Fantastic experience: What an AMAZING and AWESOME dealership and place! I took my entry level/basic motorcycle class to receive my license and I was so NERVOUS. It was my first time experiencing motorcycles and they have TOTALLY changed my view on the open road! Joseph and Rebecca’ were so welcoming and personable. Very informative and helpful! Negative experience: I have purchased several motorcycles from Republic HD and have always been treated well during the sales process. After my last purchase, I never received the title to my motorcycle that I paid for in full. I have been up to Republic several time trying to resolve the issue and while always been treated nice, they have blown me off and never return my calls and never called me with the resolution. I am now stuck with a motorcycle that I cannot sell because they put a lien on a motorcycle that I paid for in full. Response to owner. Like you stated, the lienholder that was placed on the title may have just been an accident. No big deal. It could have been rectified easily but your staff refused to do so. NONE of my calls were returned, I had to go up there twice, both times I was promised that it would be straightened out and nothing was done until I complained to the Texas DMV and the BBB. I should not have to reach out to other agency's to get your staff to get motivated. Your staff can now pat themselves on the back because they got the job handled. I needed the title so I could get myself a new motorcycle. I will no longer be your customer, you've lost me for life... Have a good day.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and professional. My buddy had an issue with his bike the day of Hop's Rally and they got it taken care of on the spot. Also, they do Hop's Rally which was a great time! It is a scavenger hunt around Texas put on by Chris Hopper and Republic HD. If you like to ride to come check it out next year!

Fantastic experience: Republic Harley Davidson is a great Dealership! Their customer service is exceptional in all departments from sales, parts, motorclothes, service to finance. Levi walked the whole sales process answering concerns I had. The parts department from Carlos, Antione, Josie, Ditto all helped me with their knowledge on getting the right parts to make my bike comfortable for me to ride, Keisha and Roxanne helped me with the exceptional knowledge in the right gear, and Will in finance rocks! He helped me to be protected all the way with my bike. In the service dept, Jason explained everything that was done to the bike. Jacob the mechanic even had me sit on the bike so he could adjust my shifter. The whole store including the GM Phil welcomed me to the family this literally brought tears to my eyes. Way to go Republic Harley Davidson! You guys ROCK!

Fantastic experience: I was greeted by blade at my city’s Car and motorcycle cook off event. Blade showed a lot of interest in knowing his customers and what motorcycle fit them. He did a really great job making connections at the function and even convinced me to take a motorcycle class. Blade even pulled up some motorcycles that I would be interested in based off of the lifestyle I live. I then showed up at the Harley Davidson dealership when they hosted a concert and was still given the same great customer service I received last time. Blade gave me a tour of the dealership and gave me information on the classes I would be signing up to. I also met Michelle who did a fantastic job showing me the apparels and gave me information on each jacket and was very knowledgeable on the items Harley is selling. Those two are definitely Harley Davidsons best employees.

Fantastic experience: Brought my bike in to check out an issue with my fuel indicator. Almost ran out of gas one day & realized my light wasn’t coming on. Made it to the shop around an hour before closing fully intending to just drop it off for a couple of days, Jason checked me in promptly & said he would give me a call as soon as the tech was able to look at it. I left & within 20 minutes Jason reached out saying he was able to have a tech confirm that my fuel pump was bad. He quickly informed me that because of the age & mileage of my bike that it was still covered under an emissions warranty & that they had the part in stock! Z the tech was quick & efficient in getting the repairs done & Jason called me again shortly afterwards to tell me it was ready! They weren’t able to give it a full wash but Jason went as far as to clean it off & wipe it down himself right in the drive even though I said it was unnecessary. Really stepped up & went the extra mile for his customer. Thanks man you are awesome!

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Angelique Martinez about upcoming events at Republic Harley Davidson. Ms. Martinez was very knowledgeable and full of great ideas when assisting me with an opportunity to participate in the venue. I am looking forward to participating and meeting Ms. Martinez in person!

Negative experience: Let me start by saying I made two trips to this dealership. The first time I went I spoke to a guy named Dustin which is who I'd been communicating with by text message. He passed me to a guy named Don. At some point, I ended up with a guy named Dwight showing me bikes. This seems kind of normal. I sat down with Don to Dustin and Don to discuss cost. They hit me with that old school scam, "How much do you want your payments to be?" I said to them, that is not my concern. My only concern is the price of the bike. I will secure my own financing, or pay cash, so none of that is relevant. At this point, my time is starting to be wasted. I know this, but ok, I thought I'd see it through as I drove 45 minutes to get there. I eventually left. I actually had a pretty fair deal at another dealership, and planned to go there today to purchase my bike. I went back there to speak to them todayas I was told they could match or beat any dealers price, "No one is cheaper than us." When I arrived, they had the bike ready with my name on it. Mind you, I had been given a range of prices based off upgrades. The guy Don comes over with an offer sheet. It is literally $3000 more than my previous offer. When I stood up and said, "You guys had me drive all the way over here for this? I could have gone and bought my bike from the other dealer." Don, said to me outloud, "You better go over there and get it then." He also said a few other things. Another guy at the counter chimed in and I'm telling you that was the rudest I've ever been spoken to by two grown ass men at one time. I was basically shooed out of the there with there body language and words. I was embarrassed and I can't understand how they are selling bikes for such an esteemed brand. I am going to pick up my new bike tomorrow from the other establishment, but I'm telling you now. If you go there, be careful of the Don and Dustin guys. Slimy and disrespectful is an understatement. I can't chalk this up to an arrogance based off the brand, because I went to two other stores and the experience was great. I've always owned metric bikes, and this would be my first Harley. I don't know. After that experience, I don't know. Maybe I should run and find something else. Wow! I just can't believe this happened. Imaging two guys talking crap to a 54 year old woman because she said she got a better deal that she feels confident will be honored. Intimidating and appalling.

Fantastic experience: Nice location with good selection of bikes Friendly sales department.

Positive experience: Was greeted by my salesman Ty when I entered the dealership. Didn’t feel pressured and was given ample time with each bike I was interested in. Not once was I made to feel like I was asking stupid questions about any of the bikes. Able to test ride all the bikes I wanted and was able to make an easy decision. Worked with me on the pricing to my satisfaction. Parts department needs some work. I said I wasn’t buying anything today and they basically cut me off and sent me on my way, rather than letting me know about any deals or coming back when I was ready.

Fantastic experience: I’ve experienced a lot of good customer service over the years, but the team at Republic, Harley Davidson go above and beyond. there isn’t any pressure during the process and they make you feel like family.No better feeling.
