Negative experience: He was very rude and disrespectful to me, he told me to come to his driving class and when I come up there he’s nowhere to be found. I try calling him on the cell phone and he practically curses me out saying he has already been booked by another person. And screams at me because I called him three times because my dad took me all this way for nothing. I had a terrible experience and I was treated very unfairly. Not to mention after cursing me out he hangs up in my face, my dad was very upset and so was I. I will not be doing business here, I’m certain that I can find a better establishment. But the experience was so bad that I had to at least let people know who’s looking for a driving tutor that this one wasted my time and disrespected me afterwards. And if you want to learn to drive I’d definitely advise looking elsewhere. He overbooks himself and gets irritated with you for his own mistakes and I don’t think anyone should have to deal with that when learning how to drive. And then before that it took awhile for me to even get in contact with him. He would immediately hang up on me or he would just not pick up the phone at all. Those reviews must be fake because the guy I got was totally disrespectful and rude. He was very immature how he handled the situation, he had a temper tantrum on the phone like a toddler going through it’s terrible two’s.

Negative experience: I called to ask a question I was hung up on immediately before I can even get a word out I don't know who upset the guy who answered the phone but he's very unprofessional... The reviews must be fake I never in my life experienced anything like this

Fantastic experience: I just completed my 2nd driving test and the road test. The reason is because my instructor Jim made it easy and simple to understand. The class was fun and informative, everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand. The way Jim explained directions and how to perform maneuvers made everything very simple to understand. When I started I didn’t know any of the exercises but the way they were explained helped a lot. Thanks Jim for helping me get my license. -Raymond

His ablility to thouroughly explain instructions in a clear way made parallel parking so easy. The long back-to-back lessons definitely felt shorter than it actually was. Fantastic experience: Jim he is a great teacher.. I definitely recommend him. He is more of a teacher than a person to tell you what to do.. if you have test anxiety or nervous about getting in the car with new people he is the one you want

Fantastic experience: My trainerJim used a lot of positive reinforcement which what I was really nervous about. He didn't reprimand me, rather coached me, on the small stuff I was doing wrong which really helped my anxiety during the practice. I was only supposed to get a three hour lesson, which is all I payed for, but he understood that I had been off the road for a while and gave me an extra hour to get comfortable. All in all if I had gotten another training school I don't think I would have been ready with one practice but by the time the test came around I was confident and able to remember everything I learned which allowed me to pass the first try. I would definitely recommend this driving school and if you can....tryy to get Jim.

Fantastic experience: All I can really say as a student, Jim is probably the best teacher, he got through to me when I doubt anyone else could. He answered all my questions and walked me through everything I asked, didn’t get mad or anything, I definitely would suggest anyone to him.

Negative experience: Would not recommend them to anyone. They really need to update their information. The calendar clearly states they have a class at Hampton Inn today. Got my daughter up early to be there by eight to find out they do not hold classes there AT ALL. My child was so disappointed. Luckily, I was able to find a great place for her to go and they didn't mind waiting for us to get there. Also, I did try calling them several times for more information and no one bothered to call me back. Don't know how they stay in business.
