Fantastic experience: James is a great instructor would defenietly recommend him. And their staff is generally pretty nice too. Overall a good experience. James will definitely help build your confidence and actually help you. He will take the time out to show you if you’re a visual learner like me.

Fantastic experience: Not a highschooler, took the whole class as an adult and it was extremely helpful. I have ptsd with cars and they were very considerate without babying me. I passed on my first try. Very grateful to this school.

Fantastic experience: Don was the best driving instructor I've ever had, he showed me a whole new way of driving that I will be doing from now on, I will definitely ask for him next time.

Negative experience: I was ripped off at this place. They made me retake my written and driving test when I went renew my license. When I went to DOL to get get the actual license, I was told that I didn’t have to retake the test. It takes a year after your license expire for you to require a retake. I was advise to file a complaint.

Fantastic experience: Loved the driving courses and instructors especially Ron, he's a very cool and helpful instructor and gave me a extra hand up by teaching me some driving skills he learned from being a cop, my family definitely appreciates the smooth and confident driver I have turned into with these coursesand especially with that extra cop knowledge! Definitely worth the money and time. Thanks Ron!!

Negative experience: I would not go to this place! They are out for money and Rob clients who go to them. My husband went there for his drive and upon meeting the instructor the instructor commented wow you're 35 and just now getting your license. He marked him off six points for every "mistake" possible and failed him on the drive. He offered him another appointment that afternoon to try again for another $80 which my husband declined. He then went on to get his drive scheduled through department of licensing which he passed with flying colors. This place should be shut down it's criminal What they do.

Fantastic experience: Great driving school!!! I had a very good experience in class and with the driving instructors. Drives fill up quickly and that was my only struggle getting all my drives in the same week, since I learned better that way. Overall, I will recommend.

Negative experience: Clean facility but that is the only positive. The lady at the desk ignored me when I came in. The lady doing the fingerprints didn't even try to say my name, just called me "you". Super condescending experience. I definitely won't take my son here for driving classes and I definitely will avoid thos location for any other time I need to get fingerprints done. I was treated as I had done something wrong and I just came in to do fingerprints.

Negative experience: This place is actually the worst and very discriminatory. They will deliberately fail you on purpose so you have to pay more than once. For the written test they have two different tests, one easier, and one harder. You will get the harder one the first time you take it and the easier one the second time. You will most likely pass the second one but at that point you have paid twice. Now on the drive test it is up to the individual’s skills to pass or not. But I also believe it safe to say that they will fail you on any infraction. Because again you pay for every attempt. The state contracting driving tests to a private for profit business will have these problems. Although the practices discriminatory I can’t blame 9/11 100%. It is also the fault of the state. Just beware before you come.

Negative experience: Why have a time to check in for finger prints when they don't go by it? Already past my "scheduled" time by 25min

Please Contact IdentoGO - this is a separate entity - a separate business operating out of our locations. They have customer service numbers at the location to address that very concern for the wait time. I would infer there were others also patiently waiting as things get backed up when the parent company often double books the appointments.

Negative experience: YIKES in customer service! Don't expect to be in and out especially if you have an appointment, they'll have you wait close to an hour past the time they set for you to arrive for your test. With covid coming around I don't appreciate the prolonged exposure, kinda defeats the purpose of "avoiding" the DMV and coming here. Now I know why I was recommended Centralia's Aloha driving school. Dont waste your time here. Better off going down south or making a appointment with the dmv.

Fantastic experience: Went to have my prints done for a job. The young lady who helped me was so sweet. We talked about a few things in my life and why I was going for job. And she just supported me with positive words. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Walk in, set a schedule for a drive or take the written knowledge test pretty straight forward and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I spent more than I would have liked to. But, I'm from KS and my license cost $6. That having been said, this is a professional outfit, given their constraints. They help put decent drivers on the road. I think many of us are tired of indecent drivers. Keep it up!

Negative experience: Dreadful customer service that bounced from confused to indifferent to all the charm of an exploitative money vacuum. There are better choices in Thurston county Washington. I do not recommend 911 driving school.

Negative experience: Classes are fine, instructors are good. The office and communication system are terrible. Currently being forced to pay $100 extension fee because driving classes not completed in time although the office never communicated it was time to schedule the driving classes. I’ve had to make multiple calls to the office in order to get any response from a manager on the issue.

Negative experience: If you're willing to waste $80 this place would be fit for you! Because apparently they need the $80 that bad that they will make you pay $80 for a verbal knowledge test. Mind you its $45 more than their non verbal test and $55 more than other licensing place in town. But anyways, they will make you pay that amount and then assign an instructor that cant even read the correct first name. So obviously someone and im pertaining to the instructor needs some glasses before he does any more reading and most especially let alone do a verbal test where he is required to read. What a scam!

Hello! The examiner is required to read the test word for word. We do not create the questions, the Department of Licensing creates the test and we administer it according to their rules. The examiner reads each question to you one on one, which requires more time than when you take it on your own. The results of your test are not due to the examiner, as I mentioned when you were finished. Before you left I made sure to tell you where the study material provided by the DOL is in order to better help you and we wish you the best.

Fantastic experience: Needed to test for my lapsed license, 911 had me covered in a super convenient and flexible way. I grabbed the practice and skills test bundle as I was a bit rusty at driving and the instructor got me up to speed and I passed with confidence. Good value, good people, great experience. :)

Negative experience: We've had a terrible experience with trying to schedule drives. Once we were told to go to the Lacey location but the driver was in Tumwater; next experience the instructor didn't show; third time we waited 30 minutes for the instructor. Today we were 10 minutes late. That was my error, driving from Yelm we hit traffic. We called and were told there was a 10 minute grace period. My 18 year old met the instructor, Mr Don, who asked why she was late? Why didn't she prioritize her class? Was running errands worth being late? From the car I could see her getting upset so I approached to say it was my fault we were late and we called to let them know. Mr. Don didn't care, announced there would be NO drive today and he was sick of people always being late. We've never been late before. Mr. Don's behavior was shocking. Horrible experience with a now tearful teenager already stressed about her drive. All other instructors have been great but the chaos of the front office and the belittling by Mr. Don has us going with a different school.

Positive experience: My two sons first drive was scheduled for 9 am on a Thursday, we waited until 9:40 and then we were told no practice drives were scheduled till 2:30! The person then said we should have gone to Lacey! Our email did not show this, and I had an appointment for 10 already. Total waste if time-communication is key folks!

Negative experience: Overall class room and drives were well taught, but he front office is terrible for communicating and scheduling drives. We had a horrible time scheduling before the Covid-19 issue and it only got worse. Finally completed the program and scheduled the drive test and were informed we needed to use the schools vehicle due to the safety measures. Completely understand, but since they are charging the extra $40 fee to use their vehicle and not disclosing the added charge when scheduling, I feel this is poor customer service. With the cost of the classes and everyone trying to navigate around the issues presented by Covid, you would think they would waive the extra $40 fee. Nope. If you don't like it, wait until we are able to perform tests in your vehicle. Really to bad the management has this attitude. Such a great program using police officers to teach driving skills only to have a poor business practice and what seems to be greed drag it down.

Negative experience: They will gladly take your $600.00 for the class and not bother to maintain their cars. On my sons final drive the car would stall when corners were made too fast and the oil light would come on due to NO OIL being in the car. The instructor handled it great but seriously, you are training our kids to be responsible behind the wheel and that all starts with maintenance and knowing your car is road worthy. Very disappointed in this branch and will probably seek out a different school for my third child.
