Fantastic experience: These guys are awesome & Everybody here works hard, From Tammy & Nicole in the main office at the front desk who were very helpful & accommodating To the instructors & even the maintenance Guy! A million praises & thank you's To Josh "one of the instructors" who took me on a few drives and helped me clean up my shifting technique in just two rides! Which certainly contributed to me having a much smoother ride on my test & helped me pass it on the first go round!! Josh certainly enjoys what he does & truly wants to help each student to be successful!!! Ruben is also a pretty cool guy but could use just a little bit more patience but nonetheless still a very cool guy & fun to work with! Clark is a decent guy & Helpful as well & Tom is also Cool and does a great job instructing and Tries very hard to help each student!! & You cannot Forget about Jim Jones!! I'm pretty sure he founded the trucking industry,Very smart guy down to earth & I think he enjoys doing what he does as an instructor! Overall a very well-rounded group of instructors and teachers at this school! I thank each and every one of them for their commitment to their jobs and their students!! It was a great experience working with all of them!!!

Fantastic experience: So I went through trainco at the Monroe location with instructor Mr. Lance Jarrett. He is by far the best instructor in the state of Michigan great guy awesome to work with thanks again very much Lance for all your knowledge and patience I learned so much in only 3 weeks it was an absolute pleasure working with you I highly recommend anyone and everyone who is new to CDL and need a school to go to Trainco is the best in Michigan by far!! Awesome people. Thanks again

Fantastic experience: Honestly I think this school and experience was life changing. Jim Jones the instructor is one of the main reasons why I feel like I passed my tested. He stayed with me after hours to make sure I knew my maneuvers. Him and all the other staff there are super cool and always willing to help. Trainco made me love trucking even more. I hope everyone that comes here has the same experience as I did

Negative experience: Mixed feelings about this place. I understand they have to follow the guidelines, I failed 2 times, one being my fault and the second was for simply not honking after demonstrating perfectly how to manuever a semi. The third time I passed, but because my school was late sending the truck, the instructor took it out on me and my wife and cussed at us. Regardless I'm happy to be done with the whole CDL process, it was a nightmare

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for the best school out there, it’s Trainco. They are very organized, have a high pass rate and really great instructors that want see you succeed. You’ll learn everything to pass test and be a good driver. By Wednesday the last week, I was confident and passed my first time. Thank you Tammy for getting me into the program, Jim Jones for teaching me how to shift and not be nervous, Pepsi Tim and Clark for polishing up my shifting, Mike Wagner and Keith for help with maneuvers/driving. Keep up the great work.

Negative experience: Jim the instructor needs to learn how to speak to people. None of the students are his children. I will report him to a higher up. People pay him to teach them not yell at them. DO BETTER TRAINCO WITH JIM!!!!

Fantastic experience: Equipment isn’t the best which is understandable since new drivers will just beat them anyways Instructors are stressful on the road, but being with them made the actual test not stressful at all.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst place to go to get your cdl. Very unprofessional, students are teaching students with zero experience. It is a scam. They lie and will scam you out of your money? Broke down equipment trucks barely run and were broke down for most days.

Negative experience: They give me hard time specially mike & Martha after I felt couple time ally dock & pererall I ask mike practice & warm n up i need little help he ask me more money n 1hr 125$ If your not fast learner don't go this place 12 days is not enough specially if you come from other nations or foreign person or you have accent this place is not you're place I spent more money I lost 5k all nculeded motel & food & gas from my pocket after 6 months i walk away trianco empty hand no CDl without no help i got my CDL another state pls don't go this place all foreign people Julie & juice temmy over all are good people

Positive experience: A big thanks to all the instructors. Especially Dan. He’s very patient with you while driving. And makes you feel confident behind the wheel. I was nervous coming into this program and new nothing about truck driving. If you pay attention and take what the instructors give you, you will pass. I graduated 11/8/22. Got my cdl 11/9/22. I started applying the day after and have got quick responses. Big thanks to Trainco and the instructors.

Negative experience: Went there spend $$$$ for cdl class a. Had family issues could not drive semi. Called them now to see if they could help “Tammy” said not fault. Asked if any companies I could look at again not our problem basically. But their website says they treat you like family after you are alumni. That is bunch of bull.

Fantastic experience: Starting with the customer service from the receptionist Tammy was polite, and professional. The driving instructors Dave,Russ,Jeremey,Dennis,Gary, and Chris were helpful to me. All the instructors have their own way of teaching the information to you. If your not a fast learner which I’m not. You just have to take a little bit of information from each instructor,and make it work for you. Towards the end of my program their was a bit of a misunderstanding that I wasn’t to happy about. I spoke with Mike the Vice President and I’m glad I spoke with him. Mike’s a very professional, fair, straight forward, down to earth guy. Mike explained to me what happen and what the staff and I could have done differently to prevent the misunderstanding from happening. Overall I’m pleased with the program and I would recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I had a GREAT TIME! The instructors are first in there class. Quality intruction! Short, so you can get a job real fast! I'd like to thank the instructors, Dave, Tim, Chris, Dennis, Gary, and all the others for helping me get my CDL. Very patient when asking questions! Fantastic experience: Trainco properly prepared me for the test. The classroom portion was adequate and clean. The facilities were well maintained. The only thing I wish I had more time with was road driving. I did complete the recommended hours via Trainco, but just for myself I'd like more road time for my own confidence. But overall great staff and all were extremely helpful!

Negative experience: Driver ran a blatantly red light and almost hit me. Do better at training your drivers!

Fantastic experience: I just finished with my CDL-A class on Sat 10/26. I passed my test on the 28th. In two weeks I went from not being able to back up to passing my alleydock with zero points. If you want your CDL. This is the school to go to. Shout out to Chipp. The best instructor.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this program, the instructors are great and the program is a well put together fast pace program, the instructors are very knowledgeable and all of the instructors have the years and experience driving trucks on the road. I was well taught by all of the instructors and passed my CDL A test today, everyone at trainco is polite and very respectful, if you don't get something, they will stand by your side and help you no matter the weather conditions. thank you to Brent, chip, JR, Chris, Clark, as well as both mikes instructor and VP, for the necessary knowledge and skills not only to pass my license test but to start my career in the trucking world.

Negative experience: The only positive thing I can say about this place is Mike Balmoroa was a really good teacher. If you don’t have a company to sponsor you don’t go to this school. Try Owens. Trainco don’t have a lot of ways that you can pay for school like school loans. America loan and lending there is a rip off. They charge you 15% interest. They butter you up and tell you they got all these jobs for you when you graduate they had was a few. And all those few jobs are the jobs that nobody wants that has a high turnover rate. That’s why they’re looking to train young people because they can’t find Driver’s with experience. That Jimmy guy at Trainco that supposed to find you jobs is an idiot and doesn’t return your phone calls and rushes you off the phone all the time. He basically tells you to go find a job yourself. The office there is very unorganized . They hire these young girls and they don’t properly train them. So they don’t even tell you what you really need before you come to class. The manager of that place was scheduling refresher classes on the day I was supposed to be training for my license. That’s taking time out of my time that I paid for. It cost me $4000 out of my pocket to go there.I’m not about to pay for other people’s time. On top of all that 70% of the people don’t pass the first try . I really wish I would’ve went to Owens it would’ve save me some money.

Fantastic experience: They will not give up on you, no matter how spectacularly you (I) suck. I am terrible. They are determined to change that, I have no idea how they are so patient and so committed to fixing the worst potential drivers on the planet. Major high level, top grade support. Relentless enthusiasm, and unfailing positivity.

Fantastic experience: I had no idea what to expect coming into this Truck Driving School. Trainco gave me the best experience possible. The training was excellent and the instructors were very helpful. Do yourself a favor if you decide to go here, THROW EVERYTHING AWAY YOU ALREADY “KNOW” about trucking. Negative experience: If you are not a very fast learner this trucking school is not for you, save your money or if you are being sponsored ask them to send you to another school. It's really all about the money here, basically just like any other business. If you feel like you are the type of person that learns in a different pace then others please avoid this school at all cost. This school will make you feel like you are an idiot and honestly some instructors will discourage you at times, and too any person that's of color or a different country and religion just have patience and endure some of the people there mainly the other students. this trucking school and environment is meant only for certain type of people, if you feel like you're a fast learner and can endure certain type of crowds and have good patience. Then it's the place for you. Because these people expect for you to be a professional truck driver in 2weeks, and will say that you are not listening and that's why you fail.

Negative experience: They cheat you out of your points Shawn that works there tested me today and I said every thing and he cheated me out of points..... also I have contacted the state and they said they will be watching that place..... oh and their just money hungry so don’t go there people u will get screwed out of your money

Fantastic experience: After being a Flight Attendant for the past 8 yrs, I never imagined I'd be learning how to drive a semi! My experience at Trainco definitely prepared me for the real world. I'm currently in Indianapolis at orientation with Schneider and the instructors here all rave about Trainco students. The instructors were awesome and I recommend Trainco to anyone wishing to obtain their CDL

Fantastic experience: Overall I can say that Tranico is a great school to attend. The teachers are so freaking awesome and they teach to the best of their ability. I'm a 27 year old female that knew nothing about driving a semi. Since completing their program I PASSED MY CDL A EXAM "TODAY" with flying colors. Stay strong, positive and keep an open mind dont get discouraged. The teachers are great and they teach you the material you need to know. Now it's up to YOU on how YOU process and taking in the information they give you. IM A 100% HAPPY with their services now I'm off to orientation MONDAY. YEAH ME

Fantastic experience: Trainco's 4 week Class A CDL program is top notch. From ownership to all of the super knowledgeable instructors this school is run with class, dignity and they teach one to respect the profession. You will learn how to pre-trip your rig, do multiple maneuvers on the range and shift your tractor-trailer combo with confidence when done. If you want to pass your Class A exam take this course. You won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: They are the best people around they are nice and very helpful I Graduate from the Perrysburg campus in may.

Fantastic experience: Good instructors and they teach you a lot in the 4 weeks you're there.

Negative experience: Trained for my class B in Taylor MI. Training was good, but then I went to take my test in Perrysburg and found the only vehical they had available was a completely diffrent, old truck where the parts looked diffrent and various things in places I did not train to find them. Never assume when you get trained on one vehical thats the one you will be tested on apparently....this cost me alot of money for this negligence on the company to provide a similar vehical.

Positive experience: Taking classes now, in my first week. Instructors are very knowledgeable and answer every question you toss at them, no matter how stupid it may be. Do your best not to miss a day though, as making it up could get pricey at $75 an hour.

Fantastic experience: Trainco is the best truck driving school i have heard people say that they wasted their money.. well all i can say to that is YOU wasted your money not Trainco if you failed their course its cause you didn't apply yourself not because they didnt teach you.... i not only had a great experience there but i also made alot of good friends. i would recommend any one go to Trainco for the best experience ever.

Fantastic experience: Not sure what that other review is about, but I graduated there December 2010, and I had nothing but good experiences. I did night classes and Dick was my instructor, and he has a wealth of information that one could never absorb enough of. 4 MILLION miles, and no preventable accidents... I passed my school bus, and Class A test on the first try, and felt as prepared as one could be coming out of school.
