh and Chris letting me remain on the bike I was already practicing on! Day 2: Again, I cannot rave more about how incredible, informative, & fun Chris and Josh were!!! They were the best!! The in class sessions were fun and taught me so much! I also passed the first time because of these amazing men! Right as I passed, the old grumpy man from day 1 decided to approach me and basically told me I didn’t do a good job at all. His name is Craig, he’s condescending, rude, arrogant, and just plain out MEAN. He has NO right to tell me I didn’t do a good job, when I stood up for myself and told him “Well I think I did a pretty good job” he said “I disagree. I think you have a pretty bad attitude too.” His ego is too big, he is mad that I passed on the sport bike he said was too big for me! Because it wasn’t & I didn't drop the bike. I just got on a motorcycle for the first time 10 hours before & I did super well & stayed safe all while having anxiety! It was Extremely inappropriate for him to interrupt our class and for him to say something like that to me. Especially when he doesn’t know the panic attack I had during the test, then right as I finish he has the audacity to tell me I did poorly. You’re a mean person Craig and I hope you went home to reflect & I hope you feel bad. Otherwise don’t let Craig discourage you! I just hope you never have to interact with him!!! If you get Josh & Chris, you’re set!! The best coaches!!

Fantastic experience: The TEAM AZ Basic Rider Class is a must for motorcycle riders. I learned a lot and had fun doing it. IMO it’s the best way to get your MC endorsement. Coaches were great!! Patient, knowledgeable and professional. Well worth the money!!

Fantastic experience: My two sons and I signed up for the Basic Rider Course at the Gilbert location. We opted for the weekend class in early October. Although it was still very hot, the instructors were very accommodating and made sure we had plenty of water breaks. After signing up, you will need to complete the online course prior to the field course days. The online class was very easy and informative. As to the field course days, you only need to wear long pants (jeans recommended), long sleeve shirt, eye protection (sunglasses) and over the ankle shoes. If you already have your own helmet and gloves, you can bring them with you, otherwise the school will provide them for you. The school also provides you with a loaner motorcycle for the class. These motorcycles are very forgiving and easy to ride. Even if you have never ridden a motorcycle, don’t be afraid. The instructors teach at an easy to learn pace. They are not intimidating and provide professional critique to assist in your learning and overall success. Each lesson builds upon the previous lessons, and you will have ample time to practice the techniques. After all of the riding lessons are completed, you will take a skill test which is the very same test you would have taken at the MVD. The instructor thoroughly explains each skill test prior to performing, and also provides helpful tips. After you have completed the skills test, you will go back to the classroom and take the written test. This test is very similar to the test at the MVD. Successful completion of the skills test and the written test satisfies the MVD motorcycle endorsement. Just take your MSF card to the MVD, pay the small fee and you will be a fully licensed motorcycle rider. After I get some more miles of riding, I will most likely enroll in the Advanced Rider Course. Lots of different courses are available too. I highly recommend TEAM Arizona!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this place for those interested in learning how to ride a motorcycle. I appreciate the staff for their patience, attention to detail and allowing us to learn at a good pace. Staff were super friendly and took the time to really make this experience really personal. They also provided us with some of the necessary equipment, in case you didn’t have or bring it with you. When in the future I’m ready to take a more advanced course I will definitely return to this location.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't have selected a better facility for my training! I don't know if there are other instructors at their other locations but the instructors I had were phenomenal. Nick, Allie & Michael were all so knowledgeable, patient, encouraging & skilled. I had a small amount experience riding dirt bikes decades ago an for the last 10+ years I've only been a passenger so I was nervous going in but with their guidance & encouragement I came out with my endorsement. Fantastic experience: Third class I have taken here, they are amazing instructors. Bill and Paul gave such wonderful feedback abs adjust per rider. I feel like I grew alot taking the advanced rider course with them.

Fantastic experience: Returning from several years of not riding, I decided that in order to become the best rider I can be, I would be best served by getting some professional instruction. With this goal in mind I signed up for the TEAM AZ MSF Confident Rider Course. The Instructors, Paul and Chris, were not only impressive in their ability to demonstrate proper riding techniques, but they were equally well skilled in the explanation of objectives, and in coaching, providing excellent feedback on successes and what specifically to address in order to consistently improve my skills. I am glad I decided to enroll in this class, and I plan to follow up with additional sessions with TEAM AZ. I feel more confident in my skill on a motorcycle, and I also now know specifically what I can address to improve my current skill level in my lifelong goal of Improvement, and to eventually become the most proficient, most safe, and best rider I can be.

Fantastic experience: Chris and Paul were a great instructors. They were clear and patient. Definitely recommend the course and Team Arizona.

Negative experience: My husband and I wanted to get Vespa’s as an extra type of transportation. He found this school that said they deal with scooters and first time drivers as well. I have never even been on a scooter. The scooter they gave me was a Honda that I was unable to touch the ground when I was on( I am 5’2 110 lb for reference) Considering they made a big deal about having the right size bike I thought this would be rectified. I was told to “do my best” the whole 2 days was motorcycle instruction and us scooters to do our best. I didn’t pass clearly as I wasn’t even able to ride correctly to begin with. I was told I could come for another 2 hours and try again. If you have experience and are getting this for a motorcycle this is for you. As someone who was getting a scooter and it was my first time I cannot discourage you enough. Going to a scooter specific school would have given me the right bike and better instructions. The instructor also told my husband he asks too many questions. So again if you are doing this as a technicality and know how to ride go for it. First time avoid. You will waste a lot of time and money.

Fantastic experience: The 2 day class was awesome and even novices were driving the 1st morning. The instructors’ patience and skill teaching cannot be matched by a good friend or spouse. Thank you to this team for a successful start in my dirt biking adventures and reinforcing, All the Gear, All the Time! (Helmet was just off during break )

Fantastic experience: I took the BRC course here with Ernesto and Jim, who were both wonderful!! They were patient and led us through each exercise carefully and made sure we were confident and had everything down. Unfortunately I did not pass the first time, but they offer free test retakes! I took it again with Earl, who was absolutely amazing in refreshing our skills and giving us solid advice and feedback, and I passed the second time!! I cannot recommend this course or this location more!

My range coaches, Coach Buddy, and Coach Mitch, big shout out for all the help and guidance you provided during the training process. Fantastic experience: Mitch and buddy were my instructors , I had no prior motorcycle knowledge. Was not comfortable on a motorcycle at all. Fantastic experience: If you are a new motorcycle rider or if you are interested in operating a motorcycle I highly recommend the basic riding course to get your motorcycle license. Joe and Ally were my instructors and they kept the lessons super fun and knowledgeable. I am a brand-new rider with no prior experience. So I appreciate that I got to learn how to ride from Joe and Ally because they are super professional. Joe also covers all class information with facts, statistics, and funny moments to help us learn more quickly. Joe is super knowledgeable about what he does so make sure to ask any questions that you have about which bike is the best for beginners etc. Ally is a super rider because I learn so much just from watching her operate the motorcycle with ease around the course. The class taught me how to limit risk, improve my riding skills and Accumulate rider experience. I can’t wait to come back to take the Advance Rider course and even the Total Control course. I would recommend this class to all my friends who are interested in getting a motorcycle soon.

Fantastic experience: TEAM Arizona @ the Gilbert location is awesome. I was always interested in riding motorcycles, so I went ahead and signed up for the BRC1 course. Never riding one before, I was pretty nervous the first day, but Joe and Ally made me feel comfortable and confident my first time on a motorcycle. The environment is great, and the instructors are awesome. If you do sign up here, you WILL know how to ride a motorcycle. Cannot wait to sign up for more advanced courses later on. Hats off to my instructors Joe and Ally thank you all so much for what you do

Fantastic experience: I started off here with no experience, in going though this course I learned quite a bit. the instructors are fun & friendly! If you worry about not being able to take their basic learning courses because you don't have a bike; Never you fear, they have bikes they have you train on. I was in a class divided into 3 with about 27 or so people and no one failed. (If you do fail you don't have to worry about paying for the course again and just schedule a time to retake your tests!)

Fantastic experience: This was a great course for beginners. They took their time to show you the proper techniques and gave feedback when needed. As someone who was nervous and had no prior experience I can say I enjoyed my self and feel prepared to get started on my own bike. Joe was an awesome instructor who made the class portion very fun and entertaining while still stressing the seriousness of rider safety and was very knowledgeable. Joe is the man and you can’t get better then him!

Positive experience: Very fun and informative class. Teachers were understanding and clear on instructions. Only thing I would change is the bikes were all different, meaning your experience in the class/riding could differ depending on the bike you’re assigned or choose. But very great class and 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: I didn't pass my test on the first try, slow maneuvers got me, but they gave me a free retest with additional small group training and I was able to correct some bad habits and a past! Great course, highly recommend for new riders.

Fantastic experience: Jim and Alexis were incredible instructors. They were patient and answered all of our questions. I cannot recommend taking this class enough. Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience learning here, every single one of the instructors was incredibly knowledgeable and very kind when teaching. I personally had Jim and Alexis, which was amazing since I felt they kept me cool and calm throughout the exercises. I interacted with James and Davey too, when they demonstrated breaking distances which was incredibly helpful in knowing my own limitations when breaking.

Fantastic experience: Very good and preparing training. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Jim and Alexis taught how to ride the bikes and James taught us mental side of riding.

Fantastic experience: The class was great I had a lot of fun riding i was on the north side, and the coach's James and Jim were both very knowledgeable and nice and made my experience learning how to ride fun and quick. Can't wait to hit the road on a bike now and because of these guys here I know I'll be safe riding.

(Tip from a student - take their advice the first time even if it feels weird). Previously, I never rode a motorcycle… after 2 days, I am excited to explore more.

Fantastic experience: This was an amazing two day experience. All of the coaches were knowledgeable, patient and extremely supportive. The class contained all the important areas needed for a beginning or seasoned rider. My "South Side" coaches Davey and Ernesto were the absolute best in encouragement and guidance. This is a top tier riding education environment!

Fantastic experience: TEAM AZ ROCKS!! My, and my husbands, ridercoach was Brian and we couldn’t have asked for a better coach, or better overall experience. No matter your skill level Brian was there to help you improve and keep stressful situations comfortable. I personally had never ridden a motorcycle before taking the class here, even laid it down at one point, but was still able to get right back up and even go on to pass the class, so you CAN DO THIS! Fantastic experience: Joe is awesome.. Funny, down to earth and has valuable information. Antoine was very informative, professional and funny, Tad the new guy is a great fit! He gave me great words of encouragement which helped me stop feeling nervous.. overall well worth the price tag.

He was very knowledgeable, patient with me and he gave me extra advice and tips when i was struggling a bit with some exercises. I learned so many skills during that course and I will practice them alot when I get my motorcycle..

Fantastic experience: Brian was a great instructor super patient and friendly, honestly recommend picking him for your outdoor classes. I had James for indoor classes he was also experienced friendly and patient. Over all this location was fantastic well worth the money.

Would definitely recommend this course even if you already know how to ride there were plenty of little tips and tricks that could benefit all riding levels

Fantastic experience: Alley, Mark, and James were very impressive instructors. They were very knowledgeable about street bikes and you can tell they love what they do. I'm just getting into street bikes and coming to team arizona was the best decision I made. I'm sure all the instructors are great, but Alley, Mark, and James are awesome. If your considering getting your motorcycle license don't go to DMV or anywhere else. These guys know what there doing. There class and hands on training is 2nd to none. Great people at Team Arizona.
