Fantastic experience: I came here for my driving test, they were super nice and anything I messed up on, he would thoroughly explain to me what to work on and why it could be potentially dangerous. They are amazing!!

Fantastic experience: After a little less than a year doing parent taught drivers Ed. ( been 40+ years since I took my driver's exam ) & letting my daughter drive this Ol' Man around to get the experience she needs on her learner's license ( can't count how many times I jammed on the non-existent brakes on the passenger side, dug holes in the arm rest w/ my fingernails, hollered out like I had a mental imbalance or just said take us home, safety, so I could pop a top & thank God for being alive & we'll try again tomorrow! ) we agreed she had enough experience to take the driving exam. I could tell she was stressed about taking the exam @ DPS w/ a Trooper, no offense... we dearly Love our police officers & everything they do for us!!!, heard about Herbert's through a friend & decided to go that route...best decision we've made in this journey to get her license. They responded to our text promptly, explained everything we needed, once we had that they scheduled us the next day...was pleasantly surprised!!! The Lady behind the counter was super friendly & the Gentleman that gave the driving test, although strick & by the book, seemed to calm my daughter's anxiety. I could tell by the smile on her face when they returned from the driver's exam this had been the best $50 spent on anything in a LONG time! Many thanks to the Herbert's for what they do & God bless!!! Seems the words gotten out, they had a steady stream of people coming in while we were there, good deal...shop locally! Now I just have to figure out how to get her insurance w/o having to donate a kidney!!!

Fantastic experience: 100% recommended for your teens learning to drive. The lady at the front was so patient and helped guide me through all the paperwork needed for my son to get his license. He had his test today and passed with flying colors. We came from Sour Lake and it was definitely worth the drive.

Fantastic experience: La academia es un buen lugar para aprender a conducir, siendo joven o adulto, el local lo atienden dos personas cordiales y muy profesionales. Aunque hablan muy poco el español ellos tratan de que exista una buena comunicación, yo realice mi examen de conducción y entendí muy bien al examinador todas las instrucciones que me indicó. Yo les recomiendo esta academia para aprender a manejar, fue una experiencia muy positiva.

Fantastic experience: I love Hebert Driving Academy for All ages the woman at the front desk is so friendly and Mr. Hebert is so knowledgeable. He is very attentive without making you feel nervous and you can appreciate the pep talk he gives you after completion to keep in mind everyday. I do a lot of reviews and this by far is one of my favorite. Hebert Driving Academy has been used by three of us including me I will send everyone their way to receive this top tier learning experience!

Fantastic experience: I had my driving test here recently and this place is awesome. I travelled all the way from Beaumont and got an appointment for road test immediately on next day. The instructor is very polite and helpful and give clear instructions while in test. The front desk is very cordial and listens to you patiently. I would definitely recommend this place for driving lesson and road test. Thanks a lot.
