Fantastic experience: At first it was nerve racking driving down town for the first time but with Karma's professional help i now feel much better driving around in such crowded roads. Karma is an amazing instructor and i highly recommend people to book with him. The only problem i had with this place was the management and how illinformative the women who manages the office is. She had set me up for a lesson with someone named kwame at 8:30am but ended up being wrong information making me wait over an hour for my lesson which ended up with Karma which isnt bad but my time was wasted waiting due to poor information from the office.

Negative experience: ** Unprofessional Experience with Karma Driving l** I am writing to share my recent experience with Karma who is a instructor in Driving School and to express my concerns about the service I received. I initially booked an appointment with Bernard, but karma persuaded me to cancel and instead book him through the school. Despite taking a two-hour class, the session felt like a complete waste of time. It became evident that karma was simply passing time to encourage me to book additional classes. Karma assured me he would schedule my road test, which he did. However, just 2-3 days before the test, he began pressuring me to book more classes with him. He had previously promised that booking directly with him would be cheaper than the school's rate, but it turned out to be misleading. Moreover, karma asked for $30 for booking my appointment, claiming it was due to an unpaid fee. Despite my decision not to book further classes with him, he canceled my appointment just before the test date. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. In light of these issues, I feel compelled to describe my experience as fraudulent. I hope this feedback helps others avoid similar challenges and that appropriate measures are taken to address these concerns. Thanks!!!!

Fantastic experience: Karma trained me on the wheel road driving. During the training, he trained me on the various lane changes, 90-degree and parallel packing. He is a patient minded trainer. Fantastic experience: Karma was my instructor at the school. He is very good at what he does in actual fact. He tells you what to do calmly and commends you at the same time when you put his teaching to practice. His voice still echoes in my ears when I drive "No! Don't touch yellow line, don't touch white line. Stay in the middle". Thereafter, "good, good job"! I remember all with smiles. I passed my test the very day he took me on the road. Karma is top-notch and the BEST y'all

Negative experience: Horrible school. Total of $385 +I paid all my money. They do t train or teach the students they give them paper home work to work with a driving book from 2015 it’s 2021. The copy part for students to do the home work you can barely see. All the money they charge you would think they could afford Ink for the copier machine. Now as of today. My daunt has took the permit test and passed first tried because I had her using YouTube. Thanks to YouTube and my self she passed. I ha e been up to the school 6x called left messages and sent emails. Talking to them when will she get her behind the wheel. I have done my part but they keep telling me to wait for a call. It’s been 7 wks no call no behind the wheel. They know she has to have these hours to get her license. If anyone knows who I can call to complain about this please let me know. Very disappointed

Negative experience: Called to schedule a driver for road test and person was rude and condescending, not very helpful. Can’t book or pay online they want you to come into their location only... during a pandemic

Negative experience: Harrassing phone calls after I found out no response information online or when I call No Answer as well. When I Registered my son PayPal popped up, I said NO NO NO WAY SCAM SCAM SCAM NOW IM RECEIVING HARRASSING PHONE CALLS ON A DAILY BASIS

Positive experience: good for in class training but it is very hard getting a behind the wheel session without calling a whole bunch of times

Negative experience: This is the worst place to learn driving from. They are very unprofessional and the worst driving school in Minnesota. My experience with them was a real nightmare. To start, the guy in the office told me I was going to get a call telling me who my instructor is. I didn’t receive a call, I waited for 2 days. I had to call them like a million times. I managed to get my instructor’s phone number. I called him, who also happened to be the owner John, I told him that I had a test and a lesson with him and he was totally unaware of that. He was talking to me as if he was doing a big favour to me! Anyway, I had a lesson with him which was the worst 2 hours of my life. I was so confident but he degraded me to the point where I started doubting myself. And then, we finally went to the testing site and the examiner started taking my test. I thought “What could go wrong as long as I believe in myself, right?” But I was wrong - the instructor’s car stopped in the middle of the test and the examiner failed me. When I told the instructor, he wouldn’t believe me because yeah why would he? Since he was the owner of the school and didn’t want to admit to something that would destroy the school’s reputation. And then, he was driving me back to my place and the whole time I was in his car, he kept telling me how far he had to travel to get me to the testing site as if he was doing it for free. I paid for it mister!!! An extra $100 which I was supposed to get a refund and he agreed he’ll give me that but when I reached out to him regarding the refund, he started making excuses that I got into an accident and am in the hospital so that I would eventually forget about it. If you want to learn good driving with instructors that genuinely care about your success, I suggest you choose A+ Driving school. If you want be traumatised for the rest of your life, you can choose lifestar driving school’s horrifying service.

Negative experience: Incompetent, bad drivers. They teach kids bad habits while driving. We regret using this school.
