Fantastic experience: The instructor was very polite and patient. She made everything understanding. She explained everything in about 4.5 hours, and I passed on my first try. I highly recommend Shut Up and Drive for future Driver’s Ed preferences.

Negative experience: Only care about money. Kids are passing their driving tests “promising they will drive better” scary to know the type of drivers passing for their license. DMV needs to take over all testing again.

Fantastic experience: I had wonderful experience right from the classroom training till the driving. Michelle was our classroom trainer she gave us wonderful coaching on the rules and regulations, and also some tips while you drive. Bridget was my instructor, she is an amazing instructor, she understood what's my mindset and made me feel comfortable, she never made me nervous, I never thought I could drive with so much confidence. SHUT AND DRIVE got the best people to teach.

Negative experience: Horrible place, very unprofessional, kids are not supervised properly, and dirty.

Negative experience: 400 dollars paid for my amazing daughter to get not even one warning and told she has failed. A horrible place.

Fantastic experience: Great place! Loved it! Great people, super easy but not too easy. Everyone was so nice and helpful! Loved coming here for my permit course and all the driving tests for my permit then for my license! There are more lights than what shown in photo ; they're just not on due to the promethean board being on.

Fantastic experience: My 15-year old just completed the course and driving test! Yaaaaay! Very impressed with the driving instructors. The owner is a great person and helps out with any and everything. The staff is accommodating and very knowledgeable. I recommend this driving school to everyone!!

Negative experience: Utmost level of incompetence. Lie on times. Late every time. Lazy and only focused on thems3lves personally and not their business. Lady and her daughter were extremely rude and even left her kids in the car in the heat on top. Of all this idiocy.

Fantastic experience: My daughter didn't get her license until she was away at college. They were very helpful and accommodating with getting her lessons on short notice while she was home for a holiday break. Recommended.

Negative experience: My son took their class in May and the owner waited until August to send my $100 check through. When my check was returned because it was 3 months old the owner of this company called and threatened me and acted like I was Public Enemy #1. She went on to scream and cuss at me, I told her I would come get the check but I needed proof she tried to send it through before now. Well this turned into her getting even more irate and cussing at me telling me I would not be aloud in her business and she was sending it to the D.A. office and if I was to come by she would call the cops on me. I then called the D.A. office and Pineville police and reported the incident to both. Do not do business with this company!!! Very unprofessional on so many levels and as I learned after calling the police department and the BBB that this was not even close to the first time this has happened. Beware.

Negative experience: Website has incorrect information on it(at least for the 14 hr class) it says you need $245 cash and any two forms of ID which I was prepared for. But I get their and the lady says you need $285 and your birth certificate, Social Security Card and another form of ID which would be fine and dandy but not when you go by the information available on the website. It may not harm you financially by missing out on my business (you are definitely going to be missing out) but I hope you make changes to your website and your provided information.
