Negative experience: do not send your child here for driving school. two of the instructors I had fell asleep THE WHOLE TIME and gave me zero advice. One of them was a man who was just telling me how horrible this company was and how he wanted to leave the company to open his own business. They will not teach you anything that you will be tested for on the license test.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst customer service ever do not go here said they were going to do something and when it came to do he refused very unprofessional no wonder why they have bad reviews

Fantastic experience: Andrew and Luisa were the two main instructors for my driving lessons. Andrew helped me get the basics of driving down while Luisa challenged me enough so that I'd be more independent on the road. Both instructors are also very nice and patient with me. I had never had any prior experience driving behind the wheel before taking lessons with both of them and I was able to pass the test on the first try. I highly recommend these two amazing instructors!

Fantastic experience: My experience was good. My driving classes were well coordinated and they were also responsible with my schedule. The instructors were good and that helped me a lot at the DMV. Today was my appointment and thanks to BALDY VIEW DRIVING SCHOOL, I passed my exam on the first try. Thank you for everything and if I had to recommend it to someone I would gladly do it. Fantastic experience: I passed my exam first time .. Everything because of the Ms.Luisa.. she is very nice and friendly.. Luisa is a fantastic driving instructor! She's knowledgeable. Learning with her was a great experience. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: The experience was horrible with one of the instructors, he was making racist comments towards Mexicans. Asking personal questions, he used me as a chofer to go to the bathroom in a park, and took him to a bank to deposit, and to the gas station. And in place of teaching him about driving, he was complaining about everything. I hope nobody else gets that experience.

Negative experience: If I could rate it a 0 I would. This school is a complete scam and all my other class mates agreed. The instructor doesn’t give actual advice and gives outdated information. Their service is horrible and there prices are outrageous.

Fantastic experience: leah was sooo amazing she talked to me and made me feel comfortable i was nervous but she made me not nervous anymore id definitely request for leah if u want such a nice respectful instructor!! and this driving school is super affordable compared to all the others i found

Negative experience: Customer service is bad and some of the instructors just stay quiet without correcting you on ur driving and the instructor was like 20 minutes late to my appointment.

Fantastic experience: Mr Joe , was my instructor for the past 2 weeks I had Andrew for 1 day lol I passed my test ! So I 100% recommend you going here !!

Fantastic experience: I took this class back in January (permit and driving) I am 29 now but when I took it I was 28. I was having a really hard time getting my license on my own. Taking these classes for the permit (permit classes are optional if you are over 18) and lessons for the physical driving really helped build my confidence so I was able to pass 02/02/2023 and I am now officially a licensed driver. Mr. Fernando was very engaging and made learning on road rules very easy to follow and able to remember while the instructors I had were very clear and calm about answering whatever questions I had behind the wheel. The class is pricer than other driving schools but it's really worth every penny if you need the extra confidence boost. No regrets on my end!

Negative experience: There is no word to explain how much they hurt me I have one class left they doesn't let me to take my class because I gave them review about how was my classes and they said if we are not good school why you got they classes because I asked them for my refund they said they don’t have refund I leave them for god, GOD will ask them about everything they did to me and I am pretty sure they have kids too god will show them AMEN, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE CLASSES WITH THEM DON’T Put your life in risk.

Fantastic experience: I attended Baldy View 100 years ago when I was learning to drive. Ok, 24 years ago, but it feels like a lifetime ago. I passed everything on my first try. So, I knew that when my oldest needed to start his courses, that I would be returning to Baldy View. I am so glad we did! The registration process was so easy and they worked with us to spread out his behind the wheel time to best prepare him for his DMV test. His instructors were on time and helpful. They took him on the routes he would take with Rancho DMV and he also passed everything on his very first try. I highly recommend Baldy View Driving School! We will definitely be returning in 4 years when our next two start driving.

Negative experience: Do not waste your money with them I paid for 20 hours my first day was with Millie she yelled at me so many times she made me so nervous I was trying to tell her that’s why I got teacher because I don’t know how to drive and she supposed to teach me instead yelling at me I told them I don’t want to be with her anymore the lady who answers the phone Jess she’s so rude always hung up on me I was with another teacher on the freeway I got accident the teacher called Fernando he’s the boss he got so mad didn’t even ask we are ok or not I pay them for going on the freeway he told to the teacher why you took her on the freeway she said it’s on her paperwork it says only freeway and I still have one class left they supposed to call me on Nov 25th for my last class but they didn’t pls if you want to be a good driver do not get this school.

Negative experience: Not very happy with this place since I tried to get lessons for my daughter and they didn't have anything available until September, I tried to get a refund since I payed online and the telephone lady named Jess had a very rude attitude and hung up. I ended up having to go in person in order to get my refund...Horrible way to run a business and hope they don't treat all their other customers in such a rude manner. Quick advice don't pay online unless you want your money taken, go in person or call them first.

Fantastic experience: Ironically enough this is the driving school that myself and my siblings attended growing up. Fast forward to now and my eldest daughter completed their drivers Ed course and is on her last lesson of behind the wheel training. I definitely recommend this school.

Negative experience: Do not pay online this company are scamming people the girls that work there Jessy very unprofessional she hang up the phone on me and refuses to give me a refund or accommodate my son for lessons stating they have no instructor untill may we are in March I am not sure why they don’t say this online BEware do not use them

Negative experience: When you’re about to spend money at a business, you expect a certain level of courtesy. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive that courtesy from this business. They’re not the DMV, there are other options available, they should act accordingly.

Fantastic experience: My 2 daughters was under Ms. Millie , one already passed the behind the wheel test, one is waiting for her appointment. Miss Millie is the best driving teacher for my girls. My other girl, passed the behind the wheel test.. thank You Mrs, Millie…thank You Baldy View Driving School.

Fantastic experience: I attended school for 5days 2hrs a day to learn how to drive a manual transmission,with the help from Fernando I was driving stick in 3days, very professional and very patient with me,I would highly recommend this school.

Positive experience: My daughter trained with two drivers, one who went to sleep, the other was very professional, Millie. I requested Millie and the school took care of me. She was patient, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. My kid passed her test the first time. I recommend this school and if there's an issue, share, and they will correct it.

Fantastic experience: Had such a great experience with this school. My teacher was Mr.Joe. He was cool and had ALOT and I do mean ALOT (I sucked at driving prior to meeting him) of patience. I really enjoyed driving with him I learned sooooo much! :)

Fantastic experience: These people are the best in the hole I.E. the woman that was supposed to pick me up was at the DMV so the manager comes and gets me how nice of him and when he picked me up he was treating me like family we drove to there office the other instructor came we got in the car she is super cool she calls me son all the time I'm the car she is supper loving and sweet I give 10000000000 STARs if I can DO NOT GO TO ALLSTAR DRIVING SCHOOL they are not good they kept on hanging up the phone on me ....

Negative experience: i currently finished 4 hours of driving lessons with the one on one instructor and i feel like it did not teach me anything because when i was driving wth my mom i learned a lot more things then when i went with the one and one instructor i don't recommend you taking lessons with them because they do not teach you good you are better off learning with a different driving school that can help you drive safer and better.

Negative experience: They are never open when they say they are, they won't return phone calls.
