Fantastic experience: Well not to be mean but we are from California and we’ve visited your store last summer and we didn’t feel welcomed but this last time we visited it was a big difference we felt very comfortable and we ended up spending about $300 because everyone was so helpful and we even came back the same day and bought a few more things and the grinch is my wife’s boyfriend that’s one reason we went not knowing there was a big change in personality! Negative experience: Had been trying to get a hold of the riding class instructor and every time I call, a sales person name Tiffany redirects me to the website. I was suppose to get a free class for purchasing a bike from them and I can't do that on the website.

Negative experience: So the star is not my opinion based on my experience with dealing with this company. My star placement is based on the lack of choices and the overpriced motorcycles. I’m sure they are great people but the used motorcycle department is limited and overpriced.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this dealer for over three years and this will be my "Harley home" indefinitely. Everyone in every department is professional, nice and "has the answers." My sales advisor patiently waited on me for two years to retire from the Air Force before I was ready to buy my "Retirement Bike" and the sales team made me a win-win offer within my desired loan range that I just couldn't refuse!

Fantastic experience: We always stop by to see what fun event is going on when we come from Corpus, and this time my son got to wear his Spider-Man costume for the contest. Esmeralda was very helpful and nice. I just wish they would stock little boy hats. I’ve only ever found one years ago.

Fantastic experience: I love Caliente Harley-Davidson. I was visiting the store last Saturday looking for a shirt to wear to the Lone Star Rally and Esmeralda Rocked with superior customer service. She found the perfect Tshirt for my friend and I to wear in November.

Negative experience: Visiting San Antonio from Tennessee. I always like buying shirts at different Harley Dealers. Before I left from the hotel, I talked to my wife, who has wanted me to get a trike for a while, and told her I may buy one and we can ride home from here. Ubered there and walked in. I spent about 20 minutes looking at bikes and no one came to talk to me. Looked at some shirts and found one. I went back to look at the bikes but could not get anyone to come talk to me. After an additional ten minutes, I put the shirt back. I called uber and went back to my hotel. I was very disappointed, I’ve been to many, many Harley dealers and have never been experienced no service by the sales people. There were about 5 or 6 employees walking around doing there own thing, but no acknowledgement. I ride a 24 Road Glide I bought in March but was hoping for a nice ride back to Tennessee on a Road glide 3. I’ll guess I’ll buy it when I get home.

Fantastic experience: I had made an appointment to have my 2022 Electraglide Ultra Limited in for its 15k maintenance checkup. The Service Ad users were very friendly and accommodating considering that I had not made contact with them before I left my bike in front of ALL the other bikes in for service. George stepped up and put my bike in line for the maintenance without a problem. Santiago went through the bike with the care and concern of working on his own bike. The price for this was fair and I was very satisfied. The bike ran great as expected on the way home. I would recommend any Harley-Davidson rider bring their motorcycle to Caliente Harley-Davidson for service or repairs. Richard "Mac"McDonald

Fantastic experience: Before considering purchasing a motorcycle, the notion had only been present in my mind for approximately a week. There was no immediate intention to make a purchase in the near future. However, after meeting Mac, the exceptional kindness, respect, and overall positive experience I encountered led me to ride away on a brand-new Road Glide. It was a fantastic experience overall. Fantastic experience: My husband recently purchased a Harley and I went in to pick up his plates and saw they had an event going on. Rachel helped me pick out a few items for my husband and even helped me find a vest and a jacket for me. She gave me so many ideas since I am new to this. She dedicated her time to help me out the whole time I was there. Make sure to go see Rachel she was so nice.

Fantastic experience: 3rd time visiting this location and the service from parts to apparel is always pleasant. Esmeralda was super supportive to help me find a riding jacket that fit me, and incredibly charismatic. It’s hard to find service where someone GENUINELY wants to help you look good and find a deal at the same time. Would definitely go back for service like that, and Willy from parts was also really helpful. My sportster is unfortunately discontinued so parts are either not in stock or high priced, but he still tried his best to help me find everything I need and left me feeling confident in knowing I can come back and get the same service of care. I bought my bike in Bedford Texas, and after moving back to SATX I was a bit concerned that a new Harley location would be awkward to connect with, but Caliente has so far been incredible. Negative experience: Worst experience ever. Called and got a quote to remove and put a sissy bar on . They said 45 minutes. Made an appointment and I waited 3 hours and left. Half an hour later got a call it’s ready. Picked up the next day and inspected it. I have a nick on my fender smh can’t buff it out. They don’t even do an inspection before they take it in. Un professional place for sure. Stick to cowboys or javelinas HD. Get me once but not again

Fantastic experience: Since the day I walked during one of their events it’s been a great experience. I went in just to check out an event and then met with John about a Harley but I couldn’t afford to make a deal that day but a few weeks later he followed up with me and I bought my first Harley, it was a quick and easy process he helped me through it every step. Since then I have been back several times to purchase gear Is;s helped me out every time. From my first time buying gear she helped me pick out exactly what I needed and liked and helped me with sizing and new exactly what I needed and didn’t need. She always had a smile on her face and always friendly and patient with me. She’s very knowledgeable about the riding gear and sizing. I’ve been back 3 times to buy gear and she helped me every time. I have also been to 3 of their events and loved them all, great shop great atmosphere and everyone is friendly.

Fantastic experience: I recently came here to look for a motorcycle now that I have my license and I have to say this was such an amazing experience! The customer service was amazing they cut right to the chase no bull! They aren’t trying to twist your arm for extra stuff and do their best to stay within your budget goals! I was helped by Devon Romine and he was excellent! Even when I bought the bike the mechanic section closed and left for the day and the motorcycle wasn’t full of gas, the next day Devon profusely apologized for the inconvenience and told me the next time I’m in town to stop by and they will fill it up and clean it up AND give me a $25 gift card for the inconvenience! If you get a Harley, this is the place!

Negative experience: We attempted to rent 2 motorcycles for a Saturday through eaglerider with this dealership. When we arrived day of, they had canceled our rental at 5pm the day before. The manager said she had emailed us but had recieved no confirmation from us, even though no where did we see a prompt for a confirmation. When we showed up she was short with us and offered no help and stated there was nothing at all to rent. We ended up using the East San Antonio Teddy Morse's Cowboy Harley, they were incredible helpful and made what could have been a bad day a great day.
