Fantastic experience: The last few years we had come to the conclusion that our son would never be able to drive as his fear and anxiety had debilitated him to the point it was not an option. That was real until the day we met Emma Parker. She opened doors for him that I feared were sealed shut. He has found confidence, excitement and independence and it would not have been possible without her. Emma is an angel in my eyes and someone I will never forget. She is patient, understanding and took an approach with him that was exactly what he needed. Her ability to connect with him and coach him up was beyond reproach. I am eternally grateful and could never truly repay the hope she has restored to our family. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: My instructor Emma actually made me WANT to drive. I am still a bit nervous regarding it and about some of it. But emma taught me a bunch of strategies and tips i can actually use now to make myself feel far FAR more confident and safe when im behind the wheel.

Fantastic experience: Life savers. My niece had Elba as her instructor for 2, 2hour sessions, and the test. She was great and very patient as it had been a year since my niece had really practiced driving. Really helped her a great deal. My niece passed the test with Elba and just got her driver's license from the DMV. Very thankful and well worth the drive from Pensacola.

Fantastic experience: We are so proud of SB! She has worked hard to overcome her fears and with the help of Jana at Emerald Coast Driving School in Panama City, Sarah has been taking lessons and learned to drive. Jana helps all drivers and teens but was uniquely talented at supporting Sarah with her anxiety about learning to drive and potential collisions. Sarah’s autism and ADHD made learning to drive very challenging and impossible for us to safely navigate, Jana was able to patiently support Sarah through her individual needs and we cannot express how grateful we are to her and Emerald Coast Driving School! Although her younger sister doesn’t have the same unique needs, we will be signing up with Jana in June when she turns 15, as I would not want anyone else to teach our daughteer the fundamentals of driving safely. Fantastic experience: I very recently completed a six hour course with Mrs. Jana to help with my confidence and just over all - help driving on the road and understanding what I need to be paying attention too. She was the most supportive and amazing person I have EVER been in the car with. She understands that sometimes even if we are nervous we have to learn, and she makes you enjoy being in the car. I looked forward to my lessons with her and she made me laugh and brought back my confidence in the car. She goes above and beyond to make the experience more than ‘just driving’. My parents now understand ‘driving language’ and everyone in my family is very happy I was taught by the best. If I ever am on the road and I start to feel like something is off or I am missing something I say “What Would Jana Do?”. I appreciate emerald coast driving school so much!

Fantastic experience: Mr. Tim was great. My daughter took lessons with him and feels so much more confident about driving. He was so nice and made sure she was comfortable behind the wheel. Negative experience: “Safe driving is no accident” but you guys exhibit texting while driving, in your COMPANY VEHICLE. That’s a little hypocritical don’t you think? And no, that wasn’t just at a red light (which is still illegal, you should know that?), if using a GPS is your excuse then your phone needs to be mounted on the dash. Nice job deflecting though when being caught out on something. When my wife took the picture, and video that we have too, you were definitely moving and looking down at your phone while sipping your Starbucks. Do better, Ms. Holier Than Thou. You should not be teaching anyone.

Fantastic experience: Where do i begin Miss. Emma is amazing. In the beginning I was nervous didn’t have a clue about driving. But the patience and determination and dedication this woman had to teach me was incredible. Now i can proudly say that i can drive just because of her. If you’re a beginner and you have no guidance this is where you got to go yes it’s very expensive but precautions are anyday better than cure. Thanks you again Miss Emma forever gonna be grateful.

Fantastic experience: I had Mr. Tim. My name was too long for the computer system so he called up the DMV after sending me and my Mom off to come back tomorrow when he had it all hammered out. So me and my Mom get home, we have dinner, I'm sitting down drinking my soda and all of a sudden I get a call from Mr. Tim and sure enough he says "Hey, I just couldn't let this go. Your name was too long for the system, here's what it is now, if you want we can do your driving test now." It was 6 something pm, and I turned to my Mom and she was like "YES let's go!" SO I told Mr. Tim and he was like "Alright awesome, just text me when you get here so I can let you in." SO we get there, he let's us in, 5 minutes tops go by and me and Mr. Tim are out the door, in the car, and we're taking my driving test. It was no longer than 15 minutes, and we were talking about random things the whole time. Mr. Tim is a very kind instructor, and I truly enjoyed my time there. It was way better than sitting in the DMV for hours and hours. I definitely recommend going there for your drivers test cause it was AWESOME.

Fantastic experience: We feel so much better about our teen driver's skills after his 12 hour in-person driving course. Emma was a comprehensive teacher, on time, and pleasant to work with. We are sending the 12 hour certificate to our insurance company to help us decrease the cost of insuring a teen driver! I only have wonderful things to say about this company and the positive impact they have had on our teen driver. Thank you Emma and the EC Driving School!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Emerald Coast Driving school, was amazing. Before my classes with Emma, I hadn’t driven in 3 years and I was very anxious about driving again especially in a new area. Fantastic experience: For years I always wanted to get my drivers license but wasn’t able to. So I’ve finally took the courage to sign up with a driving school where I met Ms. Emma who was very patient, very jovial and made my learning experience a better one from other instructors I’ve been with but wasn’t able to understand. I took my driving exam today and I passed on the first try. I just want to say thank you Ms. Emma for pushing me and believing in me with I doubted myself. I will miss our lessons but you taught me skills that will last a life time.

Fantastic experience: Jenna was extremely amazing. I went from being so nervous to a confident driver because of her. She made sure I got all the skills needed to be an excellent driver. I recommend her a million percent because she is very patient and helps with whatever weakness or concerns you have and I was never made to feel as if I was being an inconvenience even when I had so many questions regarding being a safe driver.

Negative experience: Lady was very rude and abrupt when my child signed up for the wrong class. Poor customer service skills and very accusatory even though she said she wasn't being towards me about parents who don't take their kids on busy roads. She was extremely rude. My child thought she was signing up for driving school where they teach technique instead I got a run down on the Florida requirement for a driver license which we already knew. My child wanted to learn the safest and responsible way possible only to be met with rudeness. Then the lady tried to get me to sign my child up for for a bigger package which would have been possible if she wasn't so rude. *****update***** There was no mistaken passion from rudeness. You were very rude. It is very clear that you didn't listen to my responses or chose to use selective hearing when I answered your questions. I look forward to my refund as services were not rendered. I hope nothing but the best for your continued success with your 300+ students and your 5 star reviews. Sadly, our experience didn't reflect anything you boasted about in your response.

Fantastic experience: I was given the information for this school to complete a 3n3 in order to get my license back. We had to do 4 hours behind the wheel and an extended driving test. I have previously been driving for 18 years and figured it would just be the same as the test performed before and all that I've already learned in the past. Mrs Jana was amazing! Everything that I learned was extremely helpful and things that I will use for the rest of my life while driving that others failed to teach me. Before preforming the extended driving test she gave me all the skills I would need to perform it and so much more. And when my children become of age to start driving I will be sending them here to see them as well so that I know for 100 % that they are ready and completely prepared to be out on the road not only driving safely but also to know how to watch for others who aren't following road safety. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Mr. Tim enough for the road skills exam prep lesson. My son felt very prepared for his test at the Okaloosa County Tax collector location. He was even complimented by the test administrator, and the credit definitely goes to Mr. Tim!! He will get your student prepared to pass with flying colors!

I was very nervous in the beginning, but with Ms. Jana’s help, I became comfortable enough to drive on highways and hectic Walmart parking lots. Fantastic experience: My 16 year old son took driving lessons with Emma at Emerald Coast driving school. He was so nervous with driving and very apprehensive about getting his license. Emma was great with giving him the confidence to hit the road. She would pick him up and take him on the road for 90 minute sessions and every time he got a little more comfortable. Towards the end of his lessons, he was ready! He passed his road test a few weeks ago and now he wants to drive everywhere! Thank you for all of your help and patience Emma! Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Emerald Coast Driving School. I signed my daughter up for the initial 12 hr course....we added the 10 hr night time course as well as the 2 hr prep course prior to her road test. Jana is the real deal!! No joke! My daughter was "lucky" enough to drive in fog and rain. Jana made sure my kiddo knew what to expect in every aspect of driving and being aware of her surroundings at all times. When the last lesson was over, my daughter came in and said she was sad that it was over and she really enjoyed just driving around and talking to Jana about her day.
