Fantastic experience: Thank you to Triple A South Jersey for answering my call within a minute and sending a technician named Ciarra within an hour and a half to check my car battery when my start won't start. I appreciate the advice of Ciarra to check for my battery warranty. I ended up saving money. Thank you so much for your service!

Negative experience: Called for a tow I was stuck in the middle of the road. Waited over 3 hours. Just called a tow place direct they came out immediately and I paid out of pocket. As you can read from the other reviews, AAA just doesn't show up anymore. One driver mentioned they dont pay or something. AAA used to be good. Not anymore. Prob won't waste my money next year for my family and i Update: tow number 2 months later 3.5 hours and I'm still waiting. I have health issues and I'm freezing while waiting on the side of the road broken down. Driver called over an hour ago and said he will be here in a few minutes. And here I sit. Someone please recommend another tow service aaa has declined so bad

Negative experience: So AAA does giveaways thru their emails they constantly send. Well I won $100.00 gift card from them to Napa Auto parts. Well they gave me a gift card that was expired. Been calling and passed around from person to person. Nobody wants to help it's a shame that a company this big gives out gift cards that are expired. It's been over a year now and not 1 phone calls back, nothing.
Fantastic experience: I called to have a flat changed. The response was quick and the driver, Bill Prante, was professional and took care of my car.
Negative experience: It took over 3 hours for the tow truck to get to us. Save your money on the AAA membership and just pay for a regular tow truck. You’ll spend a few extra dollars but at least you won’t be stuck in the dark for hours and it’ll save you from the nasty attitudes of their customer service reps.
Fantastic experience: The office staff extremely professional and helpful.The existing phone set up to reach them by phone sucks.You dial the phone number get the AAA centralized menu system and never reach the office person you are trying to talk to.

Negative experience: I was a member of AAA for 10 years. The automatic renewal occurred earlier than expected and I wasn't able to cover the cost. When I called customer service, the only option I was given was to cancel the membership to get the refund of $99. I'm very disappointed that I wasn't given any other option other than cancellation after 10 years of loyalty.

Negative experience: While I’ve never had a problem with the employees, i went today, Saturday, and you were closed. You have been open on Saturdays but apparently aren’t now and your hours are completely inconvenient for anyone who works 9-5. If you can only staff your location 5 days a week then do it Tuesday through Saturday and close Sunday and Monday. But bring open Monday through Friday 8:45 to 5 means I literally have to take time off work if I need to be there in person - like for passport photos which is what I needed today. I’m quite annoyed that you have not considered your customers needs, who pay for memberships, in closing on Saturdays.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. Got a membership and was “covered” for all towing.. what a joke.. they forgot to add if the driver feels like coming.. they left me stranded and did not help me.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Aaa SJ. From the initial phone call I felt comfortable that AAA would help. Vinnie arrived in 15 minutes and quickly determined a new battery was needed and I was back in business.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the quality and quickness of the service tonight. The driver was wonderful, very attentive and drove with care. Picked me up in Glassboro and took me to Woodbury. Forgot to get the driver's name but he was fabulous! Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: A very pleasant and professional experience here @ AAA of South Jersey! ☆ [SEWELL OFFICE]Last minute checkoff before traveling overseas and in the need of an International Driver Permit. No appointment necessary as I called before visiting. Form available right inside and driver photo taken on location. Although there were no lines, the process was quick and easy. It's been a few years since my membership days at an old Cherry Hill ,NJ location, but an absolute professional and well designed office space. The agent that helped was extremely pleasant and I enjoyed my experience at this location. Def recommend if the need arises for triple A at this location!

Negative experience: I called the Sewell office this morning. I asked about passport pictures and was told they are free for AAA Plus members. I specifically said, "Can I come in today to have my passport picture taken and someone can do it?" They said yes. Well, I got there and they said I'd have to come back tomorrow since they don't have paper. I asked why I wasn't told that this morning. The response was, "You didn't call this office." I said I called the local number 586-6900. She said that doesn't mean it comes to our office. Really??? How is a customer supposed to know that? Very disgusted. After wasting 45 minutes to get there and home, I had to go elsewhere and pay $15. I've never used AAA for anything and have had the service for 20+ years. What a waste of money. I'm done with AAA.

Negative experience: Update - On August 30th, I called AAA south jersey for roadside assistance. The operator told me I needed to remain with my vehicle. I waited on the side of the road for 4 hours. The truck who was supposed to pick me up drove right past me. We had two cars on the road with our hazards on. The technician drove right past us after we waited for 3 hours on the side of the road. AAA south jersey never returned my emails or calls. I needed to file a complaint with the BBB. Don't support this organization go with All-State.

Negative experience: The energy in this place is very dark and depressing. I am standing in here as I write this review. Once I walked in, it took for ever for someone to even greet me and the one who finally did was the only one working out of the 5 people there

Negative experience: Susan highly recommend that we go to Breathless Punta Cana despite the horrid reviews online. We were met there by several enourmous groups that reserved much of the hotel. Along with food poisoning for 7 out of 8 of us traveling. I would strongly advise against using her services. She is highly unnecessary. Do your own research and you will be better off than with her. She has been of no help in rectifying the situation

Negative experience: Took forever to answer phone. Was disconnected after being on hold at some hub center I was patched over to in some other state . That's what happened when I called Turnersville office # Customer service acts uninterested In customer.; rather a nuisance to them. Bad impression overall.

Negative experience: I called the specific office couple times to try to get information want to find out if they have information with while visiting office. The first time it just rang and rang. And the second time someone picked up and hung up on me as soon as they pick up the phone. Terrible customer service.

Negative experience: Susan claimed 18 years experience but I felt like she just started. Not very helpful. She spoke to us like we were already supposed to know all of this. Didnt answer questions and cut us off while speaking. Steer clear.

Negative experience: Susan discriminated against a same sex couple since they walked in the door. She yelled over another woman who was on the phone asking the couple which side they needed. They told her they needed her side. She told them to wait until the other woman was off the phone because "it's her turn". After the woman got off the phone Susan called them back to her desk. They were inquiring about a trip to another country and Susan told them there was a retreat that was for couples only therefore they would not be able to go. The couple had a young impressionable child with them and the child seen the parents being discriminated against. I plan on letting AAA head office know about this situation because Susan should not be working in a place that deals with people if she can not handle a diverse population.
