Fantastic experience: If you are trying to learn how to drive in NYC I would recommend Kenny. Since you have to drive in Chinatown/LES you get the hang of driving through tight streets, parallel parking, and driving around cars really quickly. I did 10 lessons and passed my test on my first try. You also have the option to take the test in Brooklyn or Staten Island.

Fantastic experience: Kenny's a great instructor, he's very attentive during the driving sessions. He also keeps an eye on your skills that need improvement (parallel parking for me) and puts more emphasis on it. He is friendly, always open to questions and really tries to make sure you understand how to do something and why you do it. I came in with a little prior knowledge on driving and was able to pass the road test on my first try after 10 sessions with him. 5/5 would drive with him again.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Kenny’s driving school! I was really nervous about driving, but there was no problem at all. Kenny made me feel comfortable and he explained everything in a way that was really easy to understand. I only took one 1.5-hr lesson every weekend for a month, and I was able to get my license on my first try of the road test. Kenny’s wife who works at the office was also very accommodating with my difficult schedule since I have work on all weekdays. This family business will take care of you and will make sure you succeed until the end. Best driving school! :)

Fantastic experience: Kenny is a great instructor and the area where you practice is great for new drivers. He will tell you everything you need to know to pass. The road test is taken in staten island in a calm area so it should be easy as long as you don't mess up

Fantastic experience: Kenny is super friendly and knowledgable about what is needed to pass the road test. The pricing is comparable to the area. They give an option to take the road test in Staten Island which is more lenient and in general has more space. Just make sure if you’re trying to learn in the summer you have an open schedule as there’s less availability!

Fantastic experience: Kenny is an amazing and patient instructor! Before taking lessons, I had absolutely no driving experience and very little knowledge about cars. However, I was able to pass the test my first time because of his lessons! Kenny is amazing at identifying your mistakes and gives great tips/tricks that help you stay safe on the road. He was able to answer all of my questions, and if I had problem visualizing something he drew helpful diagrams on his whiteboard. You can definitely see that he genuinely cares about his students. He wants them to not only pass the road test but to continue driving safely in the real world.

Fantastic experience: Kenny is an amazing driving instructor! As someone who's easily nervous/flustered since I've been in multiple car accidents, he was really good at teaching me how to complete left/right turns, k turn, parallel parking and calming my nerves. I was able to learn everything that was needed for the road test in about a month. He was extremely patient and detail-oriented while teaching each step and what should and shouldn't be done during the road test. Communication was always clear and constructive with advice that catered to you. Kenny was really professional and I am definitely recommending him to anyone who wants to learn how to drive.
