Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter here because I made a mistake on an appointment. The DPS sent me away and said go find somewhere to take a driving test or wait 3 months. I set up an appointment here at White Settlement and they took care of us very quickly. The instructor Tony was awesome and made my daughter feel at ease. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone.

Fantastic experience: This location is super helpful and friendly my daughter feels comfortable with the driving instructor and has gained confidence in her driving abilities. They make the class easy and fun for students to learn the rules of the road so they are ready to take the exam.

Fantastic experience: The Austin Driving School on Cherry lane in Ft Worth is amazing. The staff is incredible and very accommodating. The facility is clean and the program is straight forward and simple. Price is highly competitive and flexible hours to complete the program. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone but especially families with hectic, busy schedules needing flexibility and understanding.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had an hour of review and also driving test in September at this location. Ms. Tammy at the reception was very helpful and we had very nice conversation as I waited for my daughter to return from the test. Instructor Mr. Tony was the best and very patient he gave my daughter very good advice for a new driver. My daughter was so nervous the first time and we had to return for another chance, she felt so happy when she passed the exam. This is a great office with great staff and we are definitely coming back next year with another child who turns 16. Will definitely recommend this office to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I just took my driving test at the Austin Driving School, the location on Cherry Lane and it was a great experience. Before going and taking the test i felt anxious and nervous, although when i met Tony the nerves fell right off. He made me feel comfortable while testing, socialized to bring me out of my shell, and was all around an amazing and kind instructor. I wanted to share our wonderful experience and extend our heartfelt appreciation to the staff for their exceptional service. During our visit approximately a month ago, Tony Seghetti, the examiner, stood out with his impressive kindness, helpfulness, and extensive knowledge. Tony went above and beyond to ensure that my grandson felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the driving test. His friendly demeanor and understanding of the nervousness associated with such tests were truly commendable. Tony's expertise and guidance provided valuable reassurance, making the entire experience more positive for my grandson. The front reception at Austin Driving School was equally outstanding. The staff members were amazing and incredibly helpful. From the moment we stepped in, they greeted us warmly and provided assistance with any queries or concerns. Fantastic experience: I took my practical test yesterday at this location, and I want to express my gratitude to all the staff, especially to Mr. Tony Seghetti, who conducted my test. Normally, one feels nervous and uneasy, but he turned those feelings around. From the very beginning, he was very kind and tried to give me a lot of confidence, as I don't have fluent English, so he aimed to be as clear as possible when providing instructions. Thank you very much, Mr Tony, for your assistance. I felt very comfortable during the test, and I appreciate the advice you gave me.

Negative experience: My 16 year old daughter has been going to this driving school and complained about the employees being rude. But once she started the driving portion it went drastically downhill. 2 different male instructors have both put their hands on my daughter in an aggressive way. The most recent being on Saturday july 22nd. The instructor slapped my daughters hands/arm while she was driving and risked creating an accident in what he calls "an attempt to get her attention". He has her so upset and fearful now that we are concerned about her ability to drive. I am in the process of gathering all the information so that I can initiate the complaint to the local authorities. This is unacceptable in every way and the Manager was even aggressive and dismissive of my wife when she tried to address it. This is the definition of a place you should not take your impressionable child to to learn to drive.

Negative experience: The old blonde woman in the front desk is super abrasive with any interaction. I came in and not even two words in and she’s cutting you off. The male instructor is kind, but if she’s being paid to sit all day, she should have a better attitude.

Negative experience: **Tried** to use them for testing. Woman who answered the phone was really rude. She wanted to put me on hold because “she was really busy and had a customer.” They are not interested in getting my business. Don’t test here.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. My daughter went in for her driving test. Before testing, the instructor told her that mostly all parent instructed students did not pass. So, this was the cherry on top for an already nervous teenager. Then, during the test he proceeded to say that the bad driving of a parent taught student is the reflection of the parents bad driving. The instructor continued to state that this is the reason why we as parents, should let professionals, like him, teach them. I will never visit Austin Driving School again for sure.

Fantastic experience: My 2 other kids went to Sears Driving, I was skeptical after having a bad experience at the Mccart Driving with my 3rd and final son but Cherry Lane is awesome!! From the moment I stepped in the door they were caring, organized and extremely helpful and even apologetic about the other school. I would truly trust and recommend them!!!!

Negative experience: My daughter just had a horrible driver’s test experience here with Tony Seghetti. He was rude and condescending to her DURING the entire test when most young drivers are extremely nervous. He even grabbed the wheel at one point when she was driving carefully through a construction zone. When it was over and she had parked he further berated her and told her if she ever killed somebody with her driving his name would be on her driver’s test and when she became emotionally overwhelmed, he told her to stop being a baby and if she didn’t stop crying, he would have to make her do the test all over again. Who behaves this way? Who treats a 19 year-old girl like this? SHAME ON YOU, Mr. Seghetti. If you can’t instruct young people with respect, patience, courtesy, and common decency, you should find a new field of work. I will discourage anyone I hear is considering this driving school and I certainly will not be sending my 3 other children to this school.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place! All 3 of my kids have gone here and the teachers are caring and encouraging! They have exceptional customer service and great the students like family!

Negative experience: If I could give them a zero, I would. They are extremely rude to kids. Constantly saying they should be paid more. Tina is not the owner and she is constantly complaining about the owner in Austin, TX.

Negative experience: Very ignorant now in days. I got my license from the school and I haven't been driving for about 2 years cause of personal reasons. I call them last week and they said they'll return my call, never did. Then I called today asking if I could have a driving section which is 155 dollars. They just had attitude over the phone and assumed I didn't have a credit card or job cause I don't drive. They said have your mom or dad take you up her so they can pay for it. I said I've done this before and paid over the phone, they said "oh so you have a credit card " and I just hung up. Look if you don't like your job then quit and find something you like doing instead of making others feeling miserable cause you're miserable.

Negative experience: Didn't even bother to answer my call just fowarded it wow

Fantastic experience: Coach was very helpful and patient! He reiterated many tips, especially "the four fies" and how to do the parallel parking! I would recommend them to others.

Positive experience: Giving 4 stars because my daughter was able to get her permit class and everything thru them, she said she learned SO MUCH regarding laws and signs and things she didn't know, my daughter had an overall GREAT experience with them . The lady in the front desk was SOOO SUPERRR NICE to me, and super informative. She answered ALL my questions and tried to help me as much as she could. What upset me has absolutely NOTHING to this office, but with HQ, when i was ready to schedule my daughter's private driving lessons they stated they would NOT accommodate her hours (after 4p, after school), in my opinion if the parent/student is willing to pay $430 they should be MORE than willing to accommodate driving. I ended up going with a private driving instructor that was cheaper and i feel worked out wayyyyyyyyyy better than having to go with a driving school. All in all, the White Settlement Austin Driving School was effective, we paid for what we got and my daughter was happy.

Negative experience: This driving school is honestly not worth the money. The instructors I had while I was there didn't really teach. One of them yelled at me in the car and didn't attempt to correct anything I did wrong until the last ten minutes of the lesson. The others just chatted with the passengers and barely interacted with me at all. They didn't teach me everything they were supposed to, and when asked about when I would learn things such as parallel parking, told us we would have to pay for an extra lesson to learn how to parallel park. They should have done it within the lessons that we had already paid for. Don't waste your money or time with this driving "school."

Negative experience: I saw a man driving an Austin Driving School car this afternoon on Camp Bowie while texting on his phone. My teenager is not going there.

Negative experience: Horrible communication. When you pay for driving school, you would think that you would be "taught" to drive!?! Taking driving lessons every 3-4 weeks, is not ample time to learn to drive, especially when you pay a school to "teach" you!!!!

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible. Teacher barely covers the material, rambles pointlessly, driving instructors are more "Do it my way" then "Do it the correct way". 1/10 would NOT recommend. Sears is a much better school.
