Fantastic experience: This place is the real deal! I previously went to another driving school and felt my experience was subpar. I came to Greg’s for extra driving practice to prepare for the road skills test and I’m glad to say I passed! My instructor, John, was great! He gave clear instruction and great feedback. I highly recommend this driving school!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Mr. John for my behind the wheel lessons. He is an exceptional teacher and coach. Mr. John is very dedicated to his students’ success. Due to his guidance and expertise, I passed my driving test. I would definitely recommend Mr. John to anyone looking to pursue an amazing driving instructor.

Fantastic experience: My son had a great experience with Mr. Harrison at the Greg’s Landover location. After the first in-car lesson we knew that we had found an exceptional teacher/coach and changed all of our appointments to be sure we worked only with him. He’s friendly, calm, relaxed and patient, while always addressing everything my son needed to learn (and more!). I even learned a lot while accompanying them during the first lesson. He was the perfect instructor for us! Highly recommend Mr. Harrison to other families.

Negative experience: Instructor Patricia S. was rude, unhelpful, and a hazard on the road. Would urge anyone who visits this location to request a different instructor. Towards the end of the 2 hour lesson (which was a misrable experience) she mentioned that she has been in 18 accidents?

Fantastic experience: When I first started driving school my driving instructor was Ms.Pat. She has a very nasty attitude and I honestly do not know how she still has a job teaching other people. This woman was so discouraging as I drove and made it seem like nothing I did was right. After my lesson with her I left so furious and immediately called to get a different instructor, and which it even took me 2 months to even want to come back. When I did come back and rang the doorbell to get in Ms.Pat saw me and purposely did not open the door. I was outside for about 10-15 minutes. Ms. Pat will be the reason Greggs driving school gets a bad rep because of stuff like that. My new instructor ended up being Mr.Collins. Mr.Collins made me feel so comfortable and gave me so much confidence in myself. He actually shows that he cares and has the patience needed to teach others. I would definitely recommend Mr.Collins to anyone looking to pursue an amazing driving instructor. He goes above and beyond and I am just very thankful for people like him. The only reason I am giving this a 5 star is because of Mr.Collins.

Negative experience: Ms. Pat is rude. My daughter had a driving lesson scheduled and we were told to request any other instructor and I see why. My daughter is very sweet and timid and was so nervous because of how rude this lady was. She does not need to be an instructor. I said good morning multiple times and she never responded. In fact, her coworker came in very Jolly and stated good morning and she never provided any eye contact or responded to him either. I’m gonna take my daughter to another location for her last session. Life is too short to be dealing with people like her. UPDATE: I picked my daughter up from her driving lesson as when I requested her to be dropped off, 7 minutes from the driving school, I was told that they don’t do that….anyway, she cried the entire way home. She stated that “Mommy, she is just a mean lady. She is misleading because she taught me the opposite of what I learned in class.” This is absurd, especially for how much we paid. Forget the money, my kid doesn’t deserve to be bullied by this lady. I’m furious and will be sending this to corporate. My daughter is crying hysterically and anxious.

Fantastic experience: Both, in-person driving lessons and online courses were excellent. This company made me feel at home, even though it’s just driving lol. Not only did I receive great advice, I received great constructive criticism without my instructors being harsh. Overall, this is a great company to help your children grow their driving skills and knowledge. Shout out to Mr.Harrison and Mr.Johnson they were the best.

Fantastic experience: Great Service! 100% Recommended!

Negative experience: I had to re-teach my son three things they taught him to do that were wrong and dangerous. 1. Don't turn right on red, wait for green light. 2. Treat merge lanes as a stop sign (our oldest daughter got rear ended doing this), 3. Move driver's seat back further than his comfort level (instructor said this was because she injured her knee in an accident). We put our 4 kids through driver's school, this one was the only bad experience.

Fantastic experience: I was initially nervous about my in car lessons especially with the erratic drivers in the area. Luckily my driving instructor Mr. Mike was phenomenal. Mr. Mike was calm, collected, and highly professional! Even with all the crazy drivers around, he kept his composure and made me feel safe in the car. When I had questions or needed help parking, he conveyed his message in a clear calm informative manner. An added bonus to his professionalism was his friendliness. He definitely makes you feel comfortable behind the wheel. This is wonderful because most student drivers are nervous since we know we are under a watchful eye. I would definitely recommend this school. Make sure to ask for Mr. Mike!

Fantastic experience: Mr. Mike was the coolest teacher I've ever had. Drove an hour each time for his lessons and do not regret it one bit. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a good experience in my two weeks course it was hard for me because I have been out of school for a while, and to started all over in a class room made me think wow can I do this but Mr Mike made it exciting to learn all over again. Thank you Mr. Mike for that good experience. Mr. Mike I give you a five star. Greg is the driving school to go to for you driving education classes you will enjoy it.

Positive experience: Been sitting here for over 30 minutes still no instructor.......class was suppose to start at 9 am it's currently 9:30 called corporate they said the instructor should be here in a few it's now been 15 minutes......but I'm confused why can't they Lyft or uber got people out here in almost 100 degree weather........waiting..... I'm so disappointed and this is so unprofessional! If I didn't need this class....... this is ridiculous I'll update what time he actually fare here if he ever does.......they had Ms. West teach the class they did change it from a negative experience to a better experience! They waived the fee for the inconvenience and got a personal apology from the instructor who had car issues so I'll change the rating hopefully this is only a one time situation. I thank them for fixing the issue! Ms. West is a good teacher very knowledgable and understanding.

Fantastic experience: If I'm being honest Ms.Jenelle was late almost everyday but other then being late She was a Fantastic Teacher and I learned a lot with being a new driver at the age of 26

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed this experience. I wasn’t sure I was going to. Ms. West was the BEST!!! Great personality, easygoing, but did not take no stuff. She made the classroom and driving a great experience for me even though I had to wake up so early for class. Also, I had to make up a class and I took an evening class with Mr. Mike. He was also a great teacher, down to earth and he had a great relationship with his class. I recommend this program to anyone young and older.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately had to restart the licensing process all over again. The $340 for the classes ended up being well worth the money. From the awesome classroom instructor (shout out to Mr.Mike) and cars that are newer and well maintained. Even with me driving for over 10 years, I was still able to learn and receive so much information and polished up my parking and 2 point turn. Parents please allow your new drivers to attend this driving school and receive amazing knowledge and training for the best!

Fantastic experience: My name is Mo Edu and I am a disabled female army veteran. I deal with PTSD and I was nerves and unsure of myself before I came to Greg’s in Capitol heights. The teachers were welcoming and answered all my questions before I signed up. They are a wealth of knowledge. I learned so much. Mrs. West was my teacher and she is beyond amazing. If you could pray for a perfect teacher, it would be Mrs.West. I told her about my disabilities and she worked with me. She was so patient, stern and truly cared. She made the class worth coming to. I was actually happy waking up every day for two weeks to come and learn new skills. If it wasn’t for Mrs.West and Mr.Mike I would have never had the courage to do this. I am a stronger driver now and I truly thank Greg’s from the bottom of my heart for teaching me. I love the school so much, that I’m sending my daughter there next. If your looking for a driving school for yourself or your child, go to Greg’s. Your never to old to learn. Final pic with some of my classmate. We were sad we had to leave but, we love our class .

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my two weeks at Greg's! I was not happy about spending $340 initially, but it really was worth it. I learned so much, not just about the road, but how to actually take care of my vehicle. It was a great experience overall and I have no regrets. Mr. Mike is an AWESOME Instructor! He's very straightforward, relatable, passionate about what he teaches, and wants his students to be like sponges and ask whatever questions come to mind. And he's SO FUNNY!! He made class very easy to follow, engaging, and comfortable (yet challenging). I learned a lot from him and my classmates. I'm extremely grateful to have had him as my instructor, because I know I wouldn't have been able to learn what I learned if I had a different person. NO LIES. HE'S THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!

Fantastic experience: I Had Ms.Teri as my driver intructor also as my teacher, she was really nice & friendly made class and also my behind the wheels a great experience I never had someone take my imperfections and turn them great I had been struggling with my back end packing for 2 years and she made it easy in one day I learned so much that I thought I already knew, as a teacher she made me comfortable. Ms.Teri is the bomb! I would recommend any student with a struggle to ask for her

Negative experience: So inflexible, they should have 30 minute grace period between sessions if people are late. Expensive classes and 55.00 cancellation fee for driving sessions and no reminder notices. Cancellation fees more important than teaching students how to drive.. Do not recommend them and will complain to school.

Negative experience: Terri is the worst. As soon as I was done with her I called and canceled all my other lessons. She should not be making student drivers uncomfortable when teaching them how to drive. She just yells and yells all the time. I will take my business else where.

Negative experience: Rude Instructor Mrs. Terri If you ask questions she doesn’t explain well she yells and ask why your confused. Her method of teaching seems to be repeat and yell louder there is a hole in the wall where the class is held if you could give less then one star I would DO NOT RECOMMEND not worth $340 Not even worth 1 cent You want to improve get better Instructors

Positive experience: Not the safest place at night but great teachers and a fun environment to learn.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. Do not recommend. Used the Ellicott City Route 40 location. Caught a driving instructor texting in the car with my child, while that instructor should have been teaching. Then, when the time came for my child to road-test with DMV, Greg's failed to send the necessary paperwork to the DMV office. So my child could not test -- wasted my time and money.

Positive experience: Not bad. But the school never picks up their phone
