Fantastic experience: My son went through Premier for the courses, behind the wheel, and the drivers test. He enjoyed his instructors Adam Zache and Kevin Hopper. I have already recommended Premier to my friends and family. 100% recommend!

Positive experience: They do not teach anyone that they are Supposed to keep right when Not passing , State Law .

Fantastic experience: We have put 2 kids through Premier's drivers ed program so far, and they've been very helpful! Betty in the office has always been fantastic and very helpful whenever we had an issue or a question.

Negative experience: I took drivers ed when I was a teenager (17) I had a terrible experience with one of the instructors yelling at me when I was having difficulty driving. I have anxiety and this experience only worsened my problems. Hate this place

Fantastic experience: Both my boys have had driver’s training through Premier. I have had good experiences both times. I had an issue with scheduling for my younger son’s skills test so I called the office to see if they could help. They went above and beyond to find me an appointment time for my son so we could meet our deadline. Awesome customer service by Betty that was greatly appreciated!!

Fantastic experience: My children have all completed their driver’s training through Premier. They have received good classroom and driving experience. We are especially appreciative of Betty’s efforts to help out making the final driving hour and testing session fit into the schedule when my son had procrastinated.

Fantastic experience: Betty at premier is an amazing person who helped us out tremendously.

Negative experience: Their area map shows they service our area. However, upon trying to get services started, they say they don't service this area. Probably something that needs to be made more clear on the website.

Negative experience: We really did not want our daughter to take the online course, however, this was presented as pretty much the only option for her. After completing the course we have been down several times for her permit test and after each test she tells us questions that were not covered within the course. We have studied alongside her and have seen that the questions presented are incorrect from the course to the actual test. This may have been different in a class setting but would not recommend the online course.

Fantastic experience: Great classroom and driving instructors. My daughter has high anxiety and struggles to do courses online. She had a very pleasant experience in the classroom. She just loved her instructor! She waited over a year to take her driving lessons and ended up struggling to get them done before her permit expired. Betty worked tirelessly, going above and beyond to ensure my daughter could get her license. This woman was amazing! She was polite and shared in my frustrations. Highly recommend this driving school. One of the best experiences I have had with a private company.

Positive experience: We had a solid experience with the online course and with the individual in-car trainers. However, we paid for 6 1 hour courses and have been able to get exactly 3 in this whole summer because: 1- they barely make any slots available, 2- they don't tell you when they're going to release schedule slots other than a general "some time Thursday afternoon", so you spend your entire Thursday afternoon refreshing your browser every 5 minutes to see when they open the slots or you check and see the limited slots are all filled already. Good luck scheduling the drivers lessons you pay for. But if you miraculously get one scheduled, the instructors are great.

Fantastic experience: I am an adult that until recently had very minimul driving experience. I was very nervous about taking my driving exam at the BMV so I called Premier Driving. After completing my online lessons I started my in-car lessons. I had three different instructors and they were all very well prepared and easy-going which calmed my driving anxiety. I had most of my lessons with Dave and will miss our morning drives. Thank you Dave! Thanks to Premier Driving I have started my driving career on a strong and confidence boosting foundation.

Fantastic experience: I've had two sons go through Premier Driving and we have been very happy. The online courses make taking the lessons convenient, the in car teachers have all been top notch, and the customer service is exemplary! Thank you Premier for getting our boys on the road.

Negative experience: Really should teach your drivers to do the speed limit on US20. 40 in a 55 is not a smart idea.

They also did a great job keeping the classroom phase interesting as well! Fantastic experience: This place is really good at instruction drivers ed. Would recommend to go here if you need to get instructed for a driver's license. Lit dog is cool.

Fantastic experience: the BMV tells you when you get your permit that you are required to complete drivers ed to get your license at 16 yrs 90 days, they don’t tell you that drivers ed is not just the 30 hours classroom you HAVE TO HAVE 6 hours with an instructor or wait until 16 and 270 days. We found that out the hard way and Premier was awesome to quickly accommodate us and schedule so my son could complete his 6 hours before having surgery! The driver was great and gave him new tips even though he was an overall good driver. I wish we would’ve just started and gone with them in the first place and I will do for the rest of my kids ! Great customer service.

Negative experience: Online portion is not good. Spelling and grammar mistakes. Sometimes it says that you are incorrect, but it shows that the correct answer is the one you chose. Please fix that for future students. The employees are very kind though. Also, too much time. Everybody seems to get done early. I got done with over 10 hours left. People just let it run. IT'S SO STUPID.

Negative experience: Boring but necessary. The problem is the quiz after every section. A lot of times it will say incorrect, but tell me the correct answer is the one I answered. There are also spelling and grammar errors.

Negative experience: Every thing is good , until its time for your to make appointment for your driving hours, you can only make 1 appointment on Thursday only, must do this every week..On Thursday they are so busy, you can not get thru to them on the phone, to make an appointment..Been almost 2 months trying to make 4 appointments,, in my view, totally unprofessional business.

Positive experience: They didn't tell me driving time after the first week so we had to call them numerous times to get it. Then the fourth driving day they didn't even show up. But even after that everyone there was very polite and apologetic about it. Teachers were very nice and calm about everything
