Negative experience: Absolutely horrible. Friends at school and I have sadly taken our OTRs with Neal. Eating in the car, preaching religion, and saying personal stories we didn't want to hear. I came here to learn to drive so I can get my license, not for a church session. I'd give 0 stars if I could, NEVER go to this place.
The reality of driving and an in car experience.. your going to have passengers eat in the car.. and even yourself will drink and eat in the car ..as you drive, i am in the car 7 hours a day. And my kwik Trip slushy and bag of chips is a vice i do admit. BUT it does not affect my sound tips and techniques in passing the drivers test. I try my best to make driving fun. With fun stories of my life and driving experiences. Especially in the summer With an occasional ice cream stop. On the CW CC
I can't recall a particular conversation about anything that took place in the car. With you.. since i don't know who you are ? I like to share the history of Wausau as we drive up and down Grand ave.. I however I'm not sorry about sharing my faith if the subject comes up.. I can't recall and church service ? Could you reply and Quote me please. ? It's easy to accuse and I am not offended by God.. and if you are you have to take that up with him.. let me know when you pass the test.. because you will if you continue to practice the tips and techniques I showed you

Negative experience: Scheduling behind-the-wheel appointments is such a hassle; it’s almost not worth the effort.
I searched the entire cw data base from 2024 to current student entry.. CW NEVER had a student by this name xia cha ?? Cw has an automated account email system that sends a confirmation email for all driving appointments. Plus Cw instructors send out reminder texts a day before or day of drive appointments.. so students will have a reminder of their drive time. Also a student can access their appointments tab in the student account. Cw also sends out automatically. Expiration of contract at 3 months and at 6 months . CW contracts are valid for 12 months. That's 8760 hours in a year.. if you had trouble scheduling? A 12 hour commitment? In that amount of time.? CW is not responsible for scheduling students with out a request from the student or parent. I wish you a great 2025 year.

Negative experience: This guy is the most unprofessional, entitled person who’ve I’ve ever seen run a so called business. My stepson hated the way he treated him and we have tons of complaints from other family members who used his service that have nothing but bad to say
Hello Brandon Koskey. I searched the CW data base for your name. ? did not come up with a student named Koskey. What is the students name and how was he treated ? have we ever met ? Tell me what you have seen ? TONS of complaints ?? From other family members ? so were you the last family member to sign up with CW ? OR the first. And if so. Why did other family members sign up after you. ? OR why did you ? after you received TONS of bad words from the previous family members ? I don't understand your thought pattern on this TONS statement. What is the actual Amount ? Can you be more specific ? I started doing this business 2018. my first year i had 39 students. Last year 2023 Cw had 373 students. I must be doing something right. did your step son fail the drivers test ? What was the unprofessionalism that a 15 year old told you. ? I remember when i was 15 years old. NOT SURE at that age if i could identify what professionalism really is. ?? You also speak for some other families.? Can you elaborate on what these other families had to say? why don't you reach out to me personally and tell me what your issue really is. ? I'm sorry your review does not hold water with me. Its too vague and unsupported by evidence.

Negative experience: My daughter being 16 missed a scheduled driving appointment. Long story short I was charged 60 for the missed appointment. When I asked if my time was as valuable as his due to the first lesson we had to return a hour later because he over booked. His answer she got the lesson anyway. I told him I'll bill him for my time. I will be glad when her lessons are done and would I recommend his service. Hell no!
This is a correct statement. CW is driven for each students success, BUT also is a business. The Contract As required by the State of Wisconsin pursuant to provisions of Section 343.71 § 34 of the Motor Vehicle Code
CW and every Driving school has to have this contract. And when a drive time is scheduled and the student does NOT show up for the drive time. It becomes a cost to the driving school. With gas prices and insurances plus paid instructors the cost will always be passed onto the consumer in any business. CW sends reminder text messages and confirmation emails to the students. PLUS the Collective software is accessible for each student OR parent to check their Appointments that have been scheduled. Thank you for your business.
Negative experience: Very unprofessional did not enjoy my experience at all, he started to brush his TEETH in the car, he pulled out a toothbrush from the middle center counsel and started whipping it around and touching the windows with it. He would always yell at me when I did not turn correctly reminder I am a girl that has been driving since I was 4, but then when he would drive he would drive like a freakin NASCAR racer, go somewhere else
Addy did you pass your driving test ? Speeding Is a failure on the class D drivers test to get your probationary license. Driving at 4 years old ? I bet you mean 14 ? So were you driving without a license? Idk ? I'm sorry young lady. I never yell at any of my students and i didnt yell at you either, If you were offended by me telling you that your led foot may cause you to fail ?. As a your Driving instructor I didn't want you to fail or to be unsafe. To cut across a on comming lane at a 45 degree angle is against the law. I hope you have learned to turn at a 90 degree angle as I had to reminded you so many times to do so. I want you to be a lawfull driver and safe. Sorry about the tooth brush. I just didn't want to share what was in my mouth with you. Or anyone else in the car. So I took a little liberty. I hope PRIDE at 15 will not bring you into trouble. Being the experience driver you are, knowing all the rules of the rd at your age.

Fantastic experience: My son liked driving with his instructor and said he was a good teacher. The instructor was good about getting us scheduled. It is affordable and I have 3 other kids about ready to learn so I will be taking them here.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend him for you child / children for driving instruction. Both of our girls took class with him. Both have their license and are great drivers. He was easy to work with for me as a parent as far as scheduling and reaching out to and answering questions. He was fun, supportive, and encouraging for the girls during their time with him!

Negative experience: Neil was unprofessional and unorganized. I would text him to schedule my son's appointments and if he did do it without reminder/hand holding, he would only schedule a few sessions. The last two times he straight up lied to me and I ended up having my sons father call because it was clear that Neil had zero respect for me (really felt like a misogyny type deal since the only way to get results was via my ex husband). While my sons father was on the phone with Neil, Neil lied to him and said he had already done what was being asked but it was only after the angry phone call was anything actually done... an hour later. He lacks interpersonal communication skills and lacks bedside manner. My son only actually drove with him twice but marked my child down for the legal amount of drive time anyways. He did not teach my son anything about actual driving. Thank goodness I had my child out on the road A LOT. He was rude to my child and was unprofessional in the car. He would talk about his personal life/experiences. He is unkempt and would constantly eat in the vehicle which really grossed out my child. He would bring his religion to work. Incredibly unprofessional no matter what, especially since he's around children. At school my children (16 &15) heard from numerous peers that they felt the same way about Neil. We're very relieved to be done with this whole ordeal and will definitely not be using him for the next child. Good riddance.

Fantastic experience: My son actually remembered most of what he learned. Neil is very patient with us adults trying to schedule the drive times, but I guess he must have to be patient to be driving with random teen drivers. Also he must have a lot of nightmares!
Jeff thank you.. CW policy is to return ALL voice messages and emails every day to keep the line of communication open with parents. The kids are the easy customers LOL :)

Negative experience: The owner is a religious Zealot. My son was a student several years ago. The instructor was very short and snappy with him. Now, he's advertising within the PUBLIC school system using religious scripture. Personally, I'd stay far away from this business.

I went back 4 years and look through my information and could not even find your name associated with a student, even with a different last name. ??? I also looked through every parents phone records and could not find the phone number that you called me with. ?? Is Tracy Lynn your real name ? I guess if I had proper information i could understand your angry foul language phone call today. Im sorry for your issue with GOD. I can not fix that for you. the bible says in Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ : for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone who believes. //// I cant make anyone believe what I believe. Fantastic experience: Outstanding instruction!!! Neil was professional, at ever step in my journey to get back in the road. I lost my license 22 years ago, and was unable to find an instructor who was willing to take on an adult students to help me back in the road. I sent Neal my back story, and without hesitation I was driving within a day. He could tell I was rusty, but worked with me to NAIL the skills to pass my road test for the 2nd time. Neil believed in me when w didn’t believe I’m my self, and I am so honored that he took me in as a student. The road was long and hard through some lessons, but in the end I achieved my goal of having my drivers license back!! Neil you are the best !!! I wish you great success … you the best ant student ever could or will have !!!

Fantastic experience: Neil was a great instructor for my nervous daughter. He made the class interesting and was a great instructor behind the wheel. He has a great personality that helps the children remain calm and able to focus and learn while they are behind the wheel. He is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what to say to help them learn the skills they need and remember them. He is not intimidating and remains calm and relates to the teenagers well. My daughter was very comfortable behind the wheel with him and she learned a lot. There was a great variety of classes offered and the prices were the best around. He responds to emails promptly and is flexible when scheduling behind the wheel sessions. Highly recommend CW Driving School!

Fantastic experience: What an excellent instructor for a nervous driver like me! As an adult learner it was extremely helpful that Neil could be accommodating for my work schedule. His teaching style was perfect for me b/c he thoroughly explained the steps, reinforced safety reminders and shared tips that only experienced drivers would have. My goals for taking his lessons were not only to pass the test but be comfortable driving and he definitely helped me reach those goals. Getting on the highway was a big one for me and I am glad he was able to guide me with that big milestone! I would definitely not hesitate to recommend Neil to future motorists!

Fantastic experience: I enrolled 2 children in CW driving school at the beginning of summer 2020. This was during lockdowns and Neal's school followed all state issued protocols and my kids felt safe at all times. During the 1 on 1 driving instruction Neal even provided door to door pickup and drop-off. We were provided tools to navigate the very front heavy DMV platform. I would recommend CW driving school to any parent wishing to give their children' the BEST educational driving experience. I will be enrolling another child next summer as well!!

Fantastic experience: Neal is a great instructor, I would recommend him 100%! He’s very nice and not boring. If you’re looking for someone to teach you and not be awkward in your lessons he’s the guy! He’s helped me come far, especially in my Y-turns. He’s up to having conversations about daily life, is super supportive of everything, and caring. He’s always pushing you to do your best because he believes in you. Fantastic experience: Amazing teacher! Neil knows the ins and outs of the road test and is super knowledgeable of everything related to driving. He only taught me for an hour (I know how to drive I just wanted to know if I was doing all the mechanics correctly for the test) and he taught me a lot on what to expect! Thanks to him I feel way more secure and confident about my driving skills needed for the road test. Thanks Neil! Definitely recommend him if you wanna ace the road test!

Fantastic experience: I'm so glad my parents and I decided to do my driver's ed through Neal at CW Driving School. Neia is a really funny guy and is super easy to talk to, which really helps make you feel comfortable while you're driving. Fantastic experience: My experience at CW Driving School was very beneficial. I had not driven in some time and was never a very good driver. Neal took the time to explain many things that I was unaware of. He told me what to expect on the driving test and went over every thing in detail. In addition, he taught me how to be a safer driver. He went above and beyond the call of duty.

Fantastic experience: My daughter took her last 3 behind the wheel lessons from Neal after he purchased the school. She felt that she learned A LOT from him. Despite having some instruction before starting with him, she was still very nervous. Neal put her completely at ease and raised her confidence level tremendously with his instruction and calm demeanor. My daughter went into taking her driver's test with confidence and passed with flying colors. I would recommend CW Driving School LLP to everyone.

Fantastic experience: The Instructor was very kind and took me through the driving process step by step. Within 6 sessions I went from a nervous kid to a teen who could drive on the highway.
