Fantastic experience: It took me a while to decide on a class fitting for me with so many options available. Classes everywhere. Government funded courses, private courses, some courses that feel self taught with a wide range of prices and class times. A lot of classes available may be cheaper, shorter or easier with simple standards but more than likely lack the knowledge, experience, reliability and empathy I was looking for. Luckily I found it with the instructors at Tampa Harley Davidson’s Basic Riders Course. The instructors for my class, James and Nick, tailored their communication and effort to each individual. They took the time to get to know you so they could give you the best advice. They communicated tasks well in English and in Spanish with respect and a sense of humor. Polite and professional is seemingly difficult to find simultaneously but James and Nick with the Harley Davidson BRC course had those qualities in SPADES. Got pretty lucky with who my instructors are. They weren’t pushy, aggressive or forceful in their actions or communications, if you know what you’re doing they won’t micromanage you and, you can ask as many questions as you need to without worrying about someone getting frustrated with you. We’ve all been in classes where you will feel like you have no clue what’s going on and you’re lost in the sauce. This is not that place. The environment they created at Harley Davidson is fitting for its class, it’s instruction team, sales and equipment teams, and their mechanics. This includes there 3 going onto 4 master mechanics and the best detailer in the state. For starters they have a cow. An absolute unit of a cow. Might be a bull. Just hangs out right next to a pond. Big chillin. All day. There’s a donkey too. You should NOT try to feed or pet them but it is nice to have a cow (or a bull) on deck. For emergencies. The building itself is seated in a quiet area, away from the road and any distractions. Beautiful interior design an decoration. They set a standard for presentation many can’t beat and will exceed your expectations. Large dealings, comfortable classroom, warm enough you don’t have to wear a jacket. Very nice. The range is clean, neat, orderly, and easy to understand. There’s an overhang right next to the course with fans, a restaurant ( Red Star Live ) with great shrimp tacos, and it’s quiet. It kind of feels like an amusement park or a go cart course based on how pristine the area is and how much fun you’re having. The course does look like it has a longer schedule but each day flys by and usually ends a little early. You’re having too much fun to really look at the clock or notice the time anyways. You are hardly ever sitting around waiting. You’re always doing something exciting. Don’t worry though, there are a lot of breaks and they’re long enough to do what ever you have to do, within reason, every hour or so. Coffee and water on site, bathrooms, and a well stocked inventory of kit for you and your bike. From the range to the classroom it is a great experience. Well worth my money and well worth my time. To sum it up, and provide a snapshot of what I said for people who don’t have time to read paragraphs like me, there’s no way I could have picked a better basic riders course.

Fantastic experience: My car was flooded in the hurricane and I had no way to get to there shop where they had done some repairs and one of the salesman named baby face took the time to drive from Tampa to Dover with no gas station open to pick me up and make sure that I made it to there shop to pick up my bike before they closed or it would have been Tuesday before I would have had a ride the best shop I have ever done business with they will have my business as long as I am able to buy motorcycles

Fantastic experience: The whole crew was great at Tampa Bay Harley-Davidson from Joesph (Sales Manager) to Ryan and Ron (Sales Associates) to Cheyenne (Merchandise Sales) to Patrick (Parts) to Branden (Service Advisor) and to Kelly (Delivery). Ryan (Sales Associate) took the time explained how everything worked on the new Harley-Davidson Freewheeler and introduced me to everyone in the building. They do not play games at Tampa Bay Harley-Davidson they were straight forward and had my best deal in 15 minutes. I got my best deal from them over 5 other Harley-Davidson Dealerships in Florida. Next time I purchase a Harley-Davidson motorcycle it will be from Tampa Bay Harley-Davidson.

Negative experience: Bought a battery from them a month ago, that went dead after only a couple weeks. Brought it back to their parts department where I stood in front of them for several minutes before they even acknowledged me. And this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced that from their parts staff. When i finally got their attention I asked for a replacement, because a brand new battery shouldn’t be dead that soon. Instead, they put it on the tester and said the battery is good and told me to come pick it up. I’d rather travel to Bert’s or Wesley chapel before dealing with them again.

Our sales guy Ron was awesome and super helpful and patient with us and all our questions. He was super knowledgeable about all the bikes we looked at. Pinky was awesome and helped her pick out the right helmet. We got an awesome deal thanks to mark talking back and forth to the bank for us and we were able to take it home same day. The whole team here was awesome and even stayed late to make the deal happen. 100% will come back here to buy my next bike!

Fantastic experience: Ron is 100% the best sales person to see here my husband and I were just looking around and he made us feel welcomed and comfortable while looking around I found a bike that was the perfect fit for me Ron made the deal smooth and efficient. I was able to take my bike home same day the whole experience was absolutely amazing especially for a first time motorcycle buyer. Don’t forget to see pinky while your there she helped me find the best helmet and was so kind even though we kept everyone there late.

Fantastic experience: One of the friendliest Harley dealerships I've ever been. I took my endorsement course here and loved it so much I've come back time and time again for events and gear. The teachers are very knowledgeable and do everything to ensure you're ready for the road, and the merchandise team are extremely helpful too. Whether you need a helmet, jacket, or just a t-shirt, everybody goes above and beyond to assist. The atmosphere is super friendly, whether you're buying something or not. I haven't gotten a Harley yet, but when I do, they'll be the ones I go to.

Negative experience: DO NOT LET THEM SERVICE YOUR BIKE! This is a review that needs to told at this point and I’ll try to be as brief as possible. This began with me scheduling a service for my 16 FLSS to get it in before Biketoberfest. After missing 2 pick up without ever calling to cancel or reschedule they almost missed the 3rd by sending the driver to the wrong address. Thankfully I called and got to get a status check and was able to get him redirected. I was told the bike would be first on the lift the next day, so I called end of that day to check status finding out they hadn’t touched it and had no plans to for at least a week. This prompted me to call and talk to managers who assured me it would be first thing the next day. So next day I call and at the end of the day get told oh it won’t start and needs a battery (battery in it was less than 2mo old and ran the day before they picked up the bike) and there were a few other issues. Ok fine pay to replace the battery which was supposed to be done the next day but didn’t get done until a few days later. When they pulled the tank they ripped pins out of their connectors so now I had to pay to fix that. Weeks on weeks later after that was done suddenly now there’s CANBUS errors that also were never there before. A long period of time where I’m fed lies, never called with updates, ignored, basically just worst service ever. In the time they never once called when they said they would I dealt with numerous general managers, service managers, lead service writers, and service writers, and there were as I was told at least 3 “master techs” who’ve worked on the bike all due to some serious employee turnover. After months go by they tell me they have no idea what the issue is but to start it’s going to be $4k to replace the whole harness. I finally just say give me the bike back and I pay for the work that was supposedly done, the manager even personally check with the tech to make sure some specific work was done mainly a brake and hydraulic clutch full and bleed. Now it gets worse, I get the bike back to find out the work the manager even checked on that his tech “verified” was never done at all. To add insult to injury they scratched up a freshly painted tank, messed up both fuel pump vent tubes (they’re only $200ech) scratched up brand new bars, and scratched up the controls. So in taking the bike to another shop tests and determines the harness is fine in less than half a day, what did end up needing to be replaced was the NAMZ controller, BCU, and ECU just to start. There were other additional issues but essentially they bricked my bike and walked away. Sadly I traded it in at Adrenaline in Sarasota on a 23 FXLRST Fast Johnny because the financial hole Tampa Bay in Brandon put me into just had me over all of it and I had to move on. I actually do have records of everything including dates and times and names for all of the lies along the way. Of course at no time did anyone ever offer to make anything right other than refunding the brake and clutch jobs that I was charged for. Up to this point I had been a 10 year customer with the dealer for parts, service on all of my bikes, and even bought the 16 FLSS there. I no longer buy anything there and go out of my way to avoid all dealers in their chain. I suggest others do the same. To Response: This is true, my issue happened Sept 2022 - Feb 2023. Your first reply that I see in email form states you'd reach out to me and now are asking I call you. Truth is I have serious anxiety over calling your dealership brought by my issue there. My reason for the review is to inform if the dealer wished to make this right they've had ample time to attempt to do so. Even the reply here was we'll contact you no wait you contact us. See this is how they work, they don't want to put in the effort, they expect you to hunt them down.

Fantastic experience: Johnny the service manager was excellent! From the initial phone consult to the home delivery service to Ocala . Johnny took the time to listen to my concerns regarding a previous service experience at another location and told me exactly how he wanted to proceed. Johnny retuned my stage 2 installation and installed a cooling fan to help address the M8 heat issue all while increasing the hp and torque. My 23 RGS runs like a scolded dog! General Manager Jason Whidden has done a remarkable job turning (in my opinion) a just ok dealership into one of the best Harley dealers I’ve ever worked with. I will be using Tampa Harley Davidson exclusively for all my service and sales needs!

Negative experience: No confidence in the service department at this dealer. I was in town on my new 2024 Roadglide all the way from Houston, Tx. Did my 5k service here. The techs over adjusted my clutch to the point the transmission started to slip upon giving the bike throttle. I didn’t figure this out til it was too late to turn around and have them fix the issue. I was supposed to leave the following day to Key West. Long story short, I had to have the issue corrected at Barracuda HD in St. Pete. They had to charge me 100 dollars. This took up most of the morning and I missed out spending time with family and pre-booked dinner and event reservations. Brandon Harley refused to refund me labor costs for the huge inconvenience and additional time and money I had to spend. We the customer pay a premium at HD to receive top notch service. This was not it. On top of it, the service manager was rude and became hostile when I told him I would do a charge back. I ended up winning my dispute thru my credit card company after 2 months and got the full labor cost reimbursed. Thanks for having me go through that whole rigamarole Brandon HD.

Fantastic experience: Really great people and a very easy process. No high pressure sales, just a very easy going group of people and all them extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Negative experience: Bought a 23.5 cvo (not from these clowns) happened to get stranded in downtown Tampa it wouldn’t start due to a dead battery. Luckily someone had jumper cables. Went to this dealer to address the issue, right away the service manager told me I wasn’t using the “right” battery tender. It’s literally the same brand called “battery tender” by deltran that EVERYONE who’s ever owned a powersport vehicle has ever used since the beginning of time. Anyways I rode the bike to Tampa and got stranded after being in a bar for an hour. You shouldn’t have to charge your bike for an hour stop regardless of what tender you use. Service manager was quick to blame the customer as usual. On a $45000+ bike is unacceptable. Then the service manager proceeded to refer me to his boyfriend’s house to see if his boyfriend could help. Long story short: if you need quick warranty service Tampa Harley is probably not a place you should go, but the service managers boyfriends house might be.

Fantastic experience: I bought a bike from Tampa Bay H-D 8/2024. My salesperson was Ryan. I did not know what exactly I wanted. Ryan was able to take the salesperson out of the situation and had the patience to learn about me and my wants. Even when he got me approved for a showroom new motorcycle, not once did he try to push the sale. Ryan had the knowledge of motorcycles and the communication skills to breakdown any questions or calm my nerves when I felt overwhelmed. We test rode bikes and in the end, I left with a motorcycle that fit me and my personality as well as my wallet. To me Ryan puts people ahead of the sale and that is going to set him apart from others. If you head to Tampa Bay Harley Davidson, ask for Ryan I promise you he will treat you with respect and honesty. He listens when you speak, and has a terrific ability to work out the finest details and make sure you have what you need to make the proper connection with your next motorcycle. I can’t thank Ryan enough for his help. I also want to shout out to the finance side of the house also. They listened to what I had as a budget. They absolutely worked their butts off to get the numbers I wanted. They actually exceeded my expectations and got me even lower payments than I expected!! I just can’t say enough about this team over there at Tampa Bay Harley Davidson. They made motorcycle buying an actual pleasure no bull. Ryan and that Tampa Bay H-D team did everything they could to get me the bike I wanted. They are resilient, and you truly get the feeling they are doing everything they can for you and then welcome you into a great family!!! Thank you Ryan and all the Tampa Bay H-D family. I couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you again Ryan!

Fantastic experience: WOW! Only word I can really think of for Tampa Bay Harley-Davidson. There was an issue with my wife's Harley-Davidson and we were told it may not be safe to ride. I sent some photos into Jason (GM) and his team to look over and give some advice. I figured I would need to get a trailer and take the bike to the dealership. NOT SO MUCH, they did me a solid and told me they were going to be in my area and decided to come out to me. TO MY HOUSE!!! Jason and Johnny (Service & Parts Manager) came out and looked the bike over and gave me SOLID and good advice (Thanks Johnny!). It was just the advice I was hoping to find in experienced Harley guys. I am 100% satisfied with these two gentlemen and Tampa Bay Harley-Davidson. Good hire Tampa Bay Harley-Davidson!!!

Fantastic experience: I just finished and graduated from the course a couple days ago now and I cannot stress enough..TAKE YOUR COURSE HERE!! This program and the people that run it are amazing! My coaches were Nick and Dan and they did an amazing job to keep the course fun while also prioritizing safety. Nick did a great job with translating as we had a couple people in my class that the primary language was Spanish, while Dan tried his very best to help when someone needed it. As someone who took the course here and being able to compare from someone else who didn’t take their course here. 10/10 would recommend coming here, they have a legitimate course for you along with the nice indoor classroom and good bikes! Thank you guys so much for inviting us into the biking family, can’t wait to stop by again sometime!

Negative experience: First experience here was awesome. This time, not so much. Just a suggestion, if the customer makes a mistake on the paperwork when purchasing a bike, then by all means the customer should return to the dealership to make and sign for any corrections. However, if the sales associates, finance manager, or other employee makes a mistake, they should bring the paperwork to the customer. Not happy I had to drive 60+ miles round trip for something that was not my fault. I did appreciate the dinner gift card, but just doesn't make up for the inconvenience. Especially since I am recovering from surgery. Do better guys...And don't worry..I'll be back..see ya at my first service..

Fantastic experience: It's got some good people working there. The guy's in parts are pretty good. Better than it was 10-12 yrs. Ago. Their good about working with you on the price. If you can haggle it the place to go. Especially on the used stock. & They some good used bikes.

Fantastic experience: Ron just hooked us up with an awesome bike. Great experience all around. Greeted and welcomed us well. Great test ride. Made us comfortable for the entire experience. I would highly recommend Ron and this dealership including the entire team.

Negative experience: Do not buy anything from this location. Their policies to comply with their own contracts are unreasonably burdensome on the customer, and they are disrespectful. My husband purchased a motorcycle from this location along with a tire protection package warranty. The warranty said that it could be canceled within 60 days by written notice. See the attached picture. They would not allow us to cancel via written notice, nor did they provide any way to give written notice other than by coming in person to sign. They made up unreasonably burdensome policies to comply with their written notice requirement. This wasted hours of our time together on a Sunday afternoon and a half day of my husband's time to drive across town when we were willing to mail written wet signatures. They also would not allow us to give written notice in person at their sister Wesley Chapel location that was more convenient for us. To top it all off, they were disrespectful to me on the phone by saying that they would not talk to me or allow me to ask for the form on my husband's behalf.

Fantastic experience: I just completed the New Rider course this past week at HD-TB. The course was well presented and well run. My instructors were Nick and James with appearances by Tom. All three were attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. If you are looking for a great place to learn the basics of riding, this is it! I strongly recommend this course and location .

Fantastic experience: MSF Course- Coach Kelley and Coach Wayne were fantastic. I've never ridden a motorcycle and had zero experience. They coached so well and made sure we students understood the fundamentals of the motorcycle, operating the bike and SAFETY! The dealership is friendly and so much to see and do. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I am very new to motorcycles and I signed up for the basic rider course at Tampa Bay Harley Davidson to get my motorcycle endorsement. The course team is amazing (staff and the instructors)! Everyone was very kind, patient and engaging while making it fun and enforcing safety. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get their endorsement or fine tune their skills.

Fantastic experience: Just bought 2023 Street Glide from here and the whole process was easy and relaxing. I had visited a couple of times and dealt with Ron, super cool dude. He took the time to find out exactly what I wanted, real knowledgeable about the bikes, not super pushy at all, let me buy the bike when I wanted. No pressure, I will be buying the next motorcycle from him and will recommend Ron to anyone looking to buy a new or used bike. Jenna was awesome also, straight to the point, did everything she could to help me get the bike that day with the payment range I would accept. Highly Recommend.

Negative experience: Here for the Shamrocks & Steel St. Patricks Day party. Extremely disappointed in Tampa Bay Harley-Davidson. We have went to various Harley dealers in Florida when they have sponsored events and the staff was friendly and helpful. There wasn’t any staff who even spoke to us as we walked through the store. Inventory of HD clothing also very disappointing. Event wasn’t as described on Facebook page. Supposed to be free draws & green beer. not sure where it was hidden. The nicest thing I can say is we did have a free sausage on a bun which was sponsored by the Harley Owners group (HOG). The restaurant which is onsite has excellent service & cold beer. Would not recommend wasting your time or money at this dealer Tampa Harley Tampa, Florida Staff need a change of attitude!

Fantastic experience: I just passed and finished the Basic Rider Course at this location! FLAWLESSLY ran. I had an amazing time. The other students really enjoyed it as well! One student spoke hardly any English and did not understand much either. "Wendy" went above and beyond to incorporate him and make sure safety and understandings were there, even though she knew no Spanish at all. Nick was mostly fluent in Spanish, and made the effort to translate almost everything. Really cool! My instructors Wendy and Nick were so so so so so kind, and professionals in what they do. The manager Tom was amazing as well. What I respected and appreciated about Tom and even Wendy, is they sold us on a "brotherhood" or "family" that helps each other out, and not just about them being forced to train us and Harley wanting to make sales. They offered after-course assistance if we need additional practice. Or just to reach out if they can do anything. Really kind people, which is maybe why I'm so happy, because lately it seems hard to run into genuine people. (Tom if you read this, Wendy seriously needs some recognition and spotlight because she really was amazing. Nick too). Thanks to you all!

Negative experience: First off I want to say that this whole thing started off very well but then it fell apart rather quickly. We were greeted and helped right away and since I did have some restrictions due to what I could afford a month and my work schedule meaning i could only get to the dealership on weekends I didn't mind the sales person coming over and immediately asking questions. Obviously to speed things up and get to the points. Once we narrowed down the bike and price there was a down payment but I had to come back the following weekend which was an issue so I had to come back two weeks later. Once I was able to reach back out I was then told to contact Jennifer who helped me the rest of the way by applying for the credit card through them which I was approved for. Unfortunately here was where everything fell apart. The card was supposed to be used for the down payment. I had to wait for the card to be delivered but I never got it because another week went by so I went back in to see in person what was going on, needless to say all my paperwork was lost and no one could find it and when they did I was already filling EVERYTHING back out but the one thing they couldn't find was the credit card info so I could get the number and activate it so I could do the down payment. Come to find out my name was misspelled and I had to wait to get my card to cancel and reorder a new card which wouldn't be here until March 12th. I skipped a lot but the major point is the biggest mess up was done by them and due to theat I lost our on getting a new bike for other reasons. The only thing they offered me was a free oil change as a sorry by Jennifer who was the only one who did reach out through all of this. I mean yeah, that would have been great if they misplaced something but this entire mess was done by misspelling my name and they couldn't use the card, I was thinking a couple things that would have and should have been done to keep my business. Wasn't even my fault.

It was very easy to talk with them and to let them know what I needed and what I wanted and they help me through the whole process to get this done I would definitely go back And buy other motorcycles from Pete and Jenna. They make a great team and I was very satisfied at the end. If you have bought from Harley before you know that the experience after you sign, the paperwork is not always good, but I am extremely satisfied with this bye.

However we checked the part # for a similar model freewheeler and they fit perfectly the extra help and attention allowed me to achieve exactly what I had in mind.

Fantastic experience: The coaches Kelley and Mike were amazing, they have very strong teaching skills and made me feel really confident learning how to ride a motorcycle. I started with very little knowledge and they explained thoroughly step by step how to ride. Josh did an amazing job as well, he was very welcoming and fun and gave us a really nice tour of the shop. Fantastic experience: We want to give a huge shout out and special thank you to Johnny, Service Mgr., Tampa Bay HD and his staff (Cameron, Kelly and others) who all went above and beyond to get a flat tire changed and an axle repair on a Friday night, 40 min before closing. Customer Service reigned supreme this afternoon, as we feel we were definitely rescued in our time of need. 11-04-2023. Fantastic experience: Thank you to the service team at Tampa Bay HD. Service advisors Branden and Rachael really went above and beyond to accommodate me. I noticed that the screen on my LiveWire looked funny. I called Service and spoke to Johnny the service manager and he let me drop my bike off that same day right after work which was at their closing time. I was a little late and he waited and opened the doors when I arrived. Technician Ricky did an amazing job replacing my screen in record time due to delaminating which was covered under my Harley Davidson E.S.P. I paid $50.00 for a repair which would have cost me over a thousand!

Fantastic experience: Tampa Bay Harley-Davidson (TB HD) was beyond AMAZING! Drove in (1st Time) to the "Voted World's Friendliest" sign and didn't expect much, to be honest. I was just there to peruse...nothing serious. Then the AMAZING happens, starting with Manny (The Sales Rep), who welcomed me in with open arms & smiles all around (literally a cool *ss dude!). One thing led to another, and before I knew it, I was entangled with a beautiful '15 HD Slim, BLACK-ON-BLACK-ON-BLACK!!! That's when the rest of the TB HD Team: John, Fred, & Brooke (Management) - came in clutch with HUGE assists to get the Dang Thang (Deal) DONE! Even staying way past closing to do so, talk about going the EXTRA mile... In closing, everyone & everybody came in with a winning & hospitable attitude...down to the final moments, when Craig & John (Managers), and Branden (Service Tech), followed thru on getting my all of my warranty needs taken care of with ease. Thanks, TB HD, for a FANTASTIC experience! You truly are the WORLD'S FRIENDLIEST HD!!!

Negative experience: Dropped bike off to get a water pump replaced. I brought the part with me. Was quoted over the phone 1 1/2 hours labor. Done. Left the dealership at 10:16 and bike was not in service yet. Was called at 12:50 and they said bike was done. Then they tried to charge me 3.5 hrs and said I needed a fluid flush. The bike only needed to have the fluid refilled after the water pump replacement. Tried to charge me $670 until I complained. I was overcharged for unnecessary service and was told that I was quoted wrong. Such a dishonest experience. Never again Brandon Harley

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend going here to classes to get your endorsement. At 1st I was really nervous but Nick and George made it real comfortable and even fun to be there. I even learned a lot more about motorcycles. I'm so glad I went there and if you are trying to get your endorsement too I would recommend to go here you won't be wasting your time! Fantastic experience: I took the New Riders Course with Mike and Daniel and they were AMAZING! My instructors/coaches were really helpful , super patient, observant and very supportive with the whole class. The whole experience from start to finish was extremely worth it. From learning all about motorcycle basics through the e-Course , meeting new people , being outside on the range, developing skills/strategies , building confidence with handling a bike , sitting and revving some of the Harleys in the showroom & lastly the celebration. Something I will never forget ! ✨ ✨✨ The place is full of great people . I thought they were scary but they actually super friendly & welcoming !!!!!

Fantastic experience: I recently took the Riding Academy Motorcycle Course they offer here at Brandon Harley. First time ever touching a motorcycle and I have to say the Riding Academy Course was perfect for me. The course was perfectly setup and taught. My motorcycle skills progressively got better with every exercise. Coaches Tom and George were fantastic and my classmates were just as great! (My first day of riding was humbling. But on the second day it all clicked and I was off riding and aced that basic skills test!) I am looking forward to purchase my first motorcycle and excited for it to be a Harley. Fantastic experience: I signed up to take motorcycle classes. I've only been a passenger and have wanted to ride as far back as I can remember. Now at 45 it's time. I didn't do so well in class. Got cut off a couple hours into the second day of the riding. I was in tears and feeling horrible. Especially because I just fell in love with and bought a Dyna Switchback.When they say you're family, they mean it I have had 2 personal sessions with Vinny so far. It will be awhile before I take the class again but they are as determined as I am to get me there and beyond. They truly care about your well being, physically and mentally! They are now my family and I love them all. I have never seen such compassion and support from any business establishment. I am so glad I did this and I wont give up. Buy from Brandon Harley, take classes at Brandon Harley, it was an experience I will always treasure and appreciate. They won't be able to get rid of me now.

Fantastic experience: I just finished my new riders course with coaches Eddie and Danny. Absolutely outstanding!!!! These coaches are far beyond what my expectations could have imagined. Not only were they firm, but they were truly interested in us, the students and making sure we understood the impacts of what riding can have on ourselves and other people. My nervousness grew into confidence as they guided me to a successful completion of my written and course riding skills test. I cannot thank them enough for making this experience worth it and everytime I jump on my bike to take off, I will hear their voices telling me "FINEC" and chin up.

Fantastic experience: Had a basic rider course at the location, and both coaches were amazing - Eddie and Danny. Eddie brought his 20+ years of riding experience and every single detail was explained with real life scenario. Hands on riding practice was great too, especially when coaches demo it to you. It was not just a textbook course but so much fun, learning, and practical explanations because of our coaches. Loved it, thank you guys !

Fantastic experience: I did the MSF course with Nick and it was amazing. The best choice that I’ve made. Nick and Jorge(coaches), they were so patient and amazing. I didn’t have any experience with the bike but I now I’m feeling confident to start. They always treated me well, I’m transgender and they always respect me. Fantastic experience: Spent some time at Brandon Harley, test rode a couple Dyna’s and was in the market for a Sportster 1200. Juan helped me really test out the all the options in front of me and Chelsea made me an offer I couldn’t refuse for the 2016 Dyna I test rode and loved. Long story short came home with my Dyna Low Rider FXDL on Valentine’s Day. I’m in love with this bike now. What a great experience at Brandon Harley.

Fantastic experience: Been to this dealership multiple times for services/parts and merch. Definitely one of the nicer dealerships I've been to. Today was the first time I was interested in upgrading my older bike to a brand new one. Steve in sales was the man. Super chill yet knowledgeable. Zero pressure. Fred and Brooke in finance didn't drop the ball and kept the good vibes Rollin. Cared more about how I felt and what services I would use than upselling me on things I didn't need. Scotty helped seal the deal and get the numbers fair on both sides for an overall solid experience. Won't ever take my business anywhere else.
