Fantastic experience: very nice people. my instructor was very kind and patient with me, as I was incredibly nervous!! they passed me and told me what I needed to work on as I drove more on my own. excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience here! Dawn, the secretary, is super helpful and makes scheduling easy she’s honestly so sweet and cares about everyone passing you can tell she loves her job. Brandon is also a fantastic instructor he was patient, gave me great tips, and great at building confidence. Edward, the owner was also supportive and cares about making sure we are comfortable. They prepared me well for my test. I believe this place is worth the investment.

Fantastic experience: I took my son for his driving course and test today and it was absolutely beautiful inside the workers were also respectful and so nice and my son also said he felt very comfortable when doing his course and his test I love it you should try it.

Fantastic experience: DO NOT GO TO THE DMV , go here instead. After literally failing so many times at the DMV because of horrible instructors I went here and passed first try. Even though I was not used to driving a mini cooper I catched on quickly and my lady instructor was so nice. The tests are very quick and no waiting , do not waste your time at the pennDot . My driving instructor was the one who told me about this place because a Philly pennDot had failed one of her students even though he was been driving for 10 years at another country. He also came here before me and at passed at driven2drive!!!! Good luck on your test.

Fantastic experience: Our experience at D2D Brookhaven was top-notch. We had several uncomfortable experiences at another local driving school, and the professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency of D2D were so refreshing! They truly offer personalized service and are so responsive to the customer's needs. While we were waiting, the administrative assistant was talking another nervous customer through the test, and she was so supportive and encouraging. I would highly recommend this driving school.

Fantastic experience: Everything about this company is A+ First Rate! The office is nice and clean with a comfortable waiting area. Very warm professional caring staff. The vehicles are excellent to drive and in great condition. The instructors are very knowledgeable warm friendly and patient. If you need to get a driver's license or just a defensive driving class I can't think of anywhere I'd rather send friends family and children. Exceeded every expectation

Fantastic experience: If I could give them 100 stars I would! From the moment I met the receptionist Ms.Dawn I felt welcomed. She has a warm embrace about her that I knew immediately that this was the place for me. Then I met my driving instructor Coach Mike! This man is a GodSend! I've failed the test so many times, and I had a terrible car accident that I believe that I was not fit to be a driver. Not only did he teach me how to drive and PARK! He helped restore faith and confidence in myself. I appreciate seeing them both every week and it was worth ever penny. If you are thinking about booking them please do! You won't regret it!! Thank you to this team for helping me and I wish I could take more lessons just to see them I would.

Negative experience: Waste of money. Don't even bother. They put my son in car he wasn't familiar with and then took the test , failed him and had the gall to ask for another 140.00 to teach him what he failed. Seriously. Absolute rip off and money hungry.

Fantastic experience: Both my daughter and son have had their drivers education instructions and driving test done at the Driven2Drive facility located in Bala Cynwood. They are both very responsible young drivers and we were thrilled with the ease of this process from the beginning. The staff and instructors are wonderful. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic. Friendly staff, great coordination, and the trainer/examiner (Michael) is such a great person - knowledgeable, helpful, no-nonsense guy who has the best interest of the student.

Positive experience: I rarely give a 5 star. This 4 star is great ratings. My daughter had the 3 two hour package with the test added. Her instructor was Coach Mike. Before my daughter got out of our car and into the car with coach Mike, he asked her questions, my husband questions. I thought that was a great move, as he was curtailing his lessons to her needs according to the answers. When the lesson was over he spoke to us about her driving. I appreciated his parental like efforts that he put into making my daughter fool comfortable. Coach Mike is the right type of instructor to have in that roll, as he is an instructor and mentor.

The customer service that was provided was uabove and beyond. Well worth the money and time spent. I definitely will recommend.

I had the Brookhaven branch and the receptionist Dawn was extremely friendly. I had the pleasure of having all of the instructors take me on a lesson atleast once, they were all great, my favorite being Maya. 100% recommend

Negative experience: Worst customer experience I ever had!

Negative experience: Called to inquire about a defensive driving course. Whoever answered the phone, didn’t greet or introduce herself. Immediately transferred me before I was finished my inquiry and then it was ringing with no voice message. Glad I didn’t book anything if this is how business is ran.

Fantastic experience: I had coach mike. He told me the first day I would have my license once I take the test. Well today I took my test and passed! Thank you so much! Money well spend and I had a great experience.

Fantastic experience: This was the best decision I could have made and money well spent. The front desk receptionist Krystal, with a "K" lol, was very helpful in setting up my appointment time the following week compared to almost a months wait with Penn Dot. She was very knowledgeable with their package options for my needs. My instructor, Micheal Warrick aka Coach Mike was absolutely one of the best instructors. He made me feel comfortable, told me what to expect, patient and funny. He knows his stuff and has made me better at parallel parking through his system of teaching. Listen if your serious and want to learn, have fun, and pass then THIS is where you need to go to book your lesson and road test!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at drive2drive i booked 2 lesson and was so nervous but mike was a great teacher and made me feel confident in my driving skills. I ended up taking the test after my second lesson and passing!! definitely recommended this driving school! make sure you ask for coach mike!

Negative experience: My instructor Patricia made me feel more nervous she was not the “calm instructor” I thought she would be. She was aggressive and I felt even more nervous at times behind the wheel. If I made a mistake she yelled. I Was very nervous because I couldn’t really understand what she was trying to say.

Fantastic experience: Our daughter learned how to drive the second she received her permit. We went for a test at the DMV and failed within seconds…. She parallel parked but was a few inches from the curb. We had friends that referred us to driven 2 drive . We spoke to Crystal in Brookhaven. We explained that we know she was ready but asked the best route to go. Crystal was amazing setting us up for the best service. She told us that since we knew she was ready, she offered a refresher and same day test. My daughter was extremely nervous. Within 10 seconds of meeting Coach Mike, she smiled and gave me a thumbs up. Refresher was supposed to be 30-40 minutes and then the test. She walked back in about 20 minutes later with a perfect score. She was taking the fresher and Coach said let’s do this…. She passed the test with flying colors. If I would have just signed up, we could have avoided the stress of the DMV. We have a son who is starting the process of getting his permit. The second he gets his permit, Crystal and Coach Mike are getting the call. If I could give a million stars, I would!! Driving is stressful enough, but D2D is a God send

Fantastic experience: I had such a great time with my teacher Mike he was really nice and helped me out, I had scheduled 3 lessons but really got everything down in one and he helped me feel confident, I just passed my test 100% today they really train you for the test day. Negative experience: Broohaven is the pits the girl at the front desk is rude. They never answer the phone and are unprofessional and I'm reporting them to better business it's a RIP off. Find someone else. Not worth it.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous about learning how to drive I swore up and down I was going to fail my test but my instructor Edward was so nice and helpful he broke it down in a way I feel anybody can understand and also was very patient when I made mistakes Thanks so much guys everybody there was so nice !

Fantastic experience: Best driving school experience ever, the car is very easy and little to use. You'll have to paid $75 for a road test, which is worth. It ain't that long either, all you need to do for the test is parallel parting, signals, and then the road in the area in Brookhaven. So don't be afraid to get your license from Driven2drive cause they have a really nice driving teacher and you'll get it. Go online put your information, then the next day someone will call you to schedule.

Negative experience: I ordered a lesson in October and NEVER got a call so when I tried to call and get my money back I got the run around twice!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Driven2drive in the Brookhaven location was fantastic. I took a lesson before my test and was able to go over the things that I struggled with driving and the instructor helped me with pinpointing what is okay and what is not okay to do and was able to teach me techniques that I'm able to take with me down the road.The Instructor was very understanding and not intimidating I felt comfortable driving and found a confidence in myself by having a good instructor to teach me to drive. I just want to say thank you to Driven 2 Drive for having a good teaching experience and also given me the confidence that I didn't have before with driving. Thanks to the team at D riven2drive. I also want to say thank you to the receptionist Fair allowing me to have flexible scheduling time so I thank you. I would definitely recommend taking lessons for driving at the Brookhaven location and the test.

Negative experience: 1 Star is still too high to rate Driven2Drive Driving School. I booked and paid for 4 hours of lessons, and to take the Driving test at their location.. They only showed and provided 1.5 hours of lessons. The day of my driving test, they were supposed to pick me up to practice for 2 hours, and then take me to the driving test. They never showed. I ended up having to use someone else’s car for the drivers test since they never showed. On top of it all, they refuse to refund me for the no show and for the hours I booked that they also didn’t show for. “nO rEfUnDs” Use another company!
