Fantastic experience: Bay Cities Driving School has been a great experience! Scheduling was easy and straightforward, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We completed the online driving course first, which was convenient and well-organized, followed by the over-the-road instruction. Jeffrey was my son’s instructor, and he was fantastic—patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging. He really helped my son feel comfortable behind the wheel and confident about driving. Highly recommend this school for anyone looking for a supportive and professional learning environment.

Fantastic experience: This driving school provides a fantastic learning experience, with patient and knowledgeable instructors. Making students feel comfortable and prepared for their driving test. Our son had 3, two-hour-long driving with driving instructor who made him feel comfortable during the process. We highly recommend this school for all your driving needs.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the Bay Area Driving School. I took 6 hours of driving lessons with Jason Neves before taking my Driving Test, after moving here from a different country where I already had a driving permit. I learned a lot during these lessons. Jason taught me everything I needed to know to survive on the streets of the bay area (and to pass the test on the first try).

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about the staff at BADS, everyone there makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Sent my son there leading up to his driving test after working with him and not feeling very confident..... ha. After a few sessions he passed his test on the first try! I thought I could surely coach him enough but I was wrong, If you are looking for a driving school and get lost in all the options, stop looking and call them! You'll be glad you did!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a fantastic experience with Bay Area Driving School. To prep for her written exam, she took the self paced online course and then completed the behind the wheel training with Mrs. Erika. Mrs. Erika was very kind, personable, and knowledgeable. After every training, she would give helpful feedback so she would know what she needed to practice before her next training. I'm happy to report that my daughter passed with flying colors and was only marked down 4 points! I recommend using Bay Area Driving School.

Fantastic experience: I had the most wonderful experience. I was concerned about finishing on time the online class, but the two ladies that assisted me were very patient and did an excelent job with the instrucciones. They truly went above and beyond to assist me and walked me through all the bumps that I encountered. These two ladies Joany(sp)and Erika were my angels. I was able to finish before the deadline and passed the final test! Everything was sent to the DMV and notified me of my completion. I AM VERY THANKFUL FOR THE QUALITY OF CARING AND EXCELENT LADIES THAT REALY CARE ABOUT DOING THEIR BEST POSIBLE WORK. This was a very positive experience for me and I will always recomend The Bay Area Driving School. Loved getting the "driving report cards" with my son's progress and what he would be working on the next session. Quick turnaround for emails and/or messages. Jason was my son's instructor, and he was great. Calm, easy going. Thank you all for a great experience. I HIGHLY recommend this school and plan on using them again for my next son's training.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at the "Bay Area Driving School" (Traffic School). Before I even took the course (on-line), I had called them several times and they were so kind and helpful with all my questions. After taking the course, I truly feel like I am a more conscientious driver. I am 71 years old and the last time I studied the driving laws to this extent, I was 17 years old. It's been a "win-win" experience. I definitely recommend Bay Area Driving School ~ By the way, I had checked out 4 other schools but I chose this one because of their great customer service! Fantastic experience: Very cool instructor (John) and very helpful and clam when driving. Being picked up from my house and driving around Oakland made me more comfortable with being on the road and more comfortable around other cars. Angel helped me make my appointment for the driving lesson and it was easy , breezy, and beautiful, 100/10 service!!!!

Jason was above and beyond FANTASTIC with my teen - Jason's upbeat positive and fun personality kept my teen at ease while learning to drive. I had Jonathan Alfaro as my instructor and he was very patient and helped me feel confident in my driving skills. I passed the road test on the first try! The staff has been amazing to work with! We needed one of the certificates expedited and they were willing to do that for me. Excellent customer service! I would definitely use again.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Bay Area Driving School. We had a very positive experience with both my daughter and my son. Erika was the driving instructor for my kids. She is wonderful. She is so patient, kind, and encouraging. Especially if you have a child who is a little nervous to get behind the wheel. Besides teaching them to drive and road safety, she really helps build the confidence of a new driver.

Put our teens through both drivers education & training and they both passed with flying colors on their first try. Erika is an experienced instructor. She was always very patient, professional & thorough on each lesson. Also felt better as they used safety precautions during lessons in this pandemic. This school has been in the community for many years and it shows, quality instruction for your teens!

Fantastic experience: Because of covid, I had to cancel my driving appointment with this school so I can't really speak about the quality of teaching. That being said, I was able to get a full refund on my appointment through some easy and quick email communication with a representative. When the DMVs open up again, will consider looking to try again.
