Negative experience: Sheryl was impossible to work with. Very rude and unprofessional. She should not be a driving instructor.

Negative experience: I wish it were possible to not leave a star at all. I have never had such a terrible experience with a business. They are very quick to take your payment for driving lessons, but trying to actually schedule a drive was ridiculous. After they took our payment we were told a trainer would call us within a few days. They didn’t— so we called them week after week and were told to wait. A MONTH later they scheduled our drive. I dropped my son off and the trainer was rude and very unprofessional. She made my son feeel HORRIBLE about himself, left him in the parking lot and took a different student driving, “because he wasn’t scheduled for a drive”. Apparently she “double-booked” with two students and took it out on him. In order to have my money refunded I had to submit a request form and wait over a week to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY— they clearly do not have enough competent staff to accommodate the amount of drive time payments they are taking from customers.

Fantastic experience: Sheryl Alpern was my instructor and she rocks!!!!! She taught many great strategies on the road and discussed many great topics during the class sessions. She was very patient but also if you were ready to advance, she was right by your side. She deserves something for how great she was.

Negative experience: Completed my first segment here, and Michael Sinuk was my instructor. He did a great job with explaining everything and letting me learn for myself. But the actual establishment is ran very poorly. It took me four weeks after my final to receive my certificate.

Negative experience: Sheryl Alpern made driving very stressful. She cancelled/forgot about me three times because she never entered them into the system. Then, the one time I cancel because I'm sick we get fined which we have to pay to get my certificate. when we called about this they left us on hold for around an hour and when they got back they said they were going to send it to someone higher up then hung up. we never heard back. Then, when I rescheduled a class they changed the date to a date that didn't work because of a school concert. this caused my teacher to be mad at me for missing the concert. Christopher Lasich was a great driving instructor. if it wasn't for him then there'd be only one star. he made driving easy and he was nice to talk to. besides him, I'd say find a different place. they're difficult to work with and don't do anything "official".

Fantastic experience: Sheryl Alpern was my driving teacher and she did great on giving me tips and didn't make me stressed at all. I actually looked forward to driving with her! Ms. Tulip was me zoom driving teacher and she was also very kind and gave us lots of help with everything. She prepared me well for the road and test. She also answered all of my questions with a smile and no issue.

She spoke very highly of him, speaking about his patience and calming nature made her more relaxed in experiencing stressful driving circumstances. We definitely recommend him for in car trainer.

Negative experience: I had Sheryl Alpern as an instructor and it was the worst experience I have ever been in. She put me and the observer in danger by pulling the wheel from me every time I turned. She was very rude to me and had no manners at all. She called me rude things like crazy and mean.

Negative experience: Terrible all around! False info on the website, no one ever answers the calls. The last class my kids were suppose to be on no one ever hosted the zoom call. The driving instructor asked my kids questions that were none of her business and kept going at it for the entire time not to mention would grab the wheel and yell at them.

Fantastic experience: Sheryl Alpern was my instructor and she is the best instructor anyone could have. She always makes sure I’m aware of my surroundings, she made sure I got into the habit of checking my mirrors and blindspots, and she makes me less nervous about being a new driver. We also had great conversations on the road, so the drive wasn’t awkward. 10/10!!!

Fantastic experience: Official Driving school (the old Sears); great experience with Mr. Sinuk. He was very professional and made the class fun for my daughters. He was super flexible with drive times and really wants the kids to do well.
