Positive experience: The adult class was great. However, unfortunately they never answer their phone and I already paid for my behind the wheel 8 hour driving and it’s been over a month and I still have not gotten to learn how to drive. I am very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Both of my children completed their driving requirements here and we had a seamless/easy/positive experience . I especially appreciated that the school would pick my kids up from their school for the driving portion…that was amazing! I researched many schools before picking this one and found their prices to also be extremely reasonable. They were also willing to work with our conflicts and accommodate our personal crisis that occurred during training. I found them helpful , professional and kind. Thanks ago Team!!! I will continue to send people your way!

Negative experience: Don't send your teen driver to this driving school. Here's why. They don't return any form of communication. When you drive there to pick up necessary paperwork for the DMV or your insurance company, the ask if you have an appointment.

Negative experience: Terrible service. They won’t answer text messages and no one has shown up for driving appointments multiple times now. Don’t use this driving school.

Negative experience: Basically, my experience here is a disaster. I chose here because the website looks professional, but that’s just a lie, I will explain this as objectively as I can. Admittedly, the lecturers and instructors are professional and friendly, but the management is horrible. You can do nothing but pay fee through the website, not schedule classes, neither record your progress. They schedule all the behind wheel classes by text messages one day ahead, and the time slots are mostly random. I’m a graduate student so my timetable is quite flexible, which means I accepted almost all their “chances”, but I still spent 8 weeks in finishing all the classes. Before my last class, the manager promised that I would get all the documents needed by that class, but she/he miscalculated my class time and didn’t prepare the exam, which made me have to take another time slot. But when will the next time slot be? I have no idea. I was so mad and tried to reach out someone for an answer, but there’s no way to do that. Here is another issue- for most cases, you can never reach out to them after you have paid the money. They won’t answer the phone, they won’t respond to your message and email, even on workdays during work hours. I don’t wish to bother anyone- I paid money for my license, but not for being a message sender. But it is not helpful at all if you need at least an exact time to schedule the DMV appointment and the vehicle dealer. It’s not my fault that I can’t get the documents by the last class, I assumed that at least someone should say sorry and try to fix the problem. But no one is working on that till now. Above all, if you have enough patience and don’t mind to get the license in 3 months or even longer, (I have to say that you need very flexible schedules to make it 3 months, it should be at least 6 months if you can’t meet most of the specific time slots they offering) this comment is not helpful for you. But if you wish to get the license effectively, it is better to look for another place.

Negative experience: BEWARE!! My daughter started her driver’s training in December 2021. Fast forward to August 2022 she has yet to complete her second phase. This school is a scam. If you happen to get someone on the phone they pass the buck and say someone else has to call me back with the information however, that call never happens. They had don’t return emails or text messages. Don’t waste your time or money!! Go with a different school.

Negative experience: They started off great. They finished my child’s classroom portion and the first two driving portions without difficulty. She has two more driving sections left they won’t return my calls, text, or emails. I have been reaching out for days. The last response I received was vague and didn’t answer my question nor did they set up a time. I’m at the point that I feel I may have to report them to the police. I will never use these people again and I don’t recommend them. If they are having issues recently then how hard would it be to call or email me to let me know. Instead they are choosing to be irresponsible. Im at a loss. This is ridiculous.

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend this driving school because I was behind one of their cars , I don't know if the one driving was a student or teacher but they pulled in front of me and I almost hit him and then the traffic light turned red and he passed the red light, this is dangerous so definitely students are not learning because you shouldn't do that , it's a good way to be in an accident.

Fantastic experience: I’m not a very good test taker but I ended passing the written exam on my first go! Ms.Chris was very informative and made it very easy to comprehend! I haven’t taken my behind the wheel yet but I’m positive it’ll be just as smooth. 10/10 Would recommended to people. Update: I passed the behind the wheel test last December! Forgot to edit that in lol

Positive experience: I’m only doing 3 stars for now because my child is still in school. Yes everyone seems nice and polite. However the communication is kind of starting to rear itself.. classes are $525 which is the most expensive I’ve seen thus far. However it’s the 2nd week and my child is literally being sent home early again. Last week the students were released before 5:30. And today again classes start at 10am and set to end at 5:30 and my child texted saying they will be released at 1pm. So my true concern is what are the kids learning in such short time? I don’t feel I’m getting my monies worth and i dont know if i would feel secure in letting my child get on the road. He can’t even tell me what he learned he just says it’s very unprofessional. So idk.. guess I’ll wait to see what happens in the next two classes. I picked this school because of the availability. They had a class that started prior to the start of summer which seemed perfect.

Fantastic experience: I signed my son Eric for driving classes at Go Team Driving School and he really looked forward to his Saturday classes. Whenever I called Go Team and left a message someone always returned my calls. The staff was very professional, and thorough on the phone. Prior to calling Go Team I called other Driving Schools and left messages with no call backs. Go Team is conveniently located, reasonably priced with a payment option and professional. Go Team

Fantastic experience: Really fun class for my granddaughter, she enjoyed it. Team is very professional yet feels like family. All around great experience for my granddaughter and me. And being able to register/pay online was another plus.

Fantastic experience: We enjoyed our experience with Go Team. My daughter learned what she needed to help her become more comfortable driving. I was very satisfied with the adjustments/precautions implemented due to the COVID.

Fantastic experience: My son attended The Go Team Driving School for the 14-hour adult session and thus far we have been quite pleased. He passed the written portion of the class on his first day and we are awaiting the scheduling of his driving sessions. Ready to have another driver in the house!

Negative experience: Definitely poor communication skills . I’ve been calling the place since Tuesday back to back, yet no response . It is now Thursday, and now we’re stuck because of the lack of communication skills this school has.
