Negative experience: They claim to provide adult driving and they had me reach out to someone else that had nothing to do with the school that never even reached back out to me it's been weeks I even told them that I had to switch from another driving school because of their lack of professionalism and this school basically showed me that they were basically no better. Smh

Fantastic experience: They did a great job teaching my son to drive. Very satisfied with their approach. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I’m here at 5:30 PM and it’s closed, when they close at 7:30 PM

Negative experience: The DMV application form was not dated. Could not get license. Called, texted, left voicemail. No response at all, no license. Will have to rush to Milwaukee. Thanks L and B. You’ve really helped.

Fantastic experience: I had originally posted a negative review because of an issue I had with scheduling. However, staff was very kind and patient and was willing to help us with our concerns. If you have any problems, which I doubt you will, you will definitely be listened to and helped.

Positive experience: You won't be happy if you wait for a return phone call. HOWEVER, show up during business hours and you'll be impressed. Staff friendly, efficient, and able to multitask!!

Negative experience: Had some questions. Called, left voice-mail and no response. Emailed, no response. If I can't rely on them for a response, how can I rely on them for drivers ed classes. Going elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Hands down, the best in the business. Cassandra is very down to earth and relatable to the kids. My son really liked how she made the classes fun, but educational. Highly recommended for new drivers.

Negative experience: Wow on 3/16/2021 at 12:35 I almost got into an accident on foot at the intersection of Hamilton and Chatham with a student driver because the instructor had the student stop IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD at a 4 way intersection with the RIGHT AWAY. As I am jogging I can't see if they can see me and didn't know if I was about to suddenly get hit by a car. Very unnerving to see someone teaching a student driver such curriculum. When I called about the illegal behavior the instructor that was actually in the car at the time of the incident in a very defensive manner told me "I had a new student driver" (of course you do that's your job isn't it?) and that I was somehow at fault. Lovely people there. Wouldn't send my teenager there to learn what not to do at an intersection. I am super embarrassed for his behavior as he represents others at this company.

Fantastic experience: The lady who runs the classes is absolutely amazing! My son has some mental health issues and she made him (me to) feel very comfortable with how the classes work and what will be expected of him. She walked us through everything we needed to know. We are only just beginning but I think she will teach my son everything he needs to start driving comfortably.
