Fantastic experience: My friend took her 5-hour pre-licensing class last Saturday. She was satisfied with the teacher. We paid for the class and made an appointment for her in the evening before the class without any problem. My friend got all the needed notices and instructions in time. The electronic system they use for registration online is convenient. The office worker we spoke with on Saturday morning clarified everything we were unsure about.

Fantastic experience: Great company. My son took multiple lessons with them and I even learned tips and tricks that he was taught that I wouldn't of known. Also, they will do comparison pricing from ABC school of driving which I learned is like a sister company with them so don't be afraid to ask about both companies packages.

Negative experience: Prior to the lesson I paid the $75 fee but they didn’t ask any questions about the restrictions that may prevent me from taking the lesson. It’s a professional business and they should inform their students about the restrictions. You are quick to take the money but do not concern yourself to ask some simple questions. And there is a fee for everything which doesn’t make any sense. If you call yourselves professional so act like one. Overall I paid $75 and will be getting back 40 but, I did not learn anything. A RIP OFF SCHOOL OF DRIVING

Fantastic experience: AMAZING DRIVING SCHOOOL! I just passed my test with the help of SEAN and his positive attitude. He established a positive and encouraging environment and made sure i was comfortable driving . He is a great driving instructor and his 5 hours lesson is very engaging and helpful. I’ve done lessons with another driving school in rochester and i can definitely say that Morgan’s is the best. Their positivity and skills sets them apart!!

Booked a session with Morgan after a nightmare experience with a previous school and I must say my experience with Morgan's instructor, Alisha, was a world of different. She is very patient and put you at ease, never got upset even when you make mistakes. I would definitely recommend Morgan.

Negative experience: This driving school is horrible. I paid for a road test service and the instructor who came to accompany me forgot to bring the registration of the vehicle which immediately put the examiner in a bad mood. I paid for another road test service, but then decided I wouldn’t need it so I asked for a refund. They took 10% off the refund as a fee!! Fee for what exactly?? What money did you spend when I didn’t even get the service?? Dumbest policy i’ve ever heard. Go to ABC if you need a GOOD driving school. I do NOT recommend coming here at all.

Fantastic experience: This place is the real deal! I just took my road test a few hours ago and I think I passed. You find out your test results after you’ve left because apparently people have started lashing out when they fail. I’m giving Morgan School of Driving 5 stars mainly because of my instructor who gave me my 5 lessons, Tim. Tim was understanding and really took his time with me. As someone who has EXTREME social anxiety and anxiety about being on the road, Tim was able to make me feel very confident in myself. He is an excellent teacher and was cracking me up during every lesson. I did have one other lesson with someone from Morgan who I could not say the same about. He was on his phone and not paying attention at all. He even gave me a hard time because he couldn’t find my apartment when picking me up. I was standing outside of it the entire time lol. I was even messing up on purpose to see if he would correct me but he did not. All in all, I’m so thankful for the instructor I had for all the other lessons. He provided such great detail on how to do things and I even got over my anxiety of the road. I’m excited to be on the road and Tim adequately prepared me for my test. I recommend Tim a thousand times. Thank you Tim!!!

Fantastic experience: Thanks to the wonderful staff at Morgan School of Driving, I passed my road test on the first try (9/21/22)! Their amazing instructors helped my to isolate my weak points with driving, and after every lesson I left feeling more confident in my ability. I would highly recommend this school to anyone who wishes to become a confident, competent, and safe driver!

Fantastic experience: I passed my road test first try 7/12/22 thanks to Morgan’s School of Driving. I’ve done plenty of my school driving lessons through Morgan’s but recently I decided to just go and take the road test with help from one of the instructors. I’m sorry I can’t remember my instructor’s name, but he did such a great job at showing me what I needed to fix and brush up on. If it weren’t for his feedback and helpful tips, I would not have aced my road test. Morgan’s school of driving was a positive experience for me, and what a lot of people complain about are just impatient. You have to learn the boring and important stuff before you begin actually driving. Thanks for helping me conquer my fear of the road. I would a hundred percent recommend this school to anyone looking to get their driver’s license.

Negative experience: I feel as if my instructor graded how I drove very poorly. He was terrible, and so was the car. I could count to 2 between stepping on the gas/brake and it actually responding. Anyone who reads this do not book a driving lesson with this company. They are terrible.

Negative experience: poor customer service. Rude Admin Staff. They act like they did not want to talk about the services they provide.... as if I was bothering them. I called to get information about packages they offer and I was rushed off the phone. I am not taking my child to this company.

I honestly can say they're well experienced and glad i went they showed me so much and I passed my test no problem at all

Fantastic experience: I wouldn’t have my license if it wasn’t for Morgan, Joan is hands down the best instructor! She will make sure you are ready for your road test as well as teach you to be a safe and educated defensive driver. I never thought I would be able to pass my test, let alone do it during the winter. Joan practiced my parallel parking with me endlessly (when I first started I was always too far from the curb), and I did a great job with it on my test. I thought I was doomed to get my license but Joan made it less painful as well as supplying many jokes and laughter during our lessons. If you sign up for lessons request Joan as your instructor!

Fantastic experience: The instructors are amazing here. First I had Dan, then Elle, and then Rick. I've been taking lessons for like months and now I've been driving for like over a year. All you need is to keep taking lessons until you get experience. K turns, parallel parks, signs, etc. I've taken the road test on 6/9/16 and passed with no points! Big thanks to Morgan and its staff.

Fantastic experience: Previously I started with ABC. I actually did my first road test with them. And Failed due to an immature instructor that directed me to drive on interstate 490, just because we were running late. Followed by a bit of yelling, and unclear instruction. That is not how you get a newcomer, just hitting the road to drive successfully. Switched over to Morgan on East Main. They were very consise in their direction and teaching. From day one all the way to my road test. And they were very nice. Calm through the entire process. And this led me to pass my road test. So I cannot thank my instructor and Morgan Driving School enough for their service.

Negative experience: I was calling to see if they offered a package deal they said they don't and that is fine but to give me list on what they do offer and prices is fine also but to be rude when I asked to round it off Rough Estimate you know to say in a nasty manner that he not going to add it up for me I guess they don't like money plus ABC driving package sounds like a whole lot better deal

Negative experience: Very bad experience!. My instructor was pretty good but he wasted my time with the driving lessons. I paid for a 90 minute lesson and all we did was drive. No K Turns or parralel parking. Also they charged me for driving lessons that I never scheduled and told me that I could not take my road test using there car because I did not take enough driving lesson classes with them, even when I told them I took my other driving lessons with ABC School of driving. They are extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. I should have went through ABC School of Driving instead!

Fantastic experience: A great Instructor, Robert Pratt who walked me through everything i needed to know, and cared through all of our lessons together, passed my road test on my first try because of him.

Negative experience: This is the worst place for 5 hour course. The instructor was an old guy. He didn't give any useful information. He was keep talking about some driving lessons they provide. He was just advertising himself. I went there to get some useful tips about driving. But the experience was very bad. It was so boring that some people was sleeping. At the end he showed an old video of 60's about driving with alcohol. It was little useful at some point but not much. I would recommend not to go there. After this experience I am not going there for driving lessons. I am going to check ABC School of driving.

Fantastic experience: I had John as my driver instructor and he was the best , he taught me so well and helped me out till I started knowing how to drive very well , he also took me to my road test even though I failed twice he made sure to fix the mistakes I had done and to explain that I will be ok , I was a nervous person so that would mess me up , third try we had a practice lesson before I went to my road test , and he helped me calm down and not be so nervous !! It was the best third experience I passed and ended up having the same driver from when I failed the second time !! Thanks to John I did it and I will be coming back for more lesson on how to drive in the snow :) hoped this helped ! It's worth every penny and I've spend a lot of those and now I finally have my license

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Robert Pratt. He was an excellent driving instructor and helped me pass my road test on my first try. I highly recommend this school to anyone who actually wants to learn how to drive and gain confidence on the road. :)

Fantastic experience: Taking driving lessons from the Morgan School of Driving helped me so much! I took drivers ed, but still failed two road tests. After taking four lessons from the Morgan School, I passed my next road test. I also became more confident when driving and learned a lot.
