Negative experience: Horrible people and horrible place.... they want to eat off you... I've paid $95 for this class twice at the same place first time didn't received any information or emails to confirm my first class. The second time they kick me of of the class without giving me any options and told me to pay again foe the class.... not fair people without understanding and professionalism... the Indian guy that answer the phone was extremely rude and arrogant... we are paying for a class that's basically $100 and i dont think is near fair to get in return rudness and bad treatment with no solution at all... I not paying another $300 to this dishonest scam of school thats tries to easy eat off people that's not well inform or afraid to answer questions... PEOPLE PLEASE CALL PLACES AND ASK QUESTIONS BE IMFORM BEFORE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY.. THEY TAKE MONEY EASY BUT HARD TO RETURN BACK OR MAKE ADJUSTMENTS
It's unfortunate you feel that way. DDS has very strict rules that we have to follow for Zoom classes or we lose our license.
The instructor removed you after warnings that you can not be at work and in class at the same time. You have to be attentive for the duration of the class and also participate.

Negative experience: You will be absolutely crazy to go with this company. Nothing was explained, I just received random calls at random times. Just don’t do what I did, I purchased everything online before speaking with someone. The guy running the class told me he would NOT refund my money. Lol still got it back but horrible experience all together. Absolutely horrible.
The fact that students cannot be late to class is a strict DDS rules that we have to follow'. We regret the fact that the Instructor did not allow you in late, but she was just following DDS rules and regulations that were on the contracts you signed. The calls were to inform you of what you needed to do to successfully complete the class.

Fantastic experience: They where very helpful. Good instructors. The best I've experienced and I've took a couple of these types of classes. Went out of there way to make sure I had what I needed and was able to take the class . Even gave me recommendations for the other classes I had to take when I asked without hesitation. Fantastic experience: I enjoyed Mr. Osa’s class very informative. You will learn and understand ways about yourself that you have yet to know. I will take what I learned and also be able to help others with it including myself. Once you finish the exam your certificate will be issued to you! Make sure your on time and professional because you will get kicked out of the class and have to pay again! I have seen it happen!

Fantastic experience: I was annoyed at first that I would need to get up on a Saturday to do this class but I wanted to reduce points from a speeding ticket so I went. I am SO glad I did. Mr. O is very gentle, funny, patient, and engaging with students. I am so happy I went. It actually turned into a good way to spend a Saturday. I learned so many things I did not know. I will be a much better driver from this class. My husband is going next!
