Negative experience: Having road lessons with Mr. Cuneo was one of the worst experiences I ever had in my life regarding driving. He might come off as firm in online lessons, but in road lessons, one mistake is enough to blow his fuse. He is rude and impatient, and he even insulted me into thinking that I won’t get my license for it, even when I tried my best and when he said I got past the speed limit, he distracted me into going faster than what it showed and even blamed me for it. He always likes to make road lessons so confusing. I would recommend not taking them with him ever again and I hope he might retire soon.

Negative experience: After paying $700+ for your child to attend this school, they will charge you another $20 after your child finishes to process the completion into the registry. This is ridiculous and a total money grab.

Fantastic experience: RACHEL IS THE BEST!!! I appreciate her so much and she has taught me a lot in the time I was with her! She takes her time and explains everything with you. I failed my road test the first time on something easy because I was nervous and Rachel made sure I passed the next time she took the time and went over it with me until I felt confident and knew what I was doing. She’s very encouraging and overall a great instructor. I recommend jump start and especially Rachel. 10/10 Rachel is hands down THE BEST

Rachel was great ! She was very nice and boosted confidence and skill in my child. I’m so thankful we chose jump start!

Fantastic experience: Mr. Nick is the best driving instructor ever! I had my license but never really drove as I grew up in NYC. When we moved to Massachusetts, it became clear very quickly that I would have to start using my license and relearn how to drive. I was so nervous and had so much anxiety about driving, especially as I will eventually be driving my child around. Mr. Nick was patient and helped me build my confidence. I would recommend him to anyone - especially an adult who is learning to drive or building their driving skills again!

Fantastic experience: Mr. Nick was an incredible teacher! He puts his whole self into this job and creates an environment where one feels comfortable to learn in. He was very kind, patient, and compassionate despite all my anxiety.

Fantastic experience: Mr nick was my third driving instructor in 4 years. The first two driving instructors gave me so much anxiety in first two lesson that i just ran away . I presumed that Sitting behind the wheel was not my thing I held back my intentions for driving until I met Mr Nick. He is the most calmest instructor and reduced my road anxiety in first lesson as he took me to highway and then onwards in 8 lessons i was able to pass my driving test in first attempt. Mind it i drove only two times at home with my husband . With Mr Nick I found driving very easy and enjoyable . I am now driving everyday with confidence because he worked on my basics and told me how things works . He made me drive with my sunglasses on which i thought was blocking my vision. Parallel parking is a piece of cake for me. The examiner praised my hard work during test. I recommend him to everyone who think that driving is not their thing.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE. Cuneo is the rudest instuctor and will not give you your driving test until many months after you paid your $150 he doesnt tell you when it is until days before if you have something to do oh well he takes your money and you owe $35 go find a better one glad I switched and Cuneo is old and should retire already he doesn't know how to be professional.

Fantastic experience: I was a nervous wreck when I started taking driving lessons with Mr. Nick. Many have said that he took you on the highway on your first lesson so I was already worried from the start. After my first lesson with Mr. Nick I gained more confidence in my driving. As the lessons continued I have seen so much improvement with my driving as well as my brothers driving. My most current lesson went by smoothly and my parents finally allowed me to start driving to places with them. They themselves have seen great improvement and are impressed how Mr. Nick was able to teach both me and my brother to drive. Overall Mr.Nick and the Jump Start Driving School has done wonders for me and I am grateful for them to take their time with me and giving constructive criticism to help me pass the exam.

Fantastic experience: Nick from Jump Start Driving Academy is a miracle worker! I was impressed with how incredibly compassionate and professional my brush up lesson was. We practiced the course that my driving test was on in a vehicle that could be used for the exam. Nick was accommodating and helpful to the point of disbelief! Using Jump Start's services was essential to my passing my driving test; I strongly recommend this service to any new driver.

I decided to go with Jump Start Driving School to get me started because of all the wonderful reviews. Nick took away all of my fears and helped get my anxiety under control but how kind and by reassuring he is. He is very professional and will make sure he helps you in every way possible so when it comes time to go for your road test you will pass..I am grateful for everything he has taught me and also for making me enjoy being behind the wheel of a car, something I never thought I would ever do. Mr. Nick helped work through with my anxieties and was a pleasure to be around. He helped prep me for the road test and helped me schedule it. After her second driving lesson, I noticed a huge difference in my daughter’s driving ability. She had gained more confidence and was becoming a better driver. Mr. Nick showed her how to drive on the highway, parallel park, 3 point turns, instilled defensive driving, and provided advice on how to keep the anxiety levels down. Fantastic experience: My very first experience with Jump Start Driving School was with Mr. Nick and it was amazing. I was coming into my very first driving lesson extremely nervous because I had never driven on the road before. Immediately as I got in the car I told him I was very nervous and wasn't sure I'd make it through the lesson. Little did I know I was going to be driving on the road and the highway!! Remind you, this was my very FIRST lesson! Mr. Nick started talking to me and going over things and he said for me to trust him because he knows what he is doing, and after my lesson he truly does know what he is doing and is amazing at getting a sense of where I am as a driver and how to make me comfortable. Moving on, I wasn't expecting to drive on the road at all just quite yet, but he helped me feel at ease and calmed me as he talked to me in my language, turned the radio up a bit, and guiding me every step of the way. I realized there was nothing to be nervous about and he was very reassuring and it made me feel super confident and comfortable. Coming out of the lesson, one take away I had was had he not taken me onto the road and highway and instead the parking lot first, I would not have wanted to leave the parking lot and would be terrified to drive on the road. Being exposed to the road first, made me comfortable and helped figure out what it is I need to work on. His plan for me was amazing, very strategic and nothing like I was expecting. I was having fun driving that I lost track of time and it went by fast! Coming into the lesson, I set low standards for myself, thinking I was only going to be in a parking lot learning the bare minimum, but Mr. Nick had a better plan for me in mind. A plan I was not aware of yet I couldn't imagine a better first lesson hadn't he done it this way. Altogther, I was just terried for my first driving lesson, but Mr. Nick made me realize driving isn't that bad and that I am capable of doing it and learning because of his ability to put me at ease. He was kind, friendly, and considerate and took the time to get to know me and my abilities and most of all he was willing to work with me especially since it was my first time. Lastly, my very first driving lesson is going to be a memorable because Mr. Nick made it better than I expected and made me feel a bit more confident in my driving abilities. I would definitely refer a friend, family member, and absolutely any student to Jump Start Driving School for a great driving lesson experience.

Mr. Nick and Mr. Cuneo are very patient, helpful and kind with kids learning how to drive. They always go the extra mile to make sure that kids are comfortable and will be safe on the road. I attend Wheaton College and Nick is incredibly flexible with times etc. Absolutely no complaints and I would advise any teen or adult to have driving lessons here.

I am so lucky that I got connected and good news is he polished all my weaknesses and gave me good clear instructions and I passed. I was very nervous, but he helped me build my confident. I would highly highly recommend him to anyone, as he is very conscious of your needs. I could not have passed it this time without him, specially as I had a terrible experience at another place for the test. He is very experienced, and wants his students to actually learn driving (not just for the road test!). I like that he gives me honest feedback, which helps in getting better.

Negative experience: I've done driving hours with Mr. Cuneo in 2018-19, and it's been the worst experience I've ever had when it comes to driving. At first I was interested and nervous in driving. I was hoping to find newfound confidence while taking the driving lessons, but my interest went downhill fast. The only thing I've received from the experience is a crippling anxiety of being in-control of a vehicle.

Negative experience: Unbelievable, Mr. Nick can do in 6 Months what most driving instructors can do in 5 Days! Jump Start gave me the run around for scheduling driving hours and took significantly longer than any driving school should take.

Fantastic experience: I got to do my driving hours with Mr.Nick and I absolutely loved it. He is an excellent instructor and very patient, not once did he criticizes me in a rude. He respected me and I respected him. Along with that he made sure I understood what I was doing. Every time I learned something new he’s make me do it multiple times in hopes that I got it and every time I made a mistake he taught me how to correct it. I’m so thankful that I got to do my hours with him. If you’re looking for a driving school for your kids I’d definitely recommend going to Jump Start, but more specifically, Mr.Nick. You can never go wrong.

Fantastic experience: My driving experience was excellent here. The man I drove with helped me learn everything needed to pass my road test. If I ever messed up he would tell me how to fix it and we would try it again. I would highly recommend coming here, definitely worth every cent.

Negative experience: This driving school is the worst. Me and my wife work full time and try our hardest to get in driving practice. He told our daughter that if her parents couldn’t take her driving everyday for practice then she should “just find a neighbor” He wants the parents to teach their children how to drive but yet we are paying the jump Start Driving school almost $700 to professionally teach our children the safe way of driving. During her last appointment, he was running on empty and made my daughter drive around looking for gas stations he could fill up at, rather than give her the practice road test she was promised. She also never got a chance to learn the rotaries because he wanted to take her to the Middleboro rotary at 9pm during a snow storm. I do not recommend this school for any one if you value your kids please look elsewhere for a better school otherwise you’re just wasting your time and money.
